Best grilled fish in town. Generous portion with a good variety of side veggies in it. Fish is huge and very flavorful at a reasonable price. Highly recommend! ALERT: you need to call and preorder at least 1 hr before as the preparation takes a long time. They're a little short staffed so service isn't too attentive. But each person is really friendly when fulfilling their customers' requests. Lunch special available Mon - Fri. Free parking lot.

My family came here based on a whim on Mothers Day for lunch and I’m so glad we did!!! Great food!!! Really nice staff!!! I highly recommend this place! After lunch all of the kids and my wife were beaming!

I came across them online looking for places that delivered I was not totally sure what I wanted to eat but I knew I wanted something. Their website said they were open till 10:00 p.m. and it was only 8:30. Little did I know that their menu was so long with so many things that looked and sounded very delicious. By the time I was done looking through the menu and deciding what I wanted to have delivered for me and my fiance it was around 9:15pm. I completed the order and purchased it with my card a little over $50 for quite a few things. Eager to find out how long it would be I called but got no answer. Before I knew it it was 9:40 and still not a word no answers from the phone. The website had changed its hours to say that it was closed at 9: 00. By then I knew the restaurant was actually closed. I waited for them to open up this morning and around 11:30 a.m. I gave them a call inform them about my order last night and the time that I ordered it. They asked me if I wanted to make the order for tonight so I made arrangements to have them deliver it to me by 6:00 p.m.. to my surprise they actually delivered it at 5:50 p.m. nearly 10 minutes early which was perfect because me and my fiance were both very tired from housework and hungry. The food looked and smelled very delicious. There was more food there than what I had expected for the prices. And we both enjoyed the food very much. Aside from the website issue everything was perfect service food and courtesy of the delivery driver.. five stars for service five stars for the cooks five stars for the delivery driver and a four-star for the website in my eyes is still a five star that would recommend this place to anyone who loves true Asian cuisine. And I am definitely ordering from here again soon.

Went here for dinner, got pretty busy by 6:30/7:00. New ownership (from what I heard). Now serves authentic Chinese dishes (Northeastern China style) The dishes are pretty good, service is friendly, overall good value. Lots of people order the whole fish (need to order ahead of time)

So great! I’ve had several items off the menu. My favorite are definitely the Thai dishes. Pictured: Singapore Noodles (w/o egg, Thai hot) and Thai Curry Lime Beef. Not pictured, but exceptional, are the steamed dumplings and Drunken Noodles (also Thai hot).

Some recommended dishes for lovers of Northeastern and Sichuan Chinese cuisine at the Bistro King in Englewood. Once again, most of these are not on the regular menu, but their Chinese specialty menu. These are Clear Noodles with Sauce (东北大拉皮), Sauteed Pickled Cabbage and Vermicelli (酸菜粉), Grilled Fish (烤鱼), Corn with Salted Egg Yolk (金沙玉米), Sichuan Spicy Chicken (辣子鸡), Duck Blood in Chili Sauce (毛血旺). Since I am not sure they have English translations on their specialty menu, I also included the Chinese names for these. Please note the Grilled Fish requires additional time to prepare and needs to be pre-ordered.

Service was lovely and fast. They are flexible with some appetizer tray (pictured) substitutions! Nice and crispy. The soup was delightful and surprising, a bit of a hodge-podge of elements. It is an interesting choice to pan fry meat and then put it in a soup. I want to recommend it more, but…. Urgh; I think they’re getting back on their feet after COVID, so options are limited. Salt and pepper shrimp have no heads :/ I think the prices are steep for what you get. The staff seem quite lovely; we likely shall not return, especially with other restaurants right around the corner that are a better deal for a more robust, flavorful menu.

My wife and I love this restaurant. The food is delicious and more importantly consistent. You will find dishes not currently on the menu that I have not found anywhere else. Some of our favorites are. "guo bao rou", which is a battered sweet and sour pork "Sour shredded potatoes" which are a great complement to the sweet "Guo bao rou" "Mapo tofu" which is soft tofu in a savory slightly spicy gravy. Perfect with a bowl of steamed rice. "Dry fried green beans"  ground meat crisped with garlic,and other spices. A great dish for a lighter meal. "Salt and pepper fish" thinly sliced fish that is battered and fried, then tossed in dry spices, sautéed onion, and jalapeño. "Lo mein" highly recommend ordering a side of "fermented red bean chili oil" This is fantastic. Savory spicy and one of the best noodle dishes my wife and I have ever tried. If you can handle spice and are feeling adventurous then I would highly recommend trying the above listed dishes. Keep in mind, the portions are large. So, if your eating family style a few dishes should be enough for four people. Sue, the owner/cook/hostess says they will be changing the menu around in the near future and we can not wait to try their new creations.

You can tell the new owners, as of four months ago, put a lot of love into their food. The mushrooms (榛蘑) in the chicken mushroom stew were imported and the flavors were nostalgic. YUM! See you in a couple of days after I finish my leftovers 😂

Holly Molly. Hands Down to this little gem. It is our third time here and we have been so happy with their food and service. Best Chinese Food ever. Authentic flavors, good portions and amazing presentation. Highly recommended. They also have deliveries so please do not lose the chance to get to try their food. 😍 I also love the heart shape at their plates. So cute, original and eye- catching! ❤️

Greatest place I've ever known. The atmosphere in house is awesome. Delivery times are stellar. We moved 2 hours away and still make our way just for the food!!!!!!! Cannot recommend enough!

Greatly enjoyed the Siracha Beef. And the heart-shaped rice is a cute touch. Would happily come again. Sue's service and hospitality were top notch. I read earlier reviews. I do not have a long history with this place, but I would encourage those who lament it's not the same as with the previous owner to view it differently. Rather than compare it based on some particular item, approach it like the last place went out of business and a new restaurant opened on the same land, coincidentally also serving (different) Chinese food.

Mongolian beef & thai tea 🥰 soo good, and made with love 🫶 been here once before, delicious then too (worked in my friend's fam "chinese gourmet" restaurant, these chinese dishes are on-point) thank you!

I decided to go have sushi at my favorite place tonight and was told that the owner decided to stop doing sushi due to rising costs and not enough sales. Sad news for me since they were my #1 sushi place. That said I still enjoyed my Chicken Drunken noodles and crabmeat cheese wontons

I really enjoyed the General Tso Chichen. It could have used a few more veggies for my preference, but the tempura breading was nicely thin and crisp on the meaty chunks of chicken, while the sauce was wonderfully balanced between sweet and tangy.

Ordered at 637 pm. It's 8:20 pm and still no food. Called 20 minutes after it was late to be told it would be here shortly that It's with the driver. Just called again now that it's over an hour late to be told the same exact thing. Waited another half an hour and called again. They found my online order in the copier. The lady had my food made and in my hands with extra food within 20 minutes and apologized profusely. I get it. We all have bad days. Definitely was one for Bistro King. The food was delicious. Thank you

Been searching for a worthwhile place to indulge in some family style asian food and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home. food was unbelievably delicious and am stoked to come back

This place is delicious! Authentic Asian flavors and the food is meets the mark. I’ve lived in CO for 8 years from NY and finally found a good Chinese food place! Go here if you want the real deal. Also very nice service.

Always trying to skimp you and charge you more. Service fees on even pick up orders. Dining, they try and upcharge you for everything. Even just a drink. Do not recommend

Food takes forever to arrive but it tastes okay. If you do delivery be prepared to have to call. Never pre-tip them, it's a waste of cash.

We ordered the pork lomein, Fried rice, and pot stickers to go, and were disappointed. The pot stickers were really good. The lomein had a very strange smell, and the pork had an off flavor. The fried rice was really dry and had no flavor at all.

Better food than P.F. Chang’s for half the price. We ordered their food 3 times in 8 days. It is that good

What happened to Bistro King?? They USED TO have the BEST wontons- they were yummy pockets of goodness- now they are just like everyone elses 😕 on top of that, the quality of food has seriously dropped in the past 2 years & no more sushi. I used to eat here 2+xs/week. Now 1x every few months, hoping that the quality will go back up. It hasn't. Instead, it keeps dropping. And now that the wontons have changed, I won't be back. I'm very disappointed. Im sure there is a lack of business & serious drop in customers & that's probably why.

The food is terrible. I ordered the salmon skin sushi and the skin still had scales on it. I was unable to eat my food and almost choked on my first bite. I was so hungry I ate everything but the fish.

The food and service is top notch! The food was soooo good I forgot to capture a photo before we started digging in! The owner was also soooo sweet and nice. The portions are really big as well!!! Can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely 5/5

I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, but avoid at all costs. I ordered lunch from here through GrubHub, the postickers were delicious but good grief the Hurricane Chicken was terrible. It not only tasted awful but upon stirring the contents, the most vomit inducing smell emerged from the container. I immediately threw it away and requested a refund. I used to order from here weekly pre-pandemic but never again.

A newly opened Chinese restaurant that serves traditional American Chinese food, traditional Sichuan and Northeastern cuisine. I tried the grilled fish and salted egg yolk corn that I was craving for. The corn can be made into salty or sweet flavors. The owner is very friendly and the sauerkraut tastes very authentic. Highly recommended, will definitely come again, my husband said it is the best orange chicken in the world hahahaha
