Long line but moved pretty fast. Dutch Bros, it’s time to put a location in downtown Denver. Quit making me drive 20 minutes to the suburbs to enjoy your delicious drinks.

First time getting coffee here, I tried the seasonal coffee,the pumpkin spice brule, so delicious 😋. Haven't tried any food but definitely will come back. The only thing that's terrible about this place is that it always has a long line, terrible for consumers, great for the business

Coffee is great but they should have an ordering speaker. You have to wait until you are at the window to order. So sometimes you have to be in line for 20+ min, until you get your drink.

3 out 4 times my order was incorrect. 1st time good and happy there was finally one open close to me. Others they either forgot something on my order. Paid for it and didn't get it. Last two times for some reason mocha tasted like chocolate milk. Why? Today I order a white chocolate mocha and I got just mocha and again taste like chocolate milk mixed with coffee! Do disappoints. I'll stick with Starbucks.

Love their coffee! They have so many sugar-free options that actually taste great! Staff is always super friendly and conversational. Sooooo many flavors to choose from!

Ordered a large tea. Sat in line for at least 45 minutes to get our drink. Very very slow, wasted my time. There were at least 3 baristas and one kid working the line. When I arrived there was 3 cars ahead of me. This wasn’t convenient at all.

The service here is wonderful every time we have stopped by the employees have been so nice and the drinks are delightful.

I stop every morning on my way to work. the coffee is great, but the staff is probably what makes the experience amazing. Cant think of a better way to start my day off on the right foot!

Zach is an AMAZING asset to DB and I'll be back based on his service alone. He went above and beyond and he should be recognized! His service was incredible, the standout was the special attention to my rescue dog Bowie. Bowie was rescued a year ago from a horrific situation. He spent 4 years only knowing life from a 2ft chain. When someone goes out of their way to give special attention it means alot. Zach, you made our day! Thank you for exceptional service, it is appreciated!! Adele & Bowie!!

I just wanted to put in a good word for the gentleman who made my drink this evening! He was incredibly knowledgeable and we talked about pokemon! And was sincerely the best drink I've ever had and I came in not knowing what I even wanted! Thank you! Keep being you!

I stopped in late afternoon Monday and the gentleman at the window was so nice to warn me that the drink I was getting had a lot of caffeine. Thank you for warning me but I had a few hours left to drive! Thank you for your excellent service and the best drinks!

The pumpkin with soft top was not good and doesn't taste like pumpkin. Paid almost $9 dollars with tip. Brought the drink back and exchanged for a $4 dollar black tea apparently they don't care about the cost difference so I'm out the $ for a nasty drink.

Been coming to this location for years! Today, I experienced someone rear end me in their drive thru, and girl who hit me was hysterical. The employees maintained their cool while i had police dispatched. Tanner was amazing afterwards and comped me and my brothers drinks! Great guy and customer service!

I accidentally used a 350 point option and they didn’t believe me, would NOT let me have the drink I chose, and when I got home I found out I had proof of a log of “used points” in that transaction they simply didn’t care or want to honor the 350 points I wasted getting absolutely none of the benefits of. Absolutely horrible staff that will not help you.

Update I took away 2 stars. The bad loud music, and the attitude of the kids working there is obnoxious. We are going on a break to see other coffee shops. So happy that we found this location so close to our home. The espresso is delicious and you can actually taste the coffee, not burnt and bitter, like some places. The staff is always nice and friendly. No more Starbucks for us.
