Great place for family with kids. Took my entire family and my sister family. It has little bit of everything for all age levels. Even have go karts. Lines could be long depending on the day. They kept it clean and employees are good.

We were very happy to visit this wonderful children's place. it was very clean there, we took platinum for the eldest son and deluxe for my youngest son. The children played and everything was fine as my little one really wanted to ride in a car but was not half an inch tall. I told him that he would not be able to ride in any way and he began to cry very loudly and the manager of the establishment saw this and asked what was the matter, he quickly reacted and within a minute my son was sitting in go-Kart with me with a huge smile. I want to express my deep gratitude to this wonderful person, I hope there will be more such good and attentive people on our planet

Absolutely loved this place for a fourteen year old birthday party on Sunday 3-5 pm. We got to stay until 8 pm closing. My ten year old daughter and I couldn’t get enough of them go karts, eight climbing walls, spinning jumping dodge bar, dodge ball, kids gym, zip line with three jump off points, and random jumping places. There was virtual reality but we missed that. No laser tag. Had pizza and wings and celery and carrots and soda and lemonade and bottled water. Had a great hostess. Thank you!

A loud and crazy place that kids might seem to enjoy at first, but turns out that Urban Air is not as great as other jump-type parks. A lot of the bigger attractions are either an adder or come unlimited, with a more expensive ticket, and typically have a wait. Then if you just want to jump it’s not that big, and the whole place just seemed like a sticky, end-of-birthday-party-type mess. Not as much fun as we hoped and didn’t stay for that long. Dec 2022

This place is big and clean, they have lots of fun games. Go cart, sky Ryder, rope course, VR game area, climbing area, trampoline and more. You can get some drinks and snacks (like pizza, fries, wings, popcorn) at the Cafe. It's just a bit on the expensive side. Yes you can play all day long, but if you want to be able to play all the attractions, you have to pay around $50. But, it is a great place to play for the kids.

DONT EVER FALL FOR A FREE MONTH !!!!!!! IT’S A SCAM you get lock up in to a 12 month contract and CAN’T cancel. They put teenagers in front of the door handing out this coupons. What a way to do shady business. I sent several emails explaining why I need to cancel and they don’t care. Even if unexpected things occur and you need to cancel, they won’t let you cancel. Don’t be fool about any coupon they will lock you in into a contract and there’s no way out of it. I am very disappointed with the urban air because there are families who are struggling to get by even if that mean pay urban air or putting food on the table for your kids, they are cruel. And they don’t care. All they care about is milking people out of their money!!!!!!!

Not only did I have a great time with the kids at Urban Air Park. But I lost my phone and the staff was very helpful to help me find it. My niece said this is one of the best days ever.

The check in process is absolutely terrible. I have never been here and had not taken me at least 20 minutes to check in due to only 1 person working but several other employees just standing behind the counter. Doesn't make sense. Food- if you don't sell it anymore take it off the dam menu board. The person taking your order needs to know what the kitchen is out of.....

My daughter just had a birthday party here today and it was an incredibly smooth experience! Wonderful communication from the moment we booked all the way to check out at the end. Our party host was super friendly, helpful, and attentive! And of course- the kids had a blast! ☻

Fun location with lots for kids of all ages to do including a go-kart track. Also a good place for birthday parties.

I very rarely write negative reviews. This experience was so rotten, I have to share. My 6 year old said going to this Urban Air (in Aurora) was the worst day in her life, and left in tears. We have been to different trampoline parks and this was the most unpleasant experience yet. We came here for a birthday party. The staff was very inhospitable, did not know how to deal with kids whatsoever, and lacked empathy. We stood in one line for 30 min for a climbing attraction. The line had 5 kids people in it, but was moving so slowly. When our turn finally came we were told to leave because our kid didn’t quite meet the height requirement. There wasn’t a height requirements sign, no rules posted in sight. No one measured her prior either or said anything to us. We were caught off guard. Last minute when my daughter was already wearing the harness and excited to go, they put out a ruler 📏 and proceed to measure her, then they kicked her out, she was an inch off. She burst in tears. The staff was laughing as she walked away in crying. They simply didn’t care. Zero empathy. Zero hospitality training. It actually could have been an easy situation to fix with proper customer service care. Also, ride requirements should be posted for everyone to see clearly, so that situations like this can be avoided. I thought that’s part of compliance. What a waste of time and energy! Go to Skyzone or Boondocks instead - their customer service is way better!

pricy but fun! 🥰 some little kid told me to move out the way, my sis and I, even though we paid from the trampolines. we kinda just laughed lol. kept doing our thang. very good place to get kids energy out!

The customer service is very poor and the staff is pretty rude. They try to make you buy new socks every time. Just so they can make a few more dollars. Also when I ask for help to purchase the membership the supervisor, he was pretty rude. I understand there is a lot of people and they’re busy but customer service should never be less of a priority!
