Slowest McDonald’s I’ve EVER been two. The is a line of people inside the restaurant 5+ and a line of cars in the driving through that wraps around the building. This is a fast food location, how do you allow this to happen? I placer a order online 10 minutes before I came to the location and it’s currently 10 min that I’ve been inside this restaurant waiting. 30min for a single sandwich? That’s unacceptable, and looking at previous reviews, this seems to always happen here. Just terrible. This needs to be fixed! A lot of upset customers right now.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. I keep thinking that they will improve but they never do. They're consistently terrible. This is why I don't go to McDonald's. Definitely not worth the money at all ever. I've waited for around an hour in the drive through waiting line for two Shamrock Shakes a few years ago as well.

Apparently you get what is a medium fry if you may for a large. I recommend going down the street to Burger King. This place definitely is not worth the long wait for the little portions they give you.

A little advice about this McDonald's. Never. Do mobile ordering you will wait forever and most likely be missing half of your order. Never do the drive through you will most likely have to pull around to the other side and park anyway. If you want your food fast go inside use the kiosk. I filed a complaint and corporate McDonald's passed it off to the local franchise who did nothing about half my order missing So this is my rant for the missing 10 piece nuggets that my kid was super pissed about and the only reason I came here. And also the crispy chicken deluxe meal.

The food was good and hot. It Took a little longer than usual even though the drive thru and parking lot was empty. Did a curbside pickup order.

Usually busy around the normal hours. Drive through is a major hassle when it is so, I'd recommend going in. I usually don't have to many issues at this one. Probably one of the main locations I stop at.

I've been here several times. One time they accidentally gave me a spicy McChicken instead of a regular one and insisted there was no such thing as a spicy McChicken. I'm serious. Another time, they closed the ice cream machine 3 hours early saying it was done for the night. And the other times, the food was always cold and flavorless and they missed items in the order that were on the receipt. The hand sanitizers are all always empty and they never have receipt paper. They've got a cool table though.

It was a slow but steady flow when we arrived. Almost every table we tried to sit at, were all dirty with even food crumbs still on the tables or chairs. We wiped our table and chairs ourselves. Food at least was par and nothing was missed from our order, unlike many issues we've had in thè past.

Always a long wait, horrible customer service, and sub-par food, even by McDonald's standards. The POS order systems are all buggy, and there's never an employee to help. Good luck if you want to pay with cash, you'll wait double the time.

Worst McDonalds in the existence of McDonalds.. Terrible Management, Awful SLOW service.. It's normally faster to drive out of the way to another McDonald's then it is to wait in line for the joke of a place.. After waiting 15 minutes to order you get asked to to pull around the the other side in the waiting line to wait another 10 minutes for food. Are they unaware it's fast food?

I work second shift at a nearby warehouse where I'm given 30 minutes for lunch. Sometimes I need to run out somewhere close to get lunch, but the ONLY place in this area to get anything at night is this McDonald's location. I place my mobile order before I leave the warehouse in the hopes that its ready when I get there, but not only is it never ready, I usually wait 10+ minutes more when I get here to receive my order. Its not uncommon for me to only have 10 or less minutes left on my lunch break to eat as fast as possible then race back to work so I'm not clocking back in late. I RELY on this McDonald's to be a fast food restaurant and provide FAST FOOD but I'm consistently let down every single time I am forced to come here.

They are always inconsistent. sometimes the food will be piping hot and other times it will be Lukewarm. If I go in the drive thru sometimes I get napkins and sometimes I don’t, and even if you ask for bbq sauce sometimes they give it and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes the food is salted correctly and other times it is bland. Sometimes you have to drive around to the other side of the building and sometimes you don’t! Like guys how hard is it to be consistent?! Service needs to improve ALOT! Also on another note, sometimes the runner that takes food outside to people waiting on the other side talks quietly and wears a mask. Super dumb, like seriously take off you mask your outside your not going to get “a virus” it isn’t even a thing anymore

This has been my go-to McDonald's for years, and I've hardly had any issues. The food is always great. I have a lot of allergies and I really appreciate that you guys are open about your ingredients online, I feel safe eating here. 🙂

The line for drive through is awful. I bet We waited over 10 mins. While people saw this long wait. The ran inside got out fast and further delay the drive up. I've been typing and still waiting!

Every time I go there I have to wait for my food and when I get my food it's either cold, melted or old. So y do I have to wait for the food if the food is already old when I get it. Never tastes fresh

Absolutely the worst McDonald's ever! Frappe runny, rude staff, old fries they block you in your car without food in order to increase volume of customers served. So if you're off to work you'll be late!
