I love Poulette bake shop! The owners are incredibly nice and have been making some of the best desserts in the state for years! Been enjoying goodies since Ulster street pastry! First time I tried them was in 2021 I ordered a Rocky road pie which was one of the best pies I’ve ever had in my life! Pretzel crumb crust / Valrhona chocolate mousse / Vanilla marshmallow fluff/ Dulce de leche / Sweet & salty pecans / Cocoa nib nougatine Bits & bobs of chocolate / Flaky sea salt / The other day I got the all American apple crumble pie, full of over 2 pounds of Fuji + Granny Smith apples tossed in cinnamon, spices & brown sugar, and topped with buttery pecan & oat streusel! All my friends really enjoyed it and cleaned their plates off faster than me! The macaroons are easily also some of the best I’ve ever had in my life and are magnified 5x larger than a whole food macaroon. Check out my pics for reference. Two tender wheat free almond meringue cookies sandwiching a filling of Tahitian vanilla bean ganache & lip smacking mixed berry jam!! Can’t wait to try everything and anything these lovely folks put out! Definitely Bodies by Farny approved!! Thank you to everyone at Poulette Bakeshop!!! 😋😋😋

Don’t walk run to poulette bakeshop. First off everyone was so nice, kind and friendly. My order was taken with care and time and everything was explained with patience and enthusiasm for the product. Literally felt loved. My pastries (and I got 5 for myself… girl doesn’t like to be limited) were delicious, flavorful, just yummy goodness. We snacked in the lobby and saw others be treated with kindness and everyone left with little boxes of goodness and smiles. They don’t believe me but I’m coming back tomorrow and currently stalking their IG page which the page alone makes you drool and be hungry (um just look at the sandwich that was posted). Just go, you won’t regret it. Okay bye!

This is an amazing place!! They do a very hard work to have this kind of pastries. Hayley was very helpful and friendly, She knows every little detail of what they have. Definitely recommend going here. Mostly take out, because there is not a lot of setting area, but still Amazing 😍 my pastries were super delicious 😋

#1 Parker’s gem to be added to your Colorado bucket list! Their pastries, bread, pies, baguettes and sandwiches are loved by thousands Coloradans and visitors. The line at the door is the best prove! “Poulette” keeps its standards Eiffel-high: their bakers were trained by the world’s best chefs, the service is close to 6 stars out of 5, ingredients are locally sourced and everything is produced and made from scratch here, in Parker. Right now, my favorites are 🍑 Palisade peaches and cream cake (omg) 🥐 Spiral croissant 🍰 Lisbon torte 🥪 Sandwich with apricot jam and burrata cheese (obsessed) … Jump in the car and go pick up your bag of “pouletteness”❤️

This is the absolute best bakery in Colorado and beyond. Chefs Alen Ramos and Carolyn Nugent are some of the best pastry chefs in the world. We are so lucky they are here to excite our palates. They have created a cult following for their exquisite pastries, cakes, breads, and even a rotating weekly sandwich! The entire expansive menu is ever changing and exhaustive, showcasing the most supreme seasonal offerings. Following them on Instagram is a tantalizing torture, watching them turn out trays and trays of caneles, pannetone, macarons, eclairs topped with stone fruit, luscious layer cakes, donuts, everything your heart desires. The chefs are passionate masters of their craft and their love for pastry shines through with every bite. Food is love and that’s what Poulette embodies.

The bakeshop is a must visit destination for Denver and surroundings. Pastries and desserts are nothing less than fantastic. We’ve tried a wide variety of goods, including: choux with cream, eclair, canele, macarons (5 flav), croissant, pain au chocolate, chocolate cake, hazelnut cake, cookies. Everything was delicious! My favs were choux, canele, hazelnut cake. To avoid long line, you can pre-order online on selected items. Shop is very well kept, clean. Stuff is polite and they truly look happy to see you:) Free parking available. I wish we lived closer to visit often.

The presentation of everything is beautiful and the service is friendly, however everything was over baked. The eclair (also hard and overbaked) was piped from the bottom instead of the side for some reason so the cream fell out all over me when I took a bite. The savory pastries had little flavor, even the bacon some how didn't add much salt. The brie on another seemed to have evaporated likely due to the over cooking. The greens on it were wilted. We drove almost 40 minutes and spent $40. I wouldn't do it again. Although visually enticing there just wasn't much flavor and the textures were off. Looking back on other reviews it seems like the pastry being overbaked has consistently been an issue so I'm not sure why cook times haven't been adjusted.

What a lovely experience. I arrived 20 minutes before open and was 4th in line, the smells were insane. I had prepared a list with my family the night before, from their instagram, so I wasn’t overwhelmed at the counter. The staff was so pleasant and patient with any questions I had, despite having a crazy line behind myself. I am not a sweets person so of course the Tri-Colored tart was my favorite, it was out of this world delicious, every component perfectly seasoned and prepared. The s’more was so flavorful and unique, we wanted a box more. Everything exceeded our expectations. I also pre-ordered a cake and for someone who doesn’t love overly sweet, it was a dream. Can’t wait to go back and try more!
