Great, cozy cabin. Nice mountain feel to it. Close Enough to town to get to things. But also a touch up the road so its quiet and peaceful. Super clean All the linens were real nice. The bed was real comfortable. And it was nice to soak in the hottub after a busy day. The owners are real nice , helpful. Definitely would stay again ! The best way to spend our anniversary

We come to this resort every year for our vacation and Pam is so nice and accommodating. The cabins are beautiful, clean, and has amazing quality and amenities for the price. It is located fairly close to everything and has beautiful views too!

We loved our stay in cabin #2. My husband and I did lots of great hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park as well as around the Estes Park area. What a treat to come home to a soothing indoor hot tub at the end of each day! The room was clean and immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. Loved being so close to town! Charles and Pam were so accommodating! They had great suggestions for dining and places to explore in Estes Park. We will definitely be back.

Can't say enough good things about Mountain Shadows. The owners are friendly and helpful, and you can tell they put a lot into making this place great. We stayed in one of the dog friendly cabins and were impressed by the size and cleanliness of the space as well as the bonus features of a hot tub (yes, in the cabin β€” it's amazing!) and fireplace. Mountain Shadows isn't the cheapest option in the area, but it's well worth the price. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice cabin, great location, very friendly and helpful owners. Our bed was not very comfortable though, and it's a bit overpriced.

Room was fantastic. Person working was super helpful, and it's very close to downtown Estes.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The owners were super accessible and had a ton of great recommendations for the area. The room itself was awesome and very clean, and in a perfect location for quickly getting to RMNP and around Estes Park. The hot tub in the room was so nice after a long day of hiking.

This place is lovely and exceeded my expectations! One thing that is most important to me when staying at a hotel, or something similar is cleanliness. This is not something I will ever over look. My cabin was spotless. I checked in various places for dirt/dust and found none. It is very cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. One particular amenity I liked about my cabin was that I had a real coffee pot , not a keurig (which I have found to not be so sanitary). The hot tub was great , and very clean! This resort is also about a 5 minute drive from downtown Estes Park. All in all, if you’re on the fence about staying here, I can say you won’t regret choosing Mountain Shadow Resorts to be your home for a while.
