I would NEVER recommend coming to this location. They’re horrible! The first time I went I had to tell the nurse where to laser (even though they have notes) she didn’t outline the area and didn’t want to laser an area because it seemed like hair didn’t grow there 🙄. Today they gave my appointment away before my 15min grace period and would not accommodate even though I arrived within the 15min because they already took someone back. Very unprofessional, you guys have those rules for a reason I suggest you follow them too! Go to any other location but this one!

I felt very comfortable with the person doing my fillers. She was amazing and very friendly. She knew how to make me feel good and knew exactly what I wanted to get done. She is very professional funny and hardworking. I will definitely recommend her and this place to anyone who looking to get lip and cheek fillers done. I’m so happy with the results. I can’t wait to go back for another round.

Just completed ultherapy with Mary, who is a phenomenal tech. She takes great care to ensure a comfortable experience, is a pleasure to chat with, and I always walk away with amazing results. Highly recommend Ideal Image in Lakewood!

Things began so well when I started treatments here. I don’t know what happened but for the last few months they keep cancelling my appointments the day of or with no warning at all. Now there is no one to talk to when you call (I’ve tried numerous numbers) and for the last two appointments I had, when I showed up no one was there and the doors were locked. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH IDEAL IMAGE. They do not deliver their end.

When I first started going to the Lakewood location for laser hair removal everything was going well. They were busy but always managed to get my in for my first few appointments. A few months in things went downhill though. They repeatedly canceled my appointments, they would cancel the day of or day before and then reschedule me for a month and a half later. Once that next appointment would come they would cancel again. Overall had about 5 appointments canceled and in result I still have a large amount of hair in the areas I was having treated. I asked for my contract to be extended since the missed appointments were on there end. They declined the extension, so I’m out several appointments, still have WAY MORE hair than was expected and still out the several thousand dollars for the treatments. Very disappointed with this location.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing laser hair removal at Ideal Image, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and delivered exceptional results. First and foremost, Mary, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her expertise and attentiveness put me at ease, and I knew I was in good hands. The treatment itself was remarkably quick and painless. Mary made the process virtually pain-free, with only a mild sensation of warmth during the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and efficient the entire session was. Mary really knows what she is doing and makes the whole process seem less.

I had the best experience with Mary today. She was super careful, patient and made sure she got every hair. I made sure to request her for my next appointment. Calah was also very helpful in working with me to schedule my next appointments. Thank you ladies! You all are the best. -Cindy
