This has been one of my favorites for years. It had been awhile since I’d been here. Stopped in the other night and it was great! I had two apps (popcorn and pretzels) which were awesome! They had a great beer selection and the service was great. I’ll be back!

Laid back environment, great patio, friendly service and salmon fish and chips. . . Say what. I'm a sucker for fish and chips and salmon. My belly was so happy! Great time with wonderful people!

Definitely enjoyed this place for a quick lunch! This place had great beers on draft and a great selection of appetizers and entrees. Definitely recommend this place!

This place was fantastic. The food was great, the beer was satisfying, and the environment was comfortable. I ordered the shaved prime rib sandwich and it was cooked perfectly and the serving size was on point. I also had a couple Palisade Peach beers and it might be my new favorite beer. It was so smooth, refreshing, and drinkable. The environment was a little bit noisy being so close to the interstate, but having such an open seating area with windows wide open was well worth it. It was very comfortable and spacious, especially for a large dude like myself. There was a little confusion about one of the beers ordered, but the waiter did right by us and ensured he brought out the correct beer and comped the incorrect one. He was very friendly and on top of the service. Overall, the food was great and our experience was fantastic. We spent 3 hours in there visiting with family and at no point did we feel rushed or pushed out. 5/5 stars and we will definitely be back.

I wrote a review previously about my company holiday lunch at the Ale House. The "owner" responded almost immediately with a comment and asked me to email their manager. I did as requested. It has been nearly two weeks since that exchange and I never received an email response from the manager. Apparently the Ale House cares about the reviews that people write, but not about the actual service one receives from them.

Service was sub par but food was awesome. We sat on the 2nd floor balcony and the views were super nice. The nectarine & cucumber mule was sooo refreshing and the salmon fish and chips were awesome. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the Highlands!

We got here around 945 pm on a Thursday night, so parking was easy. As soon as we got here, we were waiting to be seated but the waiter told us to just seat anywhere we want. The waiter was somewhat attentive. We needed a soda refill for the longest time and we couldn't get our waiter's attention. When we did get his attention, he was very nice. The shrimp and grit was spicy for my taste. The pulled pork was tasty, but i had better. Love the calamari. The fried brownie was one of a kind delicious!

Normally, this place is fantastic, great service and a solid selection of beers. But I'm sorry, this is a pretty sad excuse for a chicken sandwich. It has about the weight of one chicken nugget. The tomato slice shouldn't be thicker than the chicken breast. Whoever ran the kitchen on August 9th late shift should be ashamed for letting this leave the kitchen.

I had possibly the best hamburger I've ever had in my life! Nice big burger done to my specifications, cheese, barbecue sauce, bacon and onion fries. With a side of my favorite sweet potato fries! Yum! Yum! Yum!

Loved this spot last time I was in Denver. I hope it is able to bounce back. Such a great selection of both food and beer.

Not so good today. 1hr wait on food, burger way over cooked. Asked for no pickles cucumbers or onion got all the above on the salad and burger. Kids chic tenders were over cooked. IPA was good. Usually service is decent and food equally as good. Very disappointed

Following the aquarium, headed to the Ale House. This was a sumptuous meal. Had hamburgers, chicken buffalo sandwich and the guacamole chicken sandwich. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Waiting staff has been very good. Setting had been very clean. Had floor to ceiling windows open to bring extra air to the restaurant. Will surely come back here!

Great food, delicious beer and awesome location. The rooftop was close when we came, but Tony offered to take us to the top to see the view of the city after our meal. Once we were at the top he even took some photos of us. Great customer service! We will definitely come back next time we visit Denver!
