Got denied at the door because I was wearing Birks and after 9pm “they have a no open-toed shoes policy” for men only. Bouncer said that it was a “club vibe” and apparently you can’t dance or fit the vibe if you’re not dressed in closed-toed shoes. This is Denver, Colorado. Grow up. If you’re looking for an ACTUAL club to go dancing, check out Disco Pig at Larimer Square - where I had a great time in all my Birkenstock glory right before attempting to go to this place.

This short tiny security didn’t allow a party of 20 people dressed as a 90s theme to go in. The bar was empty so it would have been great for their business. He was rude, super bias, obviously proud of his super power as a outsider security and toxic person ruining business and sales. We went next door and spent over $3-4k in drinks. Will never go back until that guy gets the boot.

If you’re lookin go for a great night DONT COME HERE. Horrible service and rude security. Their drink also taste extremely watered down. I would not recommend this place.

Live about 2 hours away from here and they say that you need to come in if you have a lost item. Won’t answer phones or emails, these people have terrible service. They act like it’s a crime to lose something in this bar. I’m not driving two hours if my license isn’t there, make it make sense how you have a phone here but don’t answer? They basically tell you that in the Voicemail, don’t waste your time here or trying to get through to them.

Only had time for a quick beer here but immediately liked the interior and the service was excellent.

Was in town for business staying in LoDo. Found Larimer Beer Hall by searching for Penn State Football Denver and it was a great atmosphere for the game. Opened at 9:30am for the 10am game. Penn state game on every TV with sound. DJ playing during commercials. Food trucks outside. Good service. Only disappointment was that Michigan crushed us! .

Tried to come here ON VACATION to have some fun with my girlfriends and this bar literally tried to steal money from the tip I left. I wouldn’t have recognized it if my credit card didn’t let me know that I left a 37% tip. They tried to put a one in front of the number I ORIGINALLY left. Leaving this review so hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I shouldn’t have even tipped because the bartender didn’t even make the drink I had asked for.

What a great place to watch football! I might be partial in that I'm a eagle's fan but the venue is great. Order whatever food you like, then sit back and enjoy.

Was going to give a great review until last night went there last Friday got in perfectly fine then all of a sudden security wanted to discriminate on tattoos!!! Like I was there last Friday!! Your tattoo policy is ridiculous!

Security was discriminatory and creepy. There was a line despite the bar being nowhere near full, then security patted down every guy in the group and denied one of them for wearing sandals. The girl in our group with sandals was let in "because she's a girl". Just a weird and pathetic place, super full of itself

Awesome Eagles bar, great spot to watch games though it fills up quickly during hot games and they won't let you in after it hits capacity. Wish they would open the upstairs more often. The Ginn Mill across the street is the overflow Eagles bar (owned by the same guy).

Won’t let me in cause a neck tattoo which is tarot cards but underage sister can come in. Makes sense. Review your tattoo policies is 2023. Not all of us are in gangs.

Chill bar with wide variety of beers. Comfortable seats and tvs to watch any sport you like. The bartender was super friendly, too! Nice place to stop before a rockies game.

Liked this place in the past, but the bouncer allowed me in, while wearing shorts and not my friend while we were wearing essentially the same outfit. It's LoDo, not a swanky club. You sell beer. It's summer. Get over yourselves. And maybe the bouncer should adhere to your arbitrary dress code if you're going to use that to deny paying customers entry. Not coming here anymore.

These bartenders are champs. This is more a review for the customers. These folks work hard, tip them minimum 20%, that is the industry standard, if you can't tip, don't show up. Also read the sign, Beer Hall**** dont expect this place to have crazy mixed beverages, they serve mainly beer, they do have a decent selection of liquor though, but if they give options for say vodka or gin, and you don't hear the gin or vodka you like, don't ask, they don't have it. its why they will tell you exactly what they have, also its busy which is a good thing, so have your order ready and speak up and be confident. definitely reccomend this spot for a good place to have drinks.

I’ve loved this place since the first time we went. it’s always been good vibes and about a month ago there was a weird guy (i’ll spare the details) who every woman around me wanted out. i told the dj & security in the dj stand and they got him out in 5 minutes or less. this time i was here last night and a guy shoved me & grabbed my friend and the owner saw and kicked him out immediately and then came to me and profusely apologized and went and made me and my 3 friends a drink on the house. i talked to the owner for about 5 minutes about my good experience last time with the security staff and he told me that he wants his staff to recognize these behaviors more and not let these types of people be in his establishment. long story short he cares about everyones safety and comfort. i will always return. every single time. thx to mike <3

The staff is great, and the atmosphere is pretty nice but sometimes the music isn't the greatest. Overall a great place to hangout.

Bar crew is always amazing, music was ok just wish dj would feel his crowd a bit more..... now reason why I gave a 3 star was because I witnessed a terribly drunk guy throw up on the dance floor while dancing and instead of the staf I informed cleaning it for obvious sanitary reasons the guy says we will have to get to it at close!!!!! The smell was atrocious and we left immediately it was only 1030pm

Friend was in town for the Eagles game against the Broncos. Not as many fans as he was hoping, beer selection was as expected. Upstairs did have dancing if that is what you're looking for. Wasn't crowded which was good to get more drinks, but still managed to mingle with folks.

Spend some time reading about the bouncers at this place. Harassing people in wheelchairs and so on. My experience was similar. They are new to my neighborhood and do not have a clue how to act in Denver. Hope this dump closes soon. Looks like it will because they were only at 1/2 capacity during Stanley Cup. Larimer Beer Hall, leave my neighborhood FOREVER!

Stopped by for a drink after catching a Rockies game. It was pretty quiet since it was Father's day but the bartender was extremely friendly and hospitable! I wasn't sure what beer to drink and she suggested one after asking what I like, it was perfect!

In town for a work stopover. Showed up at 8pm on a Thursday and had a great beer and conversation with the bartender - Missed his name but has a tattoo band on his right arm, only works Thursday’s. All around great atmosphere, relatively quiet compared to some other spots around town but that’s what I was looking for.

Went there for a happy hour on a Tuesday (or maybe Thursday), got two beers and a burger and the total came out to be $20. Pretty good deal if you ask me. My time there was chill and comfortable, but I can imagine it getting crowded at night. Also, there is a ton around this spot if you want to bar hop.

I'm a disabled vet from Longmont . I sat there in my wheelchair for 15 minutes in front of the bar 🍺. I asked for a Budweiser,he told me all they had was a can of Coors, $6.00 + tip. AND WHAT IS THE NAME OF THIS Bar ?

Review for after 10pm only. If you're looking for a college style bar this is your place, drinks are average, music is great, and very crowded. If you're looking for a fun dance floor, the upstairs bar is the spot. Be aware it gets HOT up there. If you want something a bit more laid back the first level would be a better place. The line put front generally moves pretty quickly and there's usually a food truck parked outside as well. Parking is limited and if you're drinking alcohol save yourself the trouble and just get a ride to/from the bar.
