After a long day traveling from the east coast to Denver, I just want to sit , relax and have a bite while I waited for my ride. The waitress was rude you can’t have your bags in here. Well we are in an airport. I’m not leaving my bags unattended! I left.

I’ve had a worst experience, a racist treatment, at the bar here. Which even escalated to calling a police. I sat at the bar, ordered a beer and was crying over the phone talking to a friend, over a family issue. I wasn’t loud or making any scene. The bartender came over, took my beer (half finished), and poured it down the sink, stating “no crying on my bar”. I argued back that I paid for the drink. At the point the bartender picked up cash and threw it at my face. “Take it and leave my bar”. Which eventually lead to me calling the police to report. Currently I am in the process of filing a complaint to the restaurant owner. And just wanted to share the racist treatment I got at the bar.

Young girl behind the bar jumped down my throat!! She asked who was next. As I took a step forward she reprimanded me because apparently there was a man waiting before me. I apologized. Simple error. The gentleman was very courteous and said I should go ahead. The barmaid was hell bent on waiting on the man first. Then she shouted "I'm here by myself!!!" How would I ever have known that as I had just crossed the threshold a few moments prior. Besides, what did that have to do with the situation at hand ??? I don't need to pay top dollar at an airport to be spoken to in that manner. Based on other reviews it appears that i am not the first person to experience this barmaid 's ire. Thank-you for the warm welcome to Denver!! NOT.

We stopped by to have some beers while waiting for our flight. We were looking forward to a beer as we are fans of Boulder Brewing but were completely turned off by the bartender Meredith that we decided to only order one beer and leave. Three of us had sat down at the bar and while one of us was immediately ready to drink a beer, two of us wanted to have a water and food first. We attempted to order the appetizer at the same time as the first beer and Meredith asked us to wait as she was taking our drink order first. OK, no problem if we need to wait till she comes back to order a pretzel. During the process she asked if we were all at least 21 and we responded yes (as we all are). As she walked away one of the members of our party said to one of us "just to drink water?" as she wasn't aware you have to be 21 to sit at a bar. I didn't even hear it but apparently the bartender did because she turns right around, walks right back to us and proceeds to scold us that " we don't need to give her attitude" and that if we want to sit at the bar she needs to ask us that. Being we are some of the most laid back, nicest patrons any where we go I was completely shocked she felt the need to address us like that. Needless to say, we didn't order our appetizer nor order more beers. Clearly by reading some of these reviews, we aren't the only ones to be treated so disrespectfully at this location. Boulder Brewing or whoever manages this location, please do better at hiring kinder people. It goes a long way.

I have never, ever, been treated with such disrespect’! The waiter was wiping tables, we asked if she’d wipe ours and she slung the rag on the table, not picking up the crumbs. She later asked if we wanted something to drink. We said ‘not yet’. She then rudely said, “Or you going to order ANY food or drink!!” It was absolutely horrible. I travel through DIA weekly and never experienced such terrible service. I’d love to say she was racist but she might treat everyone this way.

I was too early to check in for my flight so stopped here for food and a beer. I had the nachos which were very good and plentiful. I washed the food down with a canned beer. I docked two stars for two reasons: 1. They didn't offer any beer on tap at all. None, zero, nada zilch. 2. The food menu is very limited. No burgers or fries. Although the nachos were very good, there wasn't much else to choose from on the menu. This is a good place to stop at pre-security checkpoint, but the offerings are limited.

Landed in Denver for a girls weekend. Stopped in for a quick drink before our trek to downtown Denver. The bartender started out polite, but her attitude quickly turned as we weren’t standing in the right location. It was hard to hear what she was saying so we went over to a table to get out of the way and sit down and she quickly reprimanded us to not mess up her table. Before you enter if the bartender is Meredith…beware she does bite!

My family and I were early and a little stressed with traveling with the kids, Patricia took amazing care of us and was so sweet and friendly. She made sure everything was quick and delicious. We had the pretzel and the nachos, they were FANTASTIC. Shout out to Patricia and the chefs back there! Ted Williams, this woman and whoever made our food are an ASSET and gave us such a great experience. We will return for food and drinks every time we travel.

Service was great, friendly and timely. She kept checking back to make sure everything was OK. Place is outdated and a little dreary.

Ended up stopping in here while I had a little layover in Denver Airport. Sat at the bar and was served very quickly. I ordered a Mich ultra and street tacos. Man this food is great! When the beer tasted better than it does in NY. 5 stars all around for sure!

A server told us we couldn't sit at a table because we had ordered a beer from the bar. We were standing around waiting for something to open up, but he lost out on additional business with that sour attitude. I would not visit this place, there's no one trying to help you find a place to sit, they're just wandering aimlessly.

I ordered the street tacos for like $20 and they were the worst street tacos I have ever had. I also only got 2 tacos. If you're going to be a bar you need burgers and fries. The service was super friendly.

The waitstaff hustles here. Always nice but super busy. It’s a seat-yourself place so it’s a little chaotic (pre-security check). Small drink selection with just a handful of food options but everything is good. Let’s talk about the manager. Pretty sure his main job is making sure the bar doesn’t move. Looks at vacated tables with empty drinks and food containers and does not move. Zero help to the waitstaff. Seriously? Is your leg broken. Ultra lame.

Server started out by telling us that the kitchen was closed. We said "OK, we're fine just having drinks" which seemed like it wasn't what she wanted to hear. 15 minutes later, when she still hadn't returned to ask us what we wanted to drink, we headed upstairs to the Cantina instead. Clearly she was having a bad day and didn't want to deal with any more customers.

We visited this bar to meet up with a friend on their layover. We were attended to quickly, though the food took awhile, and it was easy to settle up. Nachos were better than expected. Would recommend if you want to do an airport meetup with a traveler.

I put my luggage down out of the way and before I got onto the stool the waitress asked me to move it… I asked nicely where and she said “I need *this much space* which she had, but I get it…. I treat wait staff with respect and always tip heavy for even mediocre service. As I’m moving my luggage, Bartender with a nice sized chip on her shoulder tells me to leave it out of the bar…. Because no one will waltz off with my stuff, right?…. Thank you, no thank you…. I’d rather wait in the waiting area than be spoken to like that…lost out on a food order, and at least a couple of beers… and a 20% tip. Strong work.

This past Monday, I was on my way home to Reno from Denver and was starving. I happened to see Boulder Beer Tap House across the airport after checking in at Southwest . My friend and I headed that way in hopes of food being served there. Off the gate, we sat at an open table and waited over 5 minutes, almost 10 and still no one came to greet us. My friend got up and asked the bartender if we could order from her and she said it was separate areas and that we'd have to sit at the bar to order from her. A couple got up and left and we sat at the bar. Once we figured out who the floor server was, we saw her walk past us several times initially and never acknowledged us nor acknowledged us even when we got up to sit at the bar. I found that very rude given it wasn't terribly busy at the time. Anyways, I ordered the Mac & Cheese and it was good and cheesy. What I liked the most about it and the reason for this review was that it arrived quickly and was piping hot. It's more often than not when you order Mac & Cheese from restaurants, it's served warm at best. The service at the bar was great and the bartender was attentive. Also, with it being airport food it was decently priced and would have spent the same if not more for a port of subs sandwich combo.

Since DIA under construction not many places to grab food and beer outside of security. All beers are in cans, no taps. The menu changes because the kitchen closes around 4:30 pm. In the middle of ordering I couldn't select from kitchen menu but had to get the menu with pre made items and there was only 2 sandwiches they had. Green Chile was spicy and more tomato bothy than I expected but ok. My sister and I shared the turkey and brie sandwich and the soup. Price wasn't bad. When DIA is busy this place can get packed and no seating available.

Very friendly and responsive staff. Not a huge menu, so the food came out quickly, which is what you want in a travel hub. We had to scrounge a bit for a table — every man for themselves! We ate at the bar. Reasonable prices.

Stopped in for a bite to eat and a local brew while waiting at the airport. Patricia took excellent care of us with some of the friendliest service around

AVOID this place. I have a very bad experience with the server who is rude and is grumpy. I ordered a beer and a nachos. The server came back after 10 minutes and said he did not have the beer I ordered and I asked if he knew that he did not have the particular beer. He lost it and said he did not want to serve me. If you think you are too good for the job. Quit, no need to be rude with customers.

Incredibly rude! There were at least 10 empty chairs and tables, and the guy made me leave and wait outside (I had arrived in a wheelchair) and made everyone leave carryons outside. Then the server was snarky when I asked for a virgin margarita. Said it was just sour mix in a glass, but full price. When I was ready to pay, she ignored me. Terrible menu. Could be so easy to have good snacks and beer, and happy customers. Skip this place. Go Anywhere Else!

Flew into Denver couple hrs early before my sister, and this was the only restaurant in the pre-security area that was still open late evening. Staff (Kelsi) was super accommodating and friendly while I stayed there right until they closed. The cold sandwich (only menu item available at the time) wasn't too bad either! Would totally come back to visit next time if I have a chance. Top notch staff and service.

Best place to eat and drink in main terminal but I think only place now with alcohol. Drinks more affordable than Westin Restaurants, no.tap beer here now. If had Tap beer would be 5 star. Red Chilli was good and they have both green and red. This is hard to find. In the face of many Restaurants closing down in main terminal is great that this is still kicking.

It was Easter and my bag was delayed. I found a nice place to eat, sit and have a drink while I waited. Great service and food/drink

Stopped in for lunch and was really impressed after a not so great breakfast experience here back in Feb 2020. Our breakfast had tasted like cafeteria food, but the quality of the food today was so much better. The club and salad were well made and delicious. The prices aren’t bad for an airport, especially given this is one of the only restaurants open in the main terminal right now.

The staff are rude and the food is poor. Don't ask for your bill because you have to catch your flight, or they call you names until everybody gets uncomfortable and leaves. Don't waste your time or your money.

I actually showed up 45 minutes early for my best mates arrival time to come here and enjoy a pint. The waitress showed up with a menu to inform me they were out of draft beers and only two choices of bottled beer and she'd be back to take my order. Well between sitting there for 20 minutes with the waitress not returning and my mates plane arriving 15 minutes early, I never got my pint. And to the gentleman walking around, whom I guessed a manager, maybe you should check in on your seated guests with empty tables. The Tap House has always been my favorite place to meet guests coming off a flight, not so much this time.

Super awesome beer bar for a quick lunch. We were super hungry after our flight so we decided to grab some beers and food from here and we were surprised by delicious nachos and burritos. Staff is very friendly and taking precautional measures for COVID.
