No greater experience could I have ever expected from this establishment. The food was simply without critique, flaw or lack of thought or intent. To me, as a professional craft beer brewer myself, the beer was impeccable. As authentic as Germany any day. The food I could never put into words. It was some of the best food of the last few years of my life. I give the highest accolade I could possibly give as a high ranking Google Guide, craft beer brewer and customer I can give in all my years on Google. You've truly earned it.

I wish every brewery had just 4 phenomenal beers. The atmosphere at this place is second to none. Skip the larger brewery brewpubs and come here and grab some classic German lagers and a pretzel. It's very well worth your while.

Massive warehouse brewery with a industrial yet cozy atmosphere. Not the most extensive beer selection but the Dunkel worked for me during my two visits on the same day. Plenty of seating inside and out and lots of oversized bar games to keep you entertained. You can place your order and pay from your table and avoid the line at the bar.

2 stars???? Why??? Because I’m being forced to pay a 20% tip, this is unadvertised theft!!! How is this not illegal? Why is this not posted when you walk in the building? You can bet I will be taking this up with my credit card company about it… The beer is world class From a BJCP certified judge I would certainly come back for the beer but pay with cash Nobody should be forced to tip without notifying first or changing at least

Was here for a small supplier/promotional products show. Parking is limited but the place is great! Good atmosphere, space upstairs and down, bright with big windows and nice staff. Too bad I don't drink beer but the gigantic pretzel looked pretty amazing!

Definitely a go-to place, especially if you plan on having a group of friends! HUGE Tall Boys of beer, fun slushy cocktails, & easy mobile ordering is what makes this place an easy night out! Large warehouse type vibe with huge open garage windows. Live music is playing sometimes on the weekends & there is some fun over-sized games everyone can play! - Garbage Can Beer Pong, Connect Four, Ladder Toss, & Bean Bag Cornhole!

Beers, vibe, food: all absolutely stellar!! Bierstadt is likely my favourite brewery and beers in the entire *country* - it's definitely top of my list and *always* a must-visit in Denver 🥰🍻🥰 Crispi perfection, AND that perfection is made by a girl!! Slow-pour pils is crushable perfection, and I also 100% dig the radlers- a perfect mix of Bierstadt Helles and your choice of blood orange or lemon Italian soda - so dang delicious!! There's often live music (my very first steps into Bierstadt were to the soundtrack of a massive live brass band churning out Gangster's Paradise 😆🤘😍) and always an array of giant yard games - corn hole with giant bean bags, massive beer pong, enormous connect 4, and also pinball (not ginormous. ...Yet??)

This was the last stop in my DIY Denver brewery tour. The lager was absolutely awesome and takes about 7min to pour. Great old school vibe, great beer and great taste. A must go spot if u like lagers.

This place is the first brewery I went back to after spending time on a remote Alaskan island. Their pilsner is the best I've had in the US and worth skating down dodging Friday traffic. Their Czech dark lager is also superb. I remember when they brought in a Mexican corn lager and it also slapped. They serve splendiferous beers here. During events (like wrestling) they serve their helles in liters at their outside biergarten. They only make lagers but they've mastered it. I wish they have experimental rotating lagers like a good rauchbier or an eisbock. They also serve other alcohol but they stick to the classic Bavarian lagers for beer (if you want a solid IPAs there's other breweries nearby). Quick fact, what's the difference between lagers and ales? The yeast used. What's the difference between a Bierstadt pilsner and the apotheosis of all pilsners, the Ayinger Pils? Easy, the bierstadt is canned fresher than a king salmon out the Alaskan waters (and easier to acquire). Prost!

Grading on the location and experience..5 stars. Add in the beers and it knocks back to 4. Small selection of brews that didn't necessarily jive with my preferences. Nothing bad.. just not for me. The space is amazing though. Big fan of the giant yard games. I could definitely spend a day here.

Great authentic German food and beer!!! The breading on the schnitzel and some of the sides are gluten free so that is a plus for me. Fun atmosphere with lots of seating inside and outside.

Overall: A Layout & decor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Timeliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: what a layout!! And the beer is great IMO. Lots & lots of room & they wait for the slow pour pils is worth it. I came when it wasn’t busy so that might have a lot to do with my rating but seriously, this is definitely a place to hit up if you can!

The store is nice, but they don’t fill up bottles to-go and only sell cans. The cans have very nice designs, though.

This is such a fun place in Denver. Excellent brewery, tons of great games, including vintage pinball machines, giant cot hole, giant beer pong, and the atmosphere/decor is vibrant! Tons of details while still having a sports bar feel, but with plants and garage doors. Awesome loft area with another bar (barstools need to be replaced, but tables are great!). Good food, fair pricing & I love that they just add a reasonable service without there being another expected gratuity/tip of 18-25% (super over that mentality for counter service). Employees are professionals!

You come here for the freshest Czech lager possible in all traditional pours served with the legacy Luka tap handle! They have plenty of room indoors. The 1st floor is very playful, the 2nd floor has a great view on the century old-ish brewhouse.

Simply one of the best breweries in Denver. Once you try the Slow Pour Pils, it will become your gold standard for pilsners. Don’t sleep on the seasonal selections either. Good food, cool staff, and a great vibe.

This is one of the hidden gems in Denver! The indoor space is very expansive while being very welcoming! The outdoor picnic tables are fantastic! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful! We enjoyed talking to Ian and he provided such a detailed description of the available beer!! We have enjoyed the Mac and cheese (it is gourmet!) as well as the pickled vegetables! Definitely a place we plan on returning MANY times!!!

Solid brewery all around. They also have an extensive wine tasting area, their own ciders and a full menu of German food. Beer is good and some very novel giant-sized drinking games. Seating for days as well.

I really liked this place, beers/larger were excellent. The place is huge inside, converted industrial building, tons of games and places to hang out with a Bavarian beer hall style. The crowd seemed to be on the younger side. Food was so-so, had currywurst and found it quite salty. Food is ordered via QR code that directs you to ordering site and gets sent directly to the table. Service was fine, bouncer at the door was pleasant. There were no flights of beer or samplers offered, that was fine as all the beers actually were very good! I would totally recommend stopping here if you like German styles.

Shout out to Kira, Jack, and Connor who served me and my group many rounds of drinks last night! There are so many options of beer and a great variety of games for entertainment. It was a good time!

Bierstadt is one of my favorite places in Denver! It has everything! Great beer, service, and atmosphere! When the only bad reviews are about having to tip decently and that a few dogs were around, I mean come on! If that’s the worst things about a place, you can count me in!
