Really cool pub on a corner street near the Broncos stadium. They have a good selection of beers, cocktails, a variety of bites, and award-winning burger and some fun salads. Our server was tastefully comic, and gave some good suggestions and a good experience. You can sit at the bar, high tops, upstairs and patio

Loved it here! Great food- get the buffalo cauliflower. My friend and I both enjoyed the brussel sprouts. They even have mocktails which was a nice surprise and very tasty. The service was fast, friendly, and outstanding- we never saw the bottom of our glass. We came on a Saturday and it was packed so I’m glad we had a reservation. I’ll be back this summer for the rooftop patio.

Upscale brewpub that serves food & cocktails as well as the beer they brew! This isn't your normal Denver brewery. Briar Common is a brewpub that serves a seasonal changing food and drink menu. The beers we had were solid, but the food is why I'll be back. Buffalo Cauliflower is a must, it's honestly one of the best I've ever had. It's their number one item, they even have shirts that advertise it! The Ahi Tuna Poke was fresh and the Steak & Veggie Hash was the perfect lunch. Try their new spring cocktails also like the Watermelon Paloma!

Great little restaurant and brewery. Came here for after work drinks and a quick dinner. All alcohol are locally produced, and the mixed selection was great. The food was excellent.

This place NEVER disappoints me. It's my 2nd time here and another great time. This time i went on a Sunday Brunch. Again I ordered my favorite appetizer called The Buffalo Cauliflower and I'm normally not a fan of anything Cauliflower but WOW this is delicious! The sauce makes it the best and it's not like spicy at all even though it's Buffalo sauce and then melted blue cheese mixed with that Buffalo sauce is to die for. My mouth waters thinking about it. It's a big portion so at least 4 people can share. Also had the Colorado Benedict and the pork belly was very tender, very yummy dish. My wife had the black bean burger which was just so so she said. Drinks were super yummy and lots of choices amongst beer as well. Definitely recommend this place BUT MAKE SURE you make reservations because it's always packed .

Holy s**t! Chris killed it. The food was phenomenal. The drinks were epic. The humming bird was a fantastic infused gin. The burgers were to die for. The whole menu is fantastic. The Brussels were amazeballs. I had the pastrami sandwich. The Reuben was on point. The fries! The chips! The relish! The food here was epic. I can't express how tasty the food is here. They are delivering some of the best food and drinks I've had in a long minute. Very pleased.

Wow! We absolutely loved Briar Common! The beers are fantastic, the food was nothing short of excellent (especially the Buffalo Cauliflower), and the service was bar none. We'll be back - 100%!

I’m in town on vacation and this place is walking distance from where I’m staying so I’ve been a couple times already. Buffalo cauliflower is SO good (one of the better apps I’ve ever had) and their beers don’t miss. Ask about their beer blends, the hazy mixed with the raspberry blonde is surprisingly delicious! Would recommend.

We visited for lunch and cocktails as part of an anniversary trip. Generally we enjoyed our visit. The drinks were the best part. Chris was our bartender and walked us though the various homemade beers and infused spirits. The infused bourbon was great. We also liked our brussel sprouts. Unfortunately, the kitchen was terribly slow. The restaurant wasn't full, but it still took over 40 minutes for a beer-bq burger and a bean burger. My wife did enjoy her house made black bean burger and her beer flight. We recommend the restaurant and would come back on a day we have a lot of time to spare.

My husband and I came here on a beautiful afternoon and enjoyed sitting on their patio. We shared: - Buffalo Cauliflower - Buff and Bleu Burger - Crispy Brussels Sprouts Everything was good. The Buffalo Cauliflower was my favorite thing. I was very surprised how big of a portion this was. It seemed like an entire head of cauliflower. I would order this as an entree or with a large group to share.

Really loved the vibe of this place. Admittedly, there was some issues with food temperature but it was all taken in stride. Portions are very generous and the beer list has some fun options. The stout brewed with locally roasted coffee was quite good.

Briar commons is a classic big city taproom/brunch/eatery. On Sunday morning this baby is slap full of well do to white folks getting lit and brunch and others with there kids just having a hangover beer. Once the brunch crowd ploughs out its much better. More for the serious drinker. Beers are pricey but who knows there may be deals afoot. Great sandwiches!

Found this on OpenTable and we couldn’t have found a more perfect location. We got to sit up on the rooftop and it was a perfect day. Great food, great service, great beer flights. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

The best way to describe this place is great. Our party included four adults and four children aged 3-11. The atmosphere at Bliar Common was very relaxed while the food was tasty for adults and children. Our server(Patrick) went above and beyond given food and beer recommendations which were spot on. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip to Denver.

Briar Common has really made a name for itself in this unique space right off Jefferson Park. The menu has some great food, yet simple fare that suites the brew-pub very well. Try the Cauliflower appetizer, but beware it takes two to finish! Beers are good, atmosphere is very cozy.

Went for lunch on a Monday, place was about 30% capacity. Food took about 35 minutes to arrive (chicken sandwich and fish n chips). Fry oil was overdue for a change. There was only one server but he wasn't having to work too hard since the kitchen was lagging. All in all the food was mediocre, especially for the price, and the wait killed our lunch hour. The guava chili sour beer was good. Probably won't be back. *edited in response to owner: Thanks for the response. Apparently fry oil was fresh, maybe the temp was too high or the time was too long? Food tasted and looked like the oil was dirty. We took 5-10 minutes to look at the menu, then food took 30-35 minutes, and we wolfed it down, paid and dashed. May give it another go one of these days when we have more time.

We had lunch on the deck We had fast and friendly service, throughout our whole lunch. The Buffalo Cauliflower starter was tastefully balanced. It wasn’t too spicy or tart. Delicious! The Reuben sandwich and homemade potato chips were great! The caprese burger was amazing! It had mozzarella cheese and a tangy tomato jam! Very unique! Seating outside on the deck was perfect! Great location near the Aquarium, Childrens museum and Broncos stadium. Highly recommend for beer and uniquely crafted burgers, sandwiches and other dinner entrees!

1st visit & loved it! Incredible neighborhood spot and great place for any reason. The Buffalo cauliflower is a large app perfect for sharing. It's saucy! The grilled ham & cheese plus tomato bisque was a wonderful combo! Fulfilling choice for the colder Temps. The Scottish Ale was malty, easy drinking and flavorful. Can't wait to go back for their burgers and other brews!

Great food, atmosphere, and staff. Dog friendly patio as well as a rooftop. Situated next to Jefferson Park, it's a hidden gem.
