What the Pho(ck) When it comes to Pho hands down, been to Vietnam and many many Vietnamese Restaurants. This was one of the best, if not the best Pho I ve ever had. Huge Portions a lot of condiments, comes with hot Jalapeños, Lime, Basil, Sprouts, Siracha, Tamarid. Perfekt Rare Steak inside, chewy noodles. Very clear and clean soup. Also tried Summerolls there were also very good. The Vietnamese Coffee is served traditionally and it’s very strong. Definitely recommend this Place. Service was very friendly and quick.

I come from Florida, where it is hard to find a decent Vietnamese restaurant, let alone someone that can make decent Pho. I came here with a friend and we were impressed. The service was great and the prices were fair. The ingredients were fresh and you could tell they cooked well. Broth was clean and flavorful and delicious as were the Spring rolls and the coffee. I look forward to coming back!

The crab is AMAZING and the service is excellent. The pho was good but honestly the soft shell crab and spring rolls/egg rolls outshine everything else. Oh! Also, their menu is not up to date online, everything is a dollar more, just FYI.

I don’t leave reviews often. But, I have to say out of the many, many pho spots I’ve tried in Denver - THIS ONE IS CONSISTENTLY THE BEST. Try the house-made spicy lemongrass broth next time you’re here! That’s what really makes the difference. The service is also very friendly. Their staff has been fairly consistent for over a year now which makes me think the employees are happy here. We go there enough to be recognized sometimes haha. My go to is the Tofu and Veggie Pho with Spicy Beef Broth. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would.

One of the best places to get Pho in Denver. I typically frequent here during 11-1230 and have never had to wait for a seat. The Veggie Pho (spicy) is my absolute favorite, and it comes out perfect every time. The service is always great, they are quick, friendly and attentive.

My favorite pho ever. I always get the A3 with peanuts sauce instead, yum! And the #19. The small is plenty for one and they do a great job at take out. SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Also the Vietnamese Iced Coffee here is on par. 😋

Was on business downtown and stopped here for lunch. Enjoyed a wonderful lunch, started off with the veggie spring rolls, grilled chicken rice plate and jasmine ice tea (perfect on a hot day). Service was excellent!! Look forward to returning and have been telling my co-workers. Great experience!!

Had the vegetarian pho with vegetables; by FAR my favorite pho place in Denver. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, and the portion sizes are monstrous

Came here for a solo lunch while visiting Denver, food was delicious and the staff was extremely kinda and friendly! I got the tofu spring rolls and the #19 bowl of pho. Definitely worth stopping here if you’re a fellow pho lover

It's a weird location on Colfax. It is right across the street from the capital. Not a choice neighborhood, never the less, the place is clean, the food is fresh, and the staff was friendly. Not a super memorable experience but it was good and I'll be willing to go again if the occasion arises.

Visiting the area for the weekend. Having had pho from other cities with stronger Viet communities than Denver's, the pho looked authentic and the flavour profile was okay, but overall it tasted watered down and lacked the depth I'm used to. Place was clean and service was nice, but the pho fell flat.

Server was great and friendly! Typical pho place and ambiance. Food came out in a timely matter and the pho was a nice portion size! Spring rolls were delicious!

The best Chicken Pho Ive ever had so far! And the Japanese Royal Milk Tea was delicious! This restaurant is the only reason I’d go back to Denver 😋🥰

A clean, fresh, delicious pho from Pho-natic was the surprise delivery at a friend's today. I tried the chicken in chicken broth and tofu in vegetable broth, and both were tasty. Yummy spring roll menu. I can't believe I hadn't tried this place. Definitely will be going back when I'm in Denver. Sorry, didn't get pics, just dug in

Came here with a group of 8 and all of us agreed that the pho broths are super salty. Waiter was nice and attentive but food was just disappointing. Will be drinking water all night 😵‍💫

Excellent food however the waiter told me not to tip her because I asked her for water after my mouth was on fire from the jalapeno I ate which she apparently took offense to. Now I don't feel as comfortable eating here. If your waiter is telling you not to tip them, they must feel guilty for something... So what did this waiter do to my food then that made her feel guilty enough to cross out the tip line on the receipt??? Makes you wonder why a waiter would say not to tip them. Also, I supported this business a lot over the years and tipped everytime, so it feels very off and now this isn't my favorite restaurant anymore due to that weird behavior from that server. Sad. That waiter just told me to F off without telling me to F off. Very patronizing and condescending and passive aggressive. And the fact that I ate all the food, every last drop and cilantro and basil leaf, full of good food just to get treated as if I'm the one who did something wrong. F that. Other than this shady behavior from that waiter tonight, the owner is a very nice lady and actually cares a lot about her patrons. Pains me I had to write this. Fix your attitude.

Honestly some of the best flavored pho broth I've had. The medium bowl size is quite large and more than enough food. The Vietnamese coffee was cool since it filters at the table and then mixes with the condensed milk.

Been eating here for a while, pho is decent. Ordered the beef rice noodle bowl and all the rice noodles turned pink from all the food coloring on the beef...weird, who uses food coloring anymore? Kinda gross.

Gluten free options, always good. Have had the same waitress and she’s FAST and cool AF. Been there for a friends bday each time and she worked her butt off. THANKS GIRL. Food is bomb.

Overall I would say it's pretty good, though nothing amazing. An easy place to drop in when you want some pho and tea

We love this place. We found this place our first week moving to the area, 6 years ago, and love it. It truly reminds us of how my hubs mom cooks her pho. She was born and raised in Vietnam, so authentic to say the least. A huge plus is the staff is always amazing.

Phonatic is very beautiful a great small place to grab lunch. It is right across the street from the capitol in downtown Denver. If you're looking for something that is not directly downtown Denver to avoid the traffic and busy intersections this would be a great place. I love that this restaurant is a small establishment therefore it does not get overly packed. The staff is very friendly and the food is always good. If you're looking venture out in the Denver downtown area this place is the perfect walking distance to get away from the crowd.

My husband had never had pho before, so we came here while visiting Denver. The atmosphere is really nice and quiet (we came in the evening). The egg rolls were good but the pickled veggies that came with it were better!I would honestly ask for a plate of the veggies if I came back because they were really good. I got the veggie pho (#5) and my husband got the steak pho (#1). The regular size which I got is pretty big, so I would do a smaller size in the future. We ended up having leftovers which is fine. The veggie pho was great and hit the spot. We also split a strawberry smoothie with boba. It was probably one of the best strawberry smoothies we’ve ever had. We might stop back just for tea and smoothies! I would eat here again.

Delicious! I tried this place on a whim and very happy I did. Flavor is amazing, not overly spicy (I ordered the tofu rice plate), and the people working there are just the sweetest. I will definitely be a repeat customer 😊

If I could give this place a million stars I would. You can taste the quality and the love in this food which is so important to me. The vegetarian pho is BOMB and the fried crab is even better. I've tried maybe 10 of their dishes at this point and I've got to say I've always had an amazing meal here.
