This place has become part of my top 5 favorite burger joints in Denver after this last experience. Super tasty burgers with loads of options! The best part about all the options they have for burgers, is if you can't decide they literally have an option named that. You can try two BIG "sliders" in any style of their signature burgers and it gives you the chance to taste multiple options. They also have a great beer list and fresh cut fries. I will be back!

We actually only went to 5280 Ice Cream. Got great service from the person working there yesterday, April 21st. My kids like the plain Jane ice cream so they wanted vanilla. The vanilla they had was Mexican Vanilla, alleged to be sweeter than regular vanilla. I'm lactose intolerant so I wasn't going to eat a lot of it, but I tasted it and "they" are right! It IS sweeter than most regular vanilla ice creams! Definitely recommended on warm Denver days!

Great experience and service. I couldn't get a picture of my son's burger or hotdog but that's just because they wolfed them down. My son loved the pretzel bun on his burger he said it was super soft and tasted like a pretzel without the salt. The New Mexico green Chile burger wasn't quite what I expected and not New Mexican BUT it was good none the less. My husband's burger was really good! Ring of Fire a good choice if you can handle the heat (for my husband not overly hot for me it burned my lips when I tried the sauce). Overall a great experience.

Came here for a nice burger and drink and was very happy with the 5280 burger and truffle fries. Burger had great fillings all looked and tasted fresh. I also got some fried pickles on the side but these are too salty for my taste. The staff are friendly and a nice chilled atmosphere with lots of choice of burgers available.

This is an awesome spot. The burgers were large and yummy. The real gem 💎 is the waiter Eli. If you are lucky to get him he will make sure that you are enjoying your self and he will make sure you have everything you need.

The place is Marvellous!! Seriously! Another dose of that Delicious Denver Flavor. Make sure to say your prayers. The menu here is a blessing from the food Gods. I got a Cheese Burger and a Small fry and a bottled Tea. The Best. Everything had a gourmet touch. From the fries to the bun. Don't hesitate on stopping by and getting some. Nothing but major flavor. 5280 4 life...🎃👽😎🥸🐉🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️‍🔥👍💯😋👻9️⃣8️⃣3️⃣🌆🐉😵‍💫🌀

The place is called a Burger Bar for a reason. The burgers are outstanding! I'm not a huge burger fan, so believe me when I say that this place aims to impress you with its burgers. Most are cooked to a medium rare, but I prefer mine on the medium well side, and they executed it perfectly! Still amazingly Juicy and tender. Flavors are intriguing and the sides are fantastic.

Honestly one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Very worth the price. The burger was the "What the Guac" and a Mint cucumber Moscow mule which were both fabulous. We ate outside and it was lovely. Will be going back whenever I crave a burger. However it is downtown Denver so keep that in mind in regards to people approaching you if you do sit outside.

Lunch special made with inferior fast food burger. Regular burger not much better. Fries were soggy and we had to return pretzel because it was uncooked in the middle

We were in Denver for a few days and decided to try the place after reading the reviews. The bar has a relaxed atmosphere and it offers a good selection of beers. They have several burgers on their menu and they were good. They don’t come with fries so you need to order them. The staff was very friendly.

A very pleasant delight l! Was craving a good burger and fries and this place doesn’t disappoint. A very good selection of burgers that are huge, we decided to try the sliders version so we can try move variants because they all looked great which comes with two smaller burgers and they were all awesome. The honey chicken and dill appetizers were really good also. Wait staff was quick and prompt. The location is great too. As an aside we decided to use chat gpt to recommend to food choices on this visit and chat gpt nailed the recommendations. It was even aware of what the 5280 burger was. First time we tried ordered this way and it went so well for us. This place is really great on all measures.

Bottom Line: Nothing special but food is good for the price. I would recommend. Atmosphere: Mid-light bar vibe with plenty of natural lighting during the day. Moderate noise level. They play a diverse variety of pop music including electronic. The tables are kind of close together but not too crowded. They have a very nice bar area and outdoor seating. Food: Happy hour is 3pm-6pm. I took advantage of the $4 Well Cocktails. These are basically any house cocktail with your choice of bottom shelf liquor and a mixer. They were very weak, but I can’t complain about a $4 drink. The menu makes the food look much better than they actually are. That’s not to say that the food isn’t good, but it’s not outstanding. The burgers just taste live standard burgers. They also have a nice variation of fries, but we only tried one. We got the truffle fries, cole slaw, and stadium nachos for our appetizers. The truffle fries were a bit too strong for my taste. The cole slaw was nice and creamy, but had an odd flavor that was kind of sour, more so than a standard slaw. Our waiter wasn’t lying when he said the stadium nachos were a BIG dish. Definitely enough for 4-6 people to much on before the entrees come out. This was my favorite dish. The slow cooked pulled pork was very juicy and tender. The pico de gallo added a sweet juicy touch with nice texture along with the corn We each got the “I Can’t Decide” option for the burgers. Instead of one half pound burger, you get two quarter pound “jumbo sliders” of your choice. We got The Perfect Burger, The Ring of Fire, The Durango, and The Queso Fundido. We cut all for burgers in half so that we could try a bit of each. They were all decent, but they all kind of tasted the same when their descriptions were very different. The one exception was The Ring of Fire which was so much spicer than I expected(good thing). That being said, the spiciness was the only good thing that set it apart from the others. I also didn’t like the texture of the patty on that burger. Service: Our server was very kind, attentive, and friendly. We had some nice back and forth banter which I greatly enjoy when a server can participate in. It makes me feel more comfortable and at home. Overall, it’s a decent spot, but nothing special. Food is average and prices are fair. I’d come back again

5820 was a great spot to get locally sourced food in a cosmopolitan atmosphere. I enjoyed the selection and entree. The egg roll cheeseburger appetizer was a great option. I will continue to try their other burgers and Fried Chicken.

The fries and fried pickles! Very flavorful! My chicken sandwich could’ve had the same flavor as the fried pickles and it would’ve been delicious. The strawberry shortcake drink became a texture thing once it melted and was a bit strong.

Came for dinner and beer and had a great time! Most of the food was great - the gluten free buns we very delicious! The strawberry salad was also amazing. I loved the flavor of the green chile, but it wasn't as thick as I was used to, so it seemed a bit strange that they also use it as a sauce. The fries were sub par. We ordered a large truffle fry for the table (they're al a carte) and I couldn't even taste the truffle. Definitely not fries to write home about. I did love that they brewed their own lager! And they had an extensive list of brews, ciders, and seltzers to choose from.

Not just burgers and drinks as the name suggests where the poutine style fries were worth ordering double. Not pictured visiting the second time were the jumbo wings appetizer that lived up to their namesake, larger than national chain brands. An attached ice creamery provided a dessert option along with various spiked milkshakes. The atmosphere was energetic, having a mix of sports on TVs and a classic selection of music. Service was excellent and out of dozens of customers, our server recognized the group and gave a warm welcome back. Definitely worth a visit for those curious, looking for locally sourced eats and treats.

The food was ok but things added up quickly - the price for the burger is the price for the burger only, not any fries. It would be nice to have half-orders of the fries - they were so good but we weren’t able to finish them. Definitely need a fork 😊😂 The staff were all very friendly and attentive without being intrusive, everything was clean and it was an enjoyable time.

Lunch, sunday 1300. Not too busy. Easy menu, good burger menu as well as decent salad and appetizer choices. Also vegan and gluten free options, I think most anyone would find a decent lunch here. Got the Perfect Burger, it was a great burger with good toppings, cooked pink not overdone. Really disliked the onion rings, some sort of grains are added to a flour buttermilk batter, making coating have wierd tough grainy armored texture, way too thick. Probably first time I've disliked onion rings enough to comment on them, ever. Bartender said other folks love them though so if you like thick batter coating with a chew, these may be your thing... About $29 out the door for a burger, rings, and a coke, kinda pricey-- everything is a la carte so you don't even get fries with your $15 burger. Bartender took good care of me, but I can see it being slow at normal hours.

We were all out in Denver for CEDIA, and I was fortunate enough to try 5280 burger bar, and it was fantastic. The 5280 burger was perfect, as you will see in my photos, and the fries are excellent!!! The service was fantastic and the beer was nice and cold. Absolutely the perfect combination 😍 if you are out in Denver, give them a shot !!!

Fantastic queso! The burger was good, just a bit more meat would have be nice. The service was fast and the staff very attentive. The fries are made is house and we’re crispy but a little greasy and not enough truffle seasoning on my order. I understand that you don’t want to go overboard with that but a little more flavor would have rocked it. The “Ring of Fire” was a fantastic burger for sure. Nice heat but not too hot… for me Enjoy!!

What a great place! Stumbled across this by accident while visiting the area and loved it! My Buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing and my man loved his burger. We shared a basket of fries which were also delicious. We probably could have shared just a side of fries there were so many . Great place!

Menu had a wide selection of burgers, having the "I can't decide" option for sliders was perfect! The perfect burger was indeed perfect and the Durango was fun. Loaded fries were tasty and not too drenched and soggy. Service was friendly, patient, and helpful, especially considering we came in in their last hour. Not the most amazing burger Ive ever had but definitely hit the spot. Highly recommend!

We had great burgers at this place! I had the "perfect burger" (soooooo delicious 🤤😋😋 the bacon onion jam was the star of the show!), husband had the I can't decide - so that was the "what the guac" and "the Durango" . The option of I can't decide is genius! It's basically 2 burgers that are a little larger than slider size, if you're in between wanting to try two different burgers. Both of those options were fantastic, but not better than the perfect burger. We also got truffle fries, which were great. It was more than enough food and we left with leftovers. Another person ordered the loaded fries and that was good. Fries could have been hot though.. Other than that, service was good and quick. Waiter very helpful! It was a little chilly in there, so bring a sweater. There was also a guy at the bar cursing up a storm while talking loudly on the phone... But the bartender noticed that he was beginning to be a bothersome to tables with children, so she engaged him in conversation. 👍🏽👍🏽 I was so glad about that!

Food: the perfect burger literally was PERFECT. It was sooo good. 10/10. Great burger. My friend really liked the durango & thought the stuffed mushroom was pretty good. The ring of fire was too hot for me and I usually enjoy spicy things- so make sure you really like spice. It was all spice and no flavor in my opinion. Truffle fries were also good. Service was good, quick, and friendly Atmosphere: my only complaint was that it was freezing inside this restaurant

AURIANNA IS THE BEST!!! Must try everything on this menu! 3 days in a row I’ll be back again!!! 5⭐️Recommendations: Fried Shishito🔥 Crispy Pork Riblets The Ring of Fire Burger🔥🔥🔥 Truffle fries! Cheeseburger eggroll(I never recommend these anywhere) Jalapeño Eggrolls Great vibe, great location, great service, great people, and everything on the menu has been just as phenomenal as the service! Good choice of beer! My only complaint is I wish they had stouts this time of year especially imperials! Other than that, I love this place and can’t wait to try the prime wagyu beef!

Skyler H. knew how to deliver fantastic customer service. I was with a group of 6 and he knew how to work through our table extremely well as to how he took our orders, delivered our food, made sure we were good, asked a few times if we needed anything else, and always kept such a professional mannerism. We were all from different states and we were all pleased with the food and service. The food was delicious, cooked to perfection, pleasing to the eyes, moist, seasoned just right, and made my taste buds still water. Fantastic choice made by all and all of us complimented our server.
