What a great find in downtown Denver! I had a sore throat and just wanted some hot soup. I walked into a little slice of heaven! First thing I saw was Lobster Bisque, YUM! I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman that covered the Zoup story for me. Then he and the young woman working behind the counter with him, filled me in on the soups. Luckily for me they agreed the Lobster Bisque was a good choice. The soup was awesome, but I want to focus on the 2 behind the calendar. The soup would have brought me back, but those 2 behind the counter, were so nice and friendly. They listened to my likes and wants and made excellent suggestions. They weren't pushy, just helpful! I returned later that night and they were both still working. They recognized me and it was like a good old family reunion. They recommended the chicken pot pie soup, and another hit. Visit this store enjoy the food and hopefully enjoy the 2 workers and enjoy the conversation.

I ordered the macaroni, soup and sandwich. I didn’t receive my soup. I called the restaurant and was told I didn’t add the soup, the website needs to be updated, apparently you cannot get the soup , salad and sandwich as I was told ,they asked which soup I ordered and I told them the Maple harvest, I was told it’s not on the menu, so why have a option for something that isn’t available? I feel like they just didn’t put it on my order since it’s not available.

ordered 2 chicken noodle soups to go, they should call it wet noodles with bits of chicken. need to portion out better. pic shows noodles to the top after i added 12 oz of water. maybe Zoup is code for “Dupe of soup”😹

Overall a good spot. Like their namesake, the best options here seen to be the soups. I have tried a couple different ones and ask have been good. I wasn't nearly as impressed with the sandwich, bowl, mac and cheese, or broth bowl. They all sound good but I didn't think they were as good. With the broth bowl, part of the problem was the temperature - the broth was nice and hot but was poured over chicken and broccoli that were refrigerator-cold, which just made the while thing room-temp at best. I like they soup variety, and while the service is kind of slow, they are very friendly.

I got the Lemon Roasted vegetable broth. It's good, but the broth is very salty. It tastes like someone dumped a whole container of salt in it.

Place was slammed at 12.30 when I got there. But still got my food in about 10 minutes. Lobster bisque is best I've had in years! Better prices than panera.

The food is good for what it is but the service is beyond rude and disrespectful to the customers. All of the ladies working there have an attitude problem and are not scared to show it and talk out loud about their own personal issues while attending customers. Honestly they make the environment uncomfortable.

Came here on a whim. Excellent guest service. They let us sample the soups. My daughter and her friend are hooked. Hot honey sandwich was good. The bread side for soup is hot and fresh. DEFINITELY will be back

The service was friendly and fast (3pm). The restaurant was clean and in a convenient location across from the Sheraton Hotel. The bread both on my sandwich and accompanying my soup was FANTASTIC. Can I make better soup at home? probably Can I get it cheaper somewhere else? probably But I'm grateful for what it is. Thank you

So many options of daily soup to choose from. If you are not sure then ask for a taste! Get a combo soup & sandwich to get the best of both! I only wish they had this back home. Friendly & helpful staff even remembered that I came by yesterday for lunch as well.

Love this place’s food and that they are consistently open for breakfast and lunch. Employees are typically nice and attentive.

First time in. Super friendly counter service. She went above & beyond to explain soups, give samples and suggestions. I'm a huge soup eater even in summer. The chicken noodle was delicious. Big chunks of chicken, lots of flavor and spice (dill, peppery) plus two chunks of fresh warm cibbata. If I lived nearby, I'd go all the time just to try more soup!

Great staff, the manager really knows how to be an effective manager. With a like out the door and 16 orders to be made she apologized to the waiting people and left the counter to help her team catch up. That's true management. The food was so good too! I tried 2 different salads and 2 different soups, all were fantastic but the white chicken chili was my favorite!

This local eatery was so delicious! I would highly recommend eating here. It was a wet day outside and Zoup hit the spot to warm me up. I had to try 2 items but couldn’t finish both because it was so filling. So I took one to go! I only wish there was one of these back home!

Great soup. Terrible service. The manager was screaming at the entire staff during the lunch rush. What an absolute fiasco.

I can’t wait until they open one of these in Seattle. I also loved that they were dog friendly. The manager said they were super close to inking a deal for a location in Seattle. Yum! The soup was yummy and I loved the brown rice and chicken!

This is one of my favorite places to eat! Natasha is such a great ray of Sunshine at this location. We host a Vision Board workshop together in Denver and use Zoups catering! It has been fantastic and we are excited about the future!

Not terribly happy with my lunch. New England Clam Chowder was brown almost NO cream if any at all and a ton of carrots. It's not like I can go back to get new food I'm limited on time. Probably won't visit this eatery again. Staff was good though.

Perfect lunch stop. Try and sample the soups! They want you to. The 2 for is the way to go. Bread fresh and not too thick. Staff were very nice. Ate here yesterday and today... Date of visit: June 2022
