We went for lunch on Sunday, the place was crowded, but we managed to get an outdoor seating. Had seen so many great reviews, and the crowds at the restaurant, we were hoping for an exceptional meal. Ordered falafel sandwich ($6.75) and vegetarian platter($13+). The sandwich was dry and the pita bread was falling apart as you took a bite. I couldn’t finish. The platter was still ok. falafel n hummus in the platter was good. Again the pita served with platter was dry and felt more like pita cracker than pita bread. It was quite disappointing and will not be going again.

Our family loves Jerusalem Restaurant. We just wish we lived closer, so we could go more often. It's our Christmas Eve tradition to go there. The food is so fresh and delicious. I always order the the Vegetarian Platter. I mix all the ingredients (except the falafel, grape leaves, and French fries, of course) into a pita, and top it off with the wonderful cucumber salad (cucumber/yogurt dressing). I call it a party in my mouth, with so many incredible flavors that blend perfectly. My husband orders the Beef and Lamb Gyros, and my son the Combination Super Dish.

This place is awesome! The food is delicious, affordable, and very fresh. Plus the portions are generous and the service is wonderful. My boyfriend and I both ordered a combination plate, which allows you try a bit of everything. I was able to replace my rice with extra salad since I’m on a low-carb diet. Everything was delicious, including the grape leaves (which is something I don’t typically love). We were both so full we had to take some home. The desserts were also awesome (not pictured because we ate them too fast, but they’re displayed in the front — and they have a big variety). I had the kullage and loveeeddd it! It’s a syrupy filo dough pastry with a bit of custard inside. The service was also on point. An older gentleman who I assume is the manager greeted us (and other customers), and gave us recommendations. Our waiter was very attentive. This place has been around since 1978 and it’s easy to see why. We even heard two different customers say they had been eating here for 20 to 30 years! I can’t wait to return.

We got there before it opened but didn't mind waiting. The food wasn't as good as the last time I was there. It was kind of disappointing because it was the first time I brought my husband and I told him how good it was. The meat was dry and didn't taste like they just made it. Although the rest of the combination player was good. He loved the dessert. We both love middle eastern food. I think everyone should try it once!

Wonderful food here. And a nice calm section of Denver. The chicken gyro was fantastic, as was the chicken gyro entree as well. The staff is very friendly, and very attentive. Very much appreciated their input on desserts and entrees. Desserts were fantastic as well, they make them in half. Particularly enjoyed the brownie, chocolate cake, and baklava.

I needed a quick quality lunch and tried this restaurant for the 1st time. I had a Beef and Lamb Gyros Sandwich and tried their Baklava. The sandwich was more of a wrap, and was SO SO good!!! Great quality food for the low price. The Baklava was divine, didn’t even get a pic. My only complaint is that this place has a tiny dining area. But then again, it is kinda part of its charm. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m near the DU area again!!!

Went here on a weekday date with my husband on a whim. We love Mediterranean food and this place had great reviews, rightfully so! It was packed when we got there, people constantly coming in to pick up orders or sit down to eat. We found a spot in their cute outdoor area. We ordered the babghaosh dip, the tabouleh salad and for entrees we both did gyro sandwiches(mine chicken and my husband did lamb). The food was great, really good pita and totally understand why it’s so popular, everything tasted fresh and authentic. I would’ve taken a picture of our orders but this shows how much we actually enjoyed the meal!

As always, absolutely fabulous! Very reasonably priced. My husband and I love to come here and spoil ourselves with whatever we want to order. The waiter and the staff all work together and make the experience amazing.

The food here is pretty good and they are fast at making it. The restaurant seating area is too small for a large groups to sit down so its more of a to go spot. They have a lot of baked goods but it would be nice if the clerks knew what they have in stock before taking orders for items they dont have. Otherwise nice spot.

Great spot for drinks + meal with a group. Drinks are pretty good, with the sangria being a highlight. Lots of diverse food choices so people can choose what they want. There’s a bao place, pasta, pizza, arepas, poke, burgers, tacos, etc…

Oldie but goodie. They’re open late and always put out fresh and delish food! They are on a couple of delivery apps. The chicken shawarma plate is always perfect and the veggie plate is my favorite! Hummus is perfection!

One of our family's favorite places to eat for over a decade. Surprisingly Fast and very distinct flavors. If you are able to go on a Sunday afternoon you might find it relatively quiet. 😉

The food is horrible here. This place is a joke. Food is awful. They can't even barbecue the grilled meats.I would never come here again. Service was good but the food was just awful. Meat was chewy and dry. It was overcooked. Place looks run down. Needs a makeover.

I’ve been eating here since I first moved to Denver back in 2019. My husband and I always order from here. Amazing food and great prices. So much flavor. Plus open later than most establishments in Denver! It’s so good even my cat can’t get her paws off the food 😂

The food here is delicious. They were very busy, but the service was still good... just slow. Our food took a long time to come, so be prepared to enjoy a leisurely meal. It is absolutely worth the wait. There is seating inside and outside with two semi covered outdoor areas. There is not a lot of parking but adequate for the space. The desserts look amazing but we were too full, hopefully next time.

This is one of my favorite restaurant! I go there anytime I’m on that side of town. I love that they are open late. The place is small but it gives a real authentic vibe. I got the meat covered combo. My dish was flavorful, tender, and delicious. You must try.

They TRULY care about their regulars! We eat here often. There was a mix up and we had a longer wait than usual. One of the long time cooks (15 years) came out and insured we received our food and even prepped it to go for us as we had somewhere to be. The food is DELICIOUS. The staff are friendly and attentive. Of all the times we have visited, this is the first we ever had a real issue and they did everything to correct it. I will gladly continue to support this wonderful local spot! 🤍

This restaurant was once great, but now, unfortunately, it's not up to par. The food quality and taste have taken a significant hit. Even our favorite dish left all three of us disappointed. And let's not forget, it's not budget-friendly either. The restrooms need serious improvement. On the bright side, the waiters are fantastic!

Welcome to another food review from Charlie - Jerusulums is a great spot for a late-night meal, and I recently had the pleasure of ordering their Hummus and Gyro Plate. Everything was pretty good, and I was impressed by the flavors. The hummus had a creamy texture and was packed with delicious Middle Eastern spices. The gyro plate was equally delightful, with tender and well-seasoned meat. The combination of flavors was satisfying, making it a solid choice for a late-night craving.

Everything was almost perfect. They need a real server there and not just some kids that have no idea how to serve. The lamb meat was a little over cooked and dry.

Been craving some falafels and was in the area. Definitely has a college feel to it, which makes sense given its location. Food came out fast, the falafel sandwich was good for the price. A good amount of seating. Bathrooms were kind of gross but again, college vibes. Go in with the right mindset and it’s a solid choice.

Times have changed but the food hasn't! When you get craving for falafel only one place to go. Walked in, sat down, and admired the remodel (been a while since our last visit). The food is still amazing. We were all ready discussing how quickly we needed to come back! No matter if your gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, or a meat eater. You will find a delicious meal. Pro tip - order more togo for later!

Been a long-time, intermittent customer at Jerusalem. Came back for the first time in a while and the food is still good. Sure the service is rocky but that is to be expected just about anywhere these days. This place has always been a solid 4-star spot for a long time based on location, late hours, quirky building and decent food. See you in another six months!
