Amazing experience with delicious food, excellent service, and comfortable atmosphere. We were running a few minutes late to our reservation and they called us promptly to ensure we were planning on arriving. The restaurant is also family friendly with high chairs; staff was accommodating with our toddler and found the perfect spot for us. Very helpful sommelier and great wine selection. Great cocktails. The seafood pasta (Frutti Di Mare with squid ink spaghetti) was one of the best pasta dishes we have had. The chicken was a bit underwhelming but a safe choice. Eggplant Risotto was good. The Brussels sprouts and Tuscan fingerling potatoes were both fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

Incredible experience here! One of my new favorite restaurants. The environment was lovely. Staff were so sweet. We ordered the brussel sprouts and Foccacia as appetizers. The bread was delicious, but the brussel sprouts were out of this planet amazing! Sweet glaze with postacios and shredded apples. A beautiful touch! I highly recommend! For our mains, I ordered the duck dish with mustard seed, farro, and blackerries. The meat was perfectly cooked. The sweetness level was perfect! My partner ordered the butternut squash raviolis. The sauce was incredible. Raviolis cooked perfectly and the squash sweetness was beautiful. We ended our meal with the cup of Tiramisu, creamy, chocolaty, super delicious! Sooo looking forward to coming back here in a couple of weeks when they switch to their summer menu! Update: Went there again. Wonderful experience. Our waiter Carlos, was very accommodating! The melanzane was fantastic. If you love eggplant, this is your dish!!

The first time we ate at Panzano was a few years back and were excited to find out that they survived pandemic. Unfortunately the quality of dishes went down in the last few years. I got a pasta with braised rabbit which had 4 bones in one small plate (which completely ruined the dish). It was difficult to enjoy the flavor of the dish while worrying about not breaking teeth. We were really disappointed.

First night was so good, I came right back for a second! I'm in town on travel, wanted dinner and wine within walking distance to my hotel. Night 1, discovered the 4-6 happy hour including $7 wine. Got the wild mushroom pizza and it really is up with the best I've ever had. Night 2, came back with the same plan but got the ravioli and focaccia - both scratch made. AS good an experience as the night prior. If I'm ever back in Denver, coming back here will be priority.

Another spectacular meal! We have both alpha gal (life threatening) my husband and a gluten allergy, myself. Our server went over and above to list the gf items as well ensuring the kitchen kept our meals vegan. All the while recognizing the 2 carnivores and birthday sitting at our table! Can't wait till we come back in October!

Great experience, food was delicious (only recommendation, you can get pizza anywhere - go for the entree) the drinks were well crafted. Our bartender Chris was on it, great recommendations all around the table for both food and drink. He said they rotate the cocktail list weekly and the bartenders make the list, so its very trendy and current.

Im currently in culinary school down in Colorado Springs, so I try to eat out a lot to expose myself to how fine dining restaurants operate. The drinks, food, and service were all amazing. Our server was attentive, friendly, and the menu was gorgeous. I cant wait to come back to try their summer menu.

Dinner here was great, I loved the jam that came with the charcuterie. The scallops in the corn risotto were cooked to perfection. The steak was the highlight though, prepared a perfect medium-rare and the sauce it came in was fantastic.

One of the nicest places to eat in town. Their Moscow mule may be the best on the mainland with excellent cocktails all around.

Panzano is a fantastic place in downtown Denver. Great Bolognese and steak. I didn’t get the Brussels sprouts this time, but highly recommend it. Sat in the bar tonight and Dave took great care of me. Panzano is lucky to have someone like Dave. Very good at what he does- take care of people. Can’t wait to come back next time I am in Denver.

This place was SO delicious!!! First of all, it was right downstairs from our hotel (Kimpton) which was beyond convenient to have a restaurant that actually taste amazing. The service was great, our waiter was so kind. You must make a reservation because it sure gets packed. The food did not take long at all to come out but what was great was they (chef/waiter) times it out perfectly giving us enough time to eat our appetizers. I’m not a big fan of when food just comes out while you’re still eating your appetizer. My fiancé and I started off with a bottle of Cabernet which we were able to take upstairs to our room, then we ordered the Fritto Misto as an appetizer and Panzanella Di Panzano (salad) which both were delicious. Oh and for the salad, the waiter was kind enough to have the chef just easily split the salad into 2 plates (or else my fiancé would have just ate the whole thing -_-). For our entrees, we had Romagna but I had then remove the prosciutto and add shrimp for an additional cost (the truffle sauce was to die for). My fiancé had a medium done Filet Mignon and it was perfectly cooked! Overall the food was tasty, the service was great, and the ambience was relaxing. Secret (not so secret anymore): if you say the secret word “mangi mangi” you get something free (chef’s choice) which we got the salad!

This place is so good! I had there Whipped Burrata and America Vespucci to DIE for! My waiter Chris was the best, will definitely return if I ever have a layover in Denver again.

The pizza was great, but the service and management are awful; I would never recommend this place. I gave the manager a chance to recover, but he didn't even offer a free drink or desert. He only offered the same tired covid excuse.. For a quality dinning experience go somewhere else!

Ate at the bar, first come first serve. Service was wonderful. We have celiac and a nut allergy and felt well taken care of. Gail in the bar is a champ. We had a glass break and it was taken care of quickly and with so much kindness.

Started with a great cabernet sauvignon during Happy Hour. A small tasty ceasar salad with a real slice of anchovy. Also had the olive appetizer for another great taste sensation with excellent service by Gail. Moving to main dining room we Loved the outstanding Fritto Misto (tender delicate deep fried calamari, shrimp, artichoke, goat head peppers, and fennel. Accompanied by a light lemon aioli. This was Probably the best appetizer of calamari that I have had in 60+ years. Papa was waiting on us and did an outstanding job. I had the veal loin in a very nice marsala with fingerling potatoes with mushrooms. Yummy. Tender and delicious. Richard had the Bolognese Tagliatelle pasta and he ate it with gusto and said he would finish every bite as it was so delicious. A butterscotch (Budino di Caramel) and a Tiramisu rounded out a fantastic dinner. Compliments and accolades for Executive chef David Gross and General Manager Mac McNally. It has been a long time since I have enjoyed a better meal or dining experience and you made my trip to Denver outstanding and memorable.

Had the best experience. Food was excellent, service friendly and prompt. I ordered the pork chop and it was good. Their Brussels Sprouts was some of the best I ever had. Too bad I didn’t take a picture of their risotto- absolutely delicious!

Celebrated our son’s high school graduation here. They went over and beyond to make him feel special. Service, flavors, presentation- everything was outstanding. We will definitely be back. We had rack of lamb, halibut, bolognese, risotto, pitachio bomba. Thank you Carlos (our server) Mac (manager)!

I was staying at the hotel across the street and decided to check this place out. I’m happy I did! The food was excellent and so was my service. I even went back the next day. The Focaccia bread is out of this world good and the aioli sauce that comes with it is too!!! Thick, dense and warm with a hint of chargrilled taste to it. It came with a phenomenal spread too. I wish they had this restaurant where I live. Did I mention how phenomenal the focaccia bread is 😋🤤

Upon arrival I was greeted so eagerly and promptly. Once seated our wonderful and very knowledgeable waitress Emily took great care of us. Our food was very tasteful and was served in a timely manner. Will be back again to try more on the very well throughout menu selections. A must try! Ask for Emily!

Came for Valentine’s Day dinner. From the outside it didn’t look like much but the service and nice staff were great. My partners dish wasn’t amazing but I loved mine. They were always there to offer a refill of my wine and water. Still would give it another shot as it could have been a one off dish.

This is a historic Italian fare that has been in business in the Denver downtown area for a long time. However, the surrounding areas is a bit shady. The food was solidly good and authentic, but not at the level that I would say it's other worldly. The staff is friendly and very attentive, which makes up for some of the shortcomings of the food and made our dining experience more enjoyable.

The atmosphere was good and the food was good but the service was weird. We came in for the tasting menu but someone in our party didn’t like the selections on the tasting menu so our server said he’d come back to give us time to decide. He came back and took our order but then told us that if anyone wanted the tasting menu then the whole table had to order the tasting menu so he left again to give the rest of the table time to change their orders. When he came back we ordered and then asked for wine pairing suggestions and he said “I don’t know what you like” instead of offering wine selections based on our food. The food was really tasty when it came out but the chocolate mousse dessert was basically a butterfinger in a round shape. Overall, our server was just kind of distracted, grumpy, and not very helpful but the food was good. Definitely spent less than we would have if even one of us had gotten the tasting menu. The chicken gnocchi was really good but I like a pan fried gnocchi and this was more of a lightly cooked gnocchi. Still really good dish though!

We were hungry after a morning flight from Denver, and the Sunday brunch dish of chicken hash couldn't have been more delightful. Great flavor and ingredients! Had risotto with shrimp for lunch there two days later, and it, too, was terrific, if pricey for a fairly small dish at $25. However, my wife's Panzanella salad had way too much dressing on it, to the point of being unpalatable.

We came to Panzano on a whim to celebrate our 6 month wedding anniversary and it surpassed our expectations! I note that we came on a whim because we did not make a reservation prior to walking in and waited over an hour for a table since they were fully booked that evening. This was completely our fault for poor planning so I highly highly suggest making a reservation in advance to ensure you secure a table! I promise it won't disappoint! Our waiter was incredible, and I am now kicking myself for not remembering his name because he truly was so great! We ordered the calamari to start and a bottle of wine to share - the manager came over to our table to open it for us and told us that at no point should we be serving ourselves, and he wasn't wrong! When our waiter or other employee saw our glasses almost empty, they immediately came over to refill us. Talk about incredible service! The calamari was delicious, we loved the veggies tossed in the mix, but our entrees stole the show! My Husband ordered a mushroom pizza and I ordered the Agnolotti, which is served with a pasta similar to ravioli, in a pesto ricotta sauce. Delightful! It was the perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

This was not far from my hotel in downtown. Was on a business trip and was suggested this place from the hotel staff. Loved the style and look of the restaurant. Had some soup and bread as a starter and got the lamb and port bolognese. Was very tasty! I'd suggest others to this spot as well.

Our server, Curtis from NOLA, was excellent. He walked us through the menu with suggestions and recommendations. We loved our salads and entrees! We had the Caeser salad and the green salad with feta and olives. Both were delicious. My entree was the porchetta. So delicious! My dining companion had the roast chicken with gnocchi which he enjoyed as well. I recommend this spot!

DISCLAIMER: I only went for breakfast. Review based on that. 5/5 based on breakfast experience. Staff is friendly and got seated right away. Price point is a bit high. Teas are $7 with glass of OJ is $4. The avocado toast was decent but could do with some more flavor.

We had the privilege of sitting at the bar at the main restaurant which anyone can sit at instead of a formal table and got to see the chefs do their magic. It was incredible. The food was phenomenal. They use top notch ingredients. Everything was superb. Sous chef Javier Mercado even gave us a complimentary appetizer. Chef also couldn’t have been nicer. It was such a treat, the entire dinner and experience. Highly recommend their food and if you are a small party, sit where you can see them cook. It’s like watching magic and a symphony. Thank you for having us!

We have been a couple times for breakfast and even though it's a wait to get seated, the food is great. We are big fans of the chicken hash, the eggs Benedict, and the Hatch Bloody Mary. Our servers are always attentive and have great suggestions .

Jeeze, what can I say? This is hands down the best Italian food I've ever had in my entire life. The Brussels are something you need to have before you die, everyone I've ever brought say "idk man, I dont like brussel sprouts " always leave saying "you've changed my mind on Brussels " the pizzas are top notch and the cocktails are always perfect!

We recently enjoyed Panzano for a birthday dinner - the food was great and the service was prompt and professional. Our server made a few wine recommendations, one of which we took - the wine started off slightly harsh but she offered to decant it, which did the trick and it was very enjoyable after a little breathing time. The homemade pasta is incredible - the first time we visited we tried the ravioli bolognese that was amazing, and while the ravioli wasn't available this time due to their changing menu, the tortellini replaced it and was just as delicious. The Brussels sprouts appetizer, calamari, and mussels are all very good as well.
