Waited a total of 2 hours for lunch and dessert for a party of 7. Asked for dessert to go after 30 mins of waiting for 1 order of sopapillas and 1 order of churros. They took care of the desserts... but this is what we got. Dough of the sopapillas barely fried and mostly raw. 3 orders of fajitas all cooked completely different and mediocre at best. Will not be back to this location.

Stop looking at the reviews and try this place. Service is top notch, friendly, quick and suggestive. Everyone should find something on their menu that is yummy, but I recommend the fajitas. As they will not disappoint. I should probably tell you that the margaritas are pretty awesome as well.

Chicken stuffed Poblano pepper was fantastic! I didn't expect it to be so good. Triple chocolate cake was the best out of all desserts. We ordered the chocolate pinata for my nieces birthday. This made our experience over the top! The pinata was filled with fresh strawberries, pineapple and mini churros. I highly recommend this place for a family get together.

For it to be a Mexican-American place, it has some really delicious tacos. Food is usually disgusting when tacos are being serve on that little silver thing but I was honestly amazed at the juicy meat and salsa. They were perfect. Great service too.

Waited 40+ minutes and no server/host came by our table to even offer drinks despite serving others around us. I'm sure the food is good but I wouldn't know, I never got any!

Good service. Clean restaurant and clean bathrooms... although the women's bathroom needed to be stocked with towels and tp. The skinny margarita was very good and the happy hour price made it well worthwhile. I had steak tacos. They were full of steak and the presentation was nice. My complaint is that my steak was very rare and was room temp, not hot. My son had a chicken enchilada and said it was good.

Love this place. So relaxing. Service isn't anything special but the food and atmosphere make up for it. πŸ™Œ Didn't even get ID'd for this yummy margarita lol

Have been here 3 times in the last two months and this is me and my girlfriends new favorite Mexican place in town. Great service @ the bar, Alfredo is awesome and beyond attentive. Great happy hour with generous portions. Love this place!

Very bad, all i keep getting is chips before I could place my order, when I tried to place my order I was told to keep waiting. My order did not get taken until 30 minutes later. The food is bland, If All you want is pigeon food this is the place to go…

Sorry but this place is awful. Our food was gross, the bar tender literally delivered our food knowing it was wrong. Then she never even checked with us if we wanted water or another drink and we sat there for 1.5 hours. The bathroom is disgusting! And so is the landscaping! The floors were so sorry and slippery walking to the bathroom I was disgusted. Had the bartender had a clue, she would have gotten a $50 tip bc we love great service and can afford it. So 15% tip was generous. She even charged us for 2 meals since she had to have one remade. It was pathetic.

Love the food at Hacienda with their Mountain Mexican style. If you're looking for Mexican food this place will make you happy. Drinks are great too. Wait staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Hacienda has locations all over Denver & Colorado. It's the best!

We go there for dinner often and enjoy a variety of different dishes. Our main dishes are always good. But the appetizer, especially chips served are not acceptable. Please, please, please start serving better quality chips. If we would judge base on the initial experience - chips, we would never go back. I am sure that addressing this small detail, will result in many more and happier customers.

We usually go to the location in Wheat Ridge or Westminster, and have always had a great experience, but we found ourselves in Cherry Creek and decided to try out the Hacienda on Colorado Blvd. It was a Saturday night and the restaurant was really busy. We had a small mishap with our order and even though it was frustrating, the Manager on Duty, Gregory, really went out of his way to turn it into a positive experience. He re-made the order, took care of a drink and was very pleasant, also gave me his card and said to let him know the next time we would be in the area. We might have left with a bad vibe, and not ever came back, but Gregory saved the day and now we can continue to love Hacienda's food at all the Denver locations near us. Thanks!

First time eating here. Nice ambiance, the waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu, and the food was good. But, I did wish they had more flavors of margaritas!

This place is amazing! Fabulous food, delivered quickly and fresh to your table. Extremely friendly staff, delicious food, and fabulous prices, especially during happy hour! You have to try the bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp and the Colorado Swirl! Amazing experience! We are from another state and will definitely put this on our favorite Denver restaurants list!

The food was delicious. Very nice atmosphere. The service was a little slow but my coworkers and I were there as soon as they opened so some of the workers weren't there. But as soon as more people arrived and workers, it started to go more smoothly. So I say get there and make sure you have a seat because it will fill up fast. We had sat outside on the patio which very nice. So make sure you go on a nice day. Before it gets cold out.

Came here to eat lunch today with my kids, my mom and my sister. First, our waitress was very Kind and had excellent service for us. She was very caring and on point. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Love the new menu items. However my son’s kid’s menu soft taco was pretty spicy, I didn’t believe him at first lol. I tried it and it was spicy for a kids taco. I told the waitress and both managers came out to assess the situation and apologize and also to replace the taco. They all tried it and the chicken was pretty spicy they agreed. It was a very small issue. It was actually sort of funny and we were lighthearted about it. No biggie!! We have always loved this Hacienda and will absolutely continue to dine here. Food, service, and atmosphere are always very pleasant.

Ordered appetizers, dinner and margaritas in 3 flavors. There was so much food we had leftovers for the next 2 days. 10 Adults and 4 kids it was a hit. About 264.00 including tip. Will do it again next time in Denver. Delivery was perfect.

I was amazed at how poor the service was from the hostess. Everything else was good. Food was excellent. quick and polite staff everywhere else.. However this hostess went out of her way to be rude and short with everyone who entered. If I didn't come with my grandparents (who traditionally come here) I would have left right away. I'm glad I stayed because the food and everyone else was great.

Had lunch here today. Excellent burrito and got the spicier pickled jalapeno sauce. The burrito was very flavorful, and the sauce was mildly spicy. It definitely has a zing, but wasn't sweat inducing. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I didn't get to sample the drinks, but saw a couple nice sized margaritas go by, and wished I could. Will be back, and do recommend.

A mexcian influenced restaurant done right. Walked in and host and some workers seemed a little disorganized or perhaps new, but after being seated the food made up for it. Food was great, had the tex-mex plate with a side of pork green chile soup. Now, the chile soup had no pork in it just rice which was a little disappointing but rice was not bad. The flour tortillas seemed home made and if not you could have fooled me. Got pretty busy after 5pm on a Fri night which was a good sign. Would recommend.

Colorado twist on Mexican food. Very good flavors, went for lunch and had a party of 5. Everything was handled well be the wait staff. All orders were correct (several special orders) and served hot. Chip and salsa are really good, so had to take some of my lunch home.

Nice manager, but food not great. Shaky chicken for fajitas, cold chips, overcooked shrimp. Try the guacamole or the bacon shrimp appetizer.

Great food. Ordered queso Blanco that was delicious. The salsa was sooo good. Had steak and enchiladas. The carne asada was amazing!!! Beans were excellent, enchiladas were just mehh, not much flavor. Food was a bit overpriced. Our server was ok but not that great. Would come back when I’m in Denver again!

First time here and last time here. Restaurant was not very busy and we had to wait ten minutes for a host to seat us. The host was not friendly, borderline rude. Very unwelcoming. The waiter was not much better. No greeting, nothing like hello how are you etc. The salsa was absolutely terrible and tasted like watery garlic. Entrees were decent but the street tacos came with about a half inch of cheese layered in the tortilla and they were just dripping with grease. Not the worst food ever but did not feel like it was worth almost $50 for two people. The only positive was that the food came out very quickly. When we left, there were two employees at the host station who did not bother to say a word to us as we left. The greeting and goodbye are just basic customer service that most good chain restaurants offer. I was so unimpressed with this place after wanting to try it for years.
