5/14/22-This area has limited food options unless you want to walk, but I would recommend over eating here. They are really over priced when compared to similar food near by and the portions are about average. I had to ask for refills on my soda, the waitress did not keep track of when my glass was empty. Then when my food came out the toast was burnt and hard. The person that brought out my food didn't check the order to make sure it was ok and brought out toast that was mostly black. Then their jam for it wasn't set and was super runny with more of a consistency of a compote instead of a jam. Overall it was not a good experience and just hike for a few blocks for better food.

The reason to go here is convenience to DCPA (theatre venues). A walk across the street and you are there. There are lots of different parts of the restaurant from crowded spaces to quieter ones. Pinapple mimosa was good. Tuna melt was fine. Time clock behind hostess stand is kind of cool.

The best thing going here are the bottomless mimosas. We ordered 4 different items and they all were nasty! No seasoning on the meats, the waffles and French toast sticks taste like they came from the frozen food section, the biscuits were hard, even with the gravy on top and to top it all off, we were given warm water that tasted like it had sat on the counter for days!!

This is a fantastic brunch spot! The bottomless mimosas are seriously bottomless. I never saw the bottom of my glass. The waiter just kept giving me more champagne! I like that you can add your own juice too! The Mac and cheese was to die for! Absolutely amazing. You have to try it! There wasn’t an unhappy tummy in the group. We had a great meal and great laughs!

Stayed at the Curtis this weekend. Ordered $60 carry out from this restaurant - I was soo disappointed by the food and the service. The $20 meals came in boxes that didn’t work for the food at all. They forgot the yogurt parfait and gave us a Denver omelet instead of the eggs anyway we ordered. Worst part was when I called the front desk/restaurant about getting the wrong food, I couldn’t get through to get it corrected or get a refund.

For either evening cocktails or breakfast, this restaurant did NOT disappoint!! The waitresses were amazing and the breakfast items were absolutely on point!! I highly recommend this establishment.

We went for dinner and had appetizers and drinks. The martini's were great and had many options. The charcuterie board and fried pickles were amazing as well. One critique would be the servings were not designed with couples in mind. For example there were only 3 pieces of bread (not in photo we were hungry) and 5 pickles. However our server was non-existent most of the time and took way to long to get our order. Overall, we would come again for the food and drinks

My mom and I came in for a quick bite before seeing a show across the street, and we had a great experience thanks to the friendly staff, especially Tara. The food is tasty! We tried both the grilled cheese with tomato bisque, and chicken fried steak. Food was fast and had good flavor. Thank you Tara for your expert hospitality!

Caitlyn was so sweet and attentive to our table. She had good suggestions and genuinely loves her job. This was such a great experience I will definitely bring more people and recommend The Corner Office to people looking for a great brunch spot in the Denver area. Thank you 🙏🏾

Nice spot for a couple quick drinks and some food. Wasn't too busy. We got the grilled cheese and Brussel sprouts.

some thing about walking into a restaurant and immediately being asked what I can do for you grinds my gears, its a restaurant I’m here to eat!!! Maybe it’s just my restaurant background but I think the proper greeting is “how are you today? How many in your party” I could be wrong anyways after the cold welcome I told the host we were a party of 8 she replied, we do not have any large tables available and we close at 3 mind you it was 130 I asked is the kitchen no longer serving she replied it is last call for food is 240. I said ok, we’re take two tables of four she said I guess that’s fine as long as you done by 3. After reluctantly being set, Sarah our server came over absolutely wonderful woman I will add, told us that we could push our two small tables of four together, Sarah was very nice and attentive food was very mediocre. I ordered the chicken and waffles, my friend, and daughter also wanted chicken and waffles and we were told there were only 2 portions left so I’m guessing this food is premade or they only serve a certain amount a day I was confused as to why we were limited on the food options, it was a chicken breast and two waffles you fry the chicken breast you make the waffle batter how do you only have two portions and as we searched the menu for other options, we found that a lot of the options were limited or not available. I worked in restaurants for years and it didn’t matter if a guest walked in 10 minutes before we closed we treated them as if we just opened and we did not limit the options that they were allowed to order. This was absolutely one of the worst experience I’ve had in a while.

I stayed at The Curtis Hotel next door and came here for a late night snack and drink. The bartender ( a latino guy) was incredible. Very helpful about drink choice. I had a very nice tequila. I also had a Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. I’m 35 and still enjoy this little combination any night of the week!

Connor was in charge of our service and he did an amazing job! He was very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable about the menu. We tried a few appetizers but the best thing by far was the fried cauliflower. It was sweet, tangy, and really packed a punch (spice). Probably the best thing we ate all night! For entrees we got the bibimbap and the koji fried chicken sandwich. The bibimbap had a lot of flavor but I was a little disappointed with the small portion of meat. The slaw on the chicken sandwich was pretty good, but the chicken itself was flavorless. I wasn’t sure what drink to get and Connor recommended the Flight Delay. It was delicious!! Bottom line: I think this is a great place to get drinks and an app (fried cauliflower) before or after a show, but would not recommend a full meal here. In my opinion the prices for entrees are too high for what you actually get.

We had our rehearsal dinner here. The planning process was pretty straightforward, but upon arrival, there were a few struggles. They hadn't set up the right amount of chairs, even though I'd told the coordinator multiple times our final count. We had also pre-set our menu to be a buffet, but the staff started to take orders for a plated meal. I wish there had been better attention to some of our details. The staff that night were exceptional at helping us. They were on top of bringing in one more table and chairs for us. And when I asked them about plated vs buffet, they said that was what the chef prepared. We looked back at the order and it was buffet, so they made sure we were still only charged for what we originally planned for. The staff the night of were very thoughtful and even turned down the music when we started to give speeches. They were fantastic.

Had a really good burger and fries. Service was fine. But there was a server (not mine) who spent a significant amount of time bragging and laughing loudly about the large tip he had just received despite providing terrible service. I get it: it's hard to find good help these days. But this kid at a minimum needed a talking to and more likely needed to not be working in a customer-facing role anymore.

Convenient and eclectic place for lunch/brunch when you see a show/event at DCPA. Everything was delicious and glad we had a reservation as it gets busy (call if you don't see availability online). Lots of Vegeterian options and they have GF toast as an alternative to regular toast.

I had crispy cauliflower with tofu but it was so hard I could barely chew it. And for $15 just the cauliflower it wasn’t worth it. The poke bowl is quite small. My friend was happy with her salad. For dessert I had a pumpkin pie which was in fact a tart, and just average quality.

Great retro atmosphere but don't skip this place for breakfast, it's a sleeper. They have a corned beef hash and eggs that is made with homemade corned beef and home fries that is to die for. It's an exceptional value for downtown. The coffee's good, the wait is short and the service is exceptional.

Upon arrival, the entire ambience screamed retro swanky, and it did not disappoint. The service was immaculate. Our waiter Cameron provided perfectly timed service and was a pleasure to chat with. The corned beef hash was simply the best I’ve ever had, coming from NY (if that means anything) and you cannot go wrong with the cheesecake French toast! Overall one of my favorite restaurant experiences in Denver. Will definitely be returning often to try more of the menu.

Came here on a whim with my family of 4. Immediately wondered if we belonged because there were not any kids and everyone looked pretty dressed up at the tables. There is no kids section on the menu but they did have kids options that are not on the menu. They undercooked our kids burger but were very polite about making a new one. The customer service was good, food is higher on the price scale, and we felt welcomed even though we didn't really fit in.

I am in town for a conference staying in The Curtis. I stopped in tonight (11/4/22) to grab supper as it was convenient and inviting. When I walked in I could tell they were really busy (always a good sign). However, I was told they had several reserved tables but was given the option to be seated at the bar. Instead I asked the hostess if it would be alright to get my order to-go so she graciously handed me a menu and allowed me time to make a decision. After I placed my order I was told it would be about a 20 minute wait. I stood there and visited with the hostess who was friendly and courteous. I had to wait a bit longer than 20 mins but will say it was well worth the wait. I had the bison tamales and the bam-bam cheesecake. Highly recommend both! As I said, the restaurant was busy and the staff were working very hard to accommodate everyone. I personally think they were doing outstanding and will be back on my next visit to Denver.

We were in a hurry to catch a show and they were able to accommodate me during a busy brunch period. The waitress recommended the Chilaquiles, which were scrumptious! They were a smidge spicy, but the cheese and crema balanced out the heat. The staff were very cordial and attentive. I noticed they kept mimosas filled at other tables diligently, which can be a struggle at some brunch places. The decor is very stylish and we can’t wait to go back and try some of their more traditional menu items when we have more time. A good option if you have time to kill before a DCPA show!

To our surprise every ingredient in our brunch was freshly crafted, our waitress did her best to care for us, the coffee was absolutely decent and the “hash browns” are deliciously fried crispy chunks of potato with salt and seasoning. Corned beef hash was chopped shredded corned beef, and the jam provided was a decadent raspberry preserve. I couldn’t finish my brunch— very fair for the price— $14!

Went to brunch on Saturday with another couple before attending a matinee performance at the DCPA. The food exceeded expectations and the enthusiastic, warm and friendly service provided by Rachel was among the best I've experienced. I had the full breakfast of eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes and toast pictured here and it was great! My wife had the grilled cheese & tomato soup, and the other couple had the rueben and a breakfast burrito and all said their meals were very-very good. Atmosphere is comfortable and inviting which leads to lively discussions making it a bit noisy but tolerable.

If you love bottomless mimosas then this is the place to be. Their mimosas are huge… you get your moneys worth. A wonderful place to do brunch. The lobster Benedict is phenomenal. Seating is pretty crammed and you definitely need a reservation. But the atmosphere is lovely. A bit pricey but expected for that area.
