Quick Pickup. The lady was rude with an attitude that it was a bother to grab my order. I don’t help myself to the bags behind a counter. I see people do it. Anyone can just walk in and grab - gross. I ordered bbq Mac and cheese. I get Mac and cheese no bbq sauce at all. Requested plastic ware and says it on the bag. None. Save your money.

AVOID!!! Normally love Noodles and Company, and I ordered my usual Alfredo Parm Chicken to go. When I got to the hotel it was 2 pieces of shrimp a lump of cheese and cold wet oval noodles. Since I'm visiting from out of town I do not have time to trek back and get a refund, just know this staff could care less about the food and your order. There are far better places downtown than this to spend your time and money.

I waited 25 minutes, and paid $15 for a Mac with spinach and grilled chicken to receive a small portion of cold mac with no protein. I just love pulling out a bowl of disappointment after a long work day.

We were looking for something light for lunch, Pad Thai is on my top menu here. We had a decent meal and we enjoyed it!

I will only write this review so that you clients know about the working conditions of the employees of noodles and company, I worked there for almost a year, where they did not increase the hourly pay corresponding to the change of year, the manager Lurdes Now in charge he always made excuses not to do it, then as a way to make me quit work he cut my working hours in half and put me on shifts of only 4 hours a day. I had to look for other jobs, I talked to her to accommodate my schedule so I could do my two jobs, however I always did what I wanted with them, so sometimes I had to leave early and my four hours turned into 3 hours and something. We worked with damage to the A/C, sweating and becoming dehydrated, even the clients noticed it and I had problems with my tips on some occasions. I hope they read this comment and decide not to eat there, I hope one day other employees can comment here on their working conditions so they know that I am not lying to them.

I ordered online and walked to pick it up as they were just 5 minutes away from the hotel we stayed at. They had our order ready to go right when we got there! I was shocked at how fast they were. The employees were also friendly, which is always nice and makes an experience even better. The food was hot and delicious too. This was my first time trying their food and I’m so glad I did. I now have a new favorite restaurant! Their parm crusted chicken is packed with flavor! Seriously, try it! I added it to their Wisconsin mac-n-cheese and all I can say is, YUM! Their stuffed shell dishes are also superb. Every person in my party was raving about their meal. Nobody had anything bad to say about it. Oh, and the portions are large too, so you definitely get what you pay for. I also got a chocolate chip cookie and it was big and soft, not dry like Wendy’s cookies—yuck. Just go to this Noodles & Co, you won’t regret it!

Food is good but the staff are VERY SLOW. Staff had too much chit chatting going on. They don't know how to stay focused and hustle. Because this is downtown its very important to have orders prepared efficiently. There are a lot of people who work downtown like myself and we only have a short period of time to eat our food on our lunch break. It wasn't even that busy and it still took over 20 minutes to get my food. Lazy staff.

Order the Japanese noodles. I like the thickness and texture of the noodles, but a lot of them were burnt and in needed more sauce because it was dry. I threw it away. There was actual pieces of char residue mixed in. Took long to get my order too.

Every time I upgrade my chicken to parmesan crusted from grilled, I get absolutely no meat at all. Not bad if you order just regular meals and don't try to make any adjustments. They miss items all the time so I would double check your order before walking away.

Doordashed 12/22/23 spaghetti and found a foot long black hair in my food. Legit was so gross had to throw away the rest of the food. Called was told not much they could do I had to go through DoorDash for refund or any compensation. I don’t see how this would be DoorDash fault. So pretty much SOL and you’re just hoping your delivery company will compensate you for a mess up. I will be ordering some where else next time.

Got the butter noodles. The bowl literally was less than 1/4 full, the noodles were cold and the cherry on top - not even cooked properly. Maybe I was just unlucky but certainly not a good experience at all.

I got lo mein which was pretty good! But then I got gluten free butter noodles and they were complete mush. Everyone in my party tried them and were disappointed.

I got a salad to go, and the lettuce was completely uneatable. You know when lettuce is so old it’s transparent and sort of wet? That’s how the entire salad was.

Ordered penne Rosa and garlic bread. Received penne Rosa with chicken (I’m a vegetarian) and no cheesy garlic bread. Reorder garlic bread because they didn’t ring it in. Wait and wait.. still no bread. They gave it to the wrong table and then served me another round with NO CHEESE. The A/C is also broken in mid July :D disappointed is an understatement.

Absolutely loved going to noodles and co but sadly most of them around me in NY have shut down. Super happy to eat here while visiting Denver and the food taste just as good as I remember.

Food was delicious. There was a small issue with a missing item and they remedied the situation right away. The service was wonderful even though it was super busy.

I am not saying the food is the best you will EVER have in your life but they have so many options for lifestyles likes Vegan or gluten free, and the food is good and filling. I want to shed light on gentleman named Jay that works at this location.... I was immediately impressed by his sweet, kind, and hard working attitude and THEN i learned it was also his birthday and he was at work with nothing but positive energy. He was kind to a homeless man that walked in and gentle and it gave me chills. He was compassionate and also on top of orders and cleaning. He deserves to get a raise or something, he completely changed my visit to this store from good to great in a matter of minuets. We need more people like him in this world. I hope he knows his compassion does not go unnoticed.

Great food, good service, pleasant atmosphere, very clean! Expense, mid range for Denver. Get the large serving for the best bang for you buck.

I just paid $12 with tip and waited 45 minutes for this. A bowl of spring mix with a few pieces dry chicken and a handful of croutons. I also got to watch an employee get frustrated and walk out. Talk about a bad experience! If you don't have staff, don't open. I walked away once before when they were understaffed. Should have done the same this time, but I had already placed an online order.

Ordered for pick up on 9/7/22. Walked in and the "cook" was yelling at a customer and kids standing at the counter. Not sure what was going but looking at who was working there and how she was treating the customer made me lose my appetite. I'm noticing other customers waiting for food and the place just looks like chaos. After waiting another 10 mins I decided I just wanted my money back because there's no way my food was going to turn out good. I asked for a refund and was told that since I ordered online, they couldn't give me a refund. Instead of arguing I started to walk out. The lady yells at me asking what did I order. I told her the order and then she starts saying she doesn't have the steak and other ingredients to make the food. And then starts going into a rant about not having what she needs. I walked out and will work with my credit card company to reverse the charge. Bottom line, this place is a disaster. I don't know who owns this franchise but apparently they got money to burn or just using this place to launder money.

Amazing service! The app wasn’t working so we asked them about it, but then the manager came and gave us a free Mac and cheese, a rice crispy treat, and a drink for free! Amazing staff and great food, would highly recommend.

Ordered spicy Korean beef noodles and Japanese pan noodles. Noodles were pretty tasty, spicy noodles were the better of the two.

Went here on a Monday afternoon, about 1:30. Mostly people coming in to pick up their online orders. Restaurant was otherwise empty. To use the restroom you have to enter a security code they give you upon request. I had the alfredo parmesan chicken and my sister had the zucchini noodles. Both were good. Not fantastic, but filling. Mine had a bit of spinach and tomato pieces in the bottom of the bowl. It was almost $30 for two of us, each ordering the large bowls. You sit at a counter until they hand the meal to you in a to-go bag, doesn't matter if you're eating in or not. Then you may select a table with high stools by the window or a booth in the middle of the room.

Went here two days in a row, and the first day was great. The second day they gave half of the portion size that I received the day before. For the same price. It's not a bad place. If you just want an easy meal or snack, then it's a good place to stop. But if you're looking for something great, where you get a large portion for a decent price, then go somewhere else.

Food portion was relatively small but filling. Taste was a bit overwhelming after a while. I also ordered parmesan crusted grilled chicken and it looked like a normal grilled chicken to me. For the price, it's not terrible.

Horribly run and rude staff. We waited 30 minutes after the time when app said our online order would be ready. Asked at the counter how long it would be (I had to get back to work), after the rude lady shuffled through a huge pile of tickets, she held the stack up to me and said "after these." I said I couldn't wait as I had to get back to work and was told "you don't have to be rude -- we're doing our best". Didn't realize asking for a refund for "fast food" that you never received after 45 minutes was rude--learn something new every day.

If you need a place for a quick lunch this isn't the place. I've never had an online order done on time. You should expect to wait an additional 15-20 after your online order says to pick up. I understand a lunch rush, but when employees could obviously care less and are moving like they just woke up it all adds up.

Called and talked to Brittany about adding the Smolder Boulder seasoning to my order. She was an absolute delight to talk to. And everything arrived on time and perfect. Thank you!

I understand at a lunch rush it’s hard to function. I’ve been in food service before and have had to deal with it many a time. Waiting 20 mins to order makes sense, there are a lot of people in line, etc etc. What really drives the nail in for me was waiting 50 minutes after the initial 20 for a regular order of Pan noodles and seeing people who came in after me get their food first. The food is absolutely delicious don’t get me wrong, but an easy “It’s going to be an hour wait.” would have been enough to give me the option to leave, or buckle up and wait. Also the note of “Oh it was three time worse yesterday.” does not make the situation any better. It shows that something needs to change, however nothing is being done to help the situation.
