    I used to love the staff here. It seems like recently they got rid of all the friendly people.. The staff that are working there now have bad attitudes and should not be working with customers. I tried engaging in small talk as I always do I'm a very friendly and pleasant person. Overall they seemed like they did not even want to engage with customers or even know how to. I was ignored and only got very short and sometimes no responses. Very disappointed to see what this place has turned into. As I was eating I noticed one of them emptying their tip box and counting the money rubbing his hands together. Despicable attitudes. The other Subway on the mall on Champa is much nicer. I left this place without tipping for the first time in my life feeling ignored and disrespected.

    Great location at the 16th street mall. The friendly Ms who works there at night was very kind, and cooperative. She did great subs for us. Really recommend this 24 hours branch. Glad to be there while my short visit to Denver.

    They had a guy working there all by himself who's only been there 4 days. Didn't have certain vegetables, didn't stock for him. Probably one of the worst experiences that I had there. Whoever manages that restaurant needs too do better. I don't blame the guy, he's new and really don't know much, he did a good job with what he had, but it will be a while before i go back there again.

    Only gave 4 pieces of salami and pepperoni for spicy Italian. I asked for more and they said they'll charge for double meat. It should be 10-12 of each for a footling. Never coming back. Go to the one down the street. Way better.

    Trish is rude!!!! I have been going to this Subway with no issue. There was a new employee Trish there. I got a 6 in Chicken breast when she rang me up it was $8.09. I told her that was without chips and a drink. She says in a snobby voice, " $8.09". I had to check my other receipts because I know something was wrong I never had paid that range for a 6 in. I had to walk back to the store and let them know about my concern. I came in with a nice tone to figure out why I was charged more. Manager Nicole came up and when she did Trish came up with her. Trish had a snotty attitude again and try to say she charged me right and when I got the receipt it was for a 12 in. She was trying to sit there and argue when she was at the wrong. Manager Nicole tells me sorry it is only her 3rd day on the job. While manager was trying to talk to me her so called employee was next to her trying to argue with me. Nicole, the manager, told her twice to go make a sandwich. She had no customer service and does not represent your company well. If it was only her 3rd day, she should know mistakes are going to happen and not try to argue every time something does. Manager did not handle the escalated case well either as she just snapped her fingers and told Trish to make a sandwich. Manager only said sorry once and allowed for the escalation to happen.

    The employees here are generally a bit older than the 12 year olds down the street. They also work fairly quickly and whatnot. A lot of places on 16th that are fast food tend to have horrible employees so this place is generally calmer and less anxiety provoking.

    The African-American guy is soooooo rude! He was very rude to another customer when I was waiting there to pick up my order. Then, I asked for a cup for water and he said we don't give cups for water, just for Soda!!!! So, how am I supposed to drink water?

    This guy that served me knows he can make a sandwich and he even asked me how it was to my surprise because he saw me eating well. I paid him a well deserved compliment and will definitely return for another Subway experience on the go! Thanks!

    Nothing wrong with the food but how is it 11:30, aka lunch time, and you have ONE employee working behind the counter? There's 12 people in line and you have ONE employee working? People are walking out the door left and right and taking their money elsewhere! And rightfully so!

    Poor customer service. Employee after touching 4 sandwiches dealing with multiple kinds of meat and cheese and different ingredients and different sauces. Uses the same knife to cut all of the sandwiches. The cleanliness of this store is gross. Didn't change gloves at all, and then uses his hand to wipe the knife to cut the next sandwich. The Manager on duty was rude and made his employees do everything and just watching them as they work as slaves. This place is gross and highly recommend going to different sub place.
