Trish
is
rude!!!!
I
have
been
going
to
this
Subway
with
no
issue.
There
was
a
new
employee
Trish
there.
I
got
a
6
in
Chicken
breast
when
she
rang
me
up
it
was
$8.09.
I
told
her
that
was
without
chips
and
a
drink.
She
says
in
a
snobby
voice,
"
$8.09".
I
had
to
check
my
other
receipts
because
I
know
something
was
wrong
I
never
had
paid
that
range
for
a
6
in.
I
had
to
walk
back
to
the
store
and
let
them
know
about
my
concern.
I
came
in
with
a
nice
tone
to
figure
out
why
I
was
charged
more.
Manager
Nicole
came
up
and
when
she
did
Trish
came
up
with
her.
Trish
had
a
snotty
attitude
again
and
try
to
say
she
charged
me
right
and
when
I
got
the
receipt
it
was
for
a
12
in.
She
was
trying
to
sit
there
and
argue
when
she
was
at
the
wrong.
Manager
Nicole
tells
me
sorry
it
is
only
her
3rd
day
on
the
job.
While
manager
was
trying
to
talk
to
me
her
so
called
employee
was
next
to
her
trying
to
argue
with
me.
Nicole,
the
manager,
told
her
twice
to
go
make
a
sandwich.
She
had
no
customer
service
and
does
not
represent
your
company
well.
If
it
was
only
her
3rd
day,
she
should
know
mistakes
are
going
to
happen
and
not
try
to
argue
every
time
something
does.
Manager
did
not
handle
the
escalated
case
well
either
as
she
just
snapped
her
fingers
and
told
Trish
to
make
a
sandwich.
Manager
only
said
sorry
once
and
allowed
for
the
escalation
to
happen.
