If I could give it Zero stars I would. The District and General Managers really need to put their employees into customer service etiquette training. Please do not talk about other customers in front of customers. I ordered my food at 11:11 am I am now sitting in my car leaving this review. The order was not ready, I paid the $2.95 for extra chicken, and I watched her slap this bowl together so fast, without extra chicken, and then she literally threw me my order and was like thanks bye. I know being understaffed is pressure and pain, however, if you are backed up, please let the customers know. The woman up front was too busy talking about other people to handle the orders coming through. The place does not serve alcohol, like some other locations, and is one the dirtiest franchise chain they have here in Denver. I will go out of my way now to other locations to avoid this one. The prices increase I understand, but the quality of service and food making, needs to set the bar where the prices sit in any establishment.

This place was pretty filthy. Let's just start with that. We were the first customers in the restaurant this morning, so I would expect it to be reasonably clean. Floors had not even been swept. They are supposedly open at 10:30am, so we were surprised to see the place closed with the lights off at 10:45. After knocking, they finally opened the doors grumpily. We ordered food. They were generous with the portions, so they get a star for that. When I asked for a lime, the woman said "no, we haven't had a chance to cut them yet", with no apology and an attitude like I woke her up this morning. Very disappointing experience. Worst Qdoba I have been to.

I was greeted upon entering, which is good. The shrimp for the Surf and Turf Bowl was not ready and needed 10 minutes to prepare. It was quite tasty, fresh and hot. Soda machine was partially disassembled with a puddle of liquid in floor in front of it, causing a potential hazard, with no cones or barriers or notices. I would return.

The staff at this location has no sense of urgency, they lack social skills, are they are not qualified to complete the basic requirements of their job duties. This has been an ongoing issue for one year since I relocated near this location. I have experienced this kind of service since March of 2021. I understand there is an employee shortage and these employees probably make minimum wage so I'm not expecting a Michelin star dining experience but to be mocked in a language I can't speak, leave with the incorrect order, and to have to wait an extended amount of time to receive my order is unacceptable. This is not how I am treated by your competitor, Chipotle, who is 10 minutes down the road. It's clear that your employees are annoyed by customers and do not value customers.

Edit: Editing my review to 1. It's worse. Clueless staff. Never has food ready even when it's not busy. Happens every time. If there were a huge line I would understand. But no, I was the only one there for the past 2 times. I'm no longer going to give them my business. Here was the original review: I'm giving 3 because I just feel bad for them. Would be less, but they are at least nice. I don't know if it's Qdoba in general or this location, but the food is not good for the past year. It's so bland and either over or under cooked. Portions are laughable. I would rather drive 10 minutes further to Chipotle and pay more than this convenient location. Come on Doba, you used to be the king here in Colorado back in the day. Step it up corporate.

Currently sitting here on a Sunday morning but this review is based on my last 2 visits and the current moment. This is the first time I have been here for breakfast and they were actually open like their hours state. I come only for breakfast but the first time I had to wait 5 mins while they opened up the register it was 10:30am. The second time they told me to come back in 30 mins, it was 11:00am. Every time I’ve been here the dining area is dirty which means the night crew just left it that way (which is gross). This is the only time they had a full staff but the person taking my order couldn’t hear over the music which is pretty loud ( I’m 30, not 70). Anyway this person either couldn’t hear or wasn’t paying attention because they forgot two of the items I asked for and put lettuce on my breakfast burrito which I asked for a small and not a large. So really you got pretty good chances you will not have a satisfactory experience with your food, or your dining experience in general.

This location's staff is always hustling to keep everything going. 2-3 people in there doing it all. We usually see a mother and son team on the grill, serving, and prepping. Very friendly and quick.

Horrible experience, but he burrito is completely falling apart, not to mention it has maybe 50grams of chicken only, it’s basically a bread with rice and vegetables. No meat, awful.

What's up with your staff? Last week I stopped by to grab a burrito bowl. I asked for diablo queso, the young lady dumped a scoop of regular queso on it as she told me "we're out of diablo." Then I asked for light sour cream. She covered it like she was decorating a cake. I still paid for it. For some reason. Today, I thought I'd give them another chance, since normally Qdoba is a positive experience. I asked for LIGHT fajita peppers. Your employee literally covered 100% of the surface area with fajita peppers. I just walked away this time. If you idiots can't wrap your brain around making a simple burrito bowl, you have a long, hard life ahead of you.

Worst qdoba. Had no chips no tortillas. Half the stuff I ordered they didn't have. I ordered online. Went in past the window and nothing was done. Don't waste your time here.

Your customer service has been absolute garbage lately! I’ve been disappointed with most of my visits to this location specifically… it’s like your staff doesn’t care. The cashier even crushed up and threw my receipt in the trash without asking if I wanted it and when I asked for a copy she tried to hand me the one she threw in the trash…

First time coming here since it’s close to the house. The girl upfront was awesome and super sweet, quick, and all in general amazing. We get to the toppings and it looked like the manager I’m assuming he is. He went to throw a used glove into the trash and it went directly onto one of our bowls and had the nerve to ask if we wanted them to make a new one. Why ask? Just do it! Who would want to eat something like that especially with Covid around. And he went to the girl and said something under his mask and was smirking right underneath it. I thought it was very rude and disgusting. Walked out paying full price. Not happy with my experience here.

The food is exactly like any qdoba. But at this location they always have 3-5 people staffed but only one working. Its usually one young girl while the others just stand around. A guy who is clearly the manager jokes around with them and distracts them or stands outside and vapes by the door instead of helping coordinate. Its so bad its worth driving to a different location

Worst possible experience. The manager told me it took 35 minutes to make a simple burrito was my fault for not paying attention to the signs. The sign said order online and wait in the back for text instructions. Twenty minutes after placing the order two guys were standing around and doing nothing. When I knocked on the locked door a male started making his first burrito in his life. Turned out to be the managers son. The worst possible thing I’ve ever eaten. He even forgot to include the salsa he had put into a take out container. The food tasted rancid and was cold. Dine here at your own risk.
