EVERY REVIEW TALKS ABOUT THE SALAD BAR. So yes, I will mention the same thing because it was pretty awesome. I would say, however, that the whole experience should be more about the meat, so pace yourself with the variety of food at the bar and save space for the delicious meat coming to your tables. Remember the type of meat being served from the grill and make sure that you get to taste all the different kinds. They all tasted great and the servers were friendly. You do have to call them to your table (as the servers walk around with the fresh grill) because they might skip your table. We got skipped so many times until we realized we need to get our money worth. There was an issue with our wine order where we got a wrong wine. It was fixed at the end and the manager got us a complimentary dessert. Thank you!

Great experience. Food was delicious and all you can eat. Loved the different kinds of meat that was brought out fresh to your table in a rotation. Awesome Brazilian Steakhouse! Service was great as well. We had a large group and it was an amazing experience.

Let me start by saying I am very picky when it comes to what would be considered high end establishments. I often find them overpriced for a lack of real value. This is NOT one of those restaurants. Fogo de Chao is 100 percent worth the price tag which is very reasonable for what you are getting. For roughly 40 dollars per person we enjoyed the "Full Experience" which included full access to a very nice lunch buffet bar and salad bar including some sweeter breakfast options as our reservation was around noon. But the full experience is honestly and truly the meat. Gorgeously crafted hunks of beef, chicken, lamb and pork served on skewers to the table all cooked to perfection and marinated and seasoned beyond anything I have ever had. I normally like my meat more on the well done side. The juices of rare meat are normally not for me. That was not the case here either. I was happy to enjoy pretty mu h every skewer they put in front of me until I was ready to pop for joy and meat and sides. I brought one of my friends I would call a hefty eater and even he reached his limit. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very on point and gave off the feel of a truly luxury experience without the typical luxury judgements that come along with it. Some of us were I will say under dressed for this establishment.... Or so I thought. The staff still treated us like kings and were well compensated for their efforts. I WILL be coming back here again and again permitting my pocket book allows it, and I intend to help it allow it lol. Would recommend to anyone who loves meat and a unique, fun and rewarding dining experience.

Christmas lunch was so amazing I needed to ask my mother in law for pictures because I forgot to take any. The food was amazing like always and the service was top notch. By far the best holiday dinner experience we’ve had in a long time. I recommend this place for any hungry eater or date night.

Went there to celebrate a birthday. In comparison to other Brazilian steakhouses we've been to, both in CO and in other states, we were disappointed. Especially because the service was lacking. The only thing we got consistently were our water glasses refilled. We were there for a total of 2 and a half hours. Most of that time spent waiting for meats that never appeared. A manager eventually came to our table to ask if there was anything in particular we were waiting on (implying we've been there for a while), and I let him know that in the past hour we'd only been offered 3 cuts of meats and were waiting on everything else. Everyone at our table had ordered sparkling water but we all got flat waters. It was never corrected. The seafood tower we ordered as an appetizer was delicious and the birthday molten chocolate cake with ice cream we got was also good. The meats that were offered were just ok, extremely salty on the outside, otherwise no flavor. The lamb was flavorless, I spit mine out. A couple of things we asked for were forgotten about and by the time we got them we didn't need anymore such as melted butter for our lobster tails and chimichurri sauce for a few cuts of meat. The chimichurri sauce was subpar. I've had better out of a bottle. We had a couple of their non-alcoholic speciality drinks, both were super sweet with a predominant pineapple flavor. Rodizios in Fort Collins as well as Texas de Brazil in Denver have phenomenal options in comparison to this place. We will not be going back. If you want to experience great service and awesome food, at these prices, do not pick this place. There are much better options.

Impeccable soup and salad bar presentation. High quality selection of mouthwatering options. See my pictures. The meats are top quality and kept coming at a steady pace: fresh off the grill, hot, well-seasoned. Table service was good. GREAT Churrasco experience. Highly recommend this location in downtown Denver.

Finally was in Denver to eat here after hearing so much about this place. It was better than I even expected. The salad bar has such a big selection of so many things to try and everything I did try was good. The meat is absolutely delicious and don’t forget to try a Brazilian limeade, it was so tasty. Service was excellent! Such a great dining experience.

Surprised by how bad my experience was. Spent well over $100 for a meal for one person and left very hungry. Had to order a real dinner when I got home. You only get one very short chance at each meat option. If you don't immediately ask when they walk by, they basically run to the next table. Many items I wanted to try but they just ran past me. The entire meal consisted of probably 2-3 ounces of food. Many better steak options in Denver. You'll get a more filling meal for far less just about anywhere. They're happy to take a huge amount of money regardless of your experience or their refusal to provide a reasonable amount of food.

Absolutely immaculate food and service! We came with no knowledge of what would entail, and it most certainly did not disappoint. Of the many extraordinary gauchos, the one who was most lively and friendly to us was Stephen. We deeply enjoyed every aspect of the restaurant, from getting our first bites at the buffet, stuffing our mouths with copious amounts of perfectly seared meats, to finishing the last bite of molten lava cake, at no point were we any less than superbly ecstatic.

Came here to celebrate my gains towards clinical licensure with my boyfriend. I hadn't been to this restaurant before and we decided to try the brunch buffet. Was overall very happy with the friendliness of our server, the buffet choices (included the normal 'marketside' options and hot sides that are standard of a Brazilian steakhouse, as well as a variety of steak and other meats), an omelet station, and a couple hot breakfast side options, including bacon, sausage, and country (diced) potatoes with meat and veggie mix-ins. I felt this was a pretty good value for $45. My only complaints would be that there was no option for bottomless mimosas, which is a *great* perk for those brunch buffets that have them, and no spreadable cheese to accompany the smoked salmon should you want to make a nova lox. Overall, though, this was a fantastic experience!

We have been to several brazilian steakhouses and although they each have their own great qualities, the service here was Phenomenal! Our server Steven was so attentive and was bringing us the best of the best! If only everyone was as great as him! He made our dinning experience go from average to absolutely amazing! Parking was a bit tough as their parking garage was under construction (?) and we had to pay $30 to park at a lot nearby, which was kind of a bummer.

The service and food were excellent, for a night out with friends. We didn't get the chance to try all the different meats, so we will have to go back another time. The desserts were also a hit.

I am French, traveling in Denver. It was my first time in this restaurant. Everything was incredible. All the food was superb and the meats were of an incredible quality. The restaurant staff are super nice and helpful. I was offered French baguette to thank me for my visit! I had a magical time thanks to you. This evening will remain in my memory. Thank you for everything!

This was our first visit to Fogo De Chao Denver from Michigan and we celebrated our two son’s birthdays. We had the best experience ever. Tomas was our waiter and was absolutely amazing, attentive and just a great person. The food was equally amazing. We would come back here in a second!

This was a nice dining spot for large parties or date night with fine interior surfaces and a well trained service staff. The variety of wines, meats and fresh foods from the market table make it hard to choose. Take small portions and you might be able to sample everything... The price is upper- end but matches the quality and portion, so a great value. That, paired with the polished and accommodating service, makes this a dining experience to return for!

I always enjoy going to, Fogo de Chao! As you can see from my picture I started with some delicious jumbo shrimp! You can never go wrong with their large salad bar, soup area, etc. They offer a lot of options, especially when it comes to different types of meat! Keep that card flipped Green 🟢 😀

We usually go to the Fogo in Lone Tree but ended up here after seeing a movie. By far, the best Brazilian Steakhouse in Denver. The staff was incredibly attentive, the food amazing, and they had the most diverse fare compared to Texas de Brazil and Fogo (Lone Tree). The soda bar boasted a nice El Jamon (ask for it to be cut foe you). We ordered the Wagu Steak to comemtent the meal (grade A5 from a supplier in Austrialia.) They served it rare on a heated Himalayan Salt Block so it could be served per each guest's desired temp. In addition, they had an all day "Happy Hour". Wines by the glass for $6.00 each? and bottles of wine for half off. I tried a Rose, Red Blend and Malbec...what a steal. All paired delightfully with the fare. Als9, out server Michael was the best! Very accommodating and attentive. He rounded out the evening with his delightful conversation. Thanks Michael and Fogo for making out night out Fan-tas-tic!

Excellent & Fantastic. Made no reservation on a major holiday. Showed up 5 mins before open and only waited 10 mins for our table if 4 to be seated. Manager was terrific 👏. Even greeted by name. Salad bar was clean, fully stocked and had lots of exciting options. Keep in mind if you are going to experience the full dining experience, pick food from the salad bar like a bird. Small portions. Save your space for the meats. For the meat portions the options were great! Majority of the meats had portions of medium to well-done. Occasionally some rare. Service began smoothly and maintained a well pace. Overall, this visit nailed it. It was super busy. Food kept coming nonstop. Drinks constantly refilled and tables touched. Thank you for providing an exciting, fun and tasty experience for all of us! Definitely recommend to anyone from solo dinners to group outings. A bit pricey but the quality is above all. $65 for the dinner experience + drinks $4⬆️. Make sure to sign up for the club, you get perks for your anniversary and birthday! Do not for get the free parking in the garage to the right of the entrance. Same building. If it's your first time don't be shy to say it! You need to ask for parking validation. CHEERS 🍻

We had an amazing time here, it’s been a few days and I’m still thinking about it! I would recommend an early dinner to avoid the crowd. We had a 5:15 reservation on a Sunday and it was absolutely perfect! You won’t regret it, there’s something for everyone!

Sadly disappointed. We like to dine here a few times a year for various special occasions and it’s ALWAYS exceptional. We usually go to the location near Park Meadows Mall. Celebrated a special day with son and grandson in Denver. Arrived at 4:30 (4:45 reservation) restaurant was not busy. Greeted, seated all good; however the meats were nowhere to be found (for us or other patrons). Finally, a manager noticed the lack of service and started getting it out. Unfortunately, there was a lack of variety compared to regular visits. When they did come out, it seemed to be the same cuts. They did seem to get things going; however, we had to depart the restaurant for a game at Ball Arena. Again, I’m very disappointed, always loved dining here. Servers were definitely kind, seemed to be a problem with the kitchen? On this occasion, for the price paid for three diners (one being a child = $187), we unfortunately were not satisfied. I hope I get up the nerve to try again.

Went here for our wedding anniversary. Was our first time and we were not disappointed. Everything was so delicious. We walked out so full. The best part for me was the BACON and ending it all with an Irish coffee!

This wasn’t the best first impression. My boyfriend and I had never been to Fogo de Chao before, so the manager (I’m assuming because she was dressed differently from the waiters) gave us a quick overview of how things worked. But she never mentioned we’d get sides with our meal, and she ended up bringing them out when we were almost done eating. The table next to us also got their sides pretty late. The meats came out super slowly, even though we got there at 7:30pm, which is peak dinner time. Some cuts, like the filet mignon, were under seasoned, while others, like the lamb, where overcooked. But we couldn’t be too selective about which we ate because there was such a long gap of time between each meat. We also weren’t sure which types of cuts they were offering. Our favorite meat ended up coming out when we were almost done, so we only had a small piece. The salad bar was pretty great as were the sides (once we actually got them). My boyfriend also got a free dessert — a great tres leches — for his birthday, which was nice. Our waitress, a blonde lady, was also pretty nice. Still, the flavor of the meats, the speed at which they came out, and the delayed sides all left me underwhelmed.

The best meal I’ve EVER had!! I am not only speaking of the amazing cuts of meat cooked to perfection and all the other delectable items, market table, grilled, cheese & pineapple to name a few…I’m also speaking of their AMAZING & INCREDIBLE staff. Everyone from the front of the house to the servers, gauchos & management. EVERYONE makes sure you are taken care of. Last night we were greeted by Martin who got our drinks and Wagyu going for us. We were honored to have Gustavo & Naya taking care of us, their attentiveness and customer service is unmatched. Quincey made sure we had all the cuts our hearts desired. Savannah was wonderful when she brought us out our Wagyu. Marcela and Dan would also consistently check on us to make sure we were getting everything we needed. The service, the friendliness and the impeccable food keep us coming back time & time again. I can’t say enough positive, wonderful things about Fogo Denver!! Oh and their desserts are to die for. The perfect top off!!

You just can't go wrong here. Our favorite one is this one down town (they have other locations). Service is exceptional as always but it is a Brazilian steakhouse so expect folks to come to the table often with offerings. Took my son for his 18th B day as he requested and he felt like the meat king. The salad bar is actually exceptional as well. Parking wasn't bad on a Thursday at 6pm for us, free attached underground lot (has low clearance so lifted/tall trucks might not fit but saw regular truck seemed okay but tight for sure) Never did get to a fellet minion one of my favorite but the lamb chops, bacon wrapped chicken were my top two. I would also recommend a Brazilian lemonade as well for a drink, I'm sure it would have been good with some alcohol in it too.

After we sat down, it took 1 hour and 10 minutes before we were ever served any meat. We asked our waiter 3 times to send someone with meat over, and no one ever came. (We did have our green cards facing up). At one point a guy came over with pineapple and asked if we wanted it, we said yes and then he walked away… We tried to get his attention as he walked away but he hurried off. Finally we had to stand up and walk over to someone to ever get served. We had only a few people walk by us after that. Was not worth the price since we didn’t get many meats served. The meat itself was delicious. Wish we could have tried more! The bathrooms were also disgusting. All the stalls were out if toilet paper, out of order, or extremely dirty except one stall. There was trash all over the floor and there were even diapers laying around. I was super excited to try this place for my birthday, but won’t be coming back unfortunately.

We came here on Mother’s Day, as a party of four. Our reservation was set for 7:45 but didn’t get seated until about 8:20. It was extremely busy, so we expected a wait time even with reservations. Seeing that the restaurant closes at 9, it was a little concerning that we wouldn’t get the best selection of food. We got seated in one of the private rooms that had gotten opened up to seat more people. It seemed because we were kind of tucked away, it probably took about 20 minutes before anyone came by with the meat selections. The salad bar was okay, they were out of a lot of things and not replenishing with new stuff as it was getting closer to closing time. Our waiter was very friendly, and attentive. Overall, it was a nice experience and would like to try visiting again on a less busy day and earlier on in the day to try some of the stuff they were out of. The dessert was really good and probably my favorite part of the night!

It's become somewhat of a birthday tradition to come here, and I forget exactly how much I love this place. The salad bar/market table is absolutely incredible here, and of course the constant bombardment of mouth watering cuts of meat are unreal.

I'm glad I made a reservation. This place amazed me and my date. Price doesn't matter when the food and service are beyond your expectations especially when you have good company.

I have dined at several Fogo De Chao restaurants around the country, and this is one of my favorite. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The staff ensured you received the meat cuts you wanted, and they were very attentive. If you enjoy steak/meat this is definitely a place to try, also if you’re vegetarian/vegan the salad bar that accompanies the meal is amazing. You can’t go wrong eating at this Fogo De Chao location.
