The people that supposedly "manage" this trash location should be fired. The 12 year old girl that claims to be the manger has zero clues what customer service is. Also the phone app is useless trash. No accurate delivery estimate. Said my pizza was delivered and when I couldn't find it I call the store only to be treated like an annoyance. Slice works is way better down the block.

Ordered a pizza at 12am. Called back at 1am. The employees denied that I ever called and ordered. I have the prod of call and length of conversation on my phone and a screen shot has been saved. Most disrespectful employees I’ve ever encountered. The epitome of lazy!

It’s fine. I always get takeout. The staff is always cool over the years, my order is never wrong, etc. But it’s a rough location: There’s always something — either in the parking lot or the bus stop out front. Homeless people screaming, trash everywhere front or back of the building, etc. It’s not really the staff’s fault, so it has to be 5 stars for them.

Horrible customer service, I had to wait 3 hours for my pizza because the delivery driver locked their keys in their car. Supposedly they remade it for me, when I got it the pizza was cold. They never ever answer the phone. Don't waste your money here this is the worst papa johns location I've ever seen.

Such a waste of time said that they’re delivering until 12:40 AM. wasted an hour of my time trying to place the order online, then called and waited until I got the to the end of order to be told that they’re only excepting cash. Will never order from Papa John’s again.

Came here on a lime scooter and had to ride 30 minutes back to the hotel with a pizza, knots, and sodas. The staff noticed this and gave us extra bags and plates. They made the pizza amazing and have been craving it since.

Worst experience I have ever had ordering pizza. The person who answered the phone the first time told me that my ALREADY LATE FOOD was just getting out of the oven. Then when I received my DRY FOOD, I called back and was informed that my pizza was 36 minutes over by the same person I spoke ti the first time! I asked to receive fresher food, and the manager told me “No!” I did this all without losing my composure. That’s pretty messed up if you ask me!!

This Company is a thief, dishonest They don't have any signs about private parking or do not park signs. They are working with a tow company. They took my daughter's and friends' cars last night. They overcharged $350 to recover each vehicle, if you think you have made a good deal, you will see!! We are taking you to court. You will hear from us It would help if you were out of business based on your awful food and service; you have horrible reviews to prove this information.

I placed an order on the app and my estimated time was 40-50 minutes for delivery. I called the location after waiting a little over an hour and the guy who answered just told me "oh it's sitting right here it'll probably go out with the next orders, maybe another 15-20 minutes" I've already waited over an hour for this pizza and now you're telling me it'll be about another 15 minutes LATE. ridiculous. No wonder this location has so many bad reviews. I be my pizza will be cold when it gets here, if it even shows up at this point.

The epic garlic stuffed crust w/ pep was fantastic. Despite some bad reviews, I found the people and food here to be highly satisfactory. Yeah, it's not a great area, but even more reason folks living nearby should be grateful it's here.

The quality at this Papa John’s is pretty good (measured by how risen the dough is, the amount it is cooked, and the ingredients). Unfortunately, it’s located by a bus stop that essentially acts like a homeless shelter and doesn’t feel the most safe. I recommend using the app, NOT ordering well-done on the pizza, and getting out fast that way.

This is a really busy location. There's a rude delivery driver that's some kind of Nese. Chinese, Vietnamese, idk. Service is great when the driver isn't in the store. The area is dangerous and shady. It's like a hood Papa John's if that makes sense to you.

Food was horrid like unbelievablely horrid and I'm pretty forgiving on food but at least they refunded it chicken Parm bites just bread and cheese balls buff chicken papadilla just a folded pizza slice with cheese n buff sauce trace piece of chicken every fourth bite no ranch had to use my own pathetic

Ordered online and my order was ready. I could see five or six boxes just sitting there. Dude with headphones takes my name dns says he will tell me when it’s ready. Goes to the back. What???? Six other people are waiting for their orders. If you can’t work with the public. Then don’t.

I understand it's papa John's it's the worst place to get a pizza from but an hour is long enough to deliver around the corner I waited 2 hours for food just for it to come cold and the driver expected a bigger tip then the 15% I already put down

just trying to make sure my driver was okay he looked like he fell on my pizza ! we tried calling the restaurant 5 times and no answer from management 🤔 i think the manager had dnd on. food was good once we fixed the pizza !

So I love Papa John's it's absolutely wonderful but the last time I was here this place was being run by crackheads and it was nasty they did not look clean or like anybody I would want to serve me food. They need to check their staff change their staff Make sure the people that work there are clean and friendly and maybe the service will improve from three stars to five again.

I ordered lunch off of the papa johns app, to be picked up from this location. I can't say anything negative about the experience. Service was fast, and the woman working was friendly. The food is absolutely delicious. Made fresh and clearly with care. My pizza was made beautifully and the cheese sticks and wing were both equally amazing. Thank you so much to the staff here for wonderful lunch. I will definitely be back for more in the future

Website accidently Ordered a pizza to this store accidently and instead of quickly just voiding it when I instantly noticed I got left on hold for over 15 minutes and had to call back 3 time to finally get the person working there to answer to void my order order was half way done according to the tracker absolutely biggest waste of time I've experienced

I showed up to pick up my pizza after 15 mins (the time they gave me ) they were busy when they got there they said it’s not ready yet which is fine I get that but when I asked if they had a estimated time so I knew If I could run a different errand she worker rudely said idk man 5 , 10 ,15,20 mins idk we are busy. It’s okay to be busy and behind but don’t be rude when asking for a new eta when you made the first one

I went to pickup an order and they told me it was in the oven and would be brought out to me as soon as it was done. I called back 10 minutes later and was told it hadn’t even been started and that they were having issues and would be closing the store. The employee on the phone then just hung up on me.

Papadias were awful. 1 cheesesteak had 3 pieces of meat, all onions. Italian was so salty it was inedible. Not sure of the salamie they chose, terrible. Won't order again.

One star is way too good for this store. They now use a call center to take orders and there is no accountability. Press 5 for a manager and press 2 for an already placed order is a joke. They NEVER answered except to pick up the phone and hang up. A $100 pizza order never showed up and nobody can help me find it.

I'm in from out of town. placed the order online and gave the wrong address. the driver was nothing but nice about the whole ordeal. They remade my order so it was fresh and brought it to the correct address. Thanks again for being so awesome about my mistake.

One of the only things open this late in the city that isn't horrible. I deliver food for them on Uber too and they really stepped it up. Would go there all the time and they wouldn't make my orders. Thanks.

Late night after prom. Fresh pizza. Nice people. I haven't eaten at papa John's in a few years. This service makes me want to eat here more. Affordable food great taste. Many of the small local type pizza shops need to learn about service quality and price.
