I ordered 2 one-topping pizzas at 1:50, scheduled to be delivered at 2:50. That seemed like a while but okay I'll wait. 3:30 and still no pizza. I call and they say it's on its way, should be there any minute. Pizza shows up a few minutes later, COLD AND DRY. And I guess they didn't have the Lipton iced tea I ordered so they gave me a Pepsi FIRE??.... Allergic to cinnamon and don't drink soda in the first place so that's cool. I would call and ask for a refund, but it became clear after I called to ask where my pizza was that they don't know the meaning of customer service. What a waste of $20. Never again Pizza Hut.

Do not order from this pizza hut the workers are too lazy to even mix up the sauce on the wings. I called back, finally got someone to answer after calling 10 times, had the wings delivered again and had the same exact issue. If you are too lazy to do such a simple job you should probably just be collecting unemployment. I will be getting a full refund for my order.

My food was wrong. No cheese on half my pizza, they gave me the wrong wings as well. My pizza looked like it had been sitting for awhile.

Edit 2: I ordered from this restaurant 2 days ago. Again. Apparently delivery was sent via doordash even though I ordered from pizza hut website. First delivery never arrived. This order should have been canceled and refunded by the store. Store sent a replacement that did arrive 6 hours after my initial order, again by doordash. The second driver woke me up to get through my security gate. I was no longer interested in pizza, and told him not to deliver it. He told me I shouldn't "harass" people who know where I live, among other things. I love pizza hut, as is demonstrated by my repeated efforts to get it. I guess I'll have to start loving other pizza. Edit 1: I ordered from this store again tonight. First order was 44 minutes past promised delivery time and both pizzas were wrong. Called the store, error acknowledged, and an hour and a half later no pizza. Called store and waited, waited, waited on hold. Cory answered and transferred me to customer service in Cincinnati while I was mid sentence. They said I needed to speak with the store. Called again and waited, waited, waited. Was promised a refund 'when they find my order'. 18 minutes later had some guy want me to get pizza in the parking lot, more than 2 hours after the first wrong order was delivered. Hell no. I should have not given this store another chance. Order was never delivered. Phone number in email was never answered. Got 26$ worth of nothing.

The pizza was cold and strangely sticky, the breadsticks were just a cold brick, not even cut. I have been in the restaurant industry for most of my life and I have never seen anyone try to pass off garbage like this as food I can not believe you would actually send this order out to someone. Come on. This is not even edible. I tried to call several times but nobody ever picks up the phone. I also emailed them asking for a refund for this ridiculous mess and have not heard back.

I ordered a pizza 20 minutes before closing and it was never delivered. There wasn’t even a phone call saying that it was too late to place the order. Terrible customer service!! I waited over an hour to call customer service and was told that my order was undeliverable but that I should have received a call saying so. It should be noted on their website when orders can no longer be placed

I work in construction across the street and they have been pretty good customer service is also good even though the place looks a bit old the food has not let me down thanks guys keep up the great work.

Placed an order, delivery address said the same as the restaurant. Attempted to call the store, was on hold for 20-plus minutes — to no avail. Didn't think it would be this hard to order a pizza. Will not be ordering Pizza Hut for the foreseeable future. Really disappointed. I'm giving one star b/c it's mandated by Google — no stars in my opinion. Not hard to see why Domino's is better.

WORSTE place to order from! Told me SHE could NOT deliver to this address when I’ve ordered from this location PLENTY of times. Acted like she couldn’t hear me when I’ve told her my address soo many times, asked her to repeat my address but when repeated the address she only repeated the street not the number or apartment number, then said it wasn’t eligible nd sent me to customer service. Once reached customer service they told me it would be this store 🤣 straight lied to.

They lose so much business with their call center. It's not worth the time. Call here, transfer, there. That store is closed leave a message. 3 hour tour to order. Takes way longer than Texas Roadhouse on Saturday.

Maybe I'm just lucky (considering other reviews), but almost every delivery from this place has been on time, and the pizza well made. One delivery was 10 minutes late, but that's nothing compared to the nearby Dominos, which has been so incompetent lately that I've started ordering from here instead.

PIZZA HELL. Nobody out-evils the Hell!!! Awful in every way. My pizza order was wrong. The melt was smashed (& had very few toppings inside). The wings were sour (& some of them missing). Unimaginably unprofessional customer service. Hands down, thee worst food ordering experience EVER.

This was the first time I have ordered Pizza Hut in a long time and I was so impressed! I have ordered through other companies the last few times and I was disappointed every time. It was so relieving to finally order pizza that came hot, on time, looked great, and tasted great! I will be sticking with Pizza Hut from now on! Thanks!

I let the first one slide, but the second not so much. Took me 3 hours to get my order with customer service hanging up on me. Still waiting for an hour and half for this order which will most likely not show up.

I just ordered for carryout and a bit nervous because of the reviews....but it was ready on time, the cashier was very nice and professional and I decided last minute to order a chocolate chip cookie which was cooked and ready in 15 minutes as promised. I am very pleased that I had a great experience and the pizza cooked perfectly and was good!

Tried to call in an order, 15 minutes listening to outgoing messages. Decided to drive there. Told the manager about the phone issue. He gave me a discount, yeah. Got a meat lovers edge. Pizza was very good, better than expected.

The crust doesnt taste the same, the fact that you guys do not do garlic butter on your crust anymore is sad. Overall i used to love going to pizza hut now its just another plain pizza.

The pizzas toppings were reversed I received extremely peppers on the white pizza, and regular pepperoni when it should have been extra pepperoni well done. The cinnamon rolls were undercooked as well.

Pizza seemed to have been made in a rush/sloppy. Excessive amounts of sauce, minimal cheese, and large crust area as if to not spread the toppings around. Very disappointed.

When Pizza Hut is on point the pizzas are good. I have been ordering extra cheese on my pizzas and on several occasions I didn't get what I ordered. I mentioned it to a gentleman a couple of weeks ago and he had a excellent pizza delivered. I've learned to determine my pizza by weight when I accept them. Well today the pizza felt light and I knew no extra cheese. The driver tried convincing me there was. He said he stood there and watched her put it on. A untruth in my face. Then the statement, she may have used a smaller cup. I have read horror stories about PH, now I have my own. The one 🌟 is for today only!

The order was right, delivery was swift, box sealed with sticker, pizza was well prepared. It is not gourmet, but as far as fast food goes, they are a great choice.

Sorry but food was cold and crust hard, I got 3 complaints out of 7 people having pizza luncheon. We usually have good luck with Pizza Hut, but this one was bad experience on food end. Your workers were good though, called, confirmed online order, etc.

The bone in wings at this location are just as good as anywhere in town. Justin and team deliver excellent service EVERYTIME. I'm not disappointed with them when I want delivery-fast pizza. Sage Butter!

Ordered a meat lovers and it wasn’t fully cooked. I called the restaurant to let them know, whoever answered said they’re sorry it wasn’t cooked to my liking and they better turn the oven off if it’s not cooking right. He continued to imply the pizza was cooked I just didn’t like it and I can cancel the order even though I already said I wanted to pick up a different pizza. He didn’t want to work so I got a refund.
