Iconic. This is the first time I had fondue and I’m glad it was at this amazing restaurant. Great and patient staff. The establishment was huge and beautiful. Will definitely come back for date night!

We have been many times and each time it has been fun. The kids love going here. It’s more for the experience I guess. The food is great. Don’t get me wrong. We always get the share for 2. When you see it you think it’s not enough but believe me it is. We even have leftovers. lol. The waiters are good. They pace each course. The come check on time to time which we appreciate. Mainly 4 courses. Cheese, salad, meat and dessert. The flavors are good. They do celebrate special days. You only have to pay for it which isn’t bad I think. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Always a lovely time at the melting pot with my mom. We love to come as a special treat in December. Today we snuck away to enjoy the lunch time meal and it was tasty. Cheese, Salad and Dessert plus we added a small portion of shrimp and steak. We love the dippers, salads, sauces and of course the chocolate. Can't wait to return!

I have been coming here since I was a kid, and it was amazing to continue the tradition with my kids. This location is so awesome and full of history. My kids were intrigued and nervous by the certified haunted status, but it just added to the experience. The food is always impeccable, and our server "Noah " was wonderful! I would always recommend it.

First time being there , was an amazing experience. Definitely worth trying and going especially for a special occasion. My husband and i went for our 14 year anniversary , definitely an amazing creative dining experience. I loved the ambiance I loved everything about the atmosphere and the food was great. I definitely would like to go back eventually. The waitress was very amazing and especially helpful in describing everything to us as we have never been. Loved it and recommend going here at least once to try the food and to experience fine dining.

From being seated to the moment we walked out the door, the staff and experience were just as wonderful as always. I have come here with my husband the last four years for my birthday (1/22) and it just keeps getting better. Carter was very kind, attentive, friendly, accommodating and even surprised us with a sweet gesture of a piece of cheesecake with a candle by I think was maybe the manager? Such a good and sweet time and grateful for this place and it’s staff. Of course, all four courses were incredible. Bless y’all 😊

This restaurant is a family favorite! We come here frequently for special events and family traditions. You do need to plan on a solid 3 hours to dedicate to the experience. You will leave so stuffed and satisfied. The portions are huge for all courses. Highly recommend for a date night or even group date. Also, it is a great family experience. There is really no wrong time or reason to eat fondue!

Wonderful and relaxing restaurant to celebrate the holidays. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but valet parking is included if you eat here…so don’t skimp on that. We arrived early enough that we could do the four course lunch and it was plentiful and $20 less than the same meal at dinner. Service is outstanding and the cheese fondue selection and presentation is great. The California Salad was delicious as was the Turtle Chocolate fondue course. A bottle of wine is included in the deal - and it’s reasonably priced at $86 for a couple…

This place is always fantastic. We came for Mother's Day Dinner and received amazing service. Even got a very private feeling booth with beautiful "stars" twinkling above. Also the extra roses I ordered were displayed beautifully. I've never had a bad experience here and will happily be back. After seeing pictures of our date, our teen daughter has started harassing her boyfriend to bring her here too 🤣 Tried to capture a Panorama view of the booth, it unfortunately came out a bit choppy but I hope you get the idea.

Went here about 3 weeks ago. They have great gluten free options so if you have Celiac you can still experience the fun with dipping in the different fondues. Also shout out to our waiter, Billy! Great service, conversation, made the cheese/broth so tasty. Definitely recommend!!

Always classy always a good time. The new 1975 cocktail is very elegant. The Valentine's special was spectacular. Some advice though. Don't wait 1 week out to make reservations the weekend before Valentine's day. Lesson learned. Irregardless we still had a wonderful experience. I really enjoy how tender the cuts of meat are every time we go.

We hadn't been here in a very long time. So for my birthday my husband surprised me. I love the ambience of the restaurant. We arrived early and they graciously accommodated us. Our waitress, Diamond, is simply amazing. She explained everything to us to refresh our memories and answered any questions cheerfully. The food was wonderful with incredible choices. It will not be as long before we come back.

What a perfect place to celebrate any special occasion or, just because. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left, the service was classy and informative. Each course was explained throughly and executed properly. I cannot compliment this place enough. The next day I was craving more. I loved, loved, loved how I could close the curtains to our table for maximum privacy. We really enjoyed how the process of dipping food in gooey cheese brought us together! Highly recommend!

The melting pot is the one of the few classic fine dining experiences left. Yes, it's pricey, but it really is the definition of getting your bang for your buck. A dinner of 2 after tip was about $200, however you get a 4 course meal with a wide array of customizable food options and plenty of space for conversation. The wait staff is absolutely phenomenal, they are not pushy or annoying what so ever. They are very friendly and give you your space to enjoy your dinner and have your own conversations. However, when they are at your table, they are extremely welcoming and open for all types of conversation. Usually they ask basic stuff like "how's your night going" and stuff like that but they even go as far as wondering what's the last book you read was. A true delight even for a more introverted person such as myself. As for food, well that's all up to you! Based on what cooking style you choose and what food pallet you pick, it can be some of the best combinations of food you could have. But if you mess it up, that's just user error.

The melting pot was great! They asked if it was a special occasion, we told them we had just gotten married and they were kind enough to give us a dessert and a cute framed picture! Very sweet waitress and the manager was great as well! Food of course was amazing.

We had a lovely experience at the Melting Pot! The meal itself was delicious. My only issue with the experience was with the temperature - I understand that the building is older, but it was pretty chilly sitting next to the window. Our server was great and did a nice job explaining everything and even got into the history of the building, which I loved! I’ll definitely be back.

Food...5 Stars Service...5 Stars Atmosphere...5 Stars Price...apply for a bank loan Went for Valentines Day last night, just my wife and I. They had a special menu prepared, You get a cheese fondue appetizer to start, and we added a charcuterie board with meats for $15.00. Next, you get a salad. Really good house salad. Now, for the confusing part, we were told to pick ONE entree, and it would be enough food for two people. So we pick the most expensive one with the price tag of $80.00. Then you choose a chocolate fondue for desert. Everything was delicious, and it was an AMAZING dining experience... until the bill. It was actually $80.00 but for the EACH entree...so actually the cost was $160.00...why not put that actual price on the menu? I really wish that was explained better, but what a blow on the whole experience. The total bill was $250.00 with the added in 20% gratuity. Again, this is an amazing experience, but my God, the price is incredibly unreasonable.

Absolutely fantastic high dining experience. Collin was a fantastic server and the food was to die for. Plus a complementary valet and a truly beautiful starlight room. 20/10 coming back soon.

A new fun experience for sure. My first time going, I suggest, save your money. I was not impressed. The parking is ridiculous. They have valet, you don't use it, your directed to the back of the very large parking lot. Their booths are fit only for very slim people. If you go and are heavier, request a table. We were not given the option of table or booth. How embarrassing for us to ask to be moved. We are not petite people! The cheese, salad and desert were ok. The entree, not impressed. For the money you pay here, cooking your own Raw food, servers rarely came accept to clear tables or to rush you to change the fondue pots. We ended up over cooking the steak and seafood, again little guidance. Or entree was pretty much a waste. And, we received our bill, 150+ they add kitchen staff surcharges this that and the other. SAVE YOUR MONEY. If you go, I highly suggest a la carte menu

Perfect date night!! We did the 4 course experience and loved our server Crystal! She walked us through how everything works and made great recommendations. We can’t wait to go back and try more.

It's just amazing. Nice relaxed meal, the courses come out perfectly timed, professional staff and I just can't say enough about the food. Restaurant week is a great time to check it out but I'm pretty sure they have good specials going through the year. It's a great place to go with friends and family or that special someone ❤️.

Our favorite "special occasion" and date spot, this fondue restaurant is situated at the corner of Littleton Boulevard (Bowles Avenue) and Santa Fe Drive in an historic library that's the perfect cozy location for a more intimate dining experience. Cady was our server/chef/sommelier this evening for my wife's birthday dinner, and even though it's usually just the two of us when we come in she had absolutely no difficulty with our party of eight that visited this evening. She was friendly, professional and personable, and ensured everything went off without a single hitch (we'd already been hitched once when we got married, you see). She always had a recommendation ready when we asked for her opinion, or an option available when we wanted something special or significant. She ensured that everything was covered pertaining to food allergies and we had a genuinely wonderful time dining, which has always been the norm here. We had the full four-course experience tonight and couldn't have been happier, from the excellent wine (the Prisoner blend, which was thematic as we were seated at the table where the old holding cell was when the building was a police station) to the after-dinner beverage (I had the port wine and my wife had the limoncello). They even had a slice of cheesecake and a bear with a rose ready for the birthday celebration. We will be back soon!

Amazing place! Delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks a lot to the girl that helped us tonight. She not only made our first-time experience amazing, but she also was running across the whole parking lot to return our credit card. Sorry, did not catch her name, she has dark hair and a ponytail. Thank you!!!

Went for our anniversary and had a marvelous time. Our waiter, Noah, was a gem and the Thursday date menu option was perfect. We had the flaming turtle for dessert which was to die for. One note- it is a historic building and the accessibility inside is not great- lots of stairs. But they had outside seating (winterized covered “bubbles”) that look comfortable.

We ended up deciding to go last minute and didn’t have to wait and we got this nice private room while it was expensive it was so classy and fun the food was amazing. They have a wide selection of amazing drinks non-alcoholic and alcoholic. We did the deal for all $100 and we got a cheese pot and it was so good and then we each got a salad and entree I did the steak and he did the classic and we shared the whole thing was amazing and then they have ton of different desserts. We got the strawberry cheesecake pot and it comes with pineapples, poundcake, strawberries, bananas, cookies and marshmallows and then for an extra $8 we got macaroons cheesecake and these cream fill chocolate balls! It was so amazing we spend about $165 after tip

Melting pot was really fun. Our waitress was absolutely amazing, she gave suggestions, instructed us on how to use the various ingredients and tools, and made a lot of funny jokes. The food was amazing, especially the flaming turtle chocolate fondue!! I usually hate salads, but the one I got was delicious, and the cheese was so creamy and yummy, I definitely want to come back soon :)

Incredible experience, exceeded expectations for a chain restaurant. Brayden was our server and he was on point, knew his stuff, and was very welcoming and just all around awesome for this experience. Really cool history with the building as well. Great place for a date night.

We arrived and were seated in one of their lovely outside Igloos. That would have been lovely, if the door in and out had not been SO tight, and if there had not been a chair placed right at the entrance so that every time the wait staff came in and went out they had to squeeze in with a fully laden tray over her head directly. Then we were told we could not have the Bourguignonne option with oil in the pot because of the igloo. The tuna was fishy, the dessert had some rice crispy treats, and some marshmallows on it that were soggy and smelled, OFF and they tasted fishy too, which was very, very weird. We did not eat those items after the initial taste. The overall experience was good but it could have been SO much better. I have eaten at Melting Pots in other towns and this one, just didn't hold up to the same standard I'm sorry to say. So I am rating it as "Okay" instead of "Amazing" as I have in the past. We spent $554 for 6 people Before Tip. So, there was an expectation of excellence that just was not met to be honest. Though the food was good, it just was not a *Great* experience over all for the evening unfortunately.

My husband and I visited The Melting Pot last night for our anniversary and we had the most wonderful time. Our server, Billy, made the whoe experience so much more enjoyable! He was attentive and kind and helped us navigate the menu when we had questions. Everything tasted amazing and as always we left stuffed and happy.
