Hmm where to start. Maybe with the giant pothole in the parking lot. My poor car! Had to wait 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were standing there waiting to be seated. Then there's our server. She asks can you pay when you get your food so I can go on break? What?! What if we wanted something else, like dessert. I denied this request. The omelette was tasty although much smaller than anticipated (server assured it was a generous portion 🤣), the pancakes were delicious, the bacon was greasy and see through. Maybe they were having an off night.

I was hyped up about the pancakes at IHOP so of course I was brought along to try them. There's a collection of breakfast foods including pancakes and they also have burgers and burritos on the menu. Service was awesome and the restaurant was very clean. Social distancing is clearly enforced which is great to see. We were required to wait 20 minutes before a table opened up which I guess is to be expected at any breakfast place on a Saturday. I ordered the breakfast sampler to have a cheeky taste of everything. The eggs, sausage, ham and hash brown were all delicious. Being an aussie, I'm not a fan of the crispy bacon but my partner liked it. I was a bit disappointed about the pancakes I had after being so hyped up earlier from my partner. The pancakes were dry and even after dousing them in syrup the taste wasn't much better. If I do find myself back at an IHOP I'll likely order everything but the pancakes.

I had friends visiting from out of state and I can safely say we'll NEVER visit IHOP again thanks to this location. We went in late after everyone arrived on their flights. There were 2 other tables in the restaurant with people at them already eating or ordered. We ordered our food after 15 minutes which was fine because there were 6 of us picking from the menu. However, the 3 stars comes when the other 7 tables came in after us, ordered after us, ate, and left prior to us getting our food. Lady said they were busy when they truly weren't. We spent over 2 hours here because of not getting food in an orderly fashion. Honestly, I think they just didn't put in our order until 55 minutes after we placed it. I understand being short-staffed but when you have the kitchen staff to wheel out orders, no customer should wait an hour and 7 other tables coming in eating and leaving during the time we waited for our food. Worst experience ever!

Another day at the hop. This is the best ihop ever. It is open 24/7. There are so many flavored pancakes. Yum. I got the spinach and mushroom omelette with chicken added. Early morning breakfast was served hot. Staff kept coffee refreshed regularly. Server was quick and friendly. Food was as to be expected...warm, fresh and delicious. Prices were reasonable for the quantity.

We didn't plan and ended up here. We saw a special on the outside window. Server had no clue. Assistant Manager had to go look at it. Chicken strips were extremely well done, not tender. We had to ask server for everything. At times, had to go find her. Wasn't satisfied at all.

We went late last night around 12:30 - 1am. The food was well prepared and served quickly. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly. Restaurant was clean and well kept, it was empty when I arrived but filled quickly after we were seated. I only saw 1 waiter and 1 busser, once it filled up the poor waiter seems overwhelmed. They should consider another set of boots on the ground for the night shift. I was never instructed as to how to pay my bill, the waiter gave me the ticket but said nothing about how to pay, so I did what's usually done and went to the front counter to settle my bill. I waited there, unacknowledged, for 20 minutes before ultimately deciding to download the app and pay that way (my ticket actually provided more insight than the staff in this matter). Other than being clearly shorthanded, it was an enjoyable experience overall. The waiter was great with much energy and charm. Efficient in his service, just not as a cashier.

Completely forgot the key items to the food I have, I have dry pancakes and country fried steak with no gravy. They provided 1 whipped cream for two sets of pancakes though! At least they had half a brain for a second. Might as well eat hamgburgers from McDonald’s with no ketchup or bun. The “manager” argued with me and spoke over me the entire time on the phone accusing me of lying to him because Uber won’t take care of this. Then he proceeded to instruct me to calm down, talk over me, and claim “I cussed at him” when I said idk what to do about this “Sh*t” because I was mad that he was accusing me of lying. This is unbelievable.

We ate at this IHOP twice during a recent stay in Cherry Creek. Both days, the food was perfect. Strawberry banana French toast the first day and biscuits and gravy the second. My sister had the 2-2-2 breakfast both days and said the pancakes were the best part! Our waitress was attentive but not intrusive and could walk and pour coffee at the same time! If we are ever in that area again, I know where we will have breakfast.

They charged me 53.18. I was only putting a 2 dollar tip. At most 45. Also I was trying to use rewards. They were supposed to refund the 53.18 and I payed in cash. Instead they took the cash and still charged my card. Mean while beware they change the tip amount on their own. If I want paying attention they would have just slide that right on by. Honestly if it was not for my rewards I would not have caught the extra tip amount.

This location does not allow backpacks or large bags but they did allow us to leave them behind the counter so we were able to dine still. Food was good. The service was great until he seen we were paying with change then he was a little less great but still good! The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean and the employees were friendly. Also the food came super fast!!

Worst IHOP I’ve ever been to and had to call the police. I came to this location to pick up a order for delivery and after I left with the order the manager came outside tried to run infront of my car yelling and screaming then threw something at my window assaulting my vehicle. I immediately parked and am waiting for the police to show up. Worst ihop I’ve ever been to.

We visited during a busy Sunday morning, so there was a wait of about 45 minutes before we recieved our food. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant with children. They had a gentleman that was walking around the dining room offering to make balloon animals for kids. He made a butterfly ballon for us 🦋. We ordered the new Tres Leches pancakes and they were so delicious. I will be visiting again.

I was here last night and everything was great. But tonight I just got comfortable and the janitor parked her mop bucket right behind me and used her mop to make the Lysol or whatever stench so strong my eyes watered and I had a bad taste in my mouth. I requested she take her mop bucket else where. The waitress refused to ask her to move it elsewhere. I left.

Just no. Management of this IHOP is atrocious, maybe it was because I came in in the latter hours). To clarify, the item I wanted was not on the late night menu, which didn't bother me. But the waitress said she could get the cook to still make it. I received the spinach omelet and it did not taste right... Long story short I sent it back with two bites taken, I get the bill and was charged full price for something I sent back. I spoke to the manager who then stated since you took a bite we still have to charge you. He then said we can take 50% off even though I didn't even eat 50% of the meal.

I went to eat breakfast, and while I was eating noticed a blue sign at my table, that read something along the lines of if you'd like to purchase a meal for a homeless person, you are able to add it to your ticket and they will hang it in the window so the less fortunate can have a meal, I absolutely love this idea and wish more people would do it. I ended up purchasing my meal along with two others to help out the homeless around this painful time of the year. Great job IHOP I am very very impressed. also my food was great as well. Super busy for new years of course, with nice service. When I asked for fresh pancakes that weren’t hard on top, I was told by the manager that because they are busy all grills are in high so their all going to be hard! This is the International House Of Pancakes. If you can’t cater to the consistency and perfect that… don’t sell the other items…. Very disappointing!

Need more help, but the server was hustling. Food as expected and i appreciate them even being open when everything else is closed. Security eyeballing normal customers while a guy is in the bathroom sitting up stinks. Hint the group of seven over thirties probably aren't where the rent-a-cop should be wasting time

My grandkids enjoyed it . They had Woman creating wonderful balloon characters for the kids

What happen? This location once had f fast service. After 2 visits it has taken 40 minutes for the food to arrive at our table.

The food was acceptable, but our waitress was not friendly and we felt as though she was inconvenienced by us being there. I ordered coffee with my breakfast and was told a new pot was brewing and she would bring me coffee when it was done, which is fine. I waited..... then waited some more. Got my food, still no coffee. I was halfway through eating my meal before she finally realized she never brought me coffee. I understand we are all human and have bad days but her attitude and lack of accountability, not apologetic. Still behaved as if we were bothering her. It wasn't very busy, so 🤷 if you are not a people person you probably shouldn't be a waitress.

Service was good but food not anymore they are giving you straight milk on those small containers and no cream at all

our server Celia i believe was very attentive, and sweet. checked up on us periodically and continued to make sure we had what we needed and that our food was good. she did a great job. the coffee taste a little burnt though, and my waffle was a tad bit over cooked . neither of those took away from the experience though! Thaanks girl!

Food was great and served hot at this location. I had breakfast items and they were very delicious. Reasonable prices except I wanted some chipped onions in my eggs and the cost was over $2.70. Why!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service was phenomenal. Our server was very friendly and helpful and even the balloon man was so fun. 10/10 recommend this location these people do an amazing job

We didn't plan on eating but as soon as we saw the IHOP sign, pancakes instantly took over our minds and stomachs. A feast of eggs, bacon, ham, French toast and pancakes later, (that's was all mine), we were happy and on our way!! The host was very nice as well as professional and out server did a fine job. It's not bad but typically only when there is no other choice. I would like to try eating there when or if dinning in opens up again. Got breakfast the times I've been, even on the short drive home the food gets that delivered thing happening. Almost a container smell. I do feel it could be much better if done slightly differently on take out.

This IHOP is among the best of the various locations I have visited. Primarily, what stands out to me is the friendly atmosphere and happy workers that I've encountered. The restaurant is always clean and well-ordered, and only once was I faced with a longer-than-average wait time (this was a problem encountered at a different location). The orders have never come to the table incorrect. Above all, again, is the amazing personalities of the staff that I met on each and every visit.
