If I could give less starts I would. This place has gone downhill BIG TIME. Spent over $100 on takeout tonight and it was awful. Everything was cold. I ordered a #10 which includes a chile relleno which I ordered crispy. You would think they would have boxed it by itself, right? So it stayed crispy? No, they mixed it with the rest of my meal. I had a $20 plate of MUSH soaked in chile. Also, the to-go bag was pack so terribly all of our food was completely smashed. Chile all over my car, my kitchen, it was a complete mess. I expect more from a place that continues to rack up their prices yet their quality is the worst I’ve ever seen. I live less then a mile away and have come here for years. Never again. Everything was cold, soggy and SMASHED! I will never be back.

Ordered chile rellenos nachos as an app. Very good but a little too much cheese. I also ordered the combo platter - chicken enchilada, taco and Chile relleno, beans and rice. Chile relleno doesn't come with a red sauce like a normal relleno would. It was good in its own way. We love coming here when we come out to Colorado. Great food and drinks.

Really, really good stuff. Complimentary chips and salsa were great. Added some queso dip which was also fantastic. Ordered a pair of beef burritos, one shredded and one ground. Both were excellent, but I preferred the shredded. Topped with sour cream and cheese, delicious. Worth a visit!

I'm bummed I waited so long to come here. The restaurant is huge but it was packed on Friday at 5. Seems to have great margs and happy hour because most people waited for a table at the bar. The service was great and the food was delicious. Enchiladas were yummy. The options for kids were good. Parking is really tough - you're better off parking in a different lot across the street and walking over.

Didnt live up to reputation. Didnt allow digital I.D. for drinks which bill was passed 2019 to allow them as legal forms of I.D. food was lacking and service was slow. Fajitas came out not even sizzling. Onions burnt meat cold. I mean whats the point of ording fajitas if it's not a hot sizzling show to the table? Food was bland in my opinion. More catering to the surrounding demographic then being authentic. Will not go again.

We ordered the Taco Bars for the teachers at our school and Ramòn was AMAZING to work with!! The food was all delicious and ready to go right when we got there! We will absolutely go to Los Dos for catering (and lunch/dinner) again!!

Food was great definitely one of the better Mexican food around Littleton. The Carne Asada Fries were AMAZING. As for the shredded beef chimichanga it was a little bit to salty but it was still good

Blown away, the food was SO GOOD 😭 made me wish I had two stomachs. Service was excellent, they were on top of everything and we never had to ask. They have fresh tortillas made in-house to. Definitely recommend this place

Old review: These guys weathered the pandemic so well. They got good at takeout fast, food was hot and separated well so the right things stay crunchy, hot or cold like they should. Love coming here for curbside. Update 8/15/22. Unfortunately after years of patronage I’ve seen the decline and won’t be going here for a while. If they make it through coming months maybe I’ll try again. We used to go here weekly for takeout. The food and the the service have gone down in quality steadily over the past couple months. Tonight took the cake. They missed an entire entree on our order (after repeating it to me on the phone). Didn’t put tortillas in the bag for one of the meals and they gave brown guacamole (check out the photo). I get it, it turns brown after a while, usually overnight and it’s not necessarily rancid, but I get food from a restaurant assuming it at least has the illusion of freshness. Add to that the adobada was randomly carbonized (not good grill char, it was charcoal) the openly surly staff (not the girl at pickup but EVERYONE else) and when I tried to call to get the situation rectified they let the phone ring indefinitely ….we won’t be visiting anytime soon.

The salsa is good, my Husband had a chicken burrito and it was tasty. I had the carnitas. Carnitas we’re cooked to perfection being crispy and tender. I thought there was too much salt and I know pork is bland without salt, but I’d prefer to add salt. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Great place for good Mexican food!

Great happy hour margarita prices! I’m new to Littleton and was recommended Los Dos Portillos as the best Mexican food in the area while waiting phõ at another restaurant. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by its salsa before the food even arrives, and I was quite happy with their salsa! I ordered the chile relleno plate and got one crispy and one soft and thoroughly enjoyed both. I will definitely be back!

Honestly, this is the third time someone has brought me here, and the third time in a row I've been disappointed. Ordered different items each visit, and the rice and beans are always extremely bland and the rest of the meal lacking in flavor. While it was nice that the chips were freshly made, the salsa tasted closer to Pace rather than one would expect to receive from a restaurant. There are way too many great Mexican restaurants in Colorado to consider this one worth a return visit. My suggestion to the ownership would be to scale back the menu, its borderline competing with the Cheesecake Factory for size of menu. Please scale everything back and focus on flavor!

I've seen the name of their restaurant for a while now, but never decided to visit them until my coworkers started talking about good authentic Mexican restaurants around Denver. When I heard them talking about Los Dos, I asked them what it's all about and all they said was that I should go there and try their Chili Relleno Nachos. Well, that's what I did this weekend. The Chili Relleno Nachos were BOMB! It was soooo good! The other dish that we ordered was the Parrillada Familiar and it was the first time I've ever eaten cactus. Dang, their food was great and their service was quite wonderful. I just wished that their Mexican Lager was available. I heard it was good, too.

Good spot for food. The Barbacoa tacos are worth trying. Had a guava margarita but we’re too early for the happy hour. Staff was so friendly.

This place is makes Mexican food fun again. Be sure to order their signature guacamole made at your table first thing. Their recipe is a cut above the rest. We ordered meals, appetizers as meals, and plenty of drinks, and every dish was great. The service was excellent - professional, helpful suggestions, and always with a smile. Only reason I gave it a four star rating was the super long wait for a table. It shows how popular the place is but it’s a bummer to have to sit around for over an hour to get a seat. This is a big drawback and I find myself put off before the meal even starts. I suggest 1. you pick a midweek dinner at a time that they are not as busy, 2. go early and get your name on the wait list and return when it’s closer to when a table might be available, or 3. try to get a seat in the bar and just plan on ordering and eating there. Bar staff is just as wonderful as the main dining room staff.

Nice location with easy parking. Close to where our son lives so it has become our go to restaurant when we visit him. Friendly staff and the food is amazing. Huge portions. Served hot. Very clean. Great value for money. I really like the ceviche and the Barbicoa (spelling?) Tacos.

Had such a good dinner here tonight! We live in Aurora, but we were in Littleton and found this place by chance. Food was so good and margs were awesome as well.

I ordered the shrimp tacos and a margarita. The chips/salsa were good, margarita was tasty, they even made too much and gave us the remainder in a small cup. My fish tacos tasted good as well. They were very busy when we got there but had bar seating, which helped because I was hungry! Nice little place close to home.

Love this place, is my go to when I am hosting guests in town. I typically get fajita 's as it is best for low carb option with some modifications which they gladly do. Salsa has a little zing and not bland like many others. Skinny margarita is my favorite but pricey compared to other options.

We’ve ordered from here several times for takeout and always love our food. I am addicted to the chicken street tacos and we always love the nachos. We decided to try dining in last week and it was delightful. They were super busy, but everyone was so friendly and efficient that we got all of our food quickly, refills always offered, and they made us table side guacamole. I was so grateful for the wonderful service and food.
