Great location, fun atmosphere, great outdoor seating, good beer, slow kitchen. Waited an hour for chicken and waffles and cheese fries. The cheese fries were in a cheese soup, you had to dig through it to find the chilis and chicken. The chicken and waffles were okay, noting to wait an hour for. The service was good for the most part. Arrived at 11am before a 1pm game and barely left in time. I'd try it again but make sure I set my expectations to wait.

Enjoyed stopping in for a couple tasting flights before catching a Rockies game. Great selection of beers - not all IPAs like so many other local breweries! Friendly staff and nice decor. Would come here again!

For a brewery, the food is great! The people are nice! However, please don’t call your panzanella salad a panzanella salad as it is not. It’s a salad with large bread pieces on top. When you take those off, it’s just a salad. The flavors were great, but the bread hard to eat. The gumbo was nothing to write home about, but it was good. The fish and chips were great! The cole slaw lacks. The beers are good.

In town for my best friends wedding and this was the first place we stopped. It’s right across from the train station so it’s super convenient to get to. The food and beer here are excellent! We couldn’t decide on what to order so we split two appetizers. We ended up with the loaded green chili fries and added pulled pork and they were delicious. We also got the beer pretzel and that is the size of a human pelvis, I swear, but very delicious unlike a human pelvis. My boyfriend ordered two different beers and they were also delicious; the sport mode Berliner wiesse and the patty’s Chile beer. We’d absolutely love to come back and try more! For dessert we had the raspberry cheesecake pictured below, also delicious. On top of all of this, our server, Devan, was excellent and attentive. This is a must try when visiting Denver.

First time here, and really enjoyed our lunch! Without a doubt, the beer is the showstopper. We all did flights (4, 5oz pours) to try as much as we could, and we all loved our choices! The beer is delicious and so, so good! Highly recommend: Rail Yard Ale, Italian Pilsner, Wixa Wheat, Serbian Horse Racer, and Pile of Fun. All different styles but all fantastic! Food wise, we started with the Green Chili Fries, and they were great. The Brisket Pimento Grilled Cheese is incredible - would absolutely get again! Very cool vibes inside. Upstairs is a giant billiards hall, too! Overall, it's an excellent brewery!

Maturer type of bar that gives me “Cheers” vibes. Definitely more upscale to some of the other types of bars and tap rooms visited on our trip. Service was excellent! Liked the range of beers we tried. The place itself was appointed with a variety of eclectic items such as old Bass signs from UK pubs, a random bronze ape, and a safe door next to the bar. We had a nice time hanging out by the bar. There was an area for private parties and also a second floor for seating which I never made it to unfortunately. Would return if nearby in the future. Would have loved to try the food but by the late time we visited the kitchens were closed.

The Wynkoop has grown a lot since I first visited back in the 90’s. Staff worked well together and were very polite. Weather was great as always, so we sat on the patio. And the food was good, worth going back for. If you’re looking for comfortable and laid back atmosphere, the Wynkoop fits the bill.

I got the Cajun shrimp pasta on the recommendation of the head chef and it was both filling and delicious. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the cream sauce was rich and not overbearingly heavy. It was wonderfully balanced with acid and cream, with a perfect amount of heat. Their chef came out with house made dog treats for my dog and he (my dog, not the chef, but I can’t speak for the chef…) loved them. Their beers are unpretentious and delicious, with styles for almost anyone. I’d love to come back here next time I’m in Denver.

Right across from the train station. Food was very good and had lots of veggies. Beer was enjoyable. Service was excellent. The manger helped us find a top and really went out of his way to find us what we needed. Would highly recommend and go back here. They have the coolest shirts out of all the breweries I’ve been to in the area. Building is super old and has lots of history. Neat place to stop.

Love the old feel of the exposed beams and my servers have been amazing both times. Iv been here twice now and the environment is good, and id visit if it was close, but i wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. The pretzel is huge, but a touch dry and as it cools it just gets drier.

An OG but a goodie here at “Win-coop”, not to be confused with the actual last name “Wine-coop”, cuz who wants to get a beer at a place that sounds like smashed grapes?! Anyhoot, the beer is very good, esp. The Much Needed Mousture IPA (benefits go to Marshall fire recovery). Food is pretty good as well, and you can’t beat the location right in the heart of LoDo, Let’s go!

I usually go to breweries for their beer. I would have never guessed that Wynkoop kitchen was so yummy. I really enjoyed their gumbo, fish and carnitas tacos and their spinach/artichoke dip.

Quick stop for a beer and snack. Rockies were in town, so they were rocking. Yet, greeter found me a spot quickly and service was great. Fish tacos and Mac and cheese were really good. Had the coffee lager.

We stopped in for lunch on a Thursday. Not packed but steady. The food was pretty good, 3 out of 4 of us got a burger. I got the special which was seared tuna on a bed of hummus, red peppers, olives, micro greens, and tomatoes seared in harissa. Delicious and filling. While the food and beer were good, our server, Penelope, was amazing. She was friendly and gave us a ton of recommendations for things to do in and around Denver. We gushed over our love for plants for a solid ten minutes and shared a few laughs. Penelope very sweetly bought our daughter her first legal drink! She really made our experience unforgettable.

Pretty good IPA, had the foggy locomotive and a shrimp po boy. Po boy didnt taste that great, not very flavorful but the beer on an empty stomach did hit. Not bad sweet potato fries, average vibe overall but worth a visit for the beer.

Great burgers for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. We got cheese fritters (mainly for the chipotle jam) and it did not disappoint. Definitely ask for a side of the jam for your burger and fries. Also, would recommend upgrading to the sweet potato waffle fries if you can.

Fun atmosphere, lots of seating. Beer is quite good and there are a lot to choose from. They were out of a couple so that was disappointing. Alicia, our server, was great! She was busy but kept up with everything. Food is good, especially for the price. The fish tacos were definitely our favorite. I wouldn't order the pork again, it was way over cooked. Overall this is a great place for beer and food.

Everything you would want from Colorado's first brewpub! Logan was absolutely amazing with his recommendations of what we might like, and he constantly checked on us to make sure we were enjoying the food and, more importantly, the beer. Have I mentioned the beer? Of all the flights in all the breweries I have ever visited, this one was by far the best. So good, in fact, that we came back on Day 2 of our three-day tour of Denver for more! The atmosphere was great, two floors of awesomeness, with completely different vibes. And the food was outstanding. When I was planning our trip to Denver, this was the most highly recommended brewery from my friends. I now know why!

Cool brewing company and restaurant right next to union Station. Went early Sun not too busy as baseball crowd started filling the streets after game. Normal bar food and plenty of drink choices. Had the Denver lotus some nachos with wings. Also, upstairs is filled with pool tables and another bar good spot to be.

Great place nice atmosphere. Stopped in for a drink and a bite before the Rockies game. Los of choices and everything was tasty. Fried pickles were the best I've ever had and the pork carnitas tacos were delicious. Spicy Margarita had just enough kick.

Wonderful experience of downtown Denver. I got the Korean Chicken sandwich and it was delicious! The crunch of the fried chicken plus the heat of the sauces was really enjoyable! The fries were really good, well salted and didn't even need anything to dip them into to enjoy. I sat outside on a beautiful day and was able to people watch with the backdrop of a cool historic building. My server was great (and helped me decide on the chicken sandwich so thank you!!). I was adventurous and had the rocky mountain oyster stout and it was great, no funky taste to be found, just a rich smooth stout that went down easy. This was my first meal during my trip to Denver and I'd definitely return!

Wynkoop was a great brewery. Nice selection of beers with a few nice guest beers on tap as well. The service was great. Casey was super friendly and helpful in recommending beers. Will definitely return.

Our server was Cowboy he had such great energy and really helped us explore what the restaurant has to offer. My husband got the Carnitas tacos and I got the fish tacos, both were delicious with a perfect amount of food.

Stopped for a quick drink and played shuffleboard after our flight in. They have tons of pool tables and 2 long shuffleboard tables as well as foosball and arcade games upstairs. Had the Chile beer and would recommend it. Only downside was that it was quite warm upstairs.
