Head to elegant Larimer Square for shops, people-watching, and dinner. Larimer Square is the city’s oldest and most historic part of town where the first gold prospectors from the Old West era staked their claim. There’s a relaxed vibe and it’s the perfect part of town to chill into your weekend in Denver. You’ll find hip coffee bars, urban boutiques and exclusive stores, and maybe some street performers. For dinner, take your pick from a great range of chef-led restaurants or one of the many different cuisines available.

Beautiful and quiet during an early morning spring stroll. Looks like this place would be super fun once the shops and bars get rolling. Loved the Avalanche jersey numbers hung overhead to celebrate their Stanley Cup quest. Was surprised to discover the Kettle Arcade, so duck in their for a gorgeous little gem or fun photography shoot.

If you are looking for a beautiful and romantic stroll through downtown this is the place to be. It is a whole vibe walking through it. Beautiful lighting and the most adorable shops. Restaurants with outdoor dining and heat lamps for the cold. Different stands to purchase alcohol. This is a must see when visiting Denver.

I saw this on YouTube but unfortunately there is not much to see here. It’s mostly under construction. A few restaurants and an ice cream place. This is one “tourist attraction” that can be skipped but it is worth going to Van Leeuwen for ice cream.

What a great street to walk and dine! It's beautiful and has a good selection of shops and restaurants. There is nowhere to park, so make sure you park and walk there.

We visited Denver Colorado for the first time during our road trip. Historical buildings were amazing and lights were beautiful all among the street. There are a lot of small cute stores and well designed restaurants located there. It was a great destination and I enjoyed so much. Vibrant life, good vibes. This is a ‘must see’ for sure!!!

This is generally a great place to hang out before or after exploring the 16th Street Mall or before or after seeing a sports game in nearby stadiums. Even though some cool places have unfortunately closed, new places were also added. The area has lots of very decent restaurants. This is a must-visit place for people visiting Denver, perhaps as a stop for lunch or maybe a chill evening.

A nice square to find good restaurants, people watch, shopping, etc. I thought it would be a bit bigger and paid for 2hrs of parking but unless you will be eating you’ll be done walking around very quickly. There were 2 different performers on a Tuesday night. It’s a nice area to stop by and see the best of Denver

Lots of coffee shops and food spots to eat from block to block. Its close to 16th Street Mall which you can ride the Charlie to for free (every 15-30mins it seems) TJMaxx, Sephora, Ross, Local Brand stores, shoe store, etc. Atomphere great for photographers or bloggers. Several stores are just reopening or closed due to the pandemic and lack of works, but the atmosphere is still worth the experience. It started to snow during my trip which made the experience that much better. I'll be back!

We have walked through here multiple times. It is a mixture of commercial stores, local shops, restaurants, bars, street musicians and other fun things (See the poem guy in the posted pictures - donations accepted). We end up here more than not at some point during the day. Its a fun experience and starts to pick up around 600p.

What a great area to walk, dine, have drinks and shop in. We even saw a random army of bikes driving thru the square. It was so cool to see all different types of bikes with lights and people of all ages. Wow Denver, you are pretty amazing. And the sunrise at 5am wasn't too shabby either.

Very popular Denver landmark and they take pride in their Broncos team so the entire square is covered in their jerseys. They have some great food and bar options. Do visit at night coz the vibe is much better

The Christmas lights was just amazing 🤩🤩. They had a lot of spots to take pictures and a giant Christmas tree. Since it was at night all the stores were already closed but we still had good time.

We enjoyed our experience walking through the square. We went back Thursday and got to see the live band set up and do a sound check.

Pretty cool spot. Yes, it is touristy. Yes, it doesn't take long to make it through here. With that said, it is cool to imagine the old buildings in their heyday, to imagine denver during this time. I reccomend just hitting the shops, stopping for some ice cream and coffee or hitting one of the restaurants and hanging out outside watching the people. Several stores to browse through, though expect tourist prices. Still some nice things to see. I don't think you will plan a vacation around d this place, but if you are in Denver, you really should make it down here for a little bit.

One block closed off for restaurants and a few shops. It seems it is a place mainly for weekends as a drinking and eating place. They do have nice restaurants and a good wine bar. It's not to far from a mall area for shopping downtown.

Hard to miss when you are downtown Denver and definitely worth a stroll through. Packed with nice restaurants and stores. It's closed off and decorated for certain times of the year which is a treat. Off street parking is hard to find like the rest of the downtown.

Please don’t go there if you have a car bc it’s Not parking. It’s a great place to get a drink, have dinner and chat with family and friends. A lots of restaurants and open patios on the pedestrian street 😁

Larimer Square is Denver's urban shopping district where Victorian buildings house specialty boutiques and unique chef-driven restaurants with one-of-a-kind stores and distinctive fashion offerings.

Cool spot and super chill. I enjoyed the shops and that I wasn’t there when it was busy.

One of the more eclectic parts of Denver's 16th Street Mall - beautiful to sit and enjoy a coffee or meal and people-watch, and a few funky shops lining the street. A quintessential Denver stop!

A great place for a stroll, shopping, or a meal. Beautiful historic buildings. Great street music and art. Poets writing. Families. Just a wonderful vibe.

Larimer Square is neat in the evening and it's beautifully set up with bistro lights in the summer. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but the atmosphere is pretty cool! We enjoyed walking around after dinner. We went back during the day and a lot of the shops were closed. That was kind of a bummer. But Oktoberfest wad going on and it was fun to wonder the street and see how another city celebrates the season. It's much more mild than Cincinnati with far fewer people, but the weiner dog race was fun!

Such a cute area! We had lunch at Riojas while we were in town. The menu was a little intimidating but the servers were very nice and had suggestions. We enjoyed lamb burgers and some warm sun on the patio. The burger flavor combination was amazing, a very intricate, evolving taste. Best burger I've ever had!

It’s a nice little square. It’s very very small though. I was surprised but it was nice to see it. I really loved the thrift shop with the bar in it.
