It’s cool to take pictures with big bear. But, it is a little bit boring inside the building.

I love this giant blue bear sculpture! It's a well-known staple in Denver making it a must see tourist destination. I highly recommend taking pictures here when traveling through Denver. You are able to get as close as you want.

I didn’t have to pay for anything to take a picture by or with the bear, it’s really tall and large lol I enjoyed the experience.

This large blue bear statue really helps make the convention center in Denver unique. Be sure to snap a nice photo when you see it. Very enjoyable from both the outside and inside of the convention center. Free attraction, parking is difficult so consider the RTD (local light rail).

Impressive sculpture depicting a curious big blue bear looking inside a conference center (just as any curious spectator would do).

Was at the Colorado Convention Center for a conference. Great venue, helpful staff, really good food. I'm not sure what the Big Blue Bear represented.

A magnificent place with its contemporary design and facilities. City centre location with convenient transportation and parking places. It's no doubt a world class exhibition hall / convention centre. Clear direction signs and helpful staffs made event participants an easy access to designated facilities. Also a huge, eye catching, artistic and interesting posture blue bear made the convention centre famous and easy to recognise.

I recently had the pleasure of seeing the Big Blue Bear, a 40-foot-tall sculpture created by artist Lawrence Argent, located in Denver, Colorado. This bear was commissioned by the Denver Convention and Visitors Bureau in 2005, and has become an iconic symbol of the city. The Big Blue Bear is made of steel, fiberglass, and resin and is painted a bright blue. It stands in front of the Colorado Convention Center, with its arms outstretched as if to hug the city of Denver. It's a very unique piece of art that captures the imagination of all who pass by. The Big Blue Bear is a clever piece of public art that adds a touch of whimsy to the city. Its presence is a reminder of the city's commitment to the arts, and its popularity with both locals and visitors alike is evidence of its success. From its bright blue coloring to its outstretched arms, the Big Blue Bear is a memorable part of Denver's landscape.

The Big Blue Bear is the safest and biggest blue bear ever known to mankind. It's huge and walking underneath it really adds to the size of it. It looks as if it is peeping inside a kitchen window with food on the table. Our kids love it. It's free and easy to reach. No crowd just people taking pictures and keeping it moving. We love to see our children smile.

The Colorado Convention was a nice facility to hold a conference. However, the city of Denver is not a place I wish to return to spend my money. Attendees of conferences in Denver likely spend thousands of dollars to attend these events between hotels, food, event fees etc. The area around the convention center was strewn with litter, drug addicts, and homeless people sleeping and loitering on the street. I am not ignorant to the fact that my city has homeless as well, however it is not this blatant nor is it right in the heart of the city where out of town guests come. The city of Denver and the state of Colorado should be embarrassed at the environment they have created.

The b Big bear is showing its age. It has a huge crack in the top and it has less color. It needs maintenance urgently.

I heard about the bear through my dealer and he said the bear was massive and I was super pumped. But when I got there the bear wasn’t as big as I expected. I thought it was gonna be as tall as the building but it was only like a quarter of the size. I’m sad and my trip to Denver has been ruined.

Nice little nugget to take a quick pic of, and keep it moving. It's a free thing to see. You just walk up (it's outside) and take a pic. Parking in this area is pretty tight (and paid) so take that into consideration before going out of your way to see this bear.

Crazy thing, I've lived in Denver 98% of my life. My first time here was this past weekend. The wife, kids, and I had a great time. There is a coin machine inside if you need change to park.

Attended the Colorado Garden and Home Show over the weekend at the Convention Center. Boy, they certainly know how to put on a massive show. Great location, easy parking and plenty of room. Well done!!

Very crowded, and lots of interesting and unique selections available ! Enjoyed all the creativity and meeting the various vendors at the Holiday Craft Show,!! More employees would have been helpful at the entrances and exits, however. Am glad I went with the Fort Collins Seniors on Saturday ,,,11-12-22. B.K.. `~~

I just drove an hour and a half to get here from ponderosa. My 9 year old daughter was feeling nauseous cuz of the windy roads and we were super excited to eat here and timed it out according to googles open hours which clearly say it’s open and what happened is I walked in and they said they just close the kitchen which makes zero sense because everything here says it’s open. So beware and probably eat somewhere else instead of coming to this big blue bear although I have been here five or six times and they have very good food that’s just annoying when they could easily have open the kitchen and technically the sign on the door still says open. I told them I drove an hour and a half to get here and they told me the kitchen closed 15 minutes ago. BEWARE of the big blue bear.

Big blue bear is a must see! I've lived here my whole life and still enjoy seeing him whenever I'm downtown. You can get up close and personal and take some pretty cool pictures. There's a parking lot across the street and sometimes there are a few spots open right out front.

While perhaps not the thing you think of visiting, a big blue bear, there is something very attractive about the sight. It hangs against the Denver Convention Center and keeps you captive in a fun way. Its something to see when you simply might not expect a three story blue bear in you sights. Enjoy and enjoy all the sights around downtown Denver while you visit the Big Blue Bear. Check it out.

It’s definitely an iconic fixture to Colorado. I’m glad I was able to see it. It’s definitely worth seeing while you’re in Downtown Denver.
