Book one of these incredibly interesting and fun walking tours to learn all about Denver! Only $ 2 (but don't forget to tip the enthusiastic guide!) Because they tell you all there is to know about this beautiful city. Start from the front of State Capitol, easy to reach by bus! And afterwards take the free bus of the 16th Mall Drive that takes you all day long (hop on and off where you like) through the beautiful center of downtown Denver!

Stumbled upon this free walking tour when we arrived in Denver and we're so happy we did. Our tour guide was Jimmy and he was fantastic. His enthusiasm, passion and knowledge of Denver was second to none. There's a small $2 booking fee but this was insignificant given the quality of the tour. A definite must do if you are new to Denver.

My wife and I were visiting Denver for the first time, and we decided to take the Denver Free Walking Tour. Our tour guide was Anthony. Since he was a social studies teacher for over seven years, he had unique knowledge of the history of Denver and the State of Colorado. I could tell he truly loved showing us the different areas of Downtown Denver, such as the outside of the Colorado State Capitol, Denver City Hall, Civic Plaza, the U.S. Mint, The Denver Art Museum, the Colorado Convention Canter, Larimer Square, the 16th Street Mall, and Union Station. I love history, so I really enjoyed the tour. I would highly recommend you sign up for one of the tours. Please be sure to leave a tip for your tour guide.

Enjoyed our walking tour on this beautiful Sunday afternoon with Maria! We walked through many of the downtown tourist stops! She gave us lots of tips and tricks, and history! It was a little under 2 hours. We are headed home today but will use the tips we received for our next trip here to Denver. Things were a little different due to COVID—but that was expected. I did feel the tour was a little overpriced. I think it was worth $10-15, not $25. We will try the ghost tour when we are back in the area.

We just moved to Denver and this free walking tour was a great way to meet the city! Our guide, Jordan, was amazing and a great resource. 10/10 would recommend. Bring your walking shoes, water, and a hat/sunscreen

Great experience and a wonderful way to see the city. The guide (Blain) was so nice and courteous to everyone. I really liked that he didn’t make anyone uncomfortable or even mentioned a tip or anything like that. Everyone gave with pleasure and had a good time. Highly recommended.

My wife and thoroughly enjoyed the Holiday Lights and Sights Tour. The City and County Building, The Mile High Tree, D&F Clock Tower, the 16th Street mall, and Larimer Square were as sparkling as ever. But what made this tour very special was our guide, Anthony. At each stop he either had a Christmas story or some historical background on the area. I'm a history buff and I learned many facts about Denver I never knew. Also, walking through the inside of the Brown Palace and Oxford Hotel was amazing, such beautiful buildings.

This was a very well done tour! We loved the casual, entertaining but informative style that Mariah gave. She educated us about the city with public knowledge but also little unknown facts(?) 😉 I would highly recommend taking this tour your 1st day in the city.

I enjoyed Alyce’s tour very much. I joined this alone and enjoyed it along a much larger group. Alyce was great in tending to the needs of the kids and adult sun the group, fun facts and very approachable. I would recommend doing this in your first day as Alyce, and I imagine the rest of the team, gives lots of great advice for other points of interest. It was 2 hours by foot but lots of shade. Don’t hesitate and book!

This was a great walking tour and a way to get to know Denver from a true local. Our guide, Janine, arrived n time, was very enthusiastic, humorous, full of knowledge, and truly loves her home city. Highly recommend taking the tour when you first arrive into Denver to get to know the city.

Best walking tour my sister and I had in the entire US - we've done 4 until now. Our guide was spectacular, she shared her enthusiasm about Denver so well that we are now both enthusiastic about Denver as well after this short visit. Thank you!

The holiday lights bus tour was informative and our tour guide Steve seemed to love doing the tour and knew many things about Denver and the lights. It was very pretty and the shuttle was a little older but comfortable. Definitely worth the money 😊

As a CO local, I loved getting to know more about the street art and grafiti all around us that I rarely stop to appreciate. I highly recommend!

Our guide was on time, enthusiastic, funny, and full of knowledge. The tour wasn't too long and pointed out a lot of great places in Denver along with the history.

Julia was a wonderful guide who clearly demonstrated her knowledge and passion for the city. I moved to Colorado 6 months ago, but never would have known any of the state's history without a tour like this! My out-of-town parents also had a great time, and are excited to come back and visit some of the stops again. Thanks!

Lydia's knowledge of her hometown is vast. She has a particular affinity for architecture, which was an added bonus in learning about Denver's history. She brings the past to life with stories - and clearly has so much she wants to share. Our tour was on a very warm summer day - she kept our large group in the shade when talking, and anticipated the need for a bathroom and sit down break. This waking tour was a great foundation to exploring urban Denver!

Denver's Street Art & Graffiti Unplugged + Chocolate Tasting - This was a wonderful way to experience the unique and beautiful street art of Denver! I loved walking around RiNo with our group, learning about the art and artists, and taking lots of pictures. Our tour guide Lindsey was so friendly and knowledgeable, and the chocolate was super yummy! Totally recommend you try this out!

Lydia was an amazing tour guide. She had so many interesting and quirky stories to share about the city's history and the people involved in shaping the city. And she knew details about anything else we asked, too. My family loved this tour. It was doable for the four seniors in my party even though it was a little over two hours long. Lydia picked shaded spots for the stops - which really helped in the 90 degree summer heat! Leave some extra time for parking and finding the starting spot if you are not familiar with the area. The tour group provided an awesome recommendation of parking at the Art Museum - cheaper than other parking spots around there!

This is a great tour of Denver. Our guide, Jill, was knowledgeable and energetic. She was leading a group of 30 people, and yet she managed to make a personal connection with nearly every person in the group, both before we got started and after we got underway. I was surprised to hear that she conducts tours infrequently when her "real job" allows because she was extremely professional. Highly recommended.

What a great tour! was about 2 hours, our guide, Janine, was very knowledgeable! the tour was informative (all outside so dress accordingly) and while it was a very hot day, the tour is across flat ground with sitting spots available here and there and some shady spots which were very needed. The pace was appropriate for the crowd we had of all ages as well - potty break is towards the end of the tour - ends in a great spot to wander around and has an easy to grab shuttle back to the starting area.

Just do it! You won't regret it. We spent the afternoon with Steve while he shared his love of Denver with us. He isn't a native- he was sure to tell us- but he loves this city. We toured all of downtown while he shared good information.
