If you are considering Balistreri for your wedding, please go check it out. Such a beautiful place and is full of incredible staff. The venue, wine and food are spectacular. We were so pleased with the entire process leading up to our wedding and the actual day was perfect. We could not recommend a better atmosphere and look forward to our many wine visits to come. Such a gem! ❤️

My husband and I were on vacation in Colorado when we visited Balistreri for my birthday. The family and staff were so welcoming! We did the flight of wines with the artisan cheese and fruit board. Wow! So beautiful and delicious! Ended our stay with the blood orange chocolate tart! 🍊 It is rich, so definitely big enough to share. Thank you for a perfect birthday! 🥳

We have been here several times for tastings and lunch and each time it is fabulous. I love that they don't add anything to the wine, in fact they really don't mess with it a whole lot at all. It is a small local winery with all of the bottling and everything done on sight. The tasting is very generous and the tour is worth your time to go see the rest of the facility. If you can have Kyle aka Nor Cal be your host for the tasting. He is very personable, funny and has a crazy amount of knowledge. Make reservations for the tasting and lunch as well because the food is great. Gorgeous spot for events especially weddings.

Wine is unique! Everything we ordered was well portioned and delicious. They gave us a free tasting of their monthly wine to start. Highly recommend the place

We could not have picked a better wedding venue than Balistreri and they made our big day so easy! The fact that we didn’t have to stress about staffing, catering, rentals, etc was a huge weight off of our shoulders and we saved a lot of money by being able to bring in our own alcohol. The space is so beautiful, the food was INCREDIBLE (we had so many guests tell us it was some of the best food they’ve ever had), and all of the staff was for friendly and professional. Thank you Balistreri!

We had our wedding at Balistreri Vineyards in June 2022, and the venue, food, and service were all exceptional. We loved the flexibility of being able to have the wedding outside or inside in case of inclement weather. The venue is very beautiful on its own so we didn't have to provide too much in terms of decorations to have a beautiful wedding. My husband and I both loved the large selection of menu items, and multiple wedding guests commented on the quality of the food (everything was delicious). The service was outstanding and the wedding coordinators worked with us to make sure that everything went smoothly on the day of our wedding. We didn't have tons of money to spend on our wedding and feel as though we got excellent value for our money at Balistreri!

Stopped here to check out some local Colorado wines. The tasting menu is hefty with 20 wines to sample … you’re likely to find at least one that you might like. The landscaping is excellent and if you find a spot outside in the shade, it’s wonderful event on a hot day. I didn’t sample the cafe menu, but many did. I went solo so there didn’t seem to be the need for reservations but many had them.

We could not have had a better experience than Balistreri Vineyards for our wedding. The process of planning felt so overwhelming when we were looking at different venues when we came across Balistreri at the suggestion of a family member. It first shocked us how reasonably priced they were compared to other places we were touring, as well as how stunning this place is hidden in the middle of nowhere basically. We did not have the budget for a wedding planner (even a day of coordinator), and were so nervous about how that would go, but you would have never known it from how helpful Mattie and Katy were throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer our questions and set us up great with a menu that was perfectly to our liking (that’s another thing, the food here is SO good), as well as table settings and decor that looked absolutely gorgeous. The venue has you provide your own alcohol, which saves a TON of money, but honestly the star of the show was the Viognier wine — which is made by the vineyard. It was so popular among our guests, that we ended up ordering several more bottles during the night - and the wine is discounted for people having a wedding, so that’s a major plus too. All in all, it was an incredible night thanks in no small part to the hard work of the team at Balistreri. If you’re getting married, or even just want to have a special occasion of any kind, we can’t recommend them highly enough!

What a fun little find coming in to Denver. All natural wines with no added sulfites or yeast. As the tasting guide said, the wines are very different. I would say, however, that different is not a bad thing here. Love the 21 wine tasting course as it really was a great sampling and it was fun having the winemaker drop by and speak about his process. Overall, this is worth the slight trip outside of Denver and I'm very glad I got to experience this beautiful and delicious winery.

Do you enjoy wine? Do you enjoy drinking the cleanest wine you’ve ever had? Do you like spending time with loved ones while you laugh, taste, and smile all of your cares away? If so, Balistreri Vineyards is your spot. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Denver in 2017, and much like a fine wine - this place has only gotten better with age. You will ALWAYS feel like a family member when you visit this family-owned winery. The owners are two of the best people I have ever met. We recently celebrated my birthday there and they made sure everything was enjoyable for us. I cannot tell you enough good things about this place - go check it out for yourself. I guarantee it will change what you know about wine and maybe even what you know about yourself.

Just attended their Harvest Festival. Food is great: wood fired pizza with a thin cracker crust, barbecued pig, anti pasti and of course fantastic wine. John and Julie Balistteri were great hosts with time for everybody

This place is a hidden gem. The location was surprisingly serene. The wine tasting was so nice and the wines were delicious. We also had lunch and the food was amazing. The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend the vineyard for a daytime friends outing or even a day date.

My friends and I went here for a tasting. We had a reservation and got there at 11am on a Saturday. It was perfect timing. We beat the rush, got our pick of table. We received a welcome tasting and an amuse bouche of the watermelon gazpacho. Both were delicious. The dessert wines were my favorite, especially the cherry wine. The food was above my expectations, restaurant quality. We even got a tour from the wine maker's wife. It was fascinating to learn how they make all their wines naturally. Highly recommend.

Our wedding experience at Balistreri was nothing short of exceptional! Maddi's expertise and ease in capturing our vision made the planning process a breeze. The food was exquisite, impressing all 138 guests, and the well-arranged tables showcased thoughtful spacing. Our special day was a hit, and everyone had a blast – a testament to Balistreri's commitment to creating memorable and enjoyable events.

The restaurant’s dishes are super delicious that I would come for dine in even though I don't drink. The staffs were super friendly and patiently introduced each wine to its specialty and background. My mum was tired after few drinks and sat aside. The stuff brought a glass of water for my mum, which made me feel they are so thoughtful! The wine tour also made us learn a lot about how they make good wine. I highly recommend it to those who want to do a wine tasting in the Denver area!!!!

I had my wedding here in October 2022, and My husband and I were absolutely in love with this venue from the first photos we saw. The venue was beautiful, the staff was helpful throughout the entire process, and the food was delicious! We really liked the how versatile the space was. The inside and outside spaces were both gorgeous, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful the event was. The food was delicious, and there is a wide variety of menu options, all of which taste great. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating. The process of renting the space and holding the event was very easy and the staff have great ideas to help. My husband and I were in love with the Balistreri, and are glad the we chose to make these memories here.

Easy and enjoyable. Made reservations for the wine tasting for my daughter's birthday. Stood at the bar for the first 6 wines but ended up at a table with a meat and cheese board for the rest. Very beautiful location

This place is amazing! The all natural wine is terrific and has won countless awards. We had the pleasure of finding this little gem while on vacation. Luckily we had Jonathan lead our wine tasting. We tasted 20 different wines. His knowledge of wine is incredible. Everyone of them were excellent. we shipped a case of wine home. We were also lucky enough to get a tour of the facility by Birdie, one of the owners. We even met her husband John who makes the wine and their daughter Julie. Everyone was so friendly and their passion for wine making shows. The property is beautiful. This experience was the highlight of our vacation. Thanks so much!

One of my most favorite places to go. Some of the best food I've ever eaten, always wonderful experiences with the staff, and the wine is lovely, especially the cherry wine. You can experience a tour of their wine cellar, meet the family that owns this quaint little treasure in the middle of an industrial park, and enjoy meals prepared by. incredible chefs, with remarkable desserts. Balistreri Vineyards never disappoints.

We booked the wine tasting and were pleasantly surprised by both the quantity and quality of the experience - two of our favorites were the Sangiovese and the Cherry dessert wine. No matter your palate, you'll find some wine varietal to enjoy! Our server was knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt as well. We'll definitely be back!

I visited Balistreri with a friend of mine back in 2008? We both loved our time there and enjoyed the wine. I bought some bottles of wine, notably a 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon. Yesterday I opened it because it had been long enough and it was absolutely delicious! Kept this whole time! Very exciting!

We found a gem in the midst of a semi industrial area of Denver! Balistreri Vineyards is a treasure. The venue has modern vibe with as much tradition as you can envision. Using wine barrels with marble tops for a dessert station and the bride and groom’s sweetheart table kept with the winery vibe while the tables were set with white tablecloths and our chosen color of napkins. (We had sage green) The curved stairway is beautiful as an entrance for the bride and groom or any person(s) you are celebrating! The food (we chose an antipasti bar for cocktail hour followed by a simple buffet/taco bar for dinner) was delicious! The variety on the antipasti bar had something for everyone. The steak on the taco bar was tender and the chicken spiced just right! The staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. Mattie and Katy made our event memorable and easy. I highly recommend this venue! *****

We had our wedding here in May, and everything went perfect. Included venue, food, and bar with bring your own alcohol so we didn’t have to worry about a bunch of vendors. Everything was perfectly coordinated!

Balistreri Vineyards was the perfect spot to have our wedding. We had our wedding in September of this year and it was perfect weather, wonderful staff, and Mattie/Lauren were so helpful accommodating everything we needed for our big day. The venue truly is something special and the food and wine was fantastic! The outdoor area was so beautiful with full grape vines, and the ballroom fits more than enough people. Once the sun sets the lighting throughout the venue and the open garage doors truly set the perfect stage for a warm September Colorado evening. We have such an amazing experience with Balistreri and would highly recommend for any special occasion, or just to grab lunch/dinner and drinks!

Did the full 20 wines tasting at the bar, followed by lunch and dessert outside. The gentleman inside was knowledgeable, fun and welcoming. He was a perfect welcome to the property, offering advice and information about the wine without being pretentious. He made wine fun and accessible for the varying levels of taster I listened to him interact with along the bar. Upon venturing outside for another glass and the lamb dish, I was delighted by the meal and the homemade cherry pie. A wonderful treat within Denver that I never expected. I hope to return upon my next visit!!

Spent a lovely noonish tasting and lunch at Balistreri Vineyards. A very ample tasting of their various wines. Ask for Russ...very knowledgeable and engaging. For lunch we had bacon wrapped dates...yummy, followed by panzenella salad, amberjack crudo. Main courses were lamb tajarin and seared duck breast. All well prepared. I wanted the charcuterie plate, but noone to share with...next time. The wines cover a wide spectrum and the food was excellently prepared. Something for everyone. We also met the John Balistreri the owner/vintner and his daughter Julie. It's a very casual experience with no pressure, and low key. We highly recommend.
