I took my daughter and 2 friends all age 11 for her birthday. My friend was there too. We escaped with seconds left! I love that the Lunar escape required teamwork to escape! We loved it and had tons of fun!

A great escape room - without spoiling anything, it's a room much more focused on mechanics and puzzles than narrative immersion, but if that's a flavor you enjoy the mechanics are exceptionally well-done. Everything was functional, durable, and engaging. Went with a group of strangers, and had a blast; will definitely be back for the other room they have and anything else done in the future.

We had a BLAST!! I highly recommend Mission Escapes if you're looking for something fun and challenging for your team, family, or a group of friends. We did the Treasure Hunt with a group of 6, and every single person felt involved and contributed in a major way. We got out with just minutes to spare and couldn't stop laughing about the whole experience for a few hours!

We have been here for both rooms and both times found them to be creative and so many unexpected turns. Customer Service is on point, rooms are on point. There's a reason why Mission Escape consistently gets 5 stars. They deserve every single one of them

Not gonna lie, when researching escape rooms in Denver and seeing over 600 reviews AND keeping a 5 star rating, I was skeptical. I'm happy to admit I was wrong in that skepticism. This place is great! The detail and inventiveness of the room was refreshing. We did the Lunar Escape and it was FUN! Hard but not impossible, unique, and a blast. Finished with seconds to spare. We are gonna try the Treasure hunt here soon. Highly recommended.

I took my 9 year old son with me for a father-son bonding experience at Mission Escapes. I hadn't done an escape room before, so I didn't know what to expect. I ended up pleasantly surprised by how much fun I had. We did Treasure Hunt. While we needed plenty of hints to get through, we still took a lot of pride figuring out what we could, thoroughly enjoying the experience all the way. When we left, we were still buzzing over all the fun we had, and definitely plan on making our way back to take a crack at Lunar Escape.

This was our first escape room experience as a family and Mission Escape was nothing short of AMAZING! In an unassuming location, our family found an evening of mystery, problem-solving, connection, and joy! The Treasure Hunt room was perfect for our 9 and 11-year-old kids to be fully engaged in the fun. The owner and host was top notch. We'll be back to do the other challenge and will be watching for when new rooms or a new location is added so we can support this gem of a small business. Five stars for a great family-friendly outing!!

Fantastic escape room! Our family of five adults did the Lunar Escape and had a blast. We've done more than a dozen escape rooms and this was definitely one of our favorites. James is a wonderful host and game designer.

Seven 8-10 yr olds, 1 adult completed the lunar escape! We had a blast! The kids voted when to get a clue (I think they needed 4) but they had the best time. James was amazing too! We arrived late due to a car accident on the way there and he was patient while our group finally got it together. The clues seem to get a little more challenging but they were also fun and solvable by the kids

My Wife and I came to Colorado for a mini vacation and we stopped by two other Escape Rooms and this one hands down was the best experience yet, we had so much fun! I want to give a big thanks to JAMES for being so nice and awesome by welcoming us in and being funny, real cool guy and will for sure come back on our next vacation to Colorado! Thanks!

A group of us went and did Lunar Escape, we were all blown away it was so good! We actually loved it so much we went back and did another room after dinner. It was also an excellent room. We were very impressed and highly recommend.

I’ve done both of the rooms here and they are absolutely incredible! Took my 13 year old and he loved it as much as my partner and I. The rooms are brilliant, the finishes are big and the clues are challenging in a great way. We did the space themed one first and it was an absolute blast. The treasure hunt was hard but you’re allowed all the clues you need with that one. I love this place and the owner is such a nice human. 110/10.

We absolutely loved our time at Mission escapes! I've now done both rooms and they are fantastic. Just how creative they are was underscored by a recent visit to another escape room that was fine but far less clever. This place is so great!

Obviously I'm a little biased because we set the no hint record for the treasure hunt (33m), but this was an incredible escape room! I've done tons of them and this one is definitely my favorite! A lot of escape rooms have heavy handed scenarios, but the lack of a plot was actually very refreshing! It doesn't try to make up reasons for the puzzles; it's just obviously a puzzle room :)

Took my kids (9 y/o and 10 y/o) here for a fun time, and we weren't disappointed. We had an absolute blast! On top of the room being SO MUCH FUN, we were just a few steps away from finishing when our time ran out and they offered us a few more minutes so the kiddos could finish. That courtesy definitely was definitely appreciated and went above and beyond our expectations. Also, I booked an appt for 12pm, but for some reason had it in my head that it was at 1pm. James called and checked to see if we were still coming, and when I realized there was a mistake, he rebooked us immediately for the time we'd planned. We will definitely be back. A positive experience ALL AROUND ❤️

What a wonderful escape room! Lunar Escape was so unique, fun, and the perfect amount of challenge. The room was clean and all parts of the puzzles/locks were in great condition! We look forward to trying out the other room soon!

This place is amazing - definitely a hidden gem of Denver-area escape rooms. Currently they only have 2 rooms, and my team has done both rooms at this point. Both rooms are unique and use clues/codes/puzzles you don’t see every day at other escape rooms, which really makes you think outside the box. The Lunar Escape room in particular is top notch, and may be my all time favorite escape room (having done like 40 thus far). Highly recommend to anyone and can’t wait for more room designs at this location!

Had an amazing time here over at Mission Escapes with my family! It was very thrilling and just downright genius! The owner James is just amazing on how he did everything and went all out especially for doing everything himself! I did the lunar room with 7 people and had a blast! Definitely meant for a somewhat larger group for a few of the puzzles. James was our host that night and was very kind, professional and helpful. He also allowed us some extra time before starting because the snow held up our group and made us late. 10/10 would totally come back to this place because of him and the very interactive puzzles!

My wife and I frequent escape rooms quite a bit -- and I really have to say we came away from our experience from Mission Escapes really impressed! First of all, our game master was super helpful in not only helping us find the location but making us feel welcomed. As for the games, our number one pet peeve is places where the clues are overly abstract and are filled with unnecessary details and distractions designed simply to confuse you. Mission Escapes, on the other hand, had well designed clues that were challenging but made sense. You can be clear and linear while also creating fun and creative clues, and Mission Escapes does that to a tee. We are already planning to come back for the next room. Highly recommended!

Mission Escapes is phenomenal!!! James is such a creative person and the fact that he runs this whole thing by himself is amazing. My boyfriend and I went and its one of the best escape rooms we’ve done yet and we’ve done around 7 rooms. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves escape rooms. Will definitely be back to do the lunar one :-)

We had a great experience at Mission Escapes. I recommend the Treasure Hunt Room for 2-3 people because you generally want to work one puzzle at a time. We've done a lot of escape rooms and this one ranks up there with our favorites! Can't wait to go back for the other room :)

This escape room was SO much fun! Our theme was “Treasure Hunt” and the clues were so intricate and absolutely ingenious. They really make you think. I was VERY impressed with everything we saw and experienced. We’ll definitely be coming back again. And that’s saying a lot because I drove all the way up from Pueblo!

James was a great host! What a great place! The whole experience was wonderful. Quality, creative puzzles. Challenging but not impossible. Technology was advanced and we were really impressed. Had a fun time and the celebration when we completed the room was unique and awesome! Will definitely be back.

Clever fun puzzles, great little escape room. We have done over 170+ rooms, and these are up there in quality and fun! Very happy and surprised by the work put into these, wow.

I have been to many escape rooms in the Denver and Aurora area and I would say this place is definitely within the my top 3 favorites. Very friendly staff, the room was unique, and the clues were fun to solve. I will be back to complete the next room and I highly recommend you come here too.

Very fun for first timers! I don’t know that it was as detailed for someone who has done a lot of escape rooms, but still very entertaining. We didn’t have a hard time following the clues and the room was big enough for the 5 of us to move around freely. Loved it!

One of the best escape rooms I've ever been to! After doing the 'Treasure Hunt', we decided to go ahead and do the 'Lunar Escape' as well! They're both close difficultly, but the Lunar Escape seems much harder and we even required extra time afterwards. The owner is super nice and helpful, and makes sure that the hints aren't too easy. The puzzles all flowed together and everyone could work on one or more puzzle at once together, which is a must have in escape rooms in my opinion! Other escape rooms should definitely look at what Mission Escape did in order to make their rooms top notch. Won't forget this place ever, and hoping to be able to come back whenever they make more rooms!

This was as fun an escape room as I've been in. Very unique clues, and a nice progression. We needed a couple of hints, but it was stuff we missed that we probably should have gotten. Great experience! Got out with 5 minutes left.

Niece, nephew and I (16, 18, and whatever) have done escape rooms for several years on birthdays. This was incredibly fun; we had to get some clues (okay, but we were still on it) and had so much fun. Very creative, and a super fun finish. We enjoyed it so much we forgot to actually escape; got to the end and congratulated ourselves for way too long until kindly reminded that we yet had to actually leave the room.

Creative & fun escape rooms! I don't want to ruin it for you but you will love the surprises. We've done both themes; treasure hunt was a little easier than the lunar one but both lots of fun. We did these rooms with our 11yo & 14yo and they enjoyed it.

We loved it! Our family came to celebrate mom's birthday and we had a blast. Starting from our youngest ones 6 and 8 y/o to parents and grandparents everyone left with a smile on their face. And we escaped! only had to ask for a hint once :) Definitely recommend this escape room! We tried another one a couple of years ago and it was not even close to be this much fun.

This may be a bit of a lengthy one...just read it if you're considering this place. I am writing this review genuinely as a first time customer. My dad came in town so I wanted to take him to an escape room thinking he'd like it (he has no clue what an escape room is). I've been to a few before but I found this one because it just so happened to be near our dinner destination. Without rattling on too much, here are the key points. First off no waiver and crazy explanation when you want to start? Fantastic. Already loved that. The guy who seemed to run that place (who also created the rooms) is SO KIND. The rooms seemed to be a fair price (compared to most other escape rooms). He's fantastic at explaining the key points. The room itself? DOPE AF. I did the lunar escape with my family of 4. It wasn't just a typical boring escape room with old fashioned clues and such. It had "cool things to do" which I won't spoil especially towards the end. But I absolutely loved it. We ran out of time when we were on the BRINK of beating the room which was a bummer but the guy told us that since we were so close he was going to add on just a bit more time. (Can't promise you the same this is just my unique experience.) We beat the room and smiled ear to ear towards towards the celebration. It was hilarious and satisfying. My dad freaking loved it and wouldn't stop talking about it for the rest of the day. I JUST WISH there were more than 2 rooms because I swear to god I'd bring all my service and friends here from now on. I'm not one to write reviews but this one had to get one. The guys was too kind and offered us the best Escape Room experience I've personally ever had. Not saying it's the best escape room you'll ever do in your life. But for ME personally, the overall experience taking everything into consideration, the experience was amazing. I don't know what else to say.

My family and I just did the Lunar Escape and had a fantastic time! It was the first escape room for most of us and we weren't quite sure what to expect. It was a blast! James was also super helpful and friendly. We definitely want to come back and try the other room.
