I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last week. Overall the stay was very comfortable. I would like to start my review with the positives. The hotel is in downtown just a block away from 16th Street Mall and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, Coors Field and other places of interest. The front office staff was courteous and helpful. The room I stayed in was large with a king bed, a desk and comfort leather chair with ottoman. Bathroom was large with separate standing shower but didn’t have a bath tub. The room had single serve coffee machine and coffee pods which was nice. Now the negatives: the furniture in the room is pretty worn out with paint peeling from wooden surfaces. The closet was very small to store your luggage. The walls between the rooms are very thin as I could hear a lot of noise coming from the room next door, which was probably occupied by a family with a lot of young kids/teenagers. The hotel charges for the water bottles provided in the room. $5 per bottle. Considering overall the pricing of all the hotels in the vicinity, I would still recommend this hotel.

I'd like to start with the impeccable attention to detail from the staff. I always say mistakes can happen and it's how you fix those mistakes is how you are judged. Amy D. is insanely helpful and thoughtful. She's helped me with questions and taken good care of me as a regular Hyatt guest. The hotel is in a great location close to food and entertainment. Also, great from a business trip perspective. Nice Pool along with an eatery. Highly recommend the hotel and the staff.

Great location and rooms seemed decent. Spent time here with sibling who stayed multiple days with their family including baby/toddler age for a conference. Service seems fine but not great. Valet, front desk, and bell attendant all were polite but that’s about it. Clean common areas. Efficient checkout process which was appreciated.

GREAT hotel!!! I first experience the hotel as a guest of a friend who has very high status (Globalist), but honestly, that’s not the primary reason I think this is a 5 star hotel. Every interaction in the hotel, whether it’s at breakfast, the bell desk, the folks overseeing the cars coming in and out, the front desk with random questions, the housekeeping / maintenance when a blackout curtain wasn’t working - the entire team is so consistent helpful and nice and warm. I say consistent too because after the first visit, I have now stayed here multiple times during visits to Denver, and every single time is consistently a delight. If anything, it’s getting even more pleasant over time - the team is recognizing me and at breakfast they remember little details that I’m a regular about. It kinda makes me feel like I’m staying in a warm personal high end innkeeper experience! I will continue to stay on future trips here and strongly recommend to anyone! Thanks for taking such great care of me!

Great price, room condition, and location. The heater was working well (though the room can get very dry), and the bed was nice and comfy. The gym and the swimming pool were all maintained well, and they were easily accessible. We wanted to use a microwave, and they even brought one to our room, which was very sweet of them.

I attended a conference at the Grand Hyatt Denver and was impressed by the stunning reception lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering quick printing options. The hotel's downtown location is ideal, providing easy walking access to prime sightseeing places.

The Grand is a grand place to work and stay. Great Management and great venue for the ACES 2023 Conference. Within walking distance to Smashburger and many other restaurants and entertainment places. Don't mind the construction on the adjacent streets. The Grand Hyatt has everything you need without venturing outside. Great views of Downtown and the Big Blue Bear.

Excellent experience! Clean, lovely rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. THE BEST FOOD for a conference event I've ever had. As someone who is gluten-free and dairy free, I often struggle to find food I can eat when traveling and training for work. That was not the case here. Everything was delicious and plentiful. I had a great room and was treated well, despite having no status with Hyatt whatsoever. I will be rethinking my Hilton loyalty for sure! I will strongly encourage my organization to do more events from here going forward. We do lots of events throughout the year and it really helps when they go smoothly. As a trainer, the AV and rooms and everything was great. Can't wait to come back!

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Denver was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's staff, particularly the woman who assisted me at check-in, were the epitome of professionalism and warmth. After a tiring international flight, their efficiency in getting me to my room for some much-needed rest was deeply appreciated. The room itself was a delight, combining luxury and comfort seamlessly. Adorned with high-quality Balmain bath products and offering a stunning view of Denver, it was the perfect retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep that rejuvenated me for my upcoming meeting. Though my visit was brief, the Grand Hyatt Denver left a lasting impression. From its strategic location to its impeccable service and luxurious accommodations, every aspect of my stay was flawless. I am eagerly looking forward to my next stay at this exemplary hotel.

We used the train from Dia to get to union station and walked to the hotel. We were able to check in a little early and enjoyed a couple of beverages at the bar. The view from our room and even better from the 32nd floor. Our conference was well supported and went smoothly. Thank you Grand Hyatt!

I absolutely LOVED it here. The prices are good and the surroundings are so beautiful. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable, and it is one of the only hotels where I can say I slept truly well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody planning on staying in a beautiful and fun spot in downtown Denver.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Denver for 3 nights in November 2023 for a conference and enjoyed my stay here. The primary reason for this high rating is that I found the staff to be exceptionally polite. After I was given a room close to the elevator (1812), I asked to be placed into a different room. Although the hotel was close to capacity, in no small measure because of our conference that was being hosted there, the person at check-in, Joe, put me up in a different room much further from the elevator. Although I didn't end up having great sleep when I was there, that was not the hotel's fault in the least and I am certain that my sleep would have been worse if I had ended up in the room I was initially assigned to. Besides Joe, I also found one of the ladies cleaning the rooms to be very helpful. When I cut myself one morning as I was shaving, I went up to her (as she was in the hallway at that time) and ended up getting two band-aids for myself. Finally, when it came to checking out, the lady at the reception was able to accommodate my request for a late check out. All in all, I found each of the staff members I interacted with to be polite and very helpful. As far as the food goes, I did not end up going for the breakfast buffet simply because I did not have that kind of time in the morning and so can't comment on its quality. However, I grabbed a hazelnut croissant one of the mornings when I was there and it was delicious. And on the very first night that I arrived at the hotel, I went for a flatbread and found that to my satisfaction. By way of prices, I paid $201 for each night that I was there and with taxes and fees, the total came to approximately $700 for 3 nights. That isn't cheap by my standards but I do recall looking at other hotels close by that were as highly rated as the Grand Hyatt and from what I now remember, those other hotels were also roughly in the same price range. All in all, I would happily choose to stay at the Grand Hyatt if I found myself in Denver again.

Great experience staying here. It had good views for the most part. Although it did cost more for a room with a view. I believe they charged us $20 extra for the view. We only exchanged our towels for our stay but the cleaning lady was very nice and tried to give me everything new. They have a nice workout room, pool and big tennis and running track also. Overall I was pleased with our stay. If i had to say anything about things that could be updated. The room could use a little bit of touch ups. (Paint, stains and repairs) little more cleaning of the common areas (elevator areas and carpet stains). We wanted to spend more time here (to stay a extra 3 or 4 more days) but they wouldn't adjust the price at all to accommodate us at all. Only full price. But that was ok we just moved over to another nice hotel nearby for the rest of the week.

Truly exceptional service from start to finish. Front desk was welcoming and professional. Every request was answered quickly and appropriately. Presidential Suite was huge and beautifully appointed. The shower had 6 points of spray (which was a little complicated to figure out). There was also a great soaking tub. Breakfast buffet was good and had good variety. Highly recommend.

Nice stay and staff were accommodating. Due to a flight cancellation we were a day and a half late arriving. They were kind enough to not charge for the night we would not be there due to the flight cancellation. Rooms were very nice. The king room I had reserved was apparently given away so they upgraded me to another higher floor room to make up for the error. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Close to many food and store options.

This hotel is in the center of downtown & walking distance to everything you need from restaurants, pharmacy, clothing stores & some sightseeing of Denver downtown landmarks. I’m 6’3 and the only gripe that I have is that the beds were uncomfortable. Got a king room & king bed, and it felt like a queen. I own a king bed at home, so I know what it feels like. Other than that, if my trip wasn’t 5 days, maybe 2, then I could’ve adjusted. Long story short, this is a great hotel. The breakfast buffet isn’t too expensive but the omelets are as good as they get and the service from the wait staff is outstanding.

Hotel located in the center of Denver. Very pleasant, elegant and attentive staff. Especially the service provided at the restaurant by Edith and Donald during the breakfast service hours. They are a real added value to this hotel. Looking forward to visit again. Sebastien

Reinforcing the GRAND in Grand Hyatt; Definitely worth the 4 star experience. The breakfast buffet has a omelette bar. Pool was a refreshing experience though could have been better if heated. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall: 10/10

Absolutely phenomenal service. They take contactless payment, and since I lost my wallet, it was the only way I could pay. For other hotels in Denver, including the one that I had a reservation at, would not accommodate me. But Cameron at the grand Hyatt did. He was exemplary in his care and in his professionalism. The room is spotless, updated and perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel! It's conveniently located in the heart of downtown Denver. Rooms are spacious and clean! The elevators are quick. You have two options for parking: Self parking and valet. They have a delicious restaurant located on the first floor. But can we give some kudos to Adrienne at the front desk? She was AMAZING! Welcoming, friendly, accommodating, are just a few words that describe her. Thank you Ms. Adrienne!

Good hotel. However when we were leaving the entire self park parking garage was pitch black no electricity. No lights. No elevators and no stairwell. You literally had to walk through the garage down multiple floors with a cell phone light. For what they're charging I'm not sure why they would do it like this.

Nice place, clean, well located and equipped room! Quiet place and respectful client. Staff was very helpful and kind (we had an issue with room - communicative room so not very quiet when neighbor speak), they propose us different solution, even if we finally decided to keep our room (more beautiful for us than others proposed, and with a very nice view!) 4 stars is for the food. Food is good in the restaurant and breakfast but expensive, especially breakfast when you add charge+ 20%tips (no choice! Total of 31$). The market is a plus. Thanks for everything.

Rooms were very nice. Good bed and pillows. Staff was very friendly the entire stay. Good parking for a long bed crew cab truck in the garage. The fitness center had some nice commercial grade equipment like life fitness, precor etc., nice running track up top and a good pool. All around great hotel and would stay there again.

This was a nice, clean place to stay. The staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that I ordered room-service chicken and it was raw. I'm sure it was a fluke. Everything else was great.

Somewhat pricey but felt very safe and the location was perfect for going to a late show at the Paramount. The 7/11 next door was very convenient. Parking lot staff wasn’t the friendliest but what can you do. I loved the online check in and out process and their texting future was very convenient. (Bring your own water! Or pay $5 a bottle)

This hotel is absolutely amazing! We had the best experience thanks to the Grand Hyatt! Impeccably clean and the staff are amazing! From check in to valet to the housekeeping this hotel is AWESOME! Thank you Rachel for going above and beyond with your kindness! We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful experience! Clean rooms, kind staff, and live music in the lobby 5-9pm on the weekend! Nothing better than checking into a hotel with a lovely man + his guitar singing beautifully in the background. It set the scene for an incredible trip. Will be back next time!

Absolutely gem, one of the best hotels that I've stayed in during my adult travels. The customer service was top notch. The breakfast was nothing short of spectacular. The chef's manni g the omelet station were sensational. They did our eggs, however we requested and with huge smiles and pride in their craft. My friends and I were allowed to sit in the lobby across from the bar and enjoy ourselves with no interruptions. This was a place that I highly recommend if you are staying in Denver.

Great stay! Hotel was impressive and the entire team from front desk to housekeeping was superb. One manager was a bit shady. I had question about my bill and she promised to get back to me but never did. Fortunately, I was able to have someone else assist and reslove my question. I won't hold it against the others, because they were indeed fabulous. But unfortunately can't score it a 5.

Loved the location. The service was great. I needed a pen and the person at the desk gave me his. I definitely brought it back. You don't just give out your pens, especially to a stranger. Really cool band in the lobby in the evenings. Within walking distance to so much fun, food and pubs.

Upscale hotel with modern furnishings located very close to downtown shopping and parks. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and staff were friendly. The registration desk stands out as it is a bizarre design and a little confusing as to how to approach it. I would stay here again.

The staff there are extremely nice and outgoing. They will bend over backwards to make your stay better. The corner rooms are not going to be what you expect and aren't worth it. They are slightly bigger, but they don't offer any real additional views. We expected to have windows on both corner walls, but they were only present on one of the walls. I normally wouldn't care about these things, but considering the price of the room, I was unpleasantly surprised. The valet was excellent. The location is really awesome.

Very clean feel to the place. Comfortable rooms. Room service was quick and food decent. Walking to popular sites within access. Nice professional staff. Bartenders made great drinks. It was a lovely stay.

You pay for what you get. And everything we got was right on the money for a relaxing mini stay-cation. Breakfast in the morning was always amazing. The gym facilities were clean and well stocked. I'm not a runner but that rooftop track was tempting. The room was another incredible experience for us. The view was stunning. It had a little office which came in handy. Overall. Clean. Beautiful. And most importantly relaxing.

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff are super nice. There was no notepad, hotel directory book or bible in the room. We had plenty of clean towels and polite room service people. Our neighbors smoked every day next time we will double check that we are on the No Smoking floor. The lamps are too big for the room/night stands.... strange.
