Worst doubletree experience in my entire life. Since this is possible a franchise, my suggestion is to try your luck in another hotel if you want to enjoy your trip. 1. For some reason, we are staying in an accessible room. Where the hangers are low - impossible to hang our winter jackets. 2. With the “accessible “ room design, the shower doesn’t have a door or a tub, and the shower water just overflows everywhere in the bathroom. It’s always watery and slippery. 3. They won’t bring up the clean towels, shampoo, tissue paper( because there are only 4 pieces in the tissue box ) or lotion to our room while any other hotel front desk are able to accommodate it when we stay for 4 nights. 4. The staffs won’t help us with a late checkout. They gave us a hard time and asked us to call back tomorrow morning and MAYBE we can do a late checkout. 5. The hotel is inconveniently located in the back of a railroad cross and there is no back road. Tonight we were waited behind the railroad bars for 1 hour 10 minutes ! And it is 20 degrees outside! I have never been so under treated in any of the hotel experience. My sincere advise, GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL.

As a Diamond member I expect better service than we got when checking in. We usually get a thank you for being members when checking in. Also I don't expect to pay for parking. We have been in better hotels than this where parking fees were waived. The room was comfortable and that part of our stay was fine. However, outside our room was an elevator marked out of service with trash piled up against the doors. You can do better than this Hilton.

The staff and rooms were great. Comfy beds and nice rooms. Very welcoming. The $18 breakfast however was ridiculous. No foods were available and the couple of things offered were ice cold. Definitely not worth $18. The front desk staff gives you free warm cookies upon arrival and departure. I would definitely come back but eat my breakfast elsewhere.

This place is an absolute dump. Starting with the exterior, which looks like a Motel 6 that’s been through hard times. The vibe when you walk in is depressing and gloomy in the middle of a sunny afternoon. The restaurant/bar is straight out of the mid-90s, so is the decor. Not even fancy 90s, maybe Holiday Inn 90s. The Starbucks is closed even in the middle of the day. When you head to your room, it’s like you just went underground in an old theater where everything is dark and falling into disrepair. The paint is chipped and dirty on the elevator doors. The old-school fast food restaurant tile (really, tile!) on the elevator floor is patched up with cardboard that’s taped down. You might want to make sure you have water and a fully charged phone, because the other elevators are out of order and this one doesn’t look so hot either. Once you finally wind through the sketchy hallways and make it to your room, you might breathe out a sigh of relief. The rooms at least were partially redone at some point in the last decade. They seem clean enough, though certainly not sparkling. The lighting is really poor, so you open the curtains to look at the power station directly next door. Don’t worry though, there are construction vehicles completely with staring workers and beeping noises too! I ended up just cutting my stay down to the one night since it was already late. When you go down to pick up your food delivery, the lobby has a few questionable looking people hanging out. The front desk is busy but very nice. Once you finally make it back up to your room, your door won’t unlock. It beeps and recognizes the card, so you’re pretty sure it’s the right room. You call the front desk and hang out in the deserted sketchy dim hallway hoping no one comes along that doesn’t have the best of intentions while your food rapidly cools. The security guard is nice, and helps you get into the room by showing you a really complicated method of working with the broken lock- it happens all the time. It remains to be seen if you are able to exit your room in case you know, the place is on fire. Just close it down. Use it to film a horror movie. Sell it to Super 8. Whatever you do, don’t stay here.

Pretty terrible location right next to the highway and a bit loud. The entryway lobby is spacious and beautiful, but we got to our room and it was clear how old this hotel was. Extremely clean and well decorated, but just OLD. Fraying carpets, cracked elevator buttons, and big scrapes in the bathtub. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, but I was pretty shocked at the $10 parking charge. The lady at check in said you have to pay "if you're going to park your car overnight." Like... yes, I'm staying at this hotel, clearly not from here, where else would I park my car??? Seems like an erroneous charge that would be better hidden in something else. Also, breakfast was $18 per person, and it was just a regular hotel buffet, nothing special. But the waitress was lovely. So, overall: bad location, old building, dumb extra charges, but their staff is really wonderful. Almost went with 2 stars, but will give them 3 for their customer service skills.

It's decent for a hotel. but the worst for a Hilton. It's run down and the staff at the front desk is rude. The cleaning people are very nice but look like they're over worked. Not worth the $400 a night. Not to mention the random fees. Don't ask to check in early you'll get blindsided by a $25 fee. don't bring your car it's a $12 a night with parking on a dark parking lot behind the hotel. $18 PER PERSON for breakfast. None of the hotel staff tells you the prices until after you've already. The waitresses and cook are very nice though. Front desk people ruin the whole experience. Get them some training on customer experience. Not even nive in the slightest. they act like you're an inconvenience. No microwaves in the rooms. By far the worst Hilton I've ever been in. Extremely disappointed.

It’s been 20 years since my last visit. Upon my arrival today, Kelly greeted me with a wonderful smile as I just finished a Colorado Trail on my mountain bike. She suggested a phenomenal room with a great view and balcony. She was reading my mind. The room is clean, the bed is soft and so peaceful sitting on the balcony. The hospitality is off the charts thank you Kelly and staff. Great memories from 20 years ago and love the see the excellent service lives on!

I booked a room online for our stay of 8-9 hours. The facility is alright. There was a towel (clean I believe) on the floor when I entered in the room. They gave us a room with 2 bed even I booked regular room. I talked to the receptionist, but there was no solution. Make sure to check they charge you extra $15 for parking. Overall, it is not worth it. You can find much better place in that price.

Decent location. The towels did not smell clean, but rather smelled like coffee? The shower curtain was dirty, and they did compensate by giving me a free breakfast card. The hotel wasn’t bad and the staff was friendly but I did question the cleanliness - especially since we asked for housekeeping while we were away and they said they weren’t doing that.

Michael at the front desk is the shining star of this hotel. I arrived early with my daughter, tired and a bit cranky. Michael was kind, compassionate, and patient with me. He exhibits excellence in customer service and is sincerely a wonderful person. THANK YOU, Michael, for making our stay a memorable one!!

Our plane came in early and we were exhausted and the lady at the front desk Shelby, helped us so much she waived out check in early fee and upgraded our room to a king size! She also gave my husband numerous warm cookies! Shelby was great and I have to add that the starbucks in the hotel is the best I have been to yet!

We have been on a road trip of America and have found this one of the worst value hotels we stayed at. You have to pay extra for water, parking and breakfast. Apart from a nice Lobby there is nothing special about this place. We had broken aircon and had to change room. Also the laundry is terrible. You have to down load an app and put money on the app but there is no indication of how much money it’s going to cost or to put in the app. One of the washing machines wouldn’t start and we had to change machines and pay again. The same happened with the dryer. It was still cold after being in for an hr. We tried the other dryer and it wouldn’t start either.

First off this was a pleasant hotel to stay at it. The staff was very courteous and welcoming the inside was nice and clean. My only issue was the rooms carpet and hall carpet the hotel is a little dated I guess and the carpet needed to be cleaned or changed and at the beginning of the hall by the elevators on the 5th floor was urine smelling our room was 523 which faced the highway and omg you heard every vehicle that went by there is no sound proof glass, other than that I would definitely stay there again they just need to address those carpet issues, oh and there was a old nasty chair in the room that need to go in the trash it was stained I would never sit in it.

For the price, it was worth a four star rating. It met most of our expectations. When we got to the hotel we were greeted and helped by friendly staff, the complimentary cookies are mouth-watering. We were disappointed when we got to the room and found it to be 2 doubles rather than the 1 king we had reserved, though it’s unclear whether that was a hotel glitch or a glitch in the 3rd party reservation system we purchased through. Either way, when we brought it to the front desk, they were very helpful in attempting to rectify the problem, though there were no other rooms available for a switch. The lobby and bar areas are very nice and updated. The rest of the hotel however is VERY outdated but it was clean. The elevator key reader glitched often so the key had to be swiped multiple times for it to work. The bartender was efficient and VERY friendly and the drink was delicious, though we were mildly frustrated that she served and checked on multiple other people between pouring my husband’s drink and getting me served mine so we were left waiting for a decent amount of time. No refrigerator in the room. We were also surprised by housekeeping knocking on the door at 8am on the day of check out so we were going to be out by noon so we didn’t expect housekeeping to come that morning. Overall, we would go back as long as the price stayed as competitive as we were able to find it this time. Not necessarily a hotel for a luxury stay but clean and affordable.

This place needs some clean up. Safe did not work, most electrical outlets did not work. No room service, had to ask for more towels and shampoo. Kind of out in the sticks, had to walk a mile to catch the train Would not go back to this place. I'm usually pleased with Hilton, as a diamond member, but nope, not this one.

After reading the reviews online I was nervous about my upcoming stay. After a 4 night stay I can say the reviews are not something to worry about. This was a very nice hotel with both great location and amenities. I liked having a Starbucks downstairs and great location for travel. This hotel is a great location for Denver, we were able to get downtown in 10-15 minutes, and straight on the highway to the mountains. There is now 24/7 security in the parking lot, so no issues with homeless/break ins (as some people have said in other reviews). The hotel in close to rail road; however the train never bothered me and was not very loud. Parking is $15 a night, which is not ideal. The price per night reflects it and it balances well. This hotel is a create deal for the price and is perfect for a multiple night stay. Staff is friendly and room service was just what we needed!

****WARNING**** DON’T STAY HERE.This property should NOT be a Hilton property. Absolute disgrace to the name. The rooms are dirty. All common areas are dirty. Elevators are gross. Carpets in the room are dirty and smelly. The walls and window sills look as if never been cleaned .The building is falling apart. The owners of this property don’t care. The parking lot is full of pot holes and cracks. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!

Front desk was wonderful. Room was okay, not Hilton quality for sure. If you book here plan on being smack dab in the middle of the homeless tent city. There were homeless ppl rummaging through the cigarette holders outside the hotel and trash can fires at night right in the parking lot. Plan on not sleeping worrying about your safety and then getting the run around when you request a refund because it was that bad.

We will never stay here again! After returning to the hotel after a concert, we found that our key did not work. Once we got to the front desk, we found out that the system checked us out and charged us a LATE FEE for missing check out. So the staff packed our things and left them unsecured in an office. Then, the hotel was sold out, and they could not tell us why the system gliched, even though we showed them the confirmed reservation. The rooms were okay, but several fixtures were not securely attached to the walls. The whole hotel smelled of Marijuana. Service was okay, but on the flip side, the staff was very nice accommodating. Location is not the greatest. There is nothing to do in this area.

I love great customer service, so my stay started perfectly. William went out of his way to make sure I had a room with a tub. Everyone at the front desk efficient but welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and staff in the restaurant as well.

The service for the hotel is amazing. I had a reservation for 4 days. When I arrived I checked in as normal. No issues. I booked a king room. When I got to room I realized it was a queen. I was upset because the lady at the front should have told me before I slide my card that they had no king size rooms available. But the people after her made sure to accommodate me and my stay. I didn’t like the construction going on and the hotel is not updated whatsoever. For what I paid I expected more but the service from the staff was amazing and I loved it which made me stay. I don’t think I’ll never book this hotel again.

Beware! Don’t stay here. I don’t even know where to begin with my grievances against this place. First I was downgraded from my one king bed to two double beds. Was told that they were all sold out of king beds, even though I booked months ago before my stay. And if you have a rental car, don’t stay here. My car got keyed so badly I lost my deposit on my rental. There’s also a hobo camp right as you turn into the hotel with a bonfire and tents so forget trying to walk anywhere. The rooms are nasty, not cleaned. The vent in the bathroom does not work. The whole place smells like mold and mildew. During our stay, they were painting and re-tile the room across from us so we got to breathe in those fumes when we were trying to be in our room. Finally, I was charged twice for parking I was charged $60 then was charged again $97 and was told both were for parking and also for a cleaning fee. Not sure why I got charged a cleaning fee? The room was disgusting to begin with. But I guess that’s how the cookie crumbles. when you try to reach out to the hotel about concerns that you have they could care less than if you call the 1-800 number trying to address these concerns they could care less. Waste of money.

Stayed for one night while my place was getting some electrical work done. Location was good for me because it was close to my home and work. Check in was dismal. The two ladies who were at front desk seemed irritated and like they wanted to be anywhere but there. Not welcoming at all, so if you’re used to checking in to hotels where staff are very attentive and want to know how to help your stay be great, this hotel is not it. Will give 5 starts for the room. It was very clean and looked great. When I did check out in the morning, I was checked out by Doug from Philly and he was amazing. Other than the customer service from the PM crew or should I say lack of, the stay was ok. Would return on only for the cleanliness of the room and the lovely Doug.

This hotel stay was really nice. Doug and Mike made it feel like a home away from home staying here. Hats off to their great customer service and making sure that their guests were taken care of all throughout the stay. I would absolutely recommend to others. Thanks for your great service!

Nice looking lobby. The rest of the hotel is on par with a one or maybe two star hotel. There were zero usable outlets in the rooms. Mattress was fine, but bedding and pillows were substandard. I like a firm pillow and 4 of these stacked still werent enough to support your head. Zero food vending machines in the entire hotel. A small bottle of Simply Orange juice is $5.00 + in the cafe, which is not 24/7. Check in was fine. All said, there are much better options in the +/-$100/night price range in Denver.

This was our first time staying at a DoubleTree hotel and the experience was very good. The staff was courteous and very professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. The delicious cookies was a bonus. Other than the $12.00 a day parking fee our stay was enjoyable.

The area of Denver is nothing to look at, but the entrance, lobby, and conjoining areas are all very well maintained and modern looking. Paired with the friendly and responsive staff, it offers a strong start to the hotel experience once you walk through the front doors. The one thing you'll notice quickly after entering your room, though, is the contrast of old and frankly run-down rooms. There were cracks in the air conditioning unit, a noisy, clacking fan, a bathroom door that wouldn't close, and cracks in the bathroom tub. Still, I'd recommend this hotel if the price was a little more reflective of the quality of rooms and location. Again, props to the staff at this location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everyone was super sweet to us and offered us the best cookies. Shout out to Sydney and Lisa from the front desk! As for the rooms, the bed was super comfy and the heating worked like a charm. Definitely would stay again!

WOW!! I have stayed here many times over the years and I have to say this place has gone to the toilet. I travel for work and stay in around 50 hotels a year. I don't ever write reviews because everyone has a bad day or bad month. This place is just terrible. The outside is almost post apocalyptic. The lobby is actually very nice at first glance, just look a little closer. One elevator was out of order, that happens. The other elevators have busted up tile in the floor and enough dead bugs and dust in the overhead lights to block some light. My room was fine, but with a clock to charge an iPhone 3. It has very few plugs for charging and a tiny bathroom. Now I know why there is another DoubleTree right down the road. If this is a HIlton brand property in six months, I would be amazed.

Everything hing good here. Not too far from everything driving wise. I wouldn't really walk around outside of the hotel! Especially at night! Not too bad but nothing right by the hotel to walk to really! Soyou would need transportation to get around for sure! I slept great every night so I can't complain. Didn't get a chance to go swimming or use the gym but the gym looked nice. Great prices so I would recommend.

Jasmine and Jermaine did an exceptional job insuring that my stay was comfortable and exciting. I was provided daily with the opportunity to have my room serviced and fresh linen. I'm a truck driver and with my truck in the shop, I needed things to do during my stay. Restaurants as well as shopping was on my list and both provided great details and opinions. They did an amazing job during the Broncos game as the traffic in the lobby increased. Professionalism was definitely displayed and I appreciate such hospitality. This Double Tree location will be my first selection whenever I'm back in the area 😍.
