Terrible... right from the start, stain marks on the pillows and sheets, diety sheets left on the pull out couch, phone not working, dirty rooms, zero water pressure in the shower.. breakfast was horrible, tables not cleaned off in-between dinners, food slopped all over the kitchen and buffet area. The whole place was disgusting, front desk staff more interested in their phone than dealing with customers... do not stay here.. they charge top dollar and you are better off staying at a motel in the downtown, would probably be cleaner..

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. What’s crazy is it was over something so easily fixed… 2 days ago I tried to heat up a frozen item I bought from the hotel snack area. I put it in for the allotted time - it was still frozen. I tried again putting it in for twice the alotted time and it was still frozen. Finally I tried heating it up for 10 minutes - still frozen. At this point I asked the front desk for a new microwave. They said they’d have it fixed in no time. Hours later, nothing. I went back down. They forgot my request. No problem - it happens. The front desk heated up my frozen lunch for me in the staff room. Then I put in the request again. Supposedly maintenance came by twice to check and they said it was working. Later that evening, we tried to use the microwave for popcorn. It did not work. We went down and put in a maintenance request for a third time. They heated up the popcorn for us again using the office microwave. They supposedly checked a third time and had it fixed. I tried to heat up my coffee this morning and it still didn’t work. The front desk called me to tell me they were sending up a maintenance engineer TO SHOW ME HOW TO USE A MICROWAVE. i swear to god I’m not making this up - they were trying to tell me the microwave was in fact working and I just didn’t know how to use it correctly. I was flabbergasted. This microwave couldn’t be more than $20 value and there are so many of them I could not understand why they wouldn’t believe me and simply just replace the microwave. For a THIRD TIME THEY SEND UP MAINTENANCE and FINALLY admits that the microwave is in fact not working and that they would get me a replacement microwave. What an absolute nightmare to deal with over the course of days and +5 customer representatives!!!!!!! For a simple microwave! Terrible, terrible customer service.

Great room for a fair price. Beds were nice and comfy, kitchenette was great. Bathroom was large and very clean. The whole hotel was great. Parking is not the best as it is downtown but, was still able to manage. I would stay here again.

Nice, neat hotel. Stayed for softball and this place is good. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The only part that sucks is the parking. Valet is an option but it's pay by the day and it's not cheap. The prices for the rooms were pretty inexpensive.

Not a great place to stay. The only option for parking is valet for $50 a night or street parking. We opted for street parking. Parked directly in front of the building in sight of the valet person and our car was broken into. I understand the hotel cannot protect the cars that are not parked valet, however when we asked the front desk associate if there were any cameras of the front of the building, she was rude. She had no empathy or understanding to the fact we just got our car broken into in a city we are visiting. She was quick to ensure it wasn’t her fault despite us not accusing her at all. We accept responsibility for not using valet but a staff with empathy and a spirit of helpfulness was not present. Also the breakfast sucked and isn’t worth it. Don’t stay here.

10/10 experience. The beds may be the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Quiet hotel. A sprawling breakfast selection. Also, a fantastic staff. AND it was incredibly affordable! Would recommend to anyone

Location was probably once nice, but very sketchy now. Certainly wouldn't walk alone at any time of day. Staff seemed more interested in their phones than providing good customer service. Only one elevator was working, long wait for a room on the 6th floor. Room was nice, except the toilet ran continuously. Had to turn the water off. There was no information about the hotel services or amenities, or surrounding area attractions in the room. It was really not a very pleasant stay.

Loved the walk in shower. Excellent downtown location, central to everything, waking distance to 16th street mall. Wonderful staff. Super clean, and roomy rooms. Beds were so nice. Only dislike were the down pillows.

Enjoyed our recent stay as staff were great and rooms were clean & comfortable. The location was incredible for us as we love to walk and we were able to walk to 16th Street mall, Coors stadium to take in a Rockies game and after a short Uber ride to the Denver zoo, we walked back to the hotel via the botanical gardens. It was also within walking distance to bike rental where we rode a block and a half to do the Cherry Creek trail. Area seem safe with great variety of eateries nearby and we were also only a mile from Union station where they have a train to and from airport which was free this month. Nice spread for breakfast and the server made sure everything was filled and clean. Good equipment in the fitness room and the pool was also clean and well maintained. Only minor issue was one of the elevators was not working while we were there. We'll stay there again if we have the opportunity to visit Denver.

Everything you want from a hotel of this kind. Rooms comfortable & Quiet, good location thats still tucked outta the way. The staff was amazing all around and handled all my concerns. Genuinely all the staff I interacted with were top notch. Blake I believe was his name is the type of person I would've made a GM of a location were I still a hiring manager. He just radiated the love & passion for his job thats rare to see in such a high transition time period. But the staff all around was more then friendly. If I ever come back to Denver will immediately book here again.

Rude front desk staff. Water in rooms took a long time to get hot for showers. Room was very run down and looks like house keeping rushed cleaning our room. Breakfast was disgusting. Lots of homeless people roaming around hotel. Lock your vehicles! Also vallet could use another assistant we were late to our appointment this morning due to only one vallet out front this morning. He was amazing despite everything definitely not his fault! Highly recommend not staying here!!!!!!

Room was really dirty, staff was really rude and on top of that, they don’t offer free parking for guests. They only offer a valet option at $36 per night. If you don’t want to pay that or go through the inconvenience of valet, you might park at a nearby public parking. But guess what: the payment machine is really old and won’t process your payment. I paid online but it seems they don’t have their stuff right because now they want to charge me over $400 for “parking violations”. Do yourself a favor and book something better

The location is terrible. Valet parking is the only decent option. The valet loading zones are always busy, and you would've to wait in the middle of the street, which is super inconvenient. I'm glad I could check in through the app and use the digital key instead of waiting in the long check-in line. The room was nice and clean. The valet park staff was friendly—the front desk during the night I checked in, not so much.

I’ve traveled across the US and several foreign countries. The stay at this hotel was the worst I’ve ever experienced. An all night party was allowed to continue in the hallways and several rooms. Loud, belligerent, people were allowed to party until 4:30 am without the staff shutting it down. UNBELIEVABLE! If you want to have a chance sleeping AVOID this place. Also, the breakfast area was dirty, unstocked, and the food was cold. I also noticed questionable people hanging out in the lobby near the elevator. One jumped on and asked me to punch 3rd floor. I asked to see his room key which he of course couldn’t produce. Doesn’t the staff monitor who hangs out in the lobby? Who is actually roaming the hotel?

Rooms have very poor soundproofing compared to other hotels. We constantly were listening to our neighbors screaming children. And for some reason, housekeeping decides to vacuum in the hallway at 7:30am. Rooms have very little lighting and came equipped with lamps that don't even work. Parking is absolutely horrible. Unless you pay nearly $40 per day to the hotel for valet parking, you have to park in the city lots outside the hotel. To do this, you have to renew parking every 12 hours, which involves waking up at midnight to renew your parking. While this is a city of Denver issue and not the Hampton, perhaps they could inform there employees on how the parking outside their building works, as nobody was helpful and the hotel staff just shrugged when asked about parking besides their ridiculous $40/day rate.

Your housekeeper clearly has a system to get himself out as early as possible. Go around knocking early in the morning saying housekeeping, pretend not to hear you yelling back (knocked THREE separate times) and wait until you get up to open the door and he walks away (no cart because he’s not there to clean just to wake you up). Then he comes back an hour later still far before check out to knock again and ask you when you’re leaving. We paid for the room until checkout. Beyond upset that our morning was so rudely disrupted. I would have spoke to the front desk about it but no one was there when I came down and my Lyft had arrived. Oh and my do not disturb sign was not in our room. Would not advise staying here.

Free breakfast was delicious. The warm pool was so much fun for my daughter. The tv gets children’s channels as well so I would definitely recommend this hotel to parents and families!!

The rooms are really comfortable. Service is bad! The front desk guy was rude. No one helped carry our things to the room. Very few options for breakfast + plastic cutlery and plates. This was unexpected. The employees from Mexico were very polite and pleasant. Thanks a lot to them. Upon arrival, I wanted to swim in the pool. But the front desk guy told me that it was already closed. It turned out he worked for another 2 hours. The next day the pool was with some foam. The worker said we can swim. It's a good thing we didn't. Because at the reception we were notified that swimming in the pool is not allowed

Location of this property is really nice. Walking distance to downtown. Many car rentals are available at a walking distance. But Staff was very cold in behaviour except one person. Room were not maintained well. Our bathroom washbasin was having standing water problem. Hot Breakfast in the morning is an Ad-on.

I liked this property. It was clean and checked all the boxes. Nice gym, pool and laundry. Breakfast had the staples and coffee was always available. Staff super accommodating and friendly. Only bummer was the views from the rooms. Lots of grungy asphalt overgrown parking lots. Obviously not the hotels fault but it takes away from the room feeling.

Nice hotel with all the things you need. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and ok service. We did ask for extra hangers and they got them for us which was nice. I was disappointed that they advertise a hot tub and didn't have one. It looks like there was one but its filled in now. Would be nice to have that updated as that was one important thing I like to have when staying at a hotel. The breakfast was subpar. .. it is food in that you wont die but no flavor, no love put in. Their main draw is the waffle maker and toppings. But eggs, bland, sausage, is it meat? At least try a little.

Stay here often. Great staff, clean rooms and Clint takes good care of your car. My two complaints are #1 breakfast is so so need a new toaster and better breakfast items. #2 Were did the hot tub GO??? Found new tile in it's place. :(

Great hotel for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean. Though it didn’t seem like there were a lot of restaurants/bars within walking distance, there were a ton within maybe a 10 minute drive. The staff was super friendly and helpful and free breakfast was very good, with lots of options! We would definitely return.

Nice little hotel located in downtown Denver. Free breakfast every morning (even holidays) that's better than continental. Hotel staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. You might want to get a room key if you use the app because one of the elevators doesn't recognize it. Overall would stay again.

The hotel is completely renovated and clean. Front desk was very nice. It's worth going out to breakfast if you have a car. The water doesn't turn hot in the shower unless you run the sink and tub first. The sink doesn't drain properly in room 216. If you're looking to be in the middle of everything, choose another hotel.

It was nice location with easy access to downtown. We booked specifically for the pool and hot tub advertised but were disappointed to see that the hot tub had been filled in. The room was large and accommodated our family. Breakfast was nice for the kids but nothing fancy.

Staying at the Hampton Inn was great, specially after a long trip, entering at the hotel and you get greeted by Jo at the front desk with a warm welcome and a great smile inviting you in that make you feel very special. The hotel located at a great location at the center of lots of restaurants and near the City Park, museum and zoo. Great location to walk and put some steps.

During the Covid experience, as a homeless person this is where I was. Other than the fact they were a little militant, the stay was great. Without the help of the hotel and case managers I would not be where I am, at home. The rooms and staff were very friendly and tried to make us at home. Now they seem to ignore the fact that something good actually came of the experience. Shame on the employees who pretend to be so helpful with reservations. Good luck i,. Future.

Great location in downtown Denver. In addition, the room was clean, spacious, and properly stocked with supplies. The staff at the front desk were excellent during the period of my stay. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin, but there's nothing that the staff can do about that issue.

Stayed two nights during a quick trip to Denver. Stayed in the 2 queen 2 story suite. We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very large and clean. Good selection at free morning breakfast. Easy check in and out and friendly staff. I thought it was a good value for the price. We didn't have a car so I cannot comment on the valet service but most downtown hotels located in large cities only offer valet so this shouldn't be a complaint. We scootered everywhere which was super convenient. Scooters were readily available near the hotel at all times. 54 year old mom traveling with her 20 year old daughter.

This hotel was clean and very comfortable. We are a family of five and stayed one The room was very spacious rooms and we slept comfortably in a 2 queen suite with a sofa bed. Our children said the sofa bed was also comfortable. I didn't give 5 stars because the breakfast wasn't great according to the rest of the family.
