This was easily the best hotel stay I have ever had. Everything was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods to choose from. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I had accidentally reserved my room for the wrong dates, but Lindsay at the front desk quickly put my worries to rest and was able to help me out. Thank you so much, Lindsay! You and your staff are amazing and I appreciate you all!

The only hotel downtown with free parking. Service was excellent and everyone friendly. The bed was great, which normally is not in most Hampton Inns. The pool and Hottub were clean and well maintained. Network speed was fast, and connection was stable. This made working from here easy. Breakfast was excellent because they had added chicken fingers I have never seen and excellent service since the man in working in the kitchen took time to clear the tables for customers. Finally, the location is located near the Ball Arena, where I attended Muse Concert. Overall, it was one of the best Hampton Inns I have had the pleasure of staying at. Highly recommend, especially if you have a car and have business downtown.

Our room was nice and Susan at the front desk was great. The location is pretty rough though, convenient but there was a homeless camp within view of our window. It didn't feel very safe to take our dog out at night.

I spent a week in Denver, and stayed at this hotel. Guest service was excellent, the lobby was modern, very clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good, changed up the hot foods. My room was clean, bathroom was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. To my surprise, the room had a ceiling fan. Swam in the pool, and sat in the hot tub every night. Hotel location was excellent also. Close to many attractions. Can’t say enough about what a great stay I had. Thank you 🙂!

I traveled to Denver from New Orleans to help a friend whom lost her family due a medical emergency. During the course of getting her treatment I was locked out of her appartment I found this property after walking a mile at 10pm in an area I had never been. I was treated so rudely by the front desk because I didn't have access to my CC with 500 on me to pay for a room bc my card was locked in my friends apartment. I could have used my points to pay but was so distraught I didn't think about it....Note, I'm a Hilton Honor's Member for 10 year. My phone was almost dead and I simply asked the guy at the front desk if I could charge my phone to find another Hilton that I had enough cash in my wallet to pay for. He informed me the policy is if you are not registered you have to leave the property. As I'm crying bc of emergency situation I was in he showed no empathy or care for my safety or wellbeing. My phone died as I was walking the streets of downtown Denver with my suitcase searching for another hotel. I have never been treated so unprofessionally as a Hiltons Honor Member by an employee of any Hilton Property. Imagine wondering the streets of a strange city with no phone, a suitcase and not knowing where to find a hotel. TERRIBLE JOB HILTON...... this happened about 10pm October 21st.

Nice and clean hotel. Very good area with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Not far from Ball Arena either, I was able to walk to the arena for a game.

Arrived late to find drug users loitering at the front entrance. They were cooking some type of drug. Right at the front entrance. It was unsafe for me to exit my car. I called the front desk and someone came out to show me where to park. He seemed unconcerned about the vagrants at the front door. Upon getting to my room the key did not work. Tried calling the front desk and no answer. It was a very creepy experience being in, what felt like, an abandoned hotel on lockdown with vagrants at the front door. I am an Honors member who travels and uses Hampton Inns often. I have never had an unsafe experience like this one. Security is lacking. They've clearly has issues here before because the front sliders stay locked 24/7. Do not stay at this hotel.

Well this is not a downtown hotel, downtown is within easy reach from this location via Uber or other rideshare options, for less than $7 you can get an Uber into town, the staff are amazing, the breakfast is top-notch, and the room is clean and perfect. What a great place to stay!

Absolutely love this hotel. Staff are always nice best part is they remember returning customers. Love that makes me feel at home. The cleaning is amazing , maintenance is good. The breakfast is delicious and the guy that runs it takes pride in his job.

Excellent stay. The hotel was very clean. The furnishings were newer and good quality. The Front Desk is incredibly responsive. We usually stay at Hampton Inn in our travels—this is one of the best Hamptons we have stayed at. The location is a good mixture of being close to town yet in a quiet area. Highly recommend.

5 stars for a Hampton. Very nice new place. Ceiling fans in the rooms. Parking is a little challenging but adequate. Nice places to eat close.

Hotel location was key and was very walkable to downtown Denver. The room was clean and inviting. Parking was great and no issues with access. Was overall a great stay.

Older hotel. Found a clump of hair on bathroom floor when we got there. Beds were super squeaky couldn't move without making noise. Probably should have moved rooms but we had already sanitized surfaces and unpacked by the time we realized. Ok location. Wouldn't stay here again. Nice desk staff though.

I had the pleasure of staying at HAMPTON INN and Suites - Denver Speer, and let me tell you, Lindsay made my experience unforgettable. She was always there to assist me with any questions or concerns I had during my stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles every time I walked through the lobby. I recommend HAMPTON INN and Suites - Denver Speer for their exceptional service and friendly atmosphere.

I don’t often post critical reviews but I was very frustrated by this situation. I want to start off by saying that the location is great if you want to stay away from the noise of the city, rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was nice. The only complaint I have is about a situation with one of the front desk staff Susan. On Friday Sept. 1st, we came back from a trip around 6pm. We went up to our room only to realize our key cards do not work. My partner and I went down to the front desk to get them fixed. When we told the front desk staff, Susan, that our key cards don’t work, she held up a small device and told us this was why we couldn’t get into the room. Confused, I asked what it was and she replied it was the thermostat and that it was found in our room on the floor. I told her we did not know how that happened considering we left around 9:30am that day and did not come back until 6pm. The cleaning staff cleaned our room before we left for the day and did not inform us of anything broken and we did not break or see anything broken before we left. She said “Well, I wanted to show you so it doesn’t happen again, okay?”. I did not appreciate the accusatory tone considering we have been out all day and came back to a locked room only to find out it was because they thought we broke something that we did not. I’m not sure who else came into our room to find the broken thermostat because like I previously mentioned, the woman who cleaned our room did not say anything to us before she left. I let it go and did not make a fuss. Now that we have checked out I received our final bill. We were charged $100 that same day for “damages”. The charge was reversed the next day Sept. 2nd so there is nothing that I will be disputing but I do find it extremely unprofessional to not mention that there was going to be a charge for this especially when I am certain we did not break it off the wall. It could have been bumped when the room was cleaned, the previous guests could have loosened it, it might have been old and fell off, etc. At the very least a discussion was warranted before putting a charge on our final bill. I do not feel comfortable paying for something I believe we were not responsible for. I appreciate the reversal of the charge.

Staying at the Hamton Inn was an amazing experience. The wonderful women at the front desk, her name was Lindsay, and she went above in service. Most people wouldn't even leave the front desk to show where to park, but walked us the whole way there. She was very professional and made staying an even better experience. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was very clean, and had so many options for their breakfast. For the price you pay this was a great experience.

Very nice hotel. Well kept. Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're going to a Broncos game this is definitely the place to stay. Easy access on and off the freeway and walking distance to the stadium.

I hosted a small team event here, and it could not have been a more perfect choice for hotel and conference room! It's a great location - quick access to downtown via Uber, but also walkable to many great restaurants in the Lower Highlands. The hotel was very clean and nicely updated, and the conference space was perfect for our group of 13 people. We really appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff were, including bringing us freshly baked cookies every afternoon! I worked with Lindsay to coordinate the event, and she was wonderfully helpful and responsive. I'd highly recommend this location over any hotel downtown for either a personal stay or another small business event!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in downtown Denver so you are near everything. The bed and bathroom was outdated, but it was fine. My room had a ceiling fan which was nice for white noise and air circulation though the night

Don't in this hotel. Their air conditioning wasn't working and they can't change room for me. I had to find another place to stay that night. That's fine. However, Lindsay, the front desk lady told me that she already requested refund for me. I waited for a week and called to check my refund. I was told that the refund request is nonexistent. I won't trust this hotel any more and will black-list it going forward.

Susan is great! Stayed here while attending a concert at mile high. She had great recommendations for the area and was always cheerful. The room itself was okay, the fan for the bathroom didn't work and the thermostat wouldn't drop below 70 (possibly centrally controlled). But other than that everything was great.

Really liked this hotel and it's location. We were in close proximity to Ball Arena for our concert. The front desk people were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The place was quiet. Breakfast was a standard continental flair. Biggest issue was parking. The area is super congested and we had to park and walk a half block. Our car was out of view. A little unnerving.

Great Hotel. In the past we stayed at the La Quinta when visiting from out of town for a Rockies game. We like to be within walking distance of Coors Field. The walk to and from the hotel was safe, parking was free, and breakfast was great. The hotel is modern and very clean. If you're coming for a Rockies game this is a great choice!

We were a little concerned when we saw the front door locked to keep the homeless out. Once unpacked and settled in we asked and took a walk through the neighborhood and it is beautiful and felt safe. The room was great, clean and plenty big though we did book a suite this time. The front desk, kitchen, and cleaning staff were all pleasant and had a smile.
