The room that we had was very spacious and the facilities were decent. There were a few things that didn't work optimally, for example the automatic night shades near the bed didn't go all the way down, which led in light, in a few areas of wallpaper repealing. The sink didn't necessarily drain quickly. Similarly some of the microwave was not exactly set up properly. However when it comes down to what was offered, which is the room and more importantly the beds, this was fine with ample bed space that was well kept. I will say that with the recent pandemic, it is somewhat frustrating that you have to request your bed to be made in advance and the garbage to be taken out daily, though this appears to be a nationwide trend. The breakfast was passable in the sense that there was food, though this was not a lavish breakfast with the bare minimum foods offered. The space itself downstairs for dining and lounging was fantastic. The gym in pool we're also great. Overall, I would not mind staying here again, though there is some room for improvement.

I’m a Hilton Honors member and stayed more than 30 nights this year at Hilton’s hotels. My experience at this specific unit was very poor. Housekeeping was terrible, our room carpet was not clean when we arrived. Despite staying for almost a week and asking multiple times for the room to be vacuumed, it wan’t. When the room was “serviced”, it was never really cleaned, sheets were not changed even though we asked many times. There were no amenities in the room, such as body lotion, shower cap, etc. we asked many times to get the next day and we never received. i had to go downstairs a couple of times to take some. Front desk (most, not all) were not helpful. The valet uses 70% of the entire passengers/guests loading and unloading area with cars parked. Shout out to all breakfast team members that were very helpful and work hard every morning!

It’s centrally located and right off the Denver Downtown Mall with tons of restaurants and shopping. It's clean and the staff are kind Selena was so nice to me, I was completely taken back by how thoughtful and kind. The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable. It was easy to get ride shares. I would recommend to anyone staying in Denver.

The stay was great. Clean and comfortable and the workers were so nice! I docked one star for the wait on valet at the end of our stay. They needed to have more active workers, but I guess that may be due to the worker shortage? The valet that we did have was amazing though. He was working very hard and fast as much as possible. Thank you Reggie for saving the day!

I stayed here for a conference nearby at the convention center. It was centrally located, included breakfast each morning and had a surprisingly nice gym and indoor pool area. My room was large, clean, and had everything I needed. I asked for extra hangers and got them. You have to ask for the room to be cleaned or get fresh linens while you’re there but that’s becoming pretty standard in a lot of hotels. The coffee was terrible but there’s a terrific coffee place about 2 minutes away! The front desk staff charged my credit card instead of my company card which was a complete hassle and they didn’t seem to care. But other than that the other staff were great, lobby was nice and overall would stay again. Very reasonably priced too. 👍

Nice rooms. And front desk was nice enough. There's a serious problem with hot water, though. Like it takes literally 3 or 4 minutes for the water to get hot which is insane. I'm not exaggerating. I don't know if their hot water re-circulator is broken or what, but it's really bad and abnormal for a hotel. Elevators are annoying, but it's not a big deal. Although it's bad enough to where every trip I took with others, people were making jokes and complaining about the elevators. They have 2 separate key readers at the elevators and you can't even read them (see photo). I'm sure there's a reason for the split, but from a customer perspective it's just dumb and annoying enough to write about in a review. I'd still stay here again, though.

Great place to stay. We felt safe here the whole time. You had to have a key card to get in anywhere. Which we liked. The pool and hot tub was perfect and the gym had everything you needed for a good work out.

I would have given more stars. However, I was locked out of my room the first night. I was not happy with the price of parking. I ended up parking at the pavilion lot instead. I was disappointed that when I checked in the vallet took my keys, and I was waiting for 30 minutes after a very long trip to get my keys back. Otherwise, the service was pretty good. The hotel is nice and clean. My room needed a bit of some upgrades compared to other hiltons I have stayed . Overall, it's not a bad location.

The best customer service I have had at a hotel in a long time! After a 6 and a half our drive to Denver, we were tired and the kids were hungry. The supervisor, Nichole at the front desk was the one that helped us check in and she was incredibly friendly and professional. The room we had booked had a layout that was different that what we had thought. She was kind enough to show us two other available rooms with different floor plans. We found the one that worked for us and she moved us immediately without any issues. Her kindness, patience and excellent customer service is really what started an awesome family vacation for us! The breakfast buffet was amazing, the room was clean and well stocked, temperature control was comfortable and the other supporting staff members were always kind in passing. McKenzie at the hotel bar was also fantastic! She had us laughing and enjoying the short time away from the kiddos with our friends. Overall absolutely excellent experience and I would highly recommend it for business, family or adult getaway. Oh, and the walk to Coors stadium for the game was a breeze! Thank you for an amazing trip that my kids will never forget!

Nice room with no issues however check in was a nightmare. Check in was at 3:00 but we couldn’t get into our room until almost 4:30. The late check in made us late for our event. Got some apologies from the front desk but that was all. Heard later that the front desk was offering free drinks at the bar to other guests that had to check in late because rooms weren’t ready by the 3:00 published check in time. Also I paid for valet parking and overnight, my vehicle was parked in front of the hotel instead of a parking lot! I could have saved 50 bucks and parked myself! This stay was definitely not worthy of the name Hilton! Next year when we do this same event, we’ll probably fork out the extra money and stay at the Hyatt across the street.

One of my favorite Hilton properties. A wonderful ran hotel. The front desk was amazing. Sunnie and her crew were always there to greet you coming or going. The fresh cookies daily at front desk to the amazing continental breakfast. It’s in a great location and a very clean and impressive property. Whoever is in charge of operations here really knows what they are doing. I’d recommend this hotel for sure.

Great hotel in downtown Denver! Close to 16th street which has a free bus to the lodo area! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and large with great bathrooms and comfortable beds! Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and quick to replace food and drink. The pool and hot tub were nice! Staff were friendly and super accommodating! Great visit!

This property is very well located in downtown and is very clean in the lobby, eating areas and hallways. The room we had was a mountain view studio suite and was very nice size. However the furniture and bed were very worn and totally uncomfortable. Please update room furnishings and mattress asap, not what I expect at a Hilton property.

Rooms are clean and breakfast are is very well kept. Breakfast is standard Hilton Breakfast. Rooms are nicely taken care of and agave good air conditioning. Several elevators available to keep up with traffic. Will visit this location again.

This hotel is quite nice. It has great rooms and the kitchen in our room had everything you need. The bathroom was spacious and the living/sleeping area was also very nice. In short: A nice hotel, great location, good breakfast, great rooms, small issues with some of the staff. Small issues: When we arrived the receptionist asked us to wait and said her colleague would take care of us in a second. She didn't tell her colleague though, which meant we were standing there while she took several minutes to log out of the system. I mean, I get that it can be annoying when work comes in five minutes before your shift ends, but at least make sure the work would actually delay the end of your work day. When her manager who was discussing something with another employee realized she wasn't checking us in, he immediately took care of it. The original receptionist was still on the computer when we were on our way to our rooms. The manager even called to check if everything was alright and if we needed anything. That was very nice and mollified us. The breakfast was good with waffle makers, different egg and meat dishes every day, as well as cereal, muffins, bagels and fruit. However, I don't know if they had a shortage of cutlery and plates during our visit or if this is a normal thing, but there were constantly at least two people going around collecting that and trash from the tables. Now, this is good as it keeps everything tidy, but it can be annoying if you don't want to interact with people in the morning. The staffers will of course ask you, if they can take away the trash and the other stuff. But I really don't need that dialogue three times during the half hour I spend there. It made me feel under surveillance. The hotel should rethink how to do this better. The staffers at the breakfast were all very nice though.

Not worth the money. Friends and I stayed here in June for one weekend, and was disappointed. The front desk was severely understaffed, telling by how many guests were constantly lined up in the lobby waiting for service. At any given time, there were no more than 2 people working the front desk, and they seemed swamped. The rooms were in desperate need of attention - there were various stains all over the carpeting and furniture, the couch was either ripped or frayed in several places, the dishwasher had a sour smell in it (and didn’t go away until we ran it TWICE with dishwasher detergent), and it was apparent that the kitchen surfaces had not been wiped down/cleaned very well. It appears that this hotel has been poorly maintained since staying here last in 2019.

Nice hotel in the heart of downtown Denver. Rooms were really spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchens were equipped with everything you would need to prepare food. Complimentary breakfast provided. Front desk staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Hotel is located within walking distance of tons of restaurants, bars and shops. Good hotel for longer stays.

Front desk staff was amazingly friendly and personable. Room was very clean and very spacious. That was very important to us and we had zero complaints. Hotel is right next to 16th street mall so it’s has easy access to shopping and dining. Valet is quick and responsive. On next Denver visit. I will definitely look for a room here first. 5 stars.

77° in the room. For a week! I cud repeat for you the litany of fantastic and mutually exclusive explanations given. It’s a riot. They gave us this box-shaped fan such as you’d find in a thrift store in a disadvantaged neighborhood. You turn it on and pieces go flying. Then there’s the refrigerator. I’ve been in 3rd World countries you had greater confidence in the alliances. This disjunctive relation between expectation and reality leaves me disoriented. Is it the staff could it be the staff? Housekeeping is stellar. Stellar and accommodating and humble. The rest I think are temps and management is absent altogether. Put the maids and janitors in charge of running this place. You’ll see improvement before the picture I’ve put in your mind dissipates dissolving. Scouts honor.

We loved that there was kitchen amenities, the location was amazing and the free breakfast in the morning was definitely an added bonus. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The parking and offloading was hard. We didn't want to do valet because it was relatively expensive, especially with cheaper lots surrounding the hotel. It felt like because we didn't do valet, they were rushing us to offload/onload our stuff in the front.

Great location downtown near the mint, free mall ride, and 16th street mall. The lobby area was always clean and inviting. The free hot breakfasts were actually really good! I was pleasantly surprised every morning. The windows in the rooms are a bit narrow but other than that, it was a lovely, quiet place to sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. We greatly appreciated that. However, the staff was very abrupt and unwilling to help in any way. We were hit with a $200 damage deposit which was unexpected and not discussed when we booked our room over the phone. Parking fees were exorbitant. We called the front desk to ask about places that deliver (since they have no room service) only to be told they had no idea and we should "look it up." When I called the number for a wake up call, it didnt work and the front desk told us she couldn't do anything from her system and I should set my phone if I wanted to wake up on time. The TV guides and information buttons do not work. I know this all seems nit-picky, but when you pay for a Hilton, you expect staff to at least be helpful and somewhat accommodating. I will think twice before booking here again.

First room we got had bed bugs. Tom the front desk agent handle the situation extremely well. The manager on the other hand very rude and unprofessional. She just automatically assumed we wanted a free room. When in fact we were completely happy with the way Tom handled the situation by just transferring us to a different room without bugs. We then went on to have a great trip. Till the next morning talking with the manager that had left a message to talk with us. Tom handled everything so professionally there was no need for the manager to even step in. I want to give quality of service a 10 because of Tom. But can't justify doing so cause of management.

I would rate this 10/10 for a family fun spot! It’s right in the middle of downtown and walking distance from fun and food! My family enjoyed traveling via Electric scooters everywhere we went! The hotel Staff was OVER THE TOP nice and accommodating- specifically the sunny, smiling, and always helpful kitchen/breakfast crew. We enjoyed them the most each day! Good selections were amazing also- very full breakfast bar! The rooms were beautiful, comfy and clean. We especially liked the 2 tvs in each room in our king suite; for the kids! We were pretty let down by the pool area…it was nasty, smelly, and the hot tub quit working the 2nd day we were there but other than that we really enjoyed the hotel, staff and location!!

All Hotel was amazing. Marissa at Front Desk and the Valet - Sam Mngr. - Marcus Abraham and Al provided excellent Valet Service. Definitely worth the price, since parking can be limited and pricey downtown. I highly recommend this hotel and Valet service they provide. Breakfast staff - Davis - superb.

I'd like to start by saying my initial check in seemed a bit unfriendly, as well as an interaction with an older gentleman seeming a bit unfriendly as well. When he saw us trying to use our key to gain access to the elevator he seemed a bit demeaning as if we were being stupid. Otherwise the room was clean enough and very comfortable! Location seems great, yet has no parking on site, 43 bucks for pavilion parking for overnight seemed a bit steep, yet may be normal as I don't often use parking garages. The breakfast was pretty darn good and I can't say enough how lovely the staff in the morning was that was doing breakfast, they were more than friendly! Overall a good experience yet seemed to lack the small things that make it a 5 star experience.

I stayed there for 5 days for my quarterly visit to my office. The location was perfect--right across the street from the mall. Lots of choices for restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Free Mall Bus stop was one block away. I had a King studio with a full kitchen, which was clean, comfortable, and fully updated. The bed was really nice, and I loved that there was a ceiling fan in the room. Having a full kitchen allowed me to take left overs back to the room for the next evening and have real plates and silverware to use. The complementary breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. Eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced fruit, french toast, waffle maker, an assortment of muffins, etc. I was really impressed. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had, gave suggestions when requested, and always seemed happy. The staff handling the dining area in the morning were always courteous and friendly. Yes, it is about a mile away from Union Station, but much cheaper than anything in that area. Being so close to the 16th Street Mall, I just hopped a bus every day to get to my office. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The rooms are huge!! The view is amazing!! The hotel is beautiful and the fireplace makes it cozy! I love the breakfast! So much better than other hotels. The best part is how great the staff is. They are friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay right in the heart of Denver with all the great things at this hotel!

This is my go-to hotel when I’m in Denver; I’ve stayed here multiple times and each time has been great. It’s centrally located, clean, has a nice hot breakfast included, and a helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable as well. Would recommend to anyone staying in Denver.
