I liked the location of the hotel. The lobby was awesome. It's really convenient to get around. Things I didn't like, room was not all the way clean, really small rooms for 2 people to stay in! No in room fridge. Some of the staff were great and others were not so nice! I'll definitely book somewhere else next time. Definitely wasn't worth the premium price I paid.

Well this is an unexpectedly cool little place. You literally check in at the bar and get a couple of drinks with your room. The people are super friendly and the vibe is chill. As a 40-50 night a year Marriott person, this may become my Denver hang! In the land of hotel bars closing at 10 and being an afterthought- what a concept - a bar with a hotel attached! Fantastic. I dig it.

Rooms are good. Location is great. Service needs improvement. Here's the story; As a Titanium Elite member, I konw what I can reasonably expect. Not looking for anything free. We were visiting family in the area and a welcome bag was dropped off at the front desk the morning before arrival. First off, nobody knew anything about the bag. About 32 hours after check in, they found the bag, but THERE WERE THINGS MISSING OUT OF IT. Now, this wasn't about the things, but the principle. No way to prove anything but that's absolutely unacceptable. I hope someone at the corporate office starts looking into what else comes up missing at this hotel.

Stay away! I found a cockroach in my room on the final day of my stay. I called down to "The Crew" and spoke to two people. The man told me that they did not have a free crew person to help me out and asked me what I really expected them to do. By the time I called down, the bug had run off somewhere. I wasn't sure what to expect when I called down but I never expected such a hostile response for a general concern. I'm a Marriott Platinum member and travel a lot. I have stayed in some pretty sketchy areas and never had this sanitary problem at those locations. This is a high end part of Denver and the place was disgusting and disappointing.

Great location, clean, friendly staff and valet parking. The rooms are on the small side but it was perfect for just me. Great view of the sky scrapers in the distance. They gave me a free drink at check in and it was The Moxy Cocktail Dragon Berry it was delicious!

Really cool, unique hotel with a boutique like feel in the heart of a nice neighborhood. Cleaner and more quiet than downtown with lots of walkable restaurants and shops. The room was a little small but set up in a smart way and felt pretty nice. Seems best for people traveling light, or for a short stay. The bed/bedding exceeded my comfort expectations. Free drink when you check in, and fun snacks in the lobby bar leads to a lively environment. All in all I’d say a really great value for what their rates are.

Cute, chic boutique. Tiny rooms, not really any space to work comfortably in the room, so not a very good option for business travel unless you just need a place to sleep. Friendly and attentive staff, but the hotel tries so hard to be trendy (ex: check in at the bar), it misses the mark on being a practical place to stay. If you’re looking for more style than substance, you’ll love it.

Had high expectations of this hotel based on reviews🥲. I was excited about the check in process and getting the two free drinks. However, when we checked in which was after 4 PM, we were informed that the bartender was not there, and we were given tokens, which I think kind of takes away from the experience of checking in, if I’m being honest, we had to come back to redeem our tokens, and then we were told that they were only three cocktails that we could use. However, one of them was out of stock to me. If you’re going to give a free drink, it should be a drink of choice so that tainted the experience that I was expecting at check-in, our rooms were small but we were expecting that based on reviews and I thought they were really cute. It does feel like you’re in a very large closet especially with the blinds closed. However, I did expect that so that wasn’t a huge disappointment but our ceiling was leaking from the upstairs floor. We had water leakage, literally 50 or so wet water drops on the ceiling…. the ceiling was rippled too so when we contacted the customer service , but they told us it was an air conditioning issue, but clearly there was some sort of leakage as the entire paneling on the roof was all rippled and had been for some time. The location was great. However, we did go to hotel Cleo for drinks and I know that the price for the rooms were comparable to Moxy and Cleo was a far superior hotel with excellent location , I highly recommend hotel Cleo if you’re looking for this type of hotel in a great location too.

Worst customer service + attitude from front desk attendants, they should understand that they are on the hospitality industry and try to cater or accommodate to customer. I canceled my reservation after this experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Great stay overall. The location is great for exploring Cherry Creek and a quick drive to Colfax and other Denver offerings. The service, lobby area and bar were awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel if you are in the area! Super cool concept that created a very welcoming stay! At check in you are greeted with a complimentary cocktail from the bar which is connected to the check in desk. The bar was a great place to get drinks during the evening! Awesome selection of choice liquors and games to play while you are hanging out. Would highly recommend staying a night here!

The hotel is okay for some just not me. Room was tooooo small. I did not check the amenities before booking. Certain luxuries I thought would be common at a Marriott property. Hotel was clean. Just not right for me. The front desk is the bar. Again cool for someone else. You have to ask for iron and ironing board. Did I mention the room was extremely small. The staff did a good job but without the enthusiasm I’m accustom to.

First time at a Moxy and I love the concept. They keep the rooms simple on purpose to encourage folks to hang out in the common spaces. Checking in (at the bar!) Rebecca explained this all to us and was awesome. We enjoyed our welcome drinks while playing foosball and connect four. Hotel very confident to the cherry creek shopping center so my wife could get her shopping fix. Loved out stay!

Came to Denver for a wedding and this place was the best for us. Right near the venue and all the other good food spots and spots like the Denver garden and amphitheater. We were able to have our bags with valet after checkout since flight delay and explore the city more and the downstairs lounge bar. Friendly staff too!

Stayed weekend in November, location is great and get Uber rides within 2 minutes in most requests. Whole Food is 3 min away. Room is small and may need some additional lights.

This hotel is a perfect example of style over comfort and functionality. We did not like it at all. It is nice to look at, both the lobby and the room. But the room is WAY too small, there is nowhere near enough light in the room--we had to use our flashlights to see into our suitcases that were not directly under the one light in the entire room, and it was hard to shave in the bathroom because the light was so dim--there are nowhere near enough outlets to charge 2 people's phones, laptops and one iPad, and the edges of the bed are sharp and stick out, so with little light, we kept bumping into them. On top of all that, we booked our room through Orbitz and paid $175/night, which would obviously a reasonable rate for a decent hotel room. But we wanted to extend our stay by one night, and the price the hotel and Orbitz wanted to charge was $399 for the night. That would be an absolutely insane amount of money for this room and this hotel. Because we refused to pay that amount, we booked the Hampton Inn at the airport for the last night. That room was TERRIFIC compared to the room at the Moxy, and it only cost $165. Of course that room was not beautiful or stylish in any way, but it was large and 100% functional in every way. We're sorry not to have enjoyed the Moxy, but we actually wished we had stayed the entire time at the Hampton Inn, even though it was much further from the sights in the city than the Moxy.

I was there for a week during a work retreat. I can tell you that while the rooms are neat they are very tiny. There was hardly enough room to put down my bag, let alone try and get any work done. Also, the TV didn't work, and when I went down to tell them, they said they would come fix it and never did. At the end of my stay I found out that they had put me in the wrong room because so.eone else has a similar last name and they assumed we were married. On the flip side, the hotel was in a fantastic location with tons to do within walking distance or a short drive away.

fun bar atmosphere down stairs and very clean. pretty small room and bed. we had a view of the mountains but also had street noise all night. wish i could rate it higher as the staff was fantastic but we didn’t sleep well because of the car noise.

If you are a man traveling alone this hotel is fine. If you wear makeup or you are staying with someone it's awful. The light over the sink in the bathroom is so dim it's impossible to do your makeup. I did mine standing in the wet shower with a compact because the shower light by the wall was brighter than the one over the sink. And there are WINDOWS in the bathroom door and in the shower that look out into the main room and they are easy to see through despite being textured. So not only can your roommates see you showering and on the toilet, if you go to the bathroom at night there's no way to block the light from escaping the windows so you will definitely wake up the other person in the room turning on the light. There also isn't any body wash or lotion in the bathroom so bring your own. The shampoo bottle in our shower was an old conditioner bottle that no one bothered to rinse out before filling with shampoo. It was gross.

Visiting Denver from the DC area. This hotel was great! I loved the complimentary cocktail at check in, the rooms are a little small but comfy. The shower was great. It's walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. The lobby area is a bar with fun games set up throughout, it was a very fun stay and I would definitely visit Moxy again.

This is a great location and price. Love staying at this brand as it’s a cool vibe. We stayed here twice during our trip the first time was great because we had a corner room and really no complaints there. We came back a second time before flying out and had a fabulous view of the mountains AND other rooms, meaning they also had a view of us. Request an end room or skip the mountain view for privacy. Great hotel & location otherwise.

Awesome place to stay in Denver. Rooms were clean, facilities were awesome, and the staff was top rate. Great area as well. Staff was very attentive.

The rooms are quite small. They are like NYC hotel rooms sizes. The television wasn’t working well, which became frustrating and eventually I gave up . The street noises made sleeping challenging, along with the noises of parties from other rooms. We were there for less than 24 hours and had to have our room keys recoded 4 times. The most helpful staff member was the parking valet-the front staff from the beginning had a poor attitude. valet parking is $45 per night, and a bar cocktail was $17. Prices I would expect in NYC , but not in Denver. The location is good- galleries and good restaurants abound nearby. I couldn’t recommend Moxie in Cherry Creek to anyone. I’m not familiar with the area, but I’m sure there has to be something substantially better.

I think the goal of this chain is supposed to be minimalist luxury for millennials??? Unfortunately, the bar/lobby check-in and service was more like a bar (couldn't get someone to serve me over the noise and party atmosphere) and less like a hotel that I was arriving to after a long travel day. The staff gave short, unhelpful answers to my questions, like where do we park??? The answer: use the valet who is not there right now. Pros: fully stocked morning coffee including oat milk, excellent showers, fast elevators, good location. Cons: No parking, no obvious or intuitive conveniences like garbage cans anywhere near the front of the building or on the street, disinterested service and staff, rooms feel cheap (beds are a 6/10) and without thoughtful details, e.g. the bathrooms need better lighting, perhaps a makeup mirror to upgrade the experience, poor water pressure in the sink and millennial art that is supposed to be a metaphor for simplicity but is really just soul-less. The idea that drinking culture is sophisticated or luxurious is so privileged and pretty tired at this point. Overall, I felt more like I was at an expensive youth hostel, and less like I was at a minimalist luxury hotel.

Boutique hotel meets tiny home meets minimalism. Moxy has small rooms that are cute with comfy beds and a good sized shower, in a good location walking distance to several restaurants. I almost hesitate to rave about the bar, since there is a great bourbon selection worth keeping secret, but the lobby bar is stocked and there are games and even a photo booth to play while having a drink. Plenty of opportunity for cutesy pictures to share of your stay. Also the general manager Isabel was great and bartender Kennedy was so sweet.

Moxy Brand is so fun! From the snacks on the bar to playing my first-ever game of Jenna - it’s a great experience. The walk through the hallway to my room was an experience, too! Room was small(Ish) and wonderful! Quiet, clean and functional.

This was an easy stay at a cool property. Art is all throughout and fun. Vibe is good. You check in at the bar with a complementary drink and snacks. They have a room on the second floor with all the things you may have forgotten. The staff was excellent. Location was Prime. My suggestions would be the towels were clean but too rough. And the bed was s little too firm.

No amenities you actually need. No safe. No mini fridge (if you have prescriptions that require refrigeration be prepared to hand them over to the staff to be kept in a some staff refrigerator) breakfast starts at 8 - not 7 as was advertised. No one answers the phone. Do yourself a favor, book anywhere else.

Such a hidden gem in the middle of cherry creek. This is a very budget friendly place that doesn't feel cheap in any way. The rooms are a bit small for an extended stay, but perfect for a couple nights.

I have stayed here many times. The first thing I noticed was all of the original staff that used to be there is gone. The room and everything physically about the hotel is perfectly fine. The staff is not always the most friendly now and the hotel actually ran out of bottled water, they had multiple issues with the water system which led to multiple issues where the water in the hotel actually had to be shut off, pretty sure valet, damaged the ski rack on my vehicle. I will no longer stay at this hotel.

Rooms are tiny, but clean. Bed not that comfortable. Service, food, and vibes is great. Location is awesome with lots of restaurants and bars in walling distance

Stayed here on a recent business trip. I was pleasantly surprised. By the lobby and bar area. I loved the books they had scattered around as well. The drinks were great…we even got check in cocktails! The rooms were comfy too and a fairly good size. And most important the staff was amazing. One piece of feedback…I understand that the hotel is a play on a hostel. But it would be great for us business travelers if we could have a small iron and ironing board in our room. The communal ironing “room” was lacking.

Small rooms with no tables or dressers. The lounge in the lobby is the nicest part. Comfy and filled with games. Great for having while grabbing some drinks.

Very nice hotel in a great area. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Right now the hotel is beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Really great spot to stay overall. Was slightly annoyed that despite lighting existing on the patios the staff wouldn’t turn them on to allow us to play ping pong (it was only maybe 8pm)

Clean and simple. Great location. Friendly staff. Definitely a great place to stay in Denver/Cherry Creek.
