Excellent stay! I compared about 8 hotels and this one had the most to offer for the price. Very very happy with my choice. Check in was a breeze and every member of the staff here was very professional and friendly. Honestly they were exceptional and some of the best service I’ve experienced. Rooms were very spacious for downtown. Room had a tv, couch, island, fridge, microwave, all the amenities of home, comfy bed etc. Rooms were very clean. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast is served for several hours and gets very busy so go early. Choices were some of the best I’ve seen for free breakfast. I had beans and nachos one morning. Who else serves such cool items? The have a great coffee station and a massive tea selection so Tea drinkers rejoice! Breakfast staff was super nice. There’s a great bar with specials that remains very active. Grad and go items and snacks. Highly recommend.

Amazing room on the top floor. View of downtown was stunning. Super clean and lots of space including a kitchen! The only flaw is valet only which was $50 a day or meter parking or far away lots. The valet service was great and worth it but it was an unexpected cost that I wasn’t planning on having.

Breakfast is great, views are amazing. Really worth the price. Google says it’s closed down permanently and they don’t answer the phone. Close to absolutely EVERYTHING. Less than 15 mins from meow wolf, and the aquarium. Food everywhere. Love this place. Valet after 10 pm is kinda spotty.

Reasonably priced suite hotel. Located in the southwest corner of downtown and convenient to most downtown attractions. Upper floor west facing rooms have a nice view of the Rocky mountains.

the hotel facilities are extraordinary, the breakfast is spectacular, the hygiene is fantastic. What is unique, exceptional is the friendliness and dedication to service of the staff. I will always be grateful to Federico Florendo, Heather Lange, Jared Younger, Juan Rosales, and all the staff for their great help in a difficult time.

Location was near the Pavillion so lot's of places to eat at within walking distance. Would have preferred having a safe in the room. All Elevators should be operational. There were times had to wait several minutes for an available Elevator. Breakfast was amazing. The walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors at time.

Travelled here for a conference for work with a co-worker. They charged my co-worker’s credit card for my room, as well as my credit card, meaning that we were double charged. I called Hyatt, who spoke directly with the hotel, and they promised I’d have my money back within a day or two and acknowledged that we had been charged twice. Fast forward 3 weeks and I still have not have my $600+ refunded and I’m now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The entire hotel also smelled like disgusting raw sewage.

This one truly one of the nicest places I’ve stayed as I’ve traveled around the U.S. From the start, staff members were very friendly and helpful. The premises was very clean, modern and secure. It created a very inviting environment. I had a room on a high floor and it was just spectacular. A great view of the city skyline, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, lounge space, comfortable bed and a modern shower. Parking on the street was surprisingly easy on a Friday night. You could even pay for parking from your phone, so you didn’t have to get up early to throw quarters in. Given the quality of the stay, including a great view from the room, the cost was very reasonable. Rooms in Denver on a Friday night can be very expensive, but it wasn’t too bad here. I had a wonderful experience here and I’d definitely come back!

Very good place to stay for a conference. Had a large suite with a real kitchen. Bathroom was fantastic. Only thing I could fault is the AC was very loud, and the breakfast offerings were pretty meager.

This is an excellent place to stay in Denver. The room was very comfortable and clean. It is located in a very convenient place with lots of food and activities within walking distance. The room service was very considerate and not intrusive. There is a great view, especially from the higher floors. Not to mention, the free breakfast is quite tasty.

This hotel has been great for my business trip. The parking is a little expensive in downtown Denver but once your settled it's a lovely area. The breakfast has been wonderful here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the room and bed are excellent.

They allowed us to check in very early which was really appreciated!!! Rooms are a mini apartment, clean, & comfortable. Staff are friendly and kind. Close to convention areas but minimal restaurant availability in the area, on site market needs restocking

Great value a block away from the convention center. 4 minute walk to the main entrance, same street, super easy. Free breakfast each day. They also have a bar and convenience store on site. I believe there was a workout area and pool but didn't visit either. The room was updated and comfortable. Plenty of space. The view of the mountains was nice! I arrived in town early due to a flight arriving before noon and they happily found me a room so I could check in early. They also held my bags at the desk when I had to check out before my convention was over the last day. Staff were all very nice, especially those working the front desk. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was great. Rooms clean and friendly staff. However when checking in was offered valet parking and at no point was informed of 50.00 charge. Park your car in other cheaper lots close by and don't waste your time having your car parked.

This hotel is quite nice overall, but it does have some disadvantages. First, it doesn’t have a private hotel parking, making the customers park outside in the streets. The issue is that there are a lot of homeless individuals in the city, and we wouldn’t say it is super safe to leave cars in dark alleys. The second disadvantage is that this hotel doesn’t have a hot tub, even though they do have a pool. It is small though. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, the room was quite spacious and comfortable. The view from our window (22nd floor) was pretty nice as well.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. The staff and customer service are both very good and very accommodating. Love the glass bathroom and the view from the seventeenth floor. Breakfast... well, its Breakfast.

The area is nice. Family friendly. You can walk downtown. Fairly priced. Breakfast was nice. The room with kitchen was nice. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Keys are needed to get anywhere which adds extra security. Parking is near if you don’t want the valet. Valet guys are great too.

Parking in Denver is never easy. I got set up through this location for a work trip and had the best time. The location offers valet so you can get your car brought down to you whenever you needed. Their breakfast was top notch everyday and the services immaculate... Would definitely consider staying here again through work or leisure

I definitely keep the Hyatt House Denver/Downtown in my list. The staff is super friendly. The Hotel is very modern and super clean. Location is super cool. Breakfast is the real deal here. Pancakes and oatmeal also the Waldorf Salad. Fitness center is huge.

Great place to stay, wasn't far to the conference center and all of the downtown attractions. Rooms were really nice and clean too. The bar was fun to hang out at and have drinks, there was also a free breakfast buffet that I wasn't aware of (bonus). Nice secure location and not to bad of price on the rooms as long as you signup for their rewards which is simple.

Stayed for a conference at the convention center, which is only a block away. Check-in was super easy, the room was great, and the breakfast was amazing. We walked all over town, and it is close to the free mall shuttle. We had a room on an upper floor, so the view was stunning, especially at night. Enjoyed our stay very much.
