We attended Starfest here and we had multiple issues while there. First, there was no parking, no valet, when we arrived we were given different addresses to look for parking away from the hotel. Being paying guests staying in this hotel we expect to be able to park there, and not carry our bags from blocks away. Second, upon arrival the elevators were broken. We were on the fifth floor and going to and from our room took so much time due to this. Third, when we finally did get to our room, almost an hour after arriving, we sat our suitcase on one of the two beds and realized that bed was broken. We had to call down to the front desk three times before we could get anyone to come look at it. Fourth, eating at this con was a joke. They had one restaurant/ bar that was buffet only. They had salad, a beef stew, chicken, and potatoes. They had a few desserts as well. No bread, no vegan options, and definitely nothing worth the 24.95 they were charging. We had two buffets and a red beer, just one. We got our ticket and it was almost $75. When we asked for an itemized ticket we realized there was gratuity added. Attached you will see the two receipts we were given. We are large tippers normally but the way they have this set up seemed really shady and a huge money grab by management. We are used to inflation during cons and are happy to pay it, until it feels like we are being taken advantage of. Finally let's talk about the layout of the con, some stuff on the first floor, some on the second floor, and some on the twelfth floor. Normally no big deal, except THE ELEVATORS WERE DOWN. So to get up and down ate so much time it was ridiculous. Overall I was not impressed at all with this stay. I definitely would not recommend holding any large scale events here at all.

I have been a Hyatt member for years, however this is my 1st stay in this location and was disappointed. Only positives: the location, recent renovation and the service during breakfast time. Negatives: The WiFi was patchy and didn't work many times. The walls are so thin that I could hear the television from the next room in the middle of the night! The bed and breakfast booking option is around $30 more than the one without it however the breakfast coupon says " your breakfast our treat"! No, it isn't.. you make people pay for it!. The breakfast buffet is too high priced for the options served!. I checked out at around 7:30 am and at 9pm my card gets suddenly charged for incidentals that I didn't use and had to call them to inquire and get it cancelled. The person answering didn't even apologize for the wrong billing! Was always treated way better at all other Hyatt locations that I have been in.

My overall experience to be average. I was disappointed to find hair on the pillow in my room. Cleanliness is important to me, and this incident affected my stay. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards to ensure a better experience for future guests. Also the room seemed smaller than what I reserved.

This is my first hotel review ever. I’m not the picky type at all. My family member picked this hotel out of our way because it was supposed to be a nice stay. The rooms just look filthy and dingy, there’s so much furniture crammed into one tiny space. I had to move furniture just to put my suitcase down. The pillows are so awful. Everything looks gross. The walls are sooo thin. I can hear my family members conversations next to us, not just muffled either. We had to pay for parking every day, and it’s rather expensive for just parking. They told us we could check in early by a hour since we are here for a funeral but upon arriving, they charged us yet another fee for checking in early. The pictures of the rooms online are not even close to what we got. We are supposed to spend another night here but we might cancel our reservation. This is not even close to a 4 star hotel. I think this is my first negative review ever but this place just looks gross!

This place was great. I liked almost everything about my stay. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: - The view was phenomenal. 👌 - The restaurant was great. - The rooms are huge and smell great. - Beautiful pool and lobby. - Good service, including room service. - Fitness center. - Clean facilities. - Large bathrooms in the hotel rooms. - Pet friendly ($100/pet for the whole stay). - Good Verizon cell service. Cons: - I was charged $17/night for self-serve parking. Nobody warned me I would be charged to park my car myself at my hotel. - The breakfast buffet was cold and stale. - It is hard to get through to the desk by phone.

Unfortunately, there was a sewage issue while we were there for one night and the water ran *dark* brown in our sink, toilet and shower. We were only refunded 50% despite not being able to shower or brush our teeth. We were also forced to leave several hours earlier than planned due to the ordeal. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was nice overall, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. If they had fully refunded me for the stay I would have given 5 stars as that would have been greatly appreciated.

The beds in all the Hyatts I have stayed in are exceptional, but this one had softer sheets is even better. The main issue I had was with noise. I did not experience much in from the hall since the room was at the end of the hallway but was very noisy above. The kiosk for the front desk was confusing, and it didn't register to get change from. I had to go back up to resteraunt on 2nd floor to get change. The luggage carts looked like they were lifted from Lowe's parking lot. Not what I expected from a luxury hotel. The network for premium had lots of dropout and speeds 14mb and below. The 5g network was over 200 mb downloads, which was much better than hotel wifi. Did not get a chance to review the pool, exercise room, and business center. This was due to being overcrowded on Saturday when I was there. Finally, popcorn ceilings, which indicates rooms are dared. Even though there were some issues overall, it was a beautiful grand hotel, and AC, bed, and exceptional restaurant were enough to push to 4 stars.

We spent two nights here due to a wedding in nearby Parker, CO. This is a nice hotel and very much geared towards corporate meetings. Our two rooms connected and they were clean and beds firm but comfortable enough for me. My wife prefers softer beds so she wasn't too happy. My sister in law stayed in a third room on another floor and her room at first looked ready for check in but she found the bed had not been made completely and found pubic hairs on the sheets. She was able to get another room however. The fridge in our room did not work. We were trying to cool down one of the water bottles in the room but no luck. We were able to briefly use the pool in between large groups of loud kids but only briefly. We tried two more times but again, too crowded. Lastly, parking was practically non-existent due to the meetings and events taking place. Never got close to parking near the door. The breakfast buffet that came with our room was good but not great. Certainly a step up from the Holiday Inn variety but for the $21 charge without coupon, no way is it worth that. Our server Shelly was very nice both mornings we ate here. If we didn't have the coupon though we would have gone elsewhere. Overall it was a decent stay but probably won't be back.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay. Check in was quick. I have no complaints and would stay here again if needed. I'm taking 2 stars off for 2 reasons: 1. The lighting in the parking lot is not very good. There are lights around the grounds but they are not bright enough and there are many dark areas. I didn't have an issue coming back to the hotel at night, but walking alone made me a little nervous. 2. Came back around midnight and the parking lot was full. I didnt want to park in valet spot since they have a garage. However, the card scanner was not working so I parked in the little lot at the entrance and literally had to walk around the building in the dark since the back door scanners weren't working.

I ordered from the bar and not only was the bartender rude, there were no prices. I ordered a simple bottle of cider and a shot of vodka and somehow my bill came to $30. Buddy, I did not have that money to spend on alcohol like that. For the love of God, put prices on your menus. I should not have tipped the bartender either, because he was not nice one bit. Definitely will never go back. The hotel itself had only one working elevator so I had to take the stairs to get to the top floor.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Super comfortable bed, with a nice size desk and well laid out bathroom. The in hotel restaurant was incredible and the breakfast buffet is amazing! There is also a covered parking garage so you can avoid Denver's crazy weather patterns lol! Price was also very good! I highly recommend this location!

This was a beautiful hotel with a great view! All the amenities you could need and for the most part, the service was wonderful! Our only downside was housekeeping. We weren’t fond that you had to request for your room to be cleaned daily, that should’ve just been expected. We forgot to ask one of the mornings and it wasn’t cool coming back to unmade beds and no towels to shower. Other than that though, everything was splendid!

Very clean, upscale hotel. All interaction with the staff was pleasant. Did not use many of the amenities but we did check & they looked nice. Room service on a Friday morning was quick & food was delicious.

We stayed on August 15 and the stay went well. The hotel is in a good location, especially if you’re visiting on business, and is close to the airport (as close as anything could be to the Denver Airport…), shops & dining options, offices, etc. The guys that manage the free shuttle service and the gentleman that brought up our room service deserve five stars. I wouldn’t typically have high expectations for room service food, but I was happily surprised. The food wasn’t bad at all and everything was wrapped up well. They provided us with real silverware, real glasses with ice, and real salt & pepper shakers. We also had a mini fridge in our room which is a plus. The only critique, like another poster mentioned, is that we also discovered dried blood on our sheets, but housekeeping was responsive and came up to change them right after we called.

The Hotel was beautiful, clean and so relaxing. They helped fill a special request from my husband for our Anniversary. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Not just cereals and yogurt. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, fresh fruit and yogurt parfaits it was super delicious. I hope to go back soon would definitely recommend.

Front desk was very accommodating. I had a very scary moment. My autistic daughter left the room and some how ended up by the pool. Guests really let her on the elevator and keyed her in the pool. The hotel staff was amazing and helped. Breakfast is amazing and free.

I had to stay a night at a hotel due to my apartment fixing some pipes. Ended up picking this place due to the location and I was pleasantly surprised. Lobby staff was very welcoming, the bartender at the restaurant (I think his name was Adam) provided wonderful service. Breakfast ended up getting comped due to a delay, the server ran the entire breakfast and was crushing it. Great stay, totally recommend.

My experience from the beginning was not ideal. When attempting to check in at 4pm, my room was not available. We had to change in the public restroom and find something to do or wait around. There was no estimated time when the room would be ready. The staff was not ready friendly either. One night I contacted the front desk for plastic silverware, I was told housekeeping would come by. Nevertheless, housekeeping never came to my room with anything. The person over the phone basically told me to come to the main floor to retrieve it. After departing, two days later I was charged for the room again because of a systematic error. It took me calling at least 5 times to get it resolved. My overall experience: I would choose somewhere else to stay if I return to Denver.

Good experience. Its clear they've updated parts of hotel and not others. Lobby, gym, and meeting areas are beautiful. The bathroom in our room felt dated as well as the pool. Enjoyed the sauna greatly. Breakfast was just a fancied up standard hotel breakfast buffet.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it. The stay was great! The location was a perfect spot in Denver that had many great restaurants around and was a short drive to other fun parts of Denver. Staff were so friendly and helpful with every interaction. Chelsea, a bartender went out of her way to provide great service and tell us the best spots around for the next part of our trip. It was our honeymoon & Chelsea’s tips helped make it even more special!

I stayed here for 3 nights. The check-in process was super quick and the staff are all nice. However there are a few things. 1. There was DRIED BLOOD on our sheets. Neither of us had any open wounds or scratches (we checked head to foot). 2. The breakfast we bought with the stay was very mediocre. The first morning the only thing for us to eat was some strips of bacon and not so great potatoes. Everything else was already gone, and there was still over an hour and a half left for breakfast! The rooms are nothing great, it is a very basic room with a really big window, with a building for your view… not really $900 worth in my opinion. It was not terrible, but I won’t be staying in it again.

We had a really wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire space was well appointed and clean. The pool and sauna area was perfect (but the hall is a little chilly after a sauna). The restaurant/bar on site was super. All service and food was great! So friendly! There was a connection among staff, the morale seemed good. The location was just right for everywhere we wanted to go and everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again if we return to Denver.

From beginning to end this hotel was a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and in great moods, the hotel was clean and beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was immaculate! I absolutely loved and enjoyed every minute staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located by the city within a 20 minute drive to my destination, but far enough where I felt completely safe. The King Room was spacious with a desk, a couch, a table, and tons of windows. The bed was super comfortable and spacious, and felt really clean. There was a beautiful wedding taking place here at the time, and it was nice to see the decor and hear the music. I would definitely stay here again next time I have to make the trip!

Stopped here on the last leg of a 4100 mile trip with my wife for our anniversary. We got the honeymoon package. They do not set it up in the room unless you call ahead and ask. Otherwise the package comes about an hour after checkout. I set up ours myself and it was still delightful. Views are nice but only of the office buildings near by. Pool was heated but slightly on the colder side bimut we had fun swimming. No free breakfast 😢 and the breakfast buffet is 18 per person. We aren't fancy people but we aren't poor either but 18 for breakfast is steep. We went to the gym which was very nice. Until a couple came in with their 5 daughters and used the workout area as a playground. They could have been hurt playing around like that but we told staff and they handled it.

I booked my first experience room with Hyatt and purchased a romantic package. I called the hotel and spoke with a representative to ensure the package was available and would be ready for my room by check-in. I advised the representative that I am driving up from Pueblo (2h away). I purchased the romance package to SURPRISE my husband. Which ultimately ended up being a major failure. At check-in the front desk associate proceeded to tell me parking was $15.00, this immediately raised red flags for me, because within the package it states parking is free, with my husband being behind me, the last thing I wanted to do was mention the package I purchased. However, once the associate expressed "parking is only free with packages and you have no package on your account", I immediately understood the cover was blown. I hesitated to mention I purchased a package sine I did not want my husband knowing what was included, that's when another employee came up and started mentioning everything included in the package out loud, where my husband heard everything. They even told us we may not expect the items to our room until the next morning due to how busy it was. Luckily it was delivered to our room that night, so I do appreciate the employee who made it happen in a rush. As furious as I was that this surprise was blown, I kept my cool, as this had to be some sort of technology error for it not showing to begin with. However, this experience assured me I will never purchase a package through Hyatt again since it can hinder any surprise someone is trying to have. Being my first time at a Hyatt I do not see myself returning. Very disappointing for the amount of money I spent for this upgraded experience. No resolution was offered.

Not sure what qualifies the hotel as 4 stars. The bar is a bit over priced; although, the food is good. The rooms are a bit dated. A/C didn't really feel like it was pushing any cool air out. Sound deadening within the rooms was practically non existent. The mirror in the bathroom makes a screeching noise when powered on. The tubs spout was disconnected from the wall... Really it was nothing special and the room was one of the lesser impressive rooms I have stayed in... I.e. Just finished a stay in a local 2 star hotel, and it blew this room out of the park... Let me tell you where this Hotel did shine though... Jonathan Abbot. The guy is charismatic, personable, super helpful, smiley, cheerful, and was awesome to work with. All the way around - damn good people. Had I been in a position to, I would have attempted to recruit him on the spot. One of the rare and far few between people that leave an impression. For that alone, I gave 4 stars over the 2 I felt the facilities kind have deserved... With that said, thank you Jonathan for the tremendous experience.

My company hosts many important events here and the staff does a tremendous job of accommodating all of our needs no matter how big or small. I can’t tell you how many times our admin team brags about the level of service. We host very important presentations here for guests that are looking into buying our franchise. We also do our national trainings here and the facilities are always reliable with many state of the art options. The breakfast is always enjoyable and we like the private room that is provided to our team for more intimate hosting. We’ve tried several very well known accommodations in the DTC area and this hotel won and continues to win our business for the reasons listed above and more. Clearly, we are huge advocates mainly because they have delivered time and time again over the past two years plus. World class service. You won’t be disappointed. My team that flies in from out of town loves the rooms. It’s become like a second home while their on the road.

Phenomenal. Very accommodating. The hotel was incredibly beautiful with a very clean location and some gorgeous views. The architect of this place, did not slack off! I purchased the romance package which included: a King bed, high floor, view of the mountains, a cold bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, parking, breakfast and a late check-out. We got there a little late as our flight was delayed. So, the kitchen wasn't able to accommodate the chocolate covered strawberries- but, the front desk made sure we did receive a piece of chocolate cake and some strawberries along side! Also, we didn't receive a view of the mountains. When I let the front desk know at check out, they sincerely apologized and took a small amount off my bill! How nice and unexpected!!! The breakfast buffet was very good! Lots of yummy foods and drinks to choose from. I highly recommend this Hyatt Regency location.

I stayed at Hyatt regency DTC Colorado Dec 31 to middle of March 2022 and wanted to comment on the front desk staff and the maintenance guys they were awesome !! Very helpful and attentive to all my needs. The front desk folks Were very helpful and they deserve a raise. I could not have asked for a better bunch of guy gals; they got to know my name and always made sure I was taken care of even with small things 100% recommend this hotel if in the Denver Tech are of Colorado John M

THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE ROOM EVER!!! The bed was sky-high, we are tall and yet this was ridiculous. The beds were so soft that our backs ached horribly! The toilet was super low and great for a little person. The room was fairly small which did not help either! The front entrance on both sides reeked of smoke, so this non-smoker who is allergic to tobacco smoke could only enter the hotel by holding my breath. The elevators are slower than snails. On the good side - I found the place very clean which is important and the staff was very nice and responsive.

Stayed here for a few weeks. It’s pretty nice. Breakfast buffet is good. Their gym and pool are pretty nice. Sauna off the mens or women’s restrooms is a nice touch. Especially if you’re sore or want to warm up. The room was good. I wish there was better ventilation in the room to bring in fresh air. I think they used to have a fan in the bathroom but that was changed when it looks like they did some bathroom remodel. I did have to request housekeeping a few times. Clean hotel and a great spot in Denver Tech Center. The bus route is just a quick walk from the hotel. And the train isn’t too far of a walk either. Check in and checkout were easy and very professional.
