A
very
hip
&
trendy
hotel
in
a
hip
&
trendy
neighborhood.
The
decor
is
immaculate
and
having
reservation
access
to
Death
&
Co
with
the
hotel
stay
is
a
plus.
We
stayed
in
a
corner
king
and
I
added
on
the
spirited
package
as
a
little
surprise
for
my
husband’s
birthday.
Room
was
very
clean.
The
view
was
great
and
the
weather
was
nice
enough
to
open
the
windows
for
a
few
hours.
Bed
was
comfortable
and
linens
were
soft.
Hotel
staff
left
a
happy
birthday
note
and
a
small
bottle
of
champagne
for
my
husband
which
was
very
thoughtful
and
appreciated
on
their
part
for
check
in.
Thank
you!
Everything
after
that
was
kind
of
meh
and
a
little
frustrating,
to
be
honest.
The
room
was
just
a
bit
too
tight
for
my
liking
as
we
just
came
from
a
trip
up
to
Estes
and
had
a
few
large
bags.
There
are
no
luggage
racks
in
the
room
and
no
closets
so
we
just
piled
up
where
we
could
in
the
“hallway”
of
the
room
to
try
and
keep
the
room
more
esthetically
pleasing.
I
did
acknowledge
the
square
footage
upon
booking
but
it
just
felt
so
much
smaller
once
inside.
Bathroom
has
a
barn
door
and
no
ventilation
except
into
the
room.
Shower
door
vs
toilet
situation
was
a
bit
cramped
for
my
liking
as
well.
Had
to
ask
for
more
towels,
as
there
were
2
of
us
and
only
2
wash
cloths
were
given
and
I
didn’t
want
to
wash
my
face
with
the
same
one
as
my
body
(and
my
husband
needed
one
too).
I
didn’t
see
much
online
about
the
bathroom
before
booking.
Was
able
to
order
more
towels
on
the
in
room
iPad
and
they
came
up
in
a
timely
manner.
We
found
free
street
parking
but
the
desk
person
told
us
our
car
would
get
broken
into,
so
we
paid
for
valet.
After
coming
back
from
dinner
and
drinks
we
saw
that
the
iPad
in
the
room
died
and
once
restarted
the
link
to
the
room
and
my
name
stopped
working
so
we
couldn’t
use
any
hotel
functions
this
way,
including
retrieving
our
car
this
way,
as
intended
the
next
morning.
Also,
we
couldn’t
order
room
service
coffee
either
due
to
broken
iPad
issue.
There
were
no
phones
to
call
down,
only
the
iPad
and
at
the
time
we
came
in
from
drinks
downstairs,
I
was
already
undressed
and
just
simply
didn’t
want
to
go
back
down
so
I
emailed
from
my
phone
to
customer
service
hoping
for
a
reset,
but
no
such
luck.
It
was
1am
and
I
didn’t
have
high
hopes
for
a
response
but
still
a
bummer
we
couldn’t
use
the
iPad
when
we
woke
up
to
order
to
the
room
or
for
check
out
and
valet.
I
told
the
desk
person
at
checkout
about
the
iPad
and
she
just
said
“yeah,
that
happens
sometimes”.
After
leaving
and
getting
the
email
receipt
I
also
saw
I
was
charged
for
a
drink
from
the
fridge
that
I
did
not
consume
but
after
the
iPad,
the
valet
and
the
all
around
disappointment
in
the
lack
of
amenities,
lack
of
response
to
my
email
and
tight
room
I
admittedly
didn’t
try
to
fight
the
charge.
All
in
all,
the
hotel
is
cute,
Death
&
Co
is
fantastic,
the
rooms
are
clean
and
very
instagram
friendly
and
it’s
probably
worth
staying
at
least
once.
However,
for
the
price
there
are
almost
zero
amenities
aside
from
looks
and
a
very
small
mason
jar
of
coffee
grounds
for
a
morning
French
press.
Paying
for
luxury,
esthetics
and
experience
is
fine
but
all
I
felt
was
frustration
for
my
stay
with
a
few
cute
photos
and
a
hefty
price
tag
at
the
end.
