Loved the location and that’s about it. Our room was not cleaned very well and there were glass stains on the nightstand, something on the headboard (don’t want to know what), hairs in the bathroom and on the sheets and didn’t have a newly renovated feel. The location is awesome for walking around Cherry Creek which is why I’m giving 3 stars. The in house restaurant had great breakfast but slow service. Won’t stay here again due to cleanliness.

Marriott hotels are okay. They aren’t bad but they aren’t really good. This hotel looks beautiful. It truly does look stunning and the views are phenomenal! There is so much to do in walking distance from excellent food to great shopping. The lobby was fun and inviting and the staff was nice. Our room was a basic king size bed with a Mountain View. It is larger than a standard hotel room. The couch and desk were nice touches and I loved that the tub and shower were separate. The tub is great for soaking because it’s nice and deep and the sink is very pretty. The shower was glorious… until I realized the bottom wouldn’t drain!! I was ankle deep in water by the time I was done showering, which wasn’t long because the shower was filling with water, and I was afraid it was going to leak. The robe and slippers were a nice touch though. The room looked lovely but upon closer inspection showed weird stains and leak stains all over. I also loved being able to order breakfast for the morning the night before. It arrived right on time and my girls were in awe! The food was okay. My husband said the English muffins were super yummy and the potatoes were good but the eggs were way over cooked and we never got coffee we paid for. We even called down multiple times for it. I did like the mini jelly jars and salt and peppers so we could all season our food accordingly and it was rolled in not on a cart but on a table! It looked like a cart but opened up to a table so we used the couch, bed, and office chair for breakfast. It definitely was way more expensive than it should have been. It seems everything with Marriott is beautiful and nice on first sight but has some not so great flaws. So this hotel is nice but not exactly worth the price.

Good experience for the most part. Shortly after checking , another couple was checked into our room ( to all of our surprise). When there was a cancelled guacamole event, they brought us wonderful guacamole and chips.. A couple of days later , we brought our daughters but the chips were stale and the staff acted very cold when told about it. nice room and convenient location .

The hotel location, amenities, design and cleanliness are five out of five. What makes this prestige are the staff that go above and beyond. Thankful shout-outs to front desk staff Bill and _name?_(she retired from being an attorney) who both consistently go above and beyond to make myself, travel companions and employees (when we hold meetings in the conference rooms) feel very important and taken care of.

Great option if you want to stay in Cherry Creek. Very reasonable hotel price which unfortunately you don’t get anymore in a good location. It’s clean, rooms are good size. Service is good. Location is ideal.

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Clio last night but our trip was cut short due to a power outage in the area. I have a medical issue that requires electricity, so when I needed to cancel the second night of my reservation the staff was most gracious in offering a refund given the unique circumstance. The Clio team is top notch and everyone there is committed to guest satisfaction. We even had a server go out of her way to serve us outside of the bar area since my daughter is a minor. The server could tell I was flustered and took care of us, recommended an amazing mocktail for my daughter and turned a stressful start to our evening into an evening to remember for my daughter and I. Highly recommend.

Extremely beautiful hotel located in a beautiful area of the city. The front office staff was great. My complaint is with room service personnel. The room we stayed in was never cleaned once and not one time did they replace used face towels with clean ones or change our bed linen. The bathroom also was never cleaned. Extremely disappointing, they entered the room and made the bed and left.

It was a staycation for us, but we had a wonderful time staying at the Clio. The staff was so kind and generous with little touches of hospitality all along the way. If you’d like a great quick stay in an elevated environment, this was a great choice for being able walk to dinner, drinks, and great breakfast. We loved the spaces and hospitality of the whole experience.

Had a conference at this location. Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and amazing food. Our only issue was the temperature of the banquet and reception spaces. It was FREEZING for the whole conference and no matter how many times was brought it up, they said they were making it warmer and it never happened. This ended up really effecting the success of the meetings. Otherwise, everything was spectacular. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was in good proximity to downtown Denver attractions. The first night we met Bill from Texas at the front desk. He was friendly accommodating, and full of good recommendations around town. Eddie the valet was very sweet and professional. The best valet we have had.

This is a gorgeous hotel and truly luxurious! I stayed here for a work meeting and the service I encountered from every area was extremely attentive. The food we had for our day-and-a-half conference was delicious and fresh.

This was my first time staying at the Clio. I had many friends tell me it was good, and it is a Marriott luxury collection so that made things sound better. I had happen to win tickets for two nights at the hotel but had been planning prior and got the presidential suite! A great and very spacious room with good views of Denver and new technology, a big living space, two bathrooms and a nice dining table. (Not that everyone will get this room but if you do happen to have it for a few nights here you go.) however, when I first entered the room it was almost as if someone was in it not to long ago. Dirty floors, cups and mugs on tables, old laundry in the closets, left over trash on the floor and on the bed. I would have expected more since this was a luxury collection Marriott and I have stayed at multiple of these hotels in the chain with no problems but not only that, this was a PRESIDENTIAL SUITE! I expected better for the cleanliness part, and would like this to be talked over with the cleaning crew.. but besides that the overall atmosphere and location of this hotel are phenomenal. The toro restaurant in the lobby has great food. Would definitely come again, just would like for the cleanliness issue to be talked over on how to meet high standards for a hotel like this.

We live in Denver, but decided to stay at the Hotel Clio to celebrate our wedding anniversary the location, one block away from the cherry creek mall couldn’t be better. It was an amazing experience, the hotel has been newly renovated, with a beautiful and fun Front Desk, and spacious rooms with so many top notch amenities. Every single employee at the hotel also gives you the best service. We were upgraded to a Mountain View room and the view was absolutely beautiful, we were sent a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary which made our celebration even more special, we could not have asked for more. Toro has delicious Latin fusion food, and the servers are the nicest.

The finest hotel in all of Denver! I've stayed at every 5-star hotel in Denver and every nicer hotel in Cherry creek too and nothing will compare to Hotel Clio! From the moment you arrive, the service is nothing but exceptional, even throughout the day the staff is greeting you and asking how your stay is going. Special shoutout to the concierge, he was always chatting with us and making sure our stay was incredible. The valet team was incredibly attentive as well, they had two people working at any time and each person opened the car door for me and my mother. I will genuinely never stay at another hotel in Denver ever again!! Very well done team!!

I visited hotel Clio for a 2 day business meeting. The meeting room was clean and always stocked with snacks & beverages. The staff was friendly & attentive. They were also very flexible and accommodating with our buffet lunch when the meeting was running longer than expected. 10/10 would recommend as well as renting the private dining room in the hotel restaurant, Toro!

I recently stayed at Hotel Clio and was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The hotel was immaculate and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The furniture in the room was also upscale and added to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was well-appointed with high-quality amenities. However, I did find that the room size was smaller than I had anticipated. While it was cozy and well-designed, it may not be the best option for those who require a lot of space or who are traveling with larger groups. Despite the smaller size, the hotel offered plenty of amenities and services to make up for it. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the Cherry Creek neighborhood. Overall, if you're looking for a clean and luxurious stay in Denver, Hotel Clio is a great option. Just keep in mind that the room size may be on the smaller side, but it's definitely worth it for the upscale furnishings and attentive service.

Extremely well manicured hotel, for both business and pleasure. Bar has a friendly approachable vibe, and helpful bartenders. Rooms are high-end with great soaps and amenities, and turn-down service is a welcome sight. Gym is a well thought-out space, and lobby is nice to just relax in! We’ve stayed several times, even through its transition from a JW, and will co tiniest to stay!

This is a lovely and elegant hotel. It is not very big and has a boutique feeling to it. Cherry Creek is a wonderful part of Denver. It is bustling with shopping and food. Hotel Clio is part of the scene. In the evening the hotel lobby is lively and fun and has a really nice vibe to it. Our hotel room is elegant and nicely appointed. We had a small issue with our bedding when we arrived and housekeeping was quick and responsive . Overall the hotel is well staffed and the staff are welcoming and pleasant. We have a eaten at many of the area restaurants and the hotel’s restaurant Toro is one of the best in the area.

Platinum member : Horrible customer service! Only stayed for less than 12 hours to be closer to the airport after spending a week in Vail at a friends home .The stay started out bad, took 3 attempts to get my room key to work 😒. Finally got in the room and the AC wasn’t working. Didn’t purchase anything at the hotel so I was upset when they made bogus charges on my credit card and are refusing to provide a refund. The charges were submitted 9 days after my stay. Very disappointed with the Hotel and will never stay there again.

We have been staying at the JW Marriott/now Hotel Clio for the last 10 years. Always loved everything about it! Then on our last trip in Summer 2022, it became Hotel Clio. The lobby has definitely been glamorized, and we love Toro, the latin restaurant that has been in the hotel for several years! The service is still wonderful! However the rooms were NOT upgraded, in fact I would say they were downgraded!!! They got rid of the coffee table. Instead there is a small round table in the room that is impossible for 2 people to use if you order room service. But the WORST is the mattress!!! Instead of the very comfortable mattress we slept on when it was the JW (we were actually considering buying one through their catalog), the new mattress is ROCK HARD!!! Sleeping was so uncomfortable on this new mattress, that unfortunately, we will have to book a different hotel for our next Denver trip.

We had booked a room for a wedding and after the wedding, made our way to the hotel. I had left my ID in another vehicle across town and they would not accommodate us. I happened to have a photo of my ID on my phone and though it looked suspiciously like me, was unacceptable because it was not in the government app. As if we were random people off the streets trying to take someone else’s reservation at midnight- fairly absurd. Maybe it does happen but I feel the staff was rude and not accommodating at all. We had to cancel the reservation and book a new one under my fiancés name. A huge inconvenience and huge downer for the reminder of the stay. The room was fine- guest services, not so much.

My company hosted a dinner on their deck. The food was delicious, staff was polite and sociable. Wonderful vibe for an after work get together. Planning was a bit choppy, but it worked out in the end.

Cool, hip, new hotel in Cherry Creek. Unfortunately, they are renowned for weddings. As luck would have it, our Saturday night stay was one of those wedding events. Busses blocked the road. Literally, we couldn't get to the hotel and had to park a block away. Everything in the hotel was overwhelmed by the wedding event.

Hotel Clio in Cherry Creek has mastered luxury that still feels welcoming. From the valet to the front desk we where greeted with a smile. The rooms are luxurious with great mountain views! This hotel is in a prime location within walking distance for shopping and restaurants. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to the Denver area.

Amazing service!! This hotel is in a great location and has really nice rooms. But the service is what makes it stand out for me. Oh, and the food from room service was also really really good.

Nice rooms, overall good stay, some construction noise during the day. A few minutes from a large mall for all your shopping needs. Cherry creek is a lovely neighbourhood to walk around and discover

The hotel is really great. And very friendly staff for providing us some recommendations. We enjoyed when we stay there. There are only two problems we encountered. 1. The mattress is sagging in our room. I'm not sure whether all of the rooms are the same. but it's not feel good when sleep specific on this kind of luxury collection hotel. 2. a little bit disappoint on the service for TORO restaurant. I schedule a in-room togo breakfast for our early flight. But they don't have any call or deliver to our room. Until I went to restaurant then they gave the meal in person. But they still charged me the guarantee service fee 18%. PS: hopefully they can bring the lounge back...

The recent refresh and change to Clio was executed well. Lobby was redone, rooms are clean, towels were awesome, and rooms service was great. Had a disappointing time at the restaurant and walked out after being left unattended for nearly 25 minutes. Went back to my room, ordered room service and had it in 15 minutes. So the kitchen wasn't the issue. The rest of my stay was excellent.

We are celebrating our wedding anniversary here this weekend & staying 2 nights. Our room had a damaged bathtub with a hole in it. I really wanted to take a bubble bath because I cannot take one at home. My tub at home is just too small for me to take a comfortable bath so baths are something I look forward to on vacay. The staff was helpful when my husband brought up the issue & moved us to another room. Unfortunately the second tub was damaged as well. I am sadly left with no bubble bath & disappointed but we do love the location of this hotel and the beds are very comfortable so it’s not a train wreck. I would just say that improvement is needed here.

Very welcoming, friendly staff. Ex: offered us umbrellas when they saw he didn't have them when weather turned. Clean/modern looking hotel. Nice layout with patio & bar area. Room was very clean as well. Bed comfy. Workout area was nice. Would definitely stay there again!
