Just checked in. Place is great and we’ve stayed here multiple time. It goes from a 5 star to a 2 star review for charging choosing to charge $12 for parking in a regular hotel parking lot. It isn’t in a downtown area at all, is not covered, and non gated. No where on the site does it say there is a cost if you have a car. Instead the hotel should increase their rates by $12 a night. Maybe during my stay they’ll realize that it’s a poor idea to charge guests in this way and I can update my review. We stay her multiple times a year and have never been charged for this…We won’t stay here next time.

Great location. Hit a theme park then Dave & Busters which is just right up the road from this hotel. Rooms were clean. We did however book a deluxe suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa couch that turned into a double bed. At check in, they tried to book us in a king bed room. Showed reservation for a deluxe room with the 2 queens and a sofa couch. Gentleman at desk was a little irritated about me wanted what I booked ahead of time. When we entered our room, we had the 2 queen but only a tiny little chair as opposed to the sofa couch. We made it work tho. Overall was a good hotel. Has a coffee shop and a bar located downstairs. A pool and a hot tub.

We found bed bugs in our room. The hotel took zero responsibility. Showed them the bed bugs, and they acted like it was no big deal. They didn’t quarantine off the room to clean it just said “oh well we will look into it”. They originally didn’t refund the room and it was like pulling teeth just to get that refunded. They didn’t do anything to assist with us having been in contact with bed bugs. Didn’t offer to help clean our clothes or to get new clothes so we could get back to the hospital (family emergency they were aware of). They acted like it was totally fine. Took over a week to even speak to anyone with authority. Spoke to the assistant GM, Kevin Smith, who right off the bat asked “why they should do anything to help us because we posted negative reviews online”. We had to use negative reviews to even get them to talk to us. I’d happily adjust the review if they assisted us in literally anyway. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. Stay far away. We booked this hotel due to a family emergency with someone in the ICU and they made the experience so much worse. 0 stars. They lack any sort of empathy and took no responsibility for keeping their own rooms clean.

The bartender, server (Cameron and Chloe?) and maintenance man are amazing. That's all I can say about this place, and I've been a Marriott member for decades. The amenities are non existent. While it does have a very decent bar/restaurant, it doesn't open until four, and the kiosk closes at a ridiculously early hour(9/10am), leaving you with a sad selection of food options in the snack area. You have to venture out to Loaf and Jug for milk or juice. The door had no security latch and the gap at the bottom was well over an inch, which gave it an unsettling vibe and made it necessary to use the flight attendant's hack. Front desk was very put out if you asked for anything (like how to get the CC turned on) and when they did send maintenance (who turned it on in about two minutes) it was two days and numerous calls to the front desk later. And yes, I did Google the tutorials before I asked for help, because none of the usual methods were working. The place was very clean, so there is that. They also have a pool. I would 100% recommend going across the street to the Hyatt, which is all around amazing, very accommodating, wonderful front desk staff, has in room fridges, and helped me sort the CC in minutes.

My stay here was amazing. Room were really well kept and vary well cleaned. Vary nice lobby, with fresh, hot coffee, also ice water with slices of lemon that I never once seen without ice ,or non-fresh looking lemons in it! The rooms were vary nice . I had a super comfortable bed that I didn't wake up once in tell my alarm went off, ( normally I toss and turn even in my own bed) so I had an amazing night's rest! The bathroom was vary large the water got vary hot vary fast and the water pressure was amazing! The shower head was adjustable. I put it on the massage setting and it hit the spot. Good thing I took my shower before bed because I was so relaxed afterwards that all I wanted was to lay down!!! I did check in kinda late and must say that the night audit that checked us in, she was absolutely AMAZING! Her name tag said her name was Autumn. She gave us suggestions as good places to eat that turned out to be the best steak I've ever had hands down! It got really busy with phone calls and other guests on her and she kept going with a smile and a awesome since of humor! If I wasn't such a chicken I would have actually like to ask her on a date but I'm to shy foe that.

I truly wish I could give 0 stars. I have stayed at this place many times and will never come back. We requested another room due to the bed sheets still being wet for some reason… that was accommodated well. However, I accidentally left a few things in the room and respectfully asked to go back in as I left my wallet, passport, and ID in there. The front desk lady (can’t remember her name) said she already checked and it wasn’t in there. I then respectfully asked to check myself as I’m pretty it’s in the closet on the top, she then declined my request so I had to contact Denver PD and file a theft report. I am not from Denver nor do I live in this state. I needed that to be able to fly. The front desk lady escalated the situation for absolutely no reason and once I was able to ask a different front desk clerk to check room 605 she had absolutely no problem with it at all and what do you know? It was in there as well as some other things that were accidentally left on. She decided to allow control and ego to ruin what could have been wonderful 5 star review as well as good business as I travel to Denver frequently. I will also make sure to tell everyone coming to Denver about this experience and stay far away from this place. There’s more to this story but I’ll save that for Corporate. 0 stars

Hotel is very nice but for the price, they could have at least had a continental breakfast. Large comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Great pool and jacuzzi and work out area. There is a bar and lounge along with an outside patio area. Plenty of parking and dog friendly.

Rooms need to be updated. Gross ring in the sink. The shower won't stay hot. Had breakfast in the bistro. Asked for over hard eggs but they were over-easy. They forgot my bacon. Tomatoes had some kind of dressing on them. Served in a box of all things! Courtyard breakfast used to be so good!

I stayed there for one night from out of state to attend a concert. I woke up in the morning to bed bugs in the shower. Maintenance quickly confirmed live bed bugs. I got two rooms, conjoined. I was refunded for only one despite being kicked out 4 hours priors to check out without the option of another room as they claimed to be full. I am left without being able to shower, having to wait until 11 am to check into another hotel just to use amenities. Tom the maintenance man had confirmed incidents with bed bugs prior to this and when confronted- the front desk would not refund the second room. Additionally, our car was broken into and stolen from the front parking spot and moved to the end of the hotel property. I wish the GM Ashley would have been less in denial, but instead argued there was nothing they could do. I will now have to take 3 children to the ER to get checked for bed bugs. Worse experience I have ever had in a reputable establishment.

We had a great experience with the Courtyard Marriott. We hosted several small events (40 people) in their event space and it was perfect! The staff are incredible, helpful, and deliver a high level of customer service. It's a great space, great location, and we look forward to partnering with them in the future.

Room and staff are great, so I feel terrible to do this. But my vehicle was broken into in the parking lot overnight. This is clearly an issue as there are signs all over the lot indicating the hotel is not responsible for items stolen from vehicles, etc. Reached out to management staff to share this and received only automated emails asking for me to share feedback, etc. Well, here it is. Will never stay at this location again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful! Location is fine, definitely need a vehicle to get to anything worth visiting. The rooms are large, and are up to date with amenities including USB-C ports to charge devices. The shower in the bathroom is nice and large, though the sliding glass doors were installed at an angle so they kept trying to open. Overall, a good place to stay.

Made reservation as a University of Denver parent. Reservation was inadvertently cancelled, called immediately to have it reinstated and the rate was increased from the previous rate. I was told to call the hotel directly and they would override it, which I did, but told there was nothing they could do. Loyal customer no longer-terrible customer service.

Had to stop during a snow storm and I’m glad I chose this place. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The lobby is warm and inviting. I spent some time there watching TV with the kids waiting out the weather. The Starbucks & cafe have yummy food and drinks. The room was lovely. Highly recommend.

Was nice and neat. The swimming pool was great. The hot tub was not that hot. Long hallways to get to your room. Overall a friendly staff and good people.

Great spot for our stay in Denver. Everyone was friendly and we especially loved Patsy who served us in the Bistro. Good food too. Ate dinner there twice. Chose a mountain view room and it was lovely. We walked to the light rail on a nice day to go to downtown.

    - check in took over two hours from arrival to getting into my room - credit card authorization was not applied to the reservation and was sent to the AGM personally - incorrect credit card was charged on arrival - only one computer had a working key machine but they had two lines of check ins - keys provided didn’t work on the room - horrible breakfast and was served cold but the server was fantastic - Platinum benefits not honored - one week and four emails later and our restaurant charges have not been adjusted. - received attitude from the FD Supervisor upon paying because I requested her lookup our room by name, not room number - even when I said it was for safety reasons. - The least friendly and most incompetent AGM I’ve ever encountered. - left an iPhone charger and emailed from the airport - emailed the AGM upon departure, he promised to follow up. Never heard back. A friend went the following weekend to pick it up, was given the wrong charger (USB vs C; generic brand vs Apple) For a quick girls weekend away this was the most unpleasant hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’d never recommend them. The location is centrally located, rooms are very small. The front desk agent with the long curly hair, bartenders, Starbucks server and Renee were excellent!!! The WORST Marriott leadership I’ve ever encountered.

Hotel was nice, however had a bad experience with the Supervisor Maylee Stewart. She was very rude and lacked empathy when hotel checked us into a room that already had guests staying in the room they gave us. Maylee escalated the situation by continuing to agrue back and forth with us about the mix up with giving our reservation to different guests. Not once did Supervisor Maylee apologize and she let her ego and attitude get the best of her. After a long day of traveling with an infant this is not the experience we expect from the Marriott. Bad representation on Marriott and Maylee Stewart. After this stay we won’t be coming back and don’t recommend it to future guests.

Decent enough. Mystery hairs in the sheet and stuck to the ceilings. Location met our needs. Easy access to the freeway. Nice view facing west. No drama to speak of.

The hotel was very nice and had a great bar and Starbucks in the lobby. The room was large and the bathroom/room was clean, but the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable. It felt like an older spring mattress so I struggled to sleep during our stay. The location is alright, 15-20 min from most things in downtown and RiNO, but the price is worth the drive since staying closer is double to triple the cost.

Really wish it was possible to get a hotel room that was well put together. This place isn't any worse than other hotels of the same class, but it's just unpleasant to shower in a bathroom with dirty grout on the floors, copious amounts of caulk in every joint, and peeling and scratched wallpaper. It is what it is, and I don't think there are better options for the price, but someday I'd like to find a hotel that doesn't feel like it's run by a slum lord

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! We had a great experience with the Courtyard Marriott. We hosted several small events (40 people) in their event space and it was perfect! Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel are very rude and unprofessional. We have stayed at this hotel two times before and have never had any problems with this hotel or their staff until today. When arriving, we noticed that the whole reception area as well as the elevator area smelt like mildew and noticed that water was leaking from above us. On top of that, the women at reception/ the front desk was very rude and didn’t care to look up from her computer to acknowledge us at all, she spoke to us in a very rude tone and didn’t accommodate us or help us get into the rooms we paid for/reserved. As returning customers, we were excited to arrive and expected more as paying customers, but instead we got the worst customer service possible. The manager (K.S), whose full name I won’t mention, was very unprofessional as well. He didn’t take the time to take us into his office or into a private area to hear out our concerns nor did he seem to care that he was rude and speaking condescending towards not only us but in front of other paying customers as well. Overall, not a good look on their part. Like I said, other employees that we’ve dealt with during previous stays were very lovely. However those two workers should really learn how to act in a professional/ working environment, especially towards paying customers. We gladly took our business else where and so should you, there are other great hotels in the area.

This hotel is great. Except of course when the staff is not trained properly and they run your card 3 times and then get upset at you when you call to have this sorted out, as if it were your idea to overcharge / over pay for a room. During the winter I’d suggest not the first 3 floors. The rooms are just freezing. The rest of the hotel is great. Location, amenities, house keeping, all great. Trained staff- great. Untrained staff- not great.

What great service! We were greeted with huge smiles and really nicely welcomed for our stay. The breakfast buffet and service were excellent, and the omelet really tasty and filling. The pool was nice so was the lobby. I look forward to staying here again on a future trip and highly recommend it!

This was a fine hotel. Rooms were clean. Nice furnishings. Love that they have a pool and a small hot tub. The hot tub was pretty small and could’ve used a cleaning. They had a gym, bar, restaurant and small Starbucks. No breakfast. Didn’t really care for the layout of the hotel. The elevators are right in front of the bar so to go to the pool or in and out of the hotel you walk in front of the bar/Starbucks. The Starbucks is tiny and was out of some products. The mini fridge in the room was also tiny but at least there was one. Small one cup coffee maker and microwave was there as well.

My family and I recently visited for my cousins graduation and had a fantastic stay. I just wanted to say we loved the breakfast with a nice variety for choices of food and the service exceeded our expectations! Renee went out of her way to give us exceptional service and warm feeling of hospitality. We will be coming back next year and hope to have her service again :)

Marissa you were extremely helpful!! Thank you very much for all the help. I didn't stay here, because of third party issues I had, but the customer service was great, friendly and Marissa was the kindest. I recommend you stay here, but call Direct, do Not go through a third party. I will Never use a third party again. I keep my promises. I am just warning the rest of you!! Thanks for the hospitality even if I didn't get the chance to stay here. The help is appreciated. Kindness goes a long way. I am glad that there are humans out in the world that are kind and helpful still.

Room was small and clustered. Was here for 3 days and no one came to clean my room at all. Keys barely could open the door, had to try 5 to 8 times before it could work. Prices sky rocketed during the 4th of July sale, that wouldn't be a problem if my stay was worth it. But it wasn't. Anyway, good customer service.

Our stay here was highlighted by the wonderful service we received. In particular the reception from Helen who was managing the front desk. She was working under duress. She was dealing with customers who were upset because their room was not ready upon check in. However these customers were at least 2 hours before scheduled check-in time. She managed her cool remarkably well. I also would like to commend the buffet staff for their professionalism, helpfulness, and courtesies. The buffet was delicious. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

We needed an emergency hotel room for the night due to some family issues. Courtyard staff was so understanding, helpful, and kind! The room was clean and well stocked with everything you may need during your stay. They are pet friendly and our 2 pomeranians loved it too! They have a Starbucks in the lobby with breakfast which had great options to choose from. I cannot express how much the staff here was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend if you need a place to stay while in Denver, you should consider staying here.

Wife moved daughter into Du. Had packages sent there ahead of time. When arriving everything was ready for her. They stayed once before on visit and wanted to stay again. Christian was a wonderful manager. Helpful with packages and even assisted them when slight issue with the power. All while taking my request from 1000+ miles away. Will definitely see them for years to come.

This is a nice hotel with really nice staff. I've stayed several times and the staff is top notch. Good location close to many areas of Denver. Parking should be included in the cost of the hotel, but many urban hotels charge for parking so... Only real downside is it has the tiniest bathroom sinks of any American hotel I've ever stayed at. There is virtually no room to set anything, even for just one person. The positives, however, definitely outweigh the negatives.

Here pretty much once a month because my office is right next door and I'm a remote worker for now but still come into the office when needed. Absolutely love this hotel. The bar is my favorite hotel bar I've visited. Patty, Aiden, and Cameron are some amazing people and I have never had a bad time. If you get one of them, enjoy! Plus the food is fantastic. The wings are 10/10

Really pretty good. Room was great. While service wasn't friendly, it was polite, competent, and efficient, which makes up for the deficiency. I thought the food at the restaurant was just okay, and maybe not worth what I paid. Good, convenient location and a good price for an event I'll probably attend yearly. I'll very likely be back to this hotel.

From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was so extremely friendly! In particular, Maritza, Dmitri & Christian went above & beyond to make my stay so enjoyable. Your company is lucky to have those 3!!!! I also loved that y’all are dog friendly so I could get my puppy fix while being away from mine. Thank you for a great stay!

I loved my stay here, I stayed for two nights and the location and service are great. Patty was very helpful at The Bistro downstairs and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay here again given a chance and recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the area. My only criticism would be that on my last morning there was a lot of loud carpet cleaning noise at 8:00 a.m. and the people upstairs were pretty loud too. Overall, I liked it a lot and I would gladly visit again.

Room is Spartan but comfortable. Had everything needed in the room though to be comfortable. Beddings could be improved upon. The service is excellent. The staff are courteous and willing to help. The gem are the staff. Will stay here again if I came back to Denver.

I chose this hotel because the location was exactly where we needed to be for what we wanted to do. And the price was right. I don't think I'll do that again. The room was small, the bathroom was tiny, and breakfast at the in-house Starbucks expensive. The website wasn't clear that there was NO complimentary breakfast. Next time, I'll spend a bit more and stay at a better hotel. Oh, I do need to say that the $12 a night parking fee was waived. Good thing. It was just a regular parking lot.

It's a quiet place. There isn't horrible traffic around and it's clean and comfy. When I sat outside I could hear birds chirping... despite being very much in the city. It has an in house Starbucks and restaurant. Which sounds fun but I'd rather have a classic buffet where I can grab a muffin and coffee myself.....but I didn't know I'd feel that way before so now I know. Not the hotels fault at all!! I chose Marriott because I have a friend who works in one and they enjoy it.

Stayed here when we had a family emergency. Staff was great and accommodated every need we had. The night front desk clerk was very professional while dealing with an unruly, rude guest. Truly top notch! Good location and clean rooms. Stop in for a drink they have a full cocktail bar. I will continue to stay here when in need. One less thing to worry about during a stressful time, Thank you.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down. Very comfortable hotel, great location, reasonably priced. Andrew at the front desk was extremely helpful when our third-party reservation was not in the computer. He made everything right and made us feel completely welcome. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had — beware the BED BUGS! I was there because my husband was transferred to the ICU and me and a family member woke up to a bed bug crawling across her bed in the morning. Naturally, we panicked and spent the better part of 5 hours bagging all of our belongings up and throwing things away, as well as walking to purchase all new clothes to wear for the day to see my husband in the hospital (because we didn’t want to drive and infect her car in clothes we’d worn in the room). Also, my family member took a picture of the bug and did her due diligence with searching online as well as sending the pic to two friends who had dealt with bed bugs years ago in Europe. Everything confirmed it was, in fact, a bed bug. It was a horrible ordeal on top of an already truly traumatic experience with my husband being in ICU. And your staff were appalling. No one took us seriously and we had to really push to even get garbage bags to be able to bag all our clothes up. We lost a lot of money because of this (throwing things away, clothes that were ruined from decontamination, paying someone to rid of our clothes or bed bugs once we go home, buying all new clothes the day of the incident), not to mention precious time lost where I should’ve been at the hospital with my husband that morning. It also caused extreme anxiety that I am still dealing with: anxiety and the stress of having to go through all of that on top of my husband being in the ICU. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and because of it I will NEVER stay at a Marriott again and will tell everyone I know about this. This was absolutely appalling and I am wildly disappointed in the lack of response and lack of consideration that was shown to us during this terrible ordeal. Marriott, you need to do much much better. Potential guests: avoid this place at all costs. It looks like this is not their first bed bug incident and they are not taking it seriously at all.

I found myself seeking shelter during a snowstorm and was fortunate to stumble upon this establishment. The staff here are remarkably accommodating and exude a friendly demeanor. The ambiance of the lobby is cozy and welcoming, providing a perfect spot to relax and watch TV with my children as we waited for the weather to clear. Both the Starbucks and the onsite cafe offer a delightful selection of food and beverages. Our room was charming and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
