Marriott
&
the
hotel
manager
responded
to
the
email
right
away
but
did
nothing
to
resolve
the
problem.
I
never
had
any
issues
with
Marriott
so
far
until
my
stay
at
Le
Meridien
in
Downtown
Denver,
CO.
The
front
desk
staff
should
be
knowledgeable
on
how
asking
for
extension
for
the
next
day
works,
instead
of
telling
guests
to
book
a
completely
new
reservation
just
to
stay
for
a
few
more
HOURS
esp
when
other
hotels
can
accommodate
that
or
temporarily
place
my
luggage
in
storage.
Too
bad
I
fell
for
it,
so
I
had
to
pay
another
day’s
worth
of
reservation
to
keep
my
luggage
in
a
room
that
I
didn’t
even
touch
the
next
day.
I
also
could
not
check
out
of
the
mobile
app
and
when
the
same
front
desk
person
checked
me
out
of
the
hotel
the
next
day,
she
told
me
they
HAD
to
wait
until
MIDNIGHT
to
check
me
out
and
the
hotel
bill
did
not
officially
check
me
out
of
the
room
until
past
2PM
PST
the
next
day.
She
would
have
known
that
I
should
have
only
been
prorated
for
the
extension
and
not
have
to
pay
a
full
night,
because
she
could
not
check
me
out
of
the
room
until
after
midnight.
If
I
would
have
known
that,
I
would
have
had
a
homeless
person
stay
in
that
room
until
check-out
time
the
next
day
since
it
was
paid
for
without
anyone
using
that
room.
There
are
too
many
hotel
options
to
have
one
give
me
issues
and
I
have
never
had
this
problem
with
other
Marriott
brands/hotels
and
definitely
not
the
other
competitor
brands
either,
so
I
am
disappointed
that
I
was
just
ignored
about
this
issue
and
that
I
was
misled
into
thinking
I
needed
to
book
another
night
for
a
room
that
I
only
used
as
storage
for
a
few
more
hours
after
my
initial
reservation.
I
will
definitely
never
stay
at
this
hotel
again.
The
basic
rooms
are
also
small,
so
it’s
perfect
for
storage
&
want
the
basic
options.
The
sink
area
looks
cute
but
they
don’t
have
enough
space
to
work
around
unlike
other
hotels.
The
food
portions
&
options
at
Corrine
are
small
too
and
have
limited/no
vegan
options.
The
rooftop
bar
is
great
but
most
of
it
is
covered
by
the
taller
Hyatt
hotel
across
the
street.
There
are
too
many
hotel
options
in
this
area,
so
now
I
know
to
avoid
this
one
next
time.
This
is
my
worst
experience
at
any
hotel
so
far
&
this
is
supposed
to
be
a
4-star
hotel.
I
have
received
better
customer
service,
better
rooms
&
amenities
at
other
places,
even
the
ones
not
considered
a
“4-star.”
