Room was decent, but needed more space for clothes. It would be fine for a one night stay, but if you are there for more or need room for dress attire and relaxed attire you are going to struggle here. Very little space to hang clothes. And only two very small drawers put things in. Basically you are going to need to live out of your suitcase. The room was relatively clean. The rooftop bar has nice views.

Marriott & the hotel manager responded to the email right away but did nothing to resolve the problem. I never had any issues with Marriott so far until my stay at Le Meridien in Downtown Denver, CO. The front desk staff should be knowledgeable on how asking for extension for the next day works, instead of telling guests to book a completely new reservation just to stay for a few more HOURS esp when other hotels can accommodate that or temporarily place my luggage in storage. Too bad I fell for it, so I had to pay another day’s worth of reservation to keep my luggage in a room that I didn’t even touch the next day. I also could not check out of the mobile app and when the same front desk person checked me out of the hotel the next day, she told me they HAD to wait until MIDNIGHT to check me out and the hotel bill did not officially check me out of the room until past 2PM PST the next day. She would have known that I should have only been prorated for the extension and not have to pay a full night, because she could not check me out of the room until after midnight. If I would have known that, I would have had a homeless person stay in that room until check-out time the next day since it was paid for without anyone using that room. There are too many hotel options to have one give me issues and I have never had this problem with other Marriott brands/hotels and definitely not the other competitor brands either, so I am disappointed that I was just ignored about this issue and that I was misled into thinking I needed to book another night for a room that I only used as storage for a few more hours after my initial reservation. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again. The basic rooms are also small, so it’s perfect for storage & want the basic options. The sink area looks cute but they don’t have enough space to work around unlike other hotels. The food portions & options at Corrine are small too and have limited/no vegan options. The rooftop bar is great but most of it is covered by the taller Hyatt hotel across the street. There are too many hotel options in this area, so now I know to avoid this one next time. This is my worst experience at any hotel so far & this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. I have received better customer service, better rooms & amenities at other places, even the ones not considered a “4-star.”

We enjoyed our experience at Le Meridien. It is a very nice hotel in a fun location in downtown Denver. It is a very convenient walk or drive to most places in Denver. The room was nice but a bit small for the rate. As other people have mentioned, there isn’t much of a separation between the bathroom and bedroom and the sink counter space is quite small. The lobby is very cozy and a fun place to hangout. There is also a rooftop bar to hang out in with a great view of the mountains. We used the valet which is pricey but there are many surface lots nearby which are cheaper. The valet was convenient, friendly, and easy to use.

Stayed here so celebrate my college graduation. Extremely hospitable staff and everyone was so friendly. Rooms are clean. Brandon & Kat were awesome & I really enjoyed my stay. Valet is also 24 hours which is really helpful if you want to do night life. Loved it. will definitely be staying here again 💓

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and LOVED it. The lobby is absolutely stunning. We ended our nights with drinks at the bar (photo below) and sitting on the cozy chairs around the fireplace. Our room was wonderful and kept clean. The front desk was very accommodating and brought anything we needed very quickly. The rooftop bar was amazing (photo below). They even had blankets for guests to use. I recommend you get there well before sunset, as it gets crowded around this time. This way, you can snag one of the couches.

The location is great, the hotel was clean and quiet. The staff maybe the best in the industry. The hotel GM was omnipresent and clearly led by example. The Front Desk managers, Brandon and Kat are the consummate professionals and driven to provide the best experience. Housekeeping was good and even the elevators were speedy. An excellent venue.

Utterly unimpressed. The rooms are tight and not designed for 2 people to comfortably stay. The rooms are clean, that’s about the extent of the pleasantries. Exposed to loud downtown Denver, there is no sleep to enjoy. The rooftop bar is overridden with loud, drunk non-guests and the wait was 45min+. The room covers the basic amenities necessary, but certainly nothing more - a non-functional coffee maker (“espresso machine”), a fridge but nothing to warm food in, and an exposed “open concept” bathroom, so there’s no privacy. The front desk is not very friendly. The only good thing is the valet - they were great. Other than a convenient location, this hotel did not meet my expectations. I won’t be staying at a Marriott again.

Really nice attitudes from everyone who works here. This applies to: Thalia at front desk (really pleasant) and in the restaurant with Kaylah & Taylor in the restaurant. All associates seemed happy and the hotel is in a good location and is well maintained. I would say the only 2 drawbacks are: 1. The rooms are a little tight (if you need a desk work area). 2. would be nice it they had either HBO or Showtime where you can order the movie/TV show like many other Marriott based properties. Other than those 2 points a nice hotel in a good location (and with nice employees).

What a great experience! A lovely hotel, quiet, clean and all you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the ambiance was wonderful, the food was delicious. And the price was very fair. 5 stars all around.

The Le Méridien team was warm, welcoming, accommodating and made great recommendations. Love the ambience of the lobby, restaurant and the rooftop bar (cozy in the winter too!) The location is perfect being within walking distance to great restaurants.

First time staying in a Le Meridian. From stepping into the lobby for check in, this location was spot on with excellent customer service. Rooms are awesome. They're a little small but that is to be expected in a downtown property. Scotty at the downstairs bar is super and the guys in the rooftop bar are excellent as well. Great property, great customer service, and definitely be back when I'm in Denver again.

This hotel is amazing! Dog friendly, the fee was like $50, which was decent. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was very good. The valet were so helpful and so kind, as were the other staff members! I will say, the only issue I had was that I had to book the room from my phone while standing at the desk, but I suppose that was a Marriott policy. Everything else was wonderful and I definitely recommend it!

When I first arrived I was given the keys to a room. When I got to the room to my surprise it was not clean. There appeared to be body fluids that were brown/red/creamy on the walls. I immediately asked to change rooms. I was given the keys to a new room (no upgrade for my inconvenience) and to my surprise again I walked into a room that didn’t appear clean with fingernails on the ground and hair in the shower. I did not feel like packing up and moving to a new room for the second time. This is not acceptable ever but especially not during a global pandemic to have a dirty room. That same day I left and upon my return to my room my keypad didn’t work. I went down to the lobby to get my key reset which they did. I went back to my room and it still didn’t work. I had to go back the lobby again where I was told a engineer would have to let me in my room and change the keypad. This took about 15-20 minutes. Which delayed my activities I had planned. I was never offered a free upgrade or compensation for my time and inconvenience. This doesn’t appear to have the luxury and high expectations of a 4 star resort. More like 2 stars.

Rooms are nice. Lobby is great! Roof top lounge is amazing. The bathroom in our room was awkward. There is a door for the water closet but the sink is kind of in the room...it's only separated by a mirror. I would not stay here more than two nights. The service staff is super nice!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Le Méridien Denver Downtown and will certainly stay here again. The hotel was impeccably clean, the service was friendly and professional and the accommodations were perfect. We enjoyed great food and loved the Rooftop! The hotel is located within minutes to many fun and exciting things to do. Thank you!

I travel to various Marriott properties all across the US for business. I like Marriott and usually find the service to be very good. This property really stands out. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Even leaving the desk area to personally show me where things were located. The property is very well kept and extremely clean. The housekeeping staff was also excellent. I ate breakfast in the hotel every morning. There was a nice variety of items on the menu and everything was delicious. The staff in the restaurant was also very good. The hotel has a nice gym and a rooftop bar with great views of Denver. The drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced, given the location and the view. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice overall hotel, great roof top bar and customer service is top notice. The Thanksgiving theme food was a nice touch on Thanksgiving. Location is next to a lot of awesome food spots and a target. Overall great stay and great people!

Like other reviews have said, the room is set up for people who are intimate with each other. There is a no wall between the shower and bed, it is a large two sided mirror, but with gaps to see the person in the "bathroom." I thought it was overpriced for the room with a city view (mountain view is probably better option). It was only one night there and we enjoyed the rooftop bar (first come seating is kinda dumb) the food was good. Will stay somewhere else next time in Denver.

I travel to various places for business. This hotel was one of the better and comfortable stays. The hotel premise was very clean and felt safe. Also, staff members were very attentive and helpful and Min was one of the most friendly front desk persons. I would stay here again in my next Denver trips.

Pros Great location Nice valets Beautiful rooftop bar Modern/chic decor Cons If you are over 40, need not bother. You definitely get the sense older crowd not welcome by staff and guests. Rooms too small, no attention to details and amenities in rooms. We had a comforter and no flat sheet. Main elevators not working. Huge Lines to get to rooms. Didn’t seem in a hurry to fix since we came on a Friday afternoon and by Sunday still the same. Would definitely not stay here again and would recommend if you are older to stay somewhere else.

The staff is what made our stay special. Every request I made was happily met and then asked if there was anything else they could do. This ranged from an early arrival, special reservations and even a crazed search for a missing wallet that miraculously appeared in our room. The only names I remember are KT, Rigo, and of course, Dave that I can thank by name but all unnamed people were great too.

I had the pleasure to stay here while attending a conference at the convention center. The location was super convenient and had some great views from the roof bar. All the staff I encountered were super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Minor issues like a coffee maker needing attention or a left behind phone charger were resolved immediately. The GM even sent me a welcome message and was personally available by email to assist with questions and support needs. I am new to the AC brand and would definitely look to stay at one again given the clean and modern vibe.

Love this spot! This was the second year that I held a small event in Denver and we have stayed at this hotel both times. The location is great, the vibe is awesome, and the staff are wonderful. Shoutout to Scotty at the Lobbyist bar - super great guy and makes the best old fashioned I’ve had. Wish the rooftop bar would have permitted my group to make a reservation without an astronomical fee, but we made it work and the overall event was a success. Thanks guys! We’ll be back next year.

I was recently in Denver for a conference and brought my family with me. We stayed at another hotel during our first night and had a horrible experience. At 3am in the morning, i made a reservation for two rooms at the Le Meridian for the remaining two nights. I stopped by the hotel before heading to my meeting to get assistance on getting connecting rooms so that my family would be together. The team immediately sprung into action. Dana, Sara, and Jessica were incredible and helped get us squared away. They were thoughtful, intentional, and simply wonderful to my family and me. Another team member, KT, personally escorted my family to our rooms and offered additional assistance. He was great with our three kids and even took them for a ride on the luggage cart. I was blown away by the personal touch and genuine commitment to their guests. I often stay in hotels in a given year for work and family travel. This team superseded most experience I’ve had at other hotels. They definitely made this trip memorable and my top choice for future trips to Denver.

This hotel is gorgeous! The ballrooms are modern and bright as are the rooms. I love all the details through out such as the welcoming and very "Colorado" ski lift and vintage art adorning the wall behind it. It's super cool they have local artists featured through out and who wouldn't love a champagne vending machine in the lobby?! Wonderfully convenient location right downtown by the convention center and staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurants are impecable and the roof top bar is spectacular...Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel. Right in the middle of all the action. EXCELLENT customer service -- from the front desk, to the restaurant downstairs, the bar upstairs, the custodial staff...everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need I had. The communication from management was also supreme. I would gladly stay there again and highly recommend if you are looking for a downtown hotel to stay in.

if you want an actual bathroom in your room do not book here … if you prefer a sink and shower inside your room with no privacy and a tiny toilet room not attached to either, then you’ve found the place for you! Besides being tiny, the room lacks amenities like shower caps or tissue and has no plugs for phones unless you have a 10 foot charging cord and want to crawl behind a lamp ! $54 for valet parking. The good news - staff was very nice and rooms - although tiny - were very clean.

The staff is pretty bad. No one wants to be here. My room is supposed to be a high city view and we are half way up and in an alley so we see nothing. Our door did not lock the first night. A tech was sent in the morning and it nearly made us late for our anniversary itinerary. When we walked in after a delayed flight four people were trying really hard not to make eye contact when we walked in. When we finally got helped to check in we were starving so I asked where the best place to get food was at 10:15 they said the restaurant right downstairs in the building if I could make it before 11. We came back down at 10:32 they said they stopped seating at 10:30. It’s just been a train wreck so far. When we got back from the mountains another couple in the elevator with us said that lady doesn’t seem to like her job very much. I just laughed and said none of them do. The room is clean I just wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a special occasion.

This property hits all the marks. Very well maintained and updated rooms and common areas. A superb staff takes the extra steps to make a stay extraordinary. On site restaurants with an array of options meant for foodies. All while being centrally located. If you are visiting Denver, a stay at this property is a must!

Excellent experience and stay. Loved the ambience and decor too. What topped things off nicely (and unexpectedly) was staff reaching out to see if there was anything that could make my stay better. I had no complaints but a couple of small requests to see if it were possible and without any hesitations the helped me out immediately and the requested items were left in my freshly cleaned room within a few hours! I don't have special status or loyalty points with this hotel chain, it was just great service for one of their guests. Restaurants and bars on site were especially nice for any meal or even just an evening drink. Highly recommend.

I am a big fan of this centrally located hotel. The rooftop bar is one of the best in downtown Denver, always packed with a great crowd. Their restaurant, Corrine's is fantastic (check out the reviews on Yelp). I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in town.

Had a really wonderful stay here last week for a business trip, I wish it was longer. The entire staff, from the valet to the concierge to the restaurant staff, and the in room dining staff, to the barista, everyone was absolutely friendly and accommodating. Beautiful hotel and an ideal location. The food was so delicious, as was the in room dining choices. I can’t wait to book my next trip and stay here next month. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
