Decent price and location. Rooms and breakfast are good as I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites. Very disappointed by the front desk workers I interacted with. Didn’t have the snacks available for me as a diamond member. Didn’t acknowledge my loyalty status either. Didn’t say thank you in any of my interactions. If this was my first interaction with an Embassy Suites, I wouldn’t stay at them already. I certainly won’t come back to this one.

I guess as a Hilton rewards member I should have been a little more careful booking a room here. I chose this location because it was close to family. I was not happy that it cost me $12 a day to park on top of the room rate. There is nothing close by and walking anywhere is not an option, so a vehicle is an absolute must. I am thinking that this location was at one time close to the old Stapleton airport which has since been replaced with Denver International Airport. The staff at check in were very nice, the complimentary breakfast was superb and cooked to order. I only utilized the breakfast option one day as I only stayed two days to see family. I am a Colorado resident but live 2-1/2 hrs away and can no longer drive at night or I would have just come up for the day. Guess it is back to my other location as I am not paying to park again. And what's up with these icy parking lots? I felt like I was trying to ice skate into the building. Not safe for seniors. Same problem I had when I booked the last time.

A friend and I had a wonderful evening of fun and catching up. We checked in then went downstairs near the bar in the lounge/common area. Had drinks, food and played cards. So much fun and as luck would have it....there was a conic book convention going on and we were checking out the costumes and fun! We never left until checkout! Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend!

Previous stays at Embassy Suites have always been a good experience. When traveling, the last thing you want to worry about is the quality of the hotel. However, my most recent experience was unfortunate. It started with the way I was greeted by Craig Polite, the front desk representative. He was condescending and rude. I had reserved two rooms for Saturday night but decided to travel a day early and called the reservation line to modify my reservation. The representative created an additional reservation for Friday instead. Upon my arrival, I explained this to Craig, who responded by insisting that I'd have to check out of my room on Saturday morning and check back in on Saturday evening. I didn't understand the reason for this, especially since I would be staying in the same room. When I asked him why, he was rude and dismissive. The room had no air conditioning, and when I reported it to the front desk, an "engineer" was sent to fix it, but it still didn't work properly. On Saturday, when I returned to the room after a full day out, I found that it had been cleaned, despite having the "do not disturb" sign on the door and all our belongings, including toiletries that I'd left on the bathroom counter, had been thrown into a garbage bag. I was shocked that someone would do this especially since he knew the circumstances and that we were not changing rooms. When I asked the desk clerk about it, he claimed he didn't know anything about it, except that Craig had instructed him to return our luggage and garbage bag. The room still had no air conditioning, and it was uncomfortably warm. This experience was unnecessary, and Craig abused his authority. I can't explain why our privacy was invaded and our belongings were thrown into a garbage bag when we had already paid for the room. The motto, "Stay for the Experience", took on a new meaning for me. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I would recommend you pay less and stay elsewhere!

We have no complaints, we really enjoyed our stay and we used all amenities! Staff was amazing and so fun & friendly, you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. The pool hot tub&sauna were all amazing, kids had fun. Stocked with fresh towels too. Happy hour was perfect, free all you can drink alcohol from 5-630, my husband and i had a fun time in the reception area. The restaurant was pricy but the fact that you don't have to leave the site was nice and our food was really really good. I had the grilled chicken burger ,& fries. Gym was really nice, had all the basics you'd need. It was hot in there after a workout & no fan but that's not that serious considering you worked out. Breakfast was amazing & so were the cooks! As far as location it was perfect for why were here in Denver. We would definitely stay again. There is a $12 a day parking fee but all the cool things included make up for it.

So me and my man went to the Bronco game yesterday mind you it was my first time ever going to a game. We booked a room at this hotel because the pictures look amazing and I seen some good reviews. However when we arrived around 1130 am I asked the dude on the phone about checking in early and he did say I can ask if a room is ready. So when I got there the lady in the front was already helping a family in front of me so I waited for her to finish. She didn't say anything to me for a good 5 to 7 minutes because I was waiting for customer service 🤷‍♀️ she saw me standing there too and finally said do you need something? And when I told her I was waiting for someone to like offer assistance she said so you were just gonna stand there like that? And said that's crazy.... and she was just so freaking rude. Like I was excited for the game and to finally have some alone time with my hubby without our kids and she was just unnecessarily rude. BUT the night guy Marco or Marcos and the man at the bar were AMAZING. They had the kind of customer service one should have working in such a beautiful hotel like that one and its the holidays for another reason to not be rude to customers. Also the rooms could have been cleaner. I had to use clorox wipes for the counter in the bathroom and above the microwave and the TUB. It was dirty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I only stay at embassy suites. This one was unfortunately very poorly placed. Hard to get in and out of as the building next door always had a line of cars blocking the street. The room, pool, and breakfast was perfect however the carpet outside of my room was soaking wet due to the ice machine leaking.

The only negatives I had were the dirty light switch in the bathroom and the wood sink face. It'd also be great if Housekeeping didn't leave the cleaning carts in the hallways blocking the walkway access. I couldn't get my daughters wheelchair around it without moving the cart out if the way first and there was no one in the open room the cart was in front of to ask to move it. They just parked out there and walked away. Other than those 2 things, our stay was wonderful and I would stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone😁I also have to give huge shout outs to Craig and your other front desk staff from last night (11/10/23), and one of your workers this morning. All 3 of them helped myself and my daughter with our luggage, and getting to our room and car. I am so grateful they were so kind and I really wish I had taken all of their names down. The 3 were wonderful gentlemen 😁

When my family and I travel we only stay at Hilton Hotels. More specifically unless we have no other option or very least if the option is available we only stay at Home2. We have never had a bad experience regardless of where we traveled in the country. The rooms are consistently clean and the customer service is amazing. Hotels like this make traveling enjoyable rather than a grind regardless of the reason you are traveling. You actually feel like you can relax when you get to your room regardless of the nature of your trip.

Gave the overall experience a 4.4 out of 5. The room was very clean. I had a chance to get me a few shots of bourbon whiskey for Happy Hour. Every shot was worth it, lol. The breakfast the next morning was lovely. The cook made everyone Omelets(all you can eat) with a side of hash, bacon, and link sausages. Of course, the location was definitely sketchy, but I didn't feel uncomfortable because I've been in hotels that are located in worse areas. ( That Courvoisier was my own personal bottle I bought at the liquor store) 🤣 The picture with the two glasses was Happy Hour🤣 Go check this location out and leave a review.

I really enjoyed staying here. The suite is very nice & spacious. The breakfast buffet is great with an omelette station made to order. This hotel is in an industrial section of town & there are not a lot of restaurants nearby for dinner especially on Sundays. It seems like most restaurants close on Sunday & we have to drive a good 20 minutes to downtown to eat. Also, if you are a light sleeper, the noises from the atrium on the weekends can be very loud at nights all the way to 4 AM

I've stayed here several times over the years and I've always gotten great service. Stayed last week and everyone I encountered was great. Craig at the Front Desk went above and beyond during check-in and remembered my as I came and went through the lobby. Room is spacious and comfortable - what you'd expect from an Embassy Suites.

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The interior of the hotel was fantastic and welcoming, and the service was wonderful as well. Our room was clean and spacious which was very much appreciated. We absolutely loved the hotel’s breakfast and their dining staff were very polite and kind. They had a big selection from fresh omelets and potatoes to muffins and cereals. The evening reception was nice as well. Daily by-request housekeeping was great as well and we always had a tidy room to come back to after a long day of traveling. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay at this Hilton hotel and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Denver.

Great hotel with a quick drive from airport and to various places if you just wanna spend a weekend in Denver. Nice breakfast options. The heated pool is still a little TOO COLD for our taste but overall, everything else is great. we would stay here again

Everything was good overall. Negatives were that staff didn't tell us where the accessible path to the elevators was. Omlette bar was yummy but there weren't separate tools used for plates without pork. Pool and hot tub were open and functional and had lifts for disabled people.

An unexpected excellent hotel stay! Weather caused us to miss a flight from DIA and we found this hotel by chance. Walked in after midnight and we were immediately assisted. We did not have our bags, so we needed toothbrushes and toothpaste. There was no toothpaste in the front desk area so the employee went to housekeeping to check if they had any, which they did! Comfortable quiet room, which had a nice welcome bag with water and snacks (for Hilton Honors members). The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was included and amazing. Made to order omelets and pancakes, to include potatoes and bacon. The cook was truly amazing, efficient and so friendly. This breakfast also had bread items, cereal, oatmeal, and fruit. Best hotel breakfast we have enjoyed in a long time. The seating area was large and accommodated, comfortably many people. We will make this one of our destination hotels in Denver!

I had a recent stay here during a night in Denver with my family, and I really enjoyed this hotel. First off, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Very helpful front counter staff. The check-in process was smooth. The rooms were comfortable and the restrooms were nice in the room, I must say. It was a standard hotel pool, but I found it very neat that they had a dry sauna. Not many hotels have a sauna. I enjoyed the snacks they offered in the evening time and their breakfast was amazing. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Also i must say this hotel is kid friendly. My kids loved it here. I definitely would stay here again.

Inside the hotel is excellent with large lobby and bar. Visually appealing. Rooms are fine. The low rating is for 2 issue that are important to us. One is location. This is right next to I70 in a business industrial warehouse area. There is nothing in walking distance like coffee shops, dining, or shopping. Two, they charged for parking which we found completely unacceptable in an area like this. Maybe in a downtown area where parking is at a premium but not here where there is little or no pedestrian traffic. It’s just an add on fee that stinks. There are so many better options within a mile of this location that have coffee shops, shops, and dining options galore in a nice safe setting … and free parking. I usually love this chain but would avoid this location.

This was the place with the friendliest, most accommodating staff we have ever experienced at a hotel. As a large family of 8, we don’t often experience a staff that is happy to have us, generous and truly caring about our kids as we did at this hotel. The staff was genuinely kind to our kids, from the front desk folks, to the breakfast staff, to the room cleaners. One of my youngest woke up as they were putting away breakfast, but the lady working made sure she had some food anyways. Also whenever we requested room cleaning, our room was exceptionally tidy when we got back! The whole place was so clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and will always stay at this embassy suites when we come to denver!

It’s very rare in the days of digital media where a team of people can make your stay really memorable. The lady and gentleman who were working the breakfast omelette station were so friendly and helpful, it really made our morning and a great start to the day. Embassy, take care of these people as they can make a huge difference that makes an ordinary stay into extraordinary.

Good hotel, very accommodating, hard working team. Nice features including manager's hosted happy hour and full breakfast, nice towels, separate living area. The only downside was it was packed and the guests were LOUD and inconsiderate, banging doors, tracking in mud and hay, they couldn't keep it clean. Staff needs to manage guest behaviors a bit. All in all good experience.

We stayed here for two nights and loved it. We were celebrating my toddler’s birthday and it was perfectly located near the Disney on Ice venue. We loved the holiday decor and the waterfall features in the ceiling to floor lobby. It has a full bar and restaurant and the burger, sweet potato fries and cheese curds did not disappoint. It was my daughter’s first time ordering room service and her face lit up when her food came to her. Our room layout was a kind bed with pullout sofa which was separated in two spaces which was nice to tuck her in and still be able to have lights on and move around without disturbing each other. The staff was incredibly friendly. Making sure to not only greet me and my boyfriend but also my very social daughter, who soaked up every minute. Breakfast was top notch. Fresh made eggs to order anyway you want. Potatoes, bacon, sausage and pancakes. Fruit, oatmeal, baked treats and all the breakfast beverages you can think of. I’m not a breakfast eater and I ate 2 eggs, pancakes, hash browns and fruit with apple juice! We took advantage of the heated pool and jacuzzi which was quite pleasant and clean. We will definitely be back.

I did not know what to expect of this property and was wowed by it all. The evening welcome reception, the lobby, decor, style, how quiet it was despite there being a LOT of kids there (wrestling tournament.) The ease of making hte reservation was great and I loved the digital check in and digital key feature. This made check in so much easier! Especially since my mom stayed with me and got there before i did. All I had to do was share the digital key and she didn't have to wait for my arrival. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. I loved the fresh food and made to order omelets. Truly great experience and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing to have an omelette station. Mama was excellent. She found a gluten free bun for me and had a second one for me for the next morning. Her replacement on day 2 (male) not so much. I asked for a gluten free bun and he told me they didn’t have one. I let him know about the bun that Mama left for me and he got annoyed and went to find it and put it, still in the plastic wrapper on the counter. I asked the woman who was assisting if she could warm it up. She was very kind and did it so I didn’t have a cold bun from the fridge. He needs to learn from Mama. Bathroom was very small.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were excellent... especially the parking attendants and the security. We were driving through hauling a trailer. The staff helped us park and make sure everything was safe! The breakfast chef was so friendly!! Room was very comfortable and clean! We would most definitely stay here again.

I had an awesome check in. The customer service rep was very nice. Also as a bonus during check in was to see that the Colorado Festival of Horror was just wrapping up their festival. I wish I had arrived a bit earlier to partake!! I did go to the Manager Reception. It was a bit crowded, so I went to a quieter spot in the social atrium. The hostess during the Managers Reception, which was held in the hotel tavern, did not miss a beat by occasionally passing by my area to see if I needed anything else. The breakfast staff was awesome. The cook and the other kitchen assistant were awesome. They were very engaging while they were preparing my made to order breakfast. Also, the team out in the dining room were great too!! I would come again, just to visit with that whole breakfast staff!!

SUPERB! This hotel is a terrific example of stellar hospitality. I was not having an awesome day, my flight was cancelled and my sister and I were trying to decide our next step once we got some rest and this place was a great choice. The host at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was so kind! The location is right off of I-70 and about 15 minutes from DIA. Yes it is older, but it is absolutely gorgeous and very elegant. The outside of the hotel does not match the inside, it’s crazy beautiful on the inside plus the rooms are clean! We will be back in a few months, loved it!

The rooms are clean and the whole hotel looks a bit outdated, but works fine. Breakfast was great, I love the chef on Monday morning (mama Jeff, see pic). Very friendly and funny, and his cooking was great. So, why two stars.. "restaurant" deserves -5 stars. Service was very slow, the burger was covered with salt. We all took a small bite and spit it out. Pizza looks like it is from the frozen section of the store, and not a good one. My daughter said that her school lunch pizza was better, and it was the worst pizza she ever had. When we complained, the server just left the check on the table. 5min later came back and offered to remove the pizza. What about the burger? Everything else we ordered was the same quality. If not over salted than overcooked. Great hotel, but avoid their restaurant food at all costs.

When I booked the rooms I noticed the hotel had 3 stars. I was absolutely nervous but prayed we had a good experience because I love the layout of this hotel and have had good experiences in CA. Renee, from the minute we talked on the phone when I was still in CA you made me feel so at ease. I was able to check in on my phone and it was such a breeze. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING. This was our first time in Colorado and The Embassy did not fail me! Thank you so much!

From my suite on the 7th I had a beautiful view of snow on distant mountaintops, and this was particularly delightful for me as a visitor from the desert, where such scenes on the mountains are rare. The room itself was more than plenty. I appreciated having a living-room-type space separate from the bedroom, especially with TV entertainment available on both sides. The staff at the bar balanced the busy evening time well, as did the breakfast staff, and the food I ate for dinner and in the morning was delicious. In total, however, the best part of my visit was the reception I received from front desk staff, Alexandra. Her knack for hospitality, as well as her charm in general, was rejuvenating, much appreciated, and not soon to be forgotten. Though my stay was brief, Alexandra made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you, Embassy Suites, for the excellent stay!

I first want to say that the Front Desk clerk Craig Polite is the most amazing friendly person in this hotel especially since all the other front desk clerks here are horrible!!! The rest of the staff in the hotel are also friendly but Craig is the BEST!! The rooms were good, room service brought extra coffee! The pillows are wonderful! Breakfast and happy hour are worth the stay here!!! The bar staff is friendly, although they need an expresso martini and some hot adult beverages for winter!! You will constantly smell THC, but not the hotels fault!! Again Craig is the BEST!!! Give that man a raise and promotion!!
