This Staybridge location in particular is hands-down one of the BEST hotels I've ever visited, period! Past visits here we're always pleasant however this one reached new levels and set the bar even higher. It's a bit on the pricey side compared to other well-known brands in the vicinity, however I would say that it is worth the additional cost, which is probably marginal at best. When I arrived, I did not have a reservation - in fact I was in need of a little help due to some circumstances out of my control. The lady at the front desk initially said that there were no rooms available - it's notable that I arrived 2 to 3 hours prior to standard check-in times. However the lady was determined to find a way to help and after a few minutes prodding through the system, she was able to find a room that was clean and ready for early check-in, a small gesture that was very impactful to me. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is always courteous. A breakfast is served every morning I think. I enjoy this location as it's never appeared to be overly crowded and parking is attainable with very little effort. By the way, the laundry room is open 24 hours a day and is complimentary!! Who even does that? It's the little things that go into guest appreciation. I enjoy quite a few different hotel brands, but this one just topped my list. I highly recommend the Stapleton location to any weary travelers who are in need of a little rest.

We stayed at this location while on vacation. The first night was a IHG rewards night. After checking in we called the front desk and asked about extending our stay for a second night. We were told yes no problem. My wife asked about payment and we were told we were good. We woke up Sunday and went to do some exploring in the area we received a call from the hotel saying they wanted to know when we were going to check out. They told us we had to come get our stuff. So we dropped everything left in the middle of what we were doing and headed back to the hotel. Once there we discovered the lady at the front desk didn't write anything down and didn't extend our stay. The staff acted like it was our fault. We went back to the room and the bedding was removed from the bed and all towels removed from the bathroom. We called the front desk again and were told that housekeeping would be back shortly. So we left the room went to do more exploring and when we came back late at night the bed wasn't made and no towels. We called the front desk and after an hour or so they brought down two towels. Monday morning when we checked out the manager asked how our stay was. I told him, he apologized and said the second night would be no charge. When we got home from vacation the full charge was on my cc statement. When I contacted IHG and told them of our experience they said it was up to the hotel itself. Needless to say we'll never stay at this location again. Breakfast each morning was subpar and we ended up eating out.

The room was sufficient, but the service when I had issues was nearly non-existent and extremely frustrating. Day 1: I accidentally left several shirts behind in the hotel room closet. I noticed as soon as I got to the airport, before boarding my flight. I called the hotel and they said that they would talk to cleaning and call me back. They didn't, so I called again. They then told me cleaning left for the day but they would call me back in the morning. They didn't, so I called back again. They said that they would get in contact with cleaning and call me back. They didn't, so I called back again. They contradicted themselves by saying that cleaning didn't locate anything but then admitted they hadn't been able to reach them yet. I asked for a manager. They said he was gone for the day and to try back the next day. Day 2: I call and am transferred to the manager's voice mail (not sure why they couldn't do that the night before). Either way, the day past and the manager never returned my call. Day 3: I reached the manager. He supposedly checked with cleaning while talking to me but they said they didn't find anything. I was sure I left him there and expressed my frustration that it had been 3 days and that if someone was attentive to the issue when I first called, they would have probably still been found. He offered to personally check the lost and found. I never heard back. So frustrating and money down the drain.

This hotel by far is one of the best places to stay if you are in the area! The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The rooms have a full kitchen with a residential fridge and freezer. The rooms have a dish washer and if you forgot your utensils and dishes, do not worry because every room is stocked with the amenities that you need. The front desk staff is decent and welcoming. However….. if you get the amazing opportunity to meet Mia at the front desk, your stay will be 10 times the reward. Mia is an exceptional person and very kind and understanding. She will go the extra mile to accommodate what ever you need. She is extremely friendly and very professional. She makes my stay at this location so much better. I can’t thank Mia enough for what she does and her willingness to help others. We need more people like her in this world! If I need a place to stay for work or personal reasons and I am in the area, I will always stay at this location because of great representatives like Mia. Thank you for making me feel like family!

My husband and I stayed at the Staybridge for 4 nights from 9/25/23 to 9/29/23. We cannot say enough about the staff. All were wonderful and could not do enough for you. Christine, Mr. Roman and Jenny are just a few of the employees that we interacted with. Our accommodations were clean and everything was as it should be. We would definitely return to this property again.

Before booking we called about a special room- the customer service was top notch right from the start! Every interaction we had with staff was excellent. They were pleasant, efficient and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The room was spacious, super clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great, the evening social was awesome, and having self laundry was huge for us. The location is great- shopping nearby, tons of good restaurants, plus parking is free and easy. I won't stay anywhere else when traveling to Denver.

Found the hotel that I will now stay at every time I’m in Denver. Rooms are clean. Everything feels new or at least only lightly used. Free parking. Fantastic breakfast and a fun happy hour for guests with free drinks and appetizers! The staff is great and super accommodating. 10/10 recommend

We were at this hotel for a soccer tournament. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. It felt like a family run business. The free breakfast was great, and changed menu each day, which is nice if you are staying more than a couple of days. Free laundry was a huge bonus.

Great place to stay if you're in town! Location is great with shopping near by. My only complaint was the elevator, you could hear it shaking the wall of our hotel room. It literally sounded like an action movie every time someone took it. My husband and I joked about it all weekend. Breakfast was good, they did run out pretty fast but refilled pretty quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Ashleigh Whitten is amazing. Helping me through a difficult situation I thought impossible. Beautiful rooms comfy accommodating every need. Easy to get to as well. Know I will enjoy my entire stay with the social hour free breakfast pool hot and more.

Extremely happy with the staff and help during our stay. Everyone was friendly and made our stay pleasant. Clark at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us as we came in on a very early flight. He was also very professional and encouraging as he was training someone at the front desk. The location was great. We walked to the Shops at Northfield and enjoyed meals there. ( I recommend Zen) The breakfast here is also the perfect start. Great place to stay!!

We stayed right after labor day weekend. Pros The hotel rooms have full size kitchen with all the utensils. The space was large for a family. Decent location with lots of restaurants, supermarket and shopping within walking distance. Hotel service was good with daily breakfast and evening social few days a week. Cons There is no daily room service. It's thrice weekly. Laundry is free but they are not good, just basic. Last day when we used laundry one of my clothes got color bleached.

I stayed here with my daughter and her softball team in late June. Somehow they said we booked twice. One room in my name and one room in my wife's name. They billed us for 2 rooms for a week each. They say there is nothing they can do to refund my money and the manager isn't even returning my calls to discuss the matter. Every hotel that I've ever showed up late to has called me to ask why I hadn't checked in. This hotel didn't and never thought it was necessary to call me. A room sat empty for a week with no communication and they feel it was okay to charge me for it and refuse to give me a refund. Terrible.

Thanx for the truck parking +😎 Nice rooms, comfy bed , indoor pool Breakfast while free, unfortunately, really sucks. sausage links were basically slim Jim’s (really dried out) Oatmeal was deep in water Not sure the cooks really know what they are doing honestly nice small place so it’s not overly crowded. Lobby very very nice

Helpful staff. Great location. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and parks north of the hotel. Restaurants across the street. Pedestrian friendly. Would stay again

This is a bit nicer of a hotel we normally would stay at but it was for a birthday trip. We got in really late like 1 am and the room was very clean it was a spacious suite with a full kitchen...but when we got there the room was 80 degrees it was hot so we turned onyhe ac yo cool it down, unloased our bags and it was still hot. I told the frony dest attendant and she said wait a bit and she would find fans...we disnt hear back from her at all. I mentioned it yo the morning manager and it seemed he could care less said it was a hot day and no ac was working...the rest of the building felt fine so that had to be a lie and truly it wasnt that hot of a day that would keep the ac from not working I would have opened the windows but they didnt have screens the coolest the room got was 77 degrees. It was just uncomfortable especially since I paid more for a nicer hotel. It was sad that they didnt seem yo care at all.
