Absolutely fantastic! We loved the hotel and location As Ambassador I am traveling a lot, this hotel was very nice. +location is pretty close to many restaurants and museums +friendly staff +very nice fitness center +rooms are clean and new +very good breakfast included (they are cooking egg dishes right in front of you) +free wine and beer from 5-6.30 pm (one glass per person) +BBQ grill outside, free sauces +free bikes -nobody told us when we checked in that there is free Alcohol from 5-6.30 -nobody told us when we checked in that there are free bikes available -a lot of items were missing in the kitchen, no knifes and forks, no pans but we got everything -no free parking, it costs 25$, I can recommend the parking lot opposite of the hotel which costs 12$ for 24h Thanks

Kind of an odd location, the building is surrounded by 5 run down bail bonds houses... Aside from that the room was not clean, I let it go because it was something I could see as easily missed (raisins smooshed in the office chair). However while at the happy hour I was the only customer and another one showed up and the bartender was very rude to him because he was on the phone and she had to wait to help him. Immediately going back to her you tube watching in the corner. The food was swarming with fruit flies... under the bar is dirty, probably because whatever captivating show she is watching is more important than doing her job. This was 9/4/2023 if management cares to discuss it with the bar tender... Other things, there are NO signs for parking, so when the three spots in front of the building were full I had to park at the post office and pay, just to go move it. They should give parking instructions on the app. Check in was pleasant but it was also the assistant manager who checked me in so I would expect that. Overall, not really impresses with how this property is living up to the Marriott/Westin brand

Stayed here in July 2022 with my boyfriend for a little getaway trip to Denver and it was such an amazing experience! This was the first time I have ever stayed in an Element hotel and I can say that Element hotels will now be my first choice for my future stays. It is a lovely modern hidden gem tucked away in a quieter area of the city. The hotel and rooms were so clean and neat, and the beds were so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. I absolutely loved the fresh breakfast options every morning, especially the delicious hot items that were available on weekdays. There was also a filtered water tap in our room which was perfect for filling up my reusable water bottle that I had brought from home and kept us well hydrated in the Denver heat. The staff were so lovely as well and made checking in/out a breeze and kindly assisted us with requests. You need to be a guest at the hotel and have a working key card in order to use the elevators and access the rooms, which I appreciated as an added security measure. I adored my stay here and hope to return soon!

Rooms were nice. Pillows were awful. Breakfast was a disaster. To constantly run out of items, to offer cereal but run out of milk is unacceptable. To run out of muffins every day maybe you should make more. Run out of bagels and bread but staff can stand around chatting. Run out of clean dishes. There is no omelet station only eggs in a cooked pan that is served to you. I have never been in a hotel where I was threatened by a male staff member (cook in kitchen) who told me he was off the clock at 10 am and I could meet him because he didn’t like my feedback about breakfast. He was aggressive and rude. I know he was not working the following days I was there however if he is still working there he is a liability I was not the only person to bring to the attention of management of his behavior. I will never stay at this hotel again. They really need to fix their breakfast. A female manager did speak with me but after that I never saw or heard from her as to what happened to the cook. I was very nervous about going to breakfast for the rest of my stay. The young man at the desk did tell me each morning of the rest of my stay the cook wasn’t in. But to never have management get back to me was a very uneasy feeling wondering if the cook would show up because he was so angry.

Beautiful, clean rooms, amazing service, clean gym, great laundry room, FABULOUS breakfast. I will definitely stay here again! Only downside was the room we stayed in, one of the suits, didn't have the best sound proofing. But it did have a huge fancy bathroom, microwave, fridge, freezer, stovetop, and kitchen sink. It was great! Comfy beds too.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is fresh. My husband said it didn’t have enough protein but I liked it! The front desk staff offered great selections for dinner (go try Cuba Cuba) and the location is really convenient. We rented lime electric bikes and drove those everywhere. We didn’t have to use our car until we left. I’d definitely stay here again.

Moving cross country and needed to sleep after a 10 hour day of driving. parties were happening inside the hotel, in the room next door, above us, and down the hall until 3am. called front desk at midnight and they handled it, but then within minutes the loud parties continued until 3am. With that said, the general staff was great. Check in was nice, the bar service was lovely, and the overall staff was nice. However, the next day, i got a follow up "review your stay" email where I detailed my experience. In response to that I got a generic, terse, uncaring email from the manager who will "forward my feedback to leadership" but was not offered anything for my trouble. (Edit after posting: to say I guess it was not an email from the manager, but from a "Front Desk Associate") If you'd like to take a chance, the location seemed reasonable (without knowing much about Denver). However, at close to $300 a night, if SLEEPING is a priority, I would not recommend this as a good hotel to take a chance at.

Beautiful hotel. Element Denver has a delicious complimentary breakfast; love the tostadas. We stayed in their king suite with a full size kitchen. This is the perfect room for working remote and traveling. We encountered a few issues during our stay. There was dry hair in the bathroom shower wall from the previous tenant. The shampoo and conditioner pump was broken. And we had to keep asking the staff to stock a second body towel even though our booked the room for 2 people.

    - The breakfast service was phenomenally bad. We arrived for breakfast at 9:40 am on a Saturday, 20 minutes before breakfast ending on weekends, but the lady in charge was already carrying items away. She alleged the breakfast was served only until 9:30, but when I mentioned her information was incorrect, she couldn't have cared less. Eventually, a manager offered us two eggs sunny side up and two breakfast tacos, all the while the items were being carried away - and it wasn't even 10 am yet! Several reasons were given (someone was away, there was a shortage of staff, a person got confused over the weekdays and the weekend) while the manager said how excellent his team is and how a special breakfast concept is used at Element. Really, excellence? We must have a different definition for the word. A special concept? I would have appreciated if whatever items are served remain on display according to the purchased contract we've both agreed on upon booking. Suggestion to the team: less condescension and indifference, more cordiality and helpfulness towards customers. - Poor information about shuttle transfers. The website mentions a shuttle transfer, but there is no information about the shuttle times nor the location of the shuttle island at the airport (it is on the West side, island 3). It would be a very small thing to add the info on the website. - Good gym facility and pool.

Overall the location is like all other Element Hotels. Nice, clean room, good breakfast, and comfortable bed. My check in was quick and friendly. My only issue was the hotel ran out of water. It was super hot in Denver during my stay so having bottled water is a must. However, they did refer me to the in room filtered water, but I was still a bit nervous. Check out was fast and no issues.

Great stay mostly due to cleanliness and newness. Our room came with a sink and dining utensils, along with the mini fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. Really nice. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-lit and easy to use. Nice affordable accommodation with good breakfast and friendly staff. Things functioned well except for: - remote was digital app and stopped working once TV was off. - We couldn’t switch AC from cooling to heating. AC was loud. - pillow is really flat and the bath towels were thin and small. Maybe overall this helps keep the price affordable. Small inconveniences for a nice stay. Tip: Street parking is free on Sunday and evenings, but fills up quick after dark.

This is a great hotel for business travelers, especially in the golden triangle. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable— save for the desk chairs which are like sitting on satans lap. The parking is garage with elevators. Full bar. Little man ice cream Sammie’s in the cooler too. The staff is what makes this place special. Reyenna, Ed, James, Tim, and all the other folks. They are so kind and accommodating. WiFi is excellent and even better hardwired with Ethernet port behind tv for gaming. Don’t expect a family friendly resort. This hotel is streamlined for long term business stays. One more thing I dig how the lights are motion activated to save energy.

While not unpleasant, 3 main issues took away from my enjoyment. The sound proofing is far worse than what should be expected of a new hotel like this. You can hear people loudly walking upstairs and every sound from outside. The lights in the bathroom turn on automatically when you walk in, which is extremely unpleasant in the middle of the night. The surrounding area isn’t the best and you have to walk at least 15 minutes to get to anything. Other than that, friendly service and not an unpleasant stay.

I travel many weeks a year for work and stay at many different hotels. This hotel in general is a good spot. However, John, who works behind the front desk, demonstrates the best examples of customer service that I rarely encounter. He is ultra kind, very courteous , and just an overall pleasant person. He treated me with great respect and I observed him doing the same to other customers. Thanks John!

Clean and comfortable room. We were going to the filmore for a show so it was a short walk which was nice . There are some shady buildings surrounding the hotel but the hotel and staff were great. We opted to pay for parking in the garage , so we didn't have to deal with the meters in the am . The breakfast looked nice but we didn't eat.

Checking in was super smooth and personable. Staff was warm and inviting. Once checked in we were told about all the parking options which were several and we were very grateful for the information on safe inexpensive parking options. Rooms were very clean, minimalist and inviting. Location was perfect for what brought us to town. Will definitely be returning! *My only thing that was a little bit frustrating was not having a more robust vegan breakfast option but not a deal breaker by any means.

We had a great stay. It’s a nice location in walking distance to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful (all shifts). Enjoyed the breakfast with made to order omelets. I really liked the décor downstairs as well as the rooms. My only suggestion would be better pillows.

Loved it. Beautiful, contemporary interiors, walking distance to major landmarks, best daily parking rate of local hotels, excellent complementary breakfast that includes a made-to-order hot option every morning. Our room had a full kitchen, which I hadn't seen in similar hotels. Great stay.

I would give this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for the location. I mean, it is very convenient to the downtown area and, for the most part, safe. I took a lyft there and was in by dark most all nights. There are some sketchy people in the area, and I seen a woman smashing windows in cars parked in the street (on the next block) using a pole of some kind. My partner was terrified, but that was what we witnessed OUTSIDE. Now the great part... the rooms are amazing, very clean and chic. The linens are good quality and nice. We preferred to only have housekeeping change them every 3 days to save on energy, but they said if we change our minds to let them know. The price is very moderate for the rooms and the staff are super friendly and greet us by name when coming in. Even the gentleman who works overnight is always attentive and willing to help. We're here for another 10 nights and have been here 12 already. I don't have any complaints at all for the property.

Staying for a few days at The Element Denver Downtown East. Close to Coors Field, Capitol building, courts, etc. Great stay so far. A newer, super clean property, sleek and modern. Felt very safe and secure here. Amazing beds, luxe toiletries, in house bar, pet friendly. Very busy staff remained warm, attentive and accommodating. Large guest, conference and board rooms, with common balconies for use by all guests. Be sure to use the on-site parking structure. Chef Steven prepares the best hotel breakfast we have enjoyed in years. Top marks. Great value for the location, staff, quality and experience. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with points during a convention visit. Very quiet and comfortable room. The staff here were extremely professional and courteous. At first it seemed like a long walk to the convention center, but it's actually very close to the rear entrance. Felt pretty safe walking around any time of day since there is a large law enforcement presence nearby. Breakfast was adequate--made to order eggs most mornings. Quick food options nearby are somewhat limited, there is Subway on the same block. No reason I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel itself was perfectly adequate. Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was decent- as one reviewer mentioned, the parfait bar is excellent. Gym has a good amount of equipment. It's well located. The noise is what caused me to downgrade my rating. Odd number rooms face the parking garage, and even dual paned windows were not enough to drown out the revving cars and yelling at 2am. The hotel staff kindly moved me to an outside facing room, which was great the 1st night, but then the 2nd night the house just below my window started building a patio and metal structure (pictures attached) at midnight and continued through the whole rest of the right. Who does that!?!? Technically not the hotel's fault, but being kept awake two of three nights did not make for a pleasant weekend.

Had issues at a different hotel and last minute booked Element. The hotel itself was beautiful. Very clean and the rooms were great. The location was pretty good as well. The only thing I would critique is the housekeeping. They came at about 9am and we asked if they can come later because we were still in bed and they told us no it's either now or they couldn't. So before leaving that day we told the front desk and they assured us that the room would be clean. Returning that night the beds were not made. That was the only downside to that hotel. Other than that, it was good!

We really enjoyed our stay at Element this past weekend! Great value, comfy beds, we were able to get all over Denver in a reasonable amount of time. Staff was helpful. My favorite part was the filtered water in our rooms!!

I booked a room for 7 days but didn't even stay. I wasn't aware of the parking situation at this hotel, so paying an additional fee for daily parking doesn't work for business travel. When I arrived at the hotel, I have to park on the street in front of the hotel. There were a lot of people wandering around and it was a little sketchy. Went to the front door to enter and it was locked, at 2p. You have to be let in, which was enough to make me cancel my reservation and book at another hotel outside the city. When I was walking out, there was a person, face against my trucks passenger window, looking inside. Definitely not a location I would ever stay at. I am usually pretty loyal to the Element brand of hotels, but there are way better options in the area.

Great hotel!! We were pleasantly surprised— the beds were SUPER comfy, the rooms were really clean, the hotel was quiet, the breakfast was good, and the hotel staff was great!! We definitely will be staying again. Really no complaints at all.

We stayed here for several days while we were preparing to move into our condo. We had a few issues and needed to extend our stay and the hotel was great to work with. The staff was excellent. Our room was everything we needed and the pet policy was greatly appreciated! They also had an excellent breakfast. It is conveniently located to everything you need in downtown. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Had an awesome 3 week stay here. The best part was all of the staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Truly never experienced better hospitality at a hotel. From the front desk staff to Connie at the breakfast station, everyone was friendly and helpful.
