Absolutely love this hotel. It’s in an incredible spot in Denver, with a ton of restaurants, breweries and bars around. The room was really nice, and very quiet! You couldn’t hear anything in any other room. If you’re going to a show at the Mission Ballroom, the venue is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel. The food at the rooftop restaurant was very good, and both food and drink prices are very reasonable. This will definitely be the place we stay in Denver going forward.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving and it was a great experience. The room was clean and beautiful, with an industrial feel to it. It was nice looking out the window in the morning. What’s unique about this hotel is that it’s nearby many good restaurants, bakeries, souvenirs stores as they were developed together. We had fun exploring this complex the hotel sits in and it’s very walkable

I liked the garage door concept of rooms’s windows (never thought I would). The room was super clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with warm showers! The lobby is full of mini businesses that is fun to browse. The front desk staff (Tania & Savannah) were friendly and super helpful with local recommendations. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to try hot tubs. The owner/management team must be full of great ideas so a big thumbs up to them!

Our check-in experience was disappointing. We arrived early and were informed that our accommodation was not ready and it would be about 2 hours. We understood since we did arrive early. However, despite being repeatedly assured that we would be checked in shortly, this did not happen. While we understand the need for room cleaning, the staff consistently suggested that we could expedite the process by paying for a room upgrade. As we waited for check-in, other guests were offered complimentary water or beer upon check in, while we were not offered any refreshments. Additionally, our room was not adequately cleaned, as we found hair in the shower. On a positive note, the woman working at the front desk, who wore glasses (although we can't recall her name), was lovely. We also had a great experience with the bartenders upstairs. However, during check-out, we had to wait for a manager to handle the transaction due to a partial cash payment. To our frustration, the manager assisted a customer who arrived after us before addressing our situation. It was the same front desk staff member who had been helpful throughout our stay who had to bring our prolonged wait to the manager's attention, which had already lasted about 35 minutes. The location was excellent. It’s central to many breweries. View from the rooftop is beautiful. Pool is on the small side.

The mark of a good hotel is not perfection, but rather how they respond when things are less than perfect. My partner and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon. The room was divine and unique, especially the soaking tub! The room was stocked with all the snacks and drinks we could want. The location was excellent, especially the restaurants on site. The rooftop pool? Heavenly! At the end of our stay there was a maintenance issue on site that caused some disruption, but only during daylight hours when we were likely away from our room. We inquired about it at the front desk and were compensated for the issue on our bill, along with having wonderful interactions with all staff, from maintenance to front desk. It was this above and beyond care and thoughtfulness that really made the stay great for us. A special shout out to Stephanie, who assisted us on our final night. All in all, it was a memory we will cherish forever. Don’t make the mistake of staying anywhere else (and make sure you get a room with a tub!)

Upon arriving to the hotel we were met with a warm greeting and complimentary beer which was great. However, once we got to our room it was not what we were expecting. The view was nothing but HVAC and we did not get the garage door window. We immediately went down to the lobby to figure out what happened. We were told that we booked a standard room which is correct however there is no explicit choice for a “garage door king” as management said. So we were given the option to upgrade which we tried opting for but there were no rooms available. I let this go however I went back to my room and booked a “mock” room and just like I thought there was no garage door king choice as I suspected. Then we went to the “market” which boasted 25 vendors and there was maybe 5 vendors total and some of them didn’t even open the entire time we were visiting. At the end of our stay we were checking out and told the front desk person about our dissatisfaction and they said sorry and that was it. There was nothing done to make us happier with our stay. We chose this over the Maven and greatly regret it. After your stay you receive a survey to which I promptly filled out and the response I got let me know that they were aware that their website was not up to date regarding rooms and vendors which is EXTREMELY misleading. Please go elsewhere.

Great idea terrible execution. The industrial art look comes of more like a high class jail. Food is good at various restaurants for sure and service is ok at best. Overpriced everything never had the pleasure of being forced to pay for parking in a hotel that charges so much, that is a fun experience. The hotel has zero free parking, they have 30 min parking for pick up only and the rest is $24 per night which is pretty outlandish to pay on top of the prison cells.

We LOVE staying at the Source Hotel when visiting Denver. It’s a hip, fun and artsy boutique hotel and Alexis at the front desk was friendly, accommodating and professional. The welcome sample beer at check in is a nice touch… There’s a great rooftop bar called the Woods which is a must for a cocktail and great city views and you must try the cauliflower appetizers, delicious! I’m a very light sleeper so I like the city view rooms not the Mountain View rooms facing West as it’s on a Main Street. The hotel is in the funky Rhino District and is walkable to restaurants and bars. Highly recommend….

Stayed in room 315 last night and was so disappointed. Sink never drained (overnight) and was absolutely disgusting - had to use it like that in the morning, and it was nasty. Called down to the front desk about it, but no one did anything. They have to hand write your credit card number on a piece of paper for incidentals (sketchy), the linens were basic (like road-side hotel chain quality at best), and there is a crazy confusing process for parking which requires an additional trip to wait in line at the front desk. The hair dryer had a wad of burnt hair stuck inside it, and I waited 15 minutes for a new one to be brought up to the room, but since we had to be somewhere, I finally went down to the front desk to get a new one myself. Waited in line for 10 minutes to check-in while one staff person was checking folks in and another just stared at a computer and never said a word to anyone in line. No one we interacted with was very friendly. We thought this place would be fun and special for our girls trip, but it was just overpriced and annoying. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They really take the industrial feel to the extreme though and it’s a bit like staying in a concrete box - no cozy vibes. Would expect this level of quality out of a 2-star hotel, but definitely not a 4-star hotel.

We had a wonderful staycation this past weekend! We ran into a couple hiccups along the way (at no fault of anyone) but the staff was SO helpful! Nikki at the front desk really went above and beyond for us. Great option for our dog as well! We will be staying again.

The hotel is very industrial and unfortunately it was taken a bit too far in the rooms. The furnishings are minimal at best and very hard. There isn’t even a nice rug or softer chair to soften the concrete interiors of the room. There are not privacy blinds, only blackout blinds and since our rooms faced the parking garage we had to keep the blackout shades down the entire stay, as anyone could directly see into our rooms from inside the garage. In the bathroom the toilet had to be flushed twice to actually work and then the toilet ran the entire night the first night. There isn’t very good airflow in the rooms so the air is fairly stagnant and it gets uncomfortable at night. The small ac/heat unit in the room is loud and echos off the concrete walls making it hard to sleep. The beds are not overly comfortable and there is a complete lack of storage in the main bedroom. We stayed three nights for a conference and none of us slept very well. This is a two star hotel, not a four star hotel.

Stayed here for a night and really enjoyed the hotel room and the amenities. The hotel has some incredible views of Denver and the Rocky Mountains, including from the pool area, which hangs off the side of the building and has access to the hotel bar. The restaurants in the building are also great, ESPECIALLY Temaki, and it’s so convenient to have all the different options right there. There are also cool places within walking distance, and the parking area is also really convenient.

It was nice. I loved the pool and hot tub. We stayed in a room that had a tub in the room with a beautiful view of the mountains. We where a little disappointed with the Market. Food was really good at the source restaurant. They have some of the most beautiful flower arrangements. Front desk staff was great and friendly. I will say the couch was not super comfortable.

Clean. Helpful staff. Need comfortable chair., more drawers. Terrible parking expensive. Our room faces the garage. Loud air Conditioning like motel six with a price like high ends. To little for the money. Simple furniture which is good. A lot of restaurants around. Does not look 4 stars

The place is nice but prices are not clear. We booked a night for $259 plus the 25 destination amenity fee the confirmation email stated. When we booked on their website this total included flowers and wine delivery and taxes. When we arrived there was no flowers or wine in the room. When we let front desk know they apologeticly said they missed the memo on the reservation for the flowers and wine but that they would make sure to refund us those 2 items. We did end up using two small wine bottles they had in the concessions because of the lack of the previously purchased wine that was supposed to be in the room. This wine was charged at $72.36 Unfortunately at check out we were charged $401.10 We were told the added costs were tax, and that the confirmation price on the email did not include the wine and flowers or taxes. When you book on their website, the total at check out includes taxes and the destination fee and any add on. When we booked and recieved confirmation the $259 reflected taxes on the room, and wine & flowers but did state the destination fee of 25 was seperate (which ends up being $28.94 with tax). IMO the place is not worth the cost. Save your money & energy and book elsewhere. You'll never know what you'll end up being charged until it's too late.

The source hotel is in a good location. The rooms had nice beds but were very bright. The window shades do not block the light very well. The rooms are also concrete and very cold kind of like being in a warehouse. Not cozy and very industrial feeling.

We are a family of four with two kids under 5. We had a great experience at the hotel. The two queen room was perfect us and bigger than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful if reached out to. The onsite coffee, bars and restaurant are fantastic. Views on the rooftop are great. Some good brews in walking distance. Parking was easy. Most importantly, in our mad dash to make our flight home my four year old left a stuffed animal behind. “Little puppy” is a cherished member of the squad. I called a few days later and the housekeeping staff had secured him; I intended to send a prepaid shipping box to get him. Life got in the way and I forgot; a month later my son asked when “little puppy” was coming home from his travels. I panicked and called the hotel again. A few days later “little puppy” came home. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so thoughtful. True service. The five stars are real opinions on the hotel. The service is way beyond that.

Great stay. I wish they wouldn't have cleaned my room when I had a do not disturb sign on the door. Otherwise it was a good stay. Don't bother with the roof top bar however for drinks or service. It's a good view though!

This hotel was super cool, great location, and Safta is AMAZING. The bathroom was huge and the shower was lovely. The beds however were the reason for a star deduction. They didn't live up to the same quality as everything else in this hotel. Overall a very good stay.

Nope! Not for me. This is actually my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I thought I’d rate it a hard FINE but I was only there to sleep while on a road trip so I didn’t have much of an opinion about it. This time, I spent more time there and decided I would never come back. The only thing that brought me back I think was the location, it’s walkable to food and drink places and there are scooters and bike share available. Let’s see… nothing is user friendly. There’s not a lot of customer service available if you need something and the layout of entrance/parking is difficult to maneuver with luggage. I forgot to bring my own shampoo like I usually do and of course the room didn’t have any shampoo. - The rooms have great air conditioning but the hallways are sweltering hot. - There are multiple places in the room to stub your toe, bang your leg into the bed etc. there is even a huge panel in the shower sticking up from the floor so if you take a step in the shower at all you are guaranteed to stub your toe. I now have a nice gash on my leg from a piece of wood sticking out from the corner of the bed. Great! Our bed was so soft that our heads were below the level of our feet and we woke up all stuffy. This is unique to each person, but the decor is not for me. Everything in the room is like a sparse college dorm room with ikea-like furniture. I mean, try it. Maybe you’ll like it but we will not be back.

The bedroom didn't have an air vent, so the room was warmer even with the portable fan. That's really the only conplaint. The room was clean and cute. The bathroom was spacious. They might want to consider adding something to the bottom of the shower door to contain the water. :)

Only went into The Source shops and they're terrific. The bread shop makes amazing bread and they sell out often. Took a loaf to a party and folks loved it. Both restaurants are good and typically decently busy. The vintage shop is cool, just not great. Haven't tried the bar there yet, but people seemed to be liking it.

My now wife and I decided to stay here for our wedding and it was such a great place to stay. The location of the hotel is perfect. You could stay here all week and never have to leave the area, or rent a car. Everywhere is so walkable, and there are so many local things to do. The hotel offers many different restaurants, and things to do as well. The flower shop downstairs sold me a beautiful bouquet for my wife, she absolutely loved it. The service at the hotel was very good, no complaints. The only issue we had was the elevator in the parking garage, but it was not a big deal. We absolutely loved our stay, the rooms were so clean, and the views were spectacular. I highly recommend the source, whether you are a new visitor to Denver, or a regular, you cannot beat the price you pay for the room and the Rino district. We will definitely be back, loved it, thank you The Source Hotel for an absolutely unforgettable week, we miss it already.

Hotel has a modern, industrial layout. Feels very spacious and new. Rooms are a great size however do feel dorm like. “Mountain view” does in fact face mountains but you mostly see a ton of construction and large parking lots. Beds/pillows aren’t the most comfortable. AC is extremely loud. Also had issues with my bathroom and toilet making loud, screeching voices all night. Pros are location as the market hall is quite nice and all the restaurant options are above average. Reunion bakery and Safta were favorites.

  • 5/5 Thomas B. 10 months ago on Google
Awesome location if you're into breweries, so many are within walking distance. Fabulous coffee options too, we really loved the location. The view from the rooms is cool, but there wasn't too much of a mountain view from our mountain view room (though that might just be me being used to the mountains). Would definitely stay here again, rooms were an awesome swanky layout and very comfortable. The welcome wine bottle for being a rewards user was a really nice touch too. 5 stars.

We absolutely loved the hotel, food, customer service, and the smell in the entire hotel. There were three women at the front desk that were truly amazing. The complimentary beer after checking in was amazing I don't drink beer but I drank that beer over the weekend. The location was perfect to go anywhere in a short amount of time. The food was great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. I received nothing less than great communication and customer service from the front desk to the housekeepers! There was a lot of confusion about my charges, stemming from receipts never making it to my email and cost breakdowns. Each time I called over the past two weeks, the front desk was always patient and helpful. Maria and Jamie (I hope I spelled their names correctly), helped me with my final charge and gave me all the information I need. I could rave all day about this hotel. Thank you for an incredible stay.

This was our first time staying at The Source Hotel. We rented one of the suites for a little birthday getaway.  The room we stayed in had a great view of Downtown Denver.  It was spacious, very clean and modern.  The room came with a deep soak bath tub which we are huge fans of. (Pictures I have on here shows flower petal but fyi-that was an added bonus from my husband not hotel .) It was a neat experience to have a whole co-op with various little pop up shops and restaurants in the hotel. The rooftop restaurant we went to had good drinks and another beautiful view of Denver. I would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists and even in town guests who want a night away but do not want the stuffy typical hotel experience.

Loved this place! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet (besides the obvious city noises). It's in a great location. You can get to everything good in a short period of time, no more than 10 minutes if you're driving. This was great because I hate city driving and Denver was a whole new experience. We barely needed to go anywhere because this hotel has so many restaurants and bars to offer. The restaurant/bar upstairs had good food and a good atmosphere. The BBQ place, as well. LOVED the bakery. Everything here had a good atmosphere. The only downside was paying $24 a night for parking. Although, almost everwhere I went in Denver seemed to make you pay. Highly recommend staying here! Especially, if don't have a plan, you'll have most of what you need in this hotel.

We got to hotel at 4:30pm (check in was 3pm) and the room was not ready. It was no problem, we were happy to grab a drink at the rooftop bar (awesome!). But then we came back down at 6pm and their system for running credit cards was down. Check in took over 2 hours from start to finish

  • 5/5 Megan F. 1 year ago on Google
We found the hotel to be clean and really liked the overall vibe. Drinks at the Rooftop bar were excellent. It is a little odd that the pool is right next to the restaurant but my kids enjoyed the pool. The free draft beer at checkin was a nice touch. My only complaint in about the bedding— there were not sheets covering the duvets (which I doubt get washed between each guest). Hoping this was just an oversight. Overall we would stay again!

Spent the weekend and really happy we chose The Source! Great location, impressive rooms, convenient food options and felt i could walk to most places! The hotel felt very clean and secure with its modern features. Also, every single one of the staff i interacted with was extremely accommodating and kind. Pool and hot tub on the roof offer great views and we even had a nice tub IN room to enjoy. Highly recommend!
